Special: The dome is capable of blocking single-target taijutsu and ninjutsu of a-rank and below. Although it is capable of blocking area-based techniques, large explosions or administrations of brute force (anything s-rank) can destroy the barrier. Anyone within ten meters of the user will be sent flying five meters backwards upon the jutsu's execution. Should an opponent be within five meters of the Hyūga and take the blast full on, they will feel as if they've ran into a wall of concrete, causing them to land from the five meter knock-back disoriented, with these effects lasting two seconds after landing.
Description: An augmented version of the staple Heavenly Spin, this technique adds reinforcement and concussive force to an already impressive defensive jutsu. Releasing an excessive amount of chakra from every tenketsu in their body, the user will subsequently begin a high-velocity rotation, creating a spiraling dome of steam-rolling chakra stretching five-meters in every direction. It has been proven that even standing within the vicinity of the revolving dome can send you propelling, particularly at the beginning of the rotation, when the chakra is being blasted outward to its full length.

Special: Should the first two strikes connect, the remaining thirty will be guaranteed (if the situation is feasible). Creates thirty-two, thin, quarter-inch deep holes wherever the user chooses, additionally piercing through armors B-rank and below. This technique leaves the opponent paralyzed for one post, and able to resume using chakra after two turns.
Description: Combining certain aspects of Hakke Sanjūnishō and Jūho Sōshiken, the technique will begin in the same manner as the Thirty-Two Palms – moving their hands and arms at bullet-like speeds, extending their palm towards their enemy, leading with both hands outstretched – differentiating only at the apex of the first strike; from then on, quarter-inch long, razor-sharp chakra will be extended from the Hyūga's index and middle fingers. This allows for the Hyūga to break through armor in order to strike tenketsu that would have otherwise been blocked, additionally creating thirty-two separate, quater-inch deep holes where the chakra points are struck. Owing to its large chakra consumption, and the immense concentration required to maintain sharpness in the midst of shutting down tenketsu, this variation is unable to be used alongside the more advanced palms techniques.

It is utilized by either pushing their chakra-imbued feet into the ground for a swift halt, or off the ground for an immediate acceleration.

Prevaricator's Vice

• While the concept of this technique is not new - staff had a discussion about this and Hyuuga when we were creating Masteries - I don't actually like it. Neji showed an apt ability to detect Hinata's lies in a specific scene, but it was really clear that he did this by noticing her reactions and the way she presented herself. That said, I don't believe sensing chakra would necessarily allow you to sense whether someone is lying or telling the truth. It makes more sense to just do this via RP.

Impromptu Transition

• While I understand the concept of the technique, I was wondering - exactly how fast could they go if they choose to accelerate? I'm not asking for concrete speeds, but perhaps comparing it to how fast one would normally go (as it is done with the Chakra Gates) so that people don't abuse this.
  
  
• While it lasting "less than a second" sounds good in theory, it's hard to quantify in a battle. Perhaps just have it last a single second to make it easier for everyone?

Drilling Palms

• My only qualm with this technique is the whole 32 inch-deep holes thing. The very thickest piece of skin on the human body is 0.2 inches (5 millimeters) thick. Basically, what you're saying here is that you're boring 32 holes - down to the bone, potentially further on some figures - that would do about as much damage as being shot as many times. I think for this technique I'd like others mods, especially Genbu, to comment on it. I'm not 100% versed in Hyuuga and I'm not sure how viable this technique is. I may be over thinking it based on my anatomy knowledge.

-The normal Hakkeshou Kaiten can already block B and below. As well as having the Shugo Hakke that blocks S and below. Granted I understand there is a gap in blocking A rank techniques. If anything, I would suggest making this a passive skill that simply ups it to A-rank or something----any other staff have input?

PS. Also none of this black out for a whole turn stuff.

-This is basically the same thing as 32 Palms just upped to a B rank. Though it adds the aesthetic of holes, I don't see the necessity of this technique and how it would mesh well with the current Palms family (32, 64, and 128). Besides, 64 Palms would be the better to use rather than ANOTHER technique that still only does 32 strikes.

-No. There has never been any proof that, as Hyuuga, we could simply stop at a dime. Flexible? Yes. Coordinated? Yes. Nimble? Yes. If you could somehow convert this into reflex related than perhaps it would work. As of now though, negative sir.

Description: By means of their Byakugan's vast facilities, the Hyūga is capable of viewing internally the signs of deceit and dishonesty. Understanding the way chakra reacts to truth and lies, as well as the changes, however slight, in heartbeat patterns and body heat, the clan members are capable of skillfully identifying when a target is being truthful.

-Considering the Byakugan, like the Kagura eyes, can see far, see elemental affinities, and detect Genjutsu (to a degree per Byakugan description, not actual technique) I am inclined to say I don't see a problem with this. Since it's a non-combative technique too I would give my OKAY for this.

Impromptu Transition - Modified. addy-hime ♥, I wasn't planning on this tech boosting speed; just allowing a Hyūga to reach their full speed almost immediately, instead of building up to it, and to nullify the sliding/slowing down before they stop. With it not increasing speed, could I adjust the time it takes to instant, instead of one second? ~Kohana <3, there is proof that the Hyūga can release chakra from any tenketsu on their body. This tech is simply them releasing it from the bottom of their feet to stop/start easier.

Drilling Palms - Modified. addy-hime ♥ lol I guess I was underestimating how much an inch actually was, altered their length to a quarter-inch. and ~Kohana <3, while it does do that, this tech wasn't meant to add the aesthetic of 'holes'; its purpose is to allow Hyūga to strike tenketsu even if their opponent has armor on; I think putting it at 64/128 palms would be op, as that could probably kill, or atleast come close to killing someone with stabbing them that many times. And the 32 palms effects are still nice, imo.

Great Heavenly Spin - Modified. addy-hime ♥ I've lightened the effects up a bit, and changed the knock-back from 10 meters to 5 meters; would it still require the high x2 cost? ~Kohana <3, took out the blacking out part, and the effects are for only 2 seconds after landing now.

I don't have a problem with it being instant, so long as it doesn't actually alter speed like you said. I can see where maximum momentum or stopping power would come in handy, and the tenketsu are more than capable of doing that even for normal shinobi (see: water walking).
