Special: The Bubble Pipe is capable of storing a small amount of water in a compartment in the neck, and can be used as a source to use Bubble Ninjutsu of the same rank or lower without the need to perform handseals. The user must still charge the pipe with Chakra, and flood it with a small amount of water. Taking time equal to the same as if they were performing handseals. This is capable of being mixed with other liquids such as poison or anything the user can think of. (Sold Separately)
D Rank; Capable of producing a single D Ranked Bubble Ninjutsu without the need for seals before needing to be recharged. Takes one turn to recharge with the user producing the needed water, and half a turn if using a natural water source to do so.
C Rank; Capable of producing one C or two D ranked techniques before needing to be recharged. Takes one turn to recharge if using the users own water, and half a turn if using a natural water source.
B Rank; Capable of producing one B, or Two C, or Three D Ranked techniques before needing to be recharged. Takes one turn by producing the water themselves, and half a turn if using a natural water source.
A Rank; Capable of producing one A, or Two B, or Three C, or Four D Ranked techniques before needing to be recharged. Takes one turn by producing the water themselves, and half a turn if using a natural water source.
S Rank; Capable of producing one S, or Two A, or Three B, or Four C, or Five D Ranked techniques before needing to be recharged. Takes one turn by producing the water themselves, and half a turn if using a natural water source.
SPECIAL NOTE: Can only fill the pipe up to the same rank as the user's highest Water Domain, meaning. To fill up a S Rank Pipe requires the user have an S Ranked Domain, and if they have only say C, they can only use a S Ranked Pipe up to the same as if it were C.

Ranging in size from an inch to a foot in total length, and made up of various materials, and ranging in colors from brown to white, and anything else you could image.
