Nero shelters himself with a long leather coat, it protects and warms him really well from the cold and it also stands out as a fashion statement. He wears it on top of his short sleeved sweater not only as a defensive mechanism but also a fashion statement. As far as his lower body is concerned, Nero wears a pair of baggy jeans like pants that are loose and extremely easy to get around with. Underneath those pants are his normal combats boots that also serves as your ever day normal shoes. He also wears a pair of gloves for some effectiveness and awareness while fighting a hand to hand combat. He wears two pair of fighting gloves in his hand, with obvious reasons. Around his waist is his belt, the belt buckle is actually the plate that represents his country, thus the plate of the headbands that supposed to prove his loyalty to the Leaf Village, and depict that he is in fact a graduate of the academy. In brief, he wears a dark blueuniform, gloves, boots, and is equipped with two standard Wakizashi Sword. Occasionally, he will wear a two tailed coat depending on the weather, and his mood. Sometimes, if he feels like he should be keep to himself, and stay distance, then he will wear the dark coat, in order to aware people of his mysterious presence--thus letting them know that he has no interest in interacting with any of them.

To start with, Nero is a man of many faces. He's a good guy at heart, though has a few mental issues that he'd rather not have to deal with. Decision-making is not his forte, as he more than often makes the wrong choices. Understanding Nero is like understanding a Rubix cube: you just can't. He's a puzzle in and of its self and it's a tough one to assemble. Everything about himself is reserved, giving him the ability to hold his tongue when necessary, and speak up when he has to. He doesn't express himself unless he's with those he knows, or those he has the potential of getting to know better. When the times call for it he will open his mouth, though only to calm down the frets that rise from others from time to time. That doesn’t mean that he’s completely antisocial as he just doesn't always find himself in a conversation.

Many could consider him to be stubborn, short-tempered, strong-willed and impulsive. Most of the time he attempts to maintain a detached and "cool" image, despite claiming not to care about what other people think about him. He generally keeps his face set in a permanent scowl, with his eyebrows drawn together, if not then a simple fixed face, that might seemed to be seriously into deep thoughts. His hot-headed demeanor is a trait Nero himself openly admits, and that if somebody picks a fight with him, he cannot help fighting back.

However, he knows when to give up and knows when to step in and defend what is right. Arguments, fights and even jealous rages are not part of him, though he will sink into them when he has to. He respects those that are loyal and just, and yet isn't all the time himself. Nero would rather see the world as a good place, where humans can live together without the risk of being discriminated against, or communicate with one another through violence and hatred.

He is a bit of a restless spirit, constantly searching for his next dose of adrenaline. On a related note, this attitude of his has led some people to believe that he has a slight case of “death wish”, as his thrill seeking nature has seen him seek out confrontations, particularly of the dangerous variety. He loves getting the opportunity to use his abilities and strength, especially in situations where he doesn't have to hold back.

Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must to combine it with a distraction.

Likewise, at this stage, the Sharingan can easily keep track of movements x4 the speed of your average shinobi. Keep in mind that regardless of foresight and prediction, in order to avoid incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed, agility and RP ability will ultimately control whether they can move to avoid it.
Description: The next stage of evolution for the Sharingan involves two tomoe, improving upon the Uchiha's current skills and adding new ones. Amongst others, it allows the Uchiha to track the movement of an opponent and do some minor reading of an opponents attack, as well as pierce Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra, as well as lingering traces of foreign chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin.

Special: Considered to be a fully matured Sharingan eye, this is, for many, the final stage that their Sharingan is able to access. This stage of the eye allows the user to pierce all a-ranked genjutsu and below, and predict and comprehend all taijutsu of a-rank and below, as well. Likewise, at this stage, the Sharingan can roughly (just barely) keep track of movements x5 the speed of your average shinobi. Keep in mind that regardless of foresight and prediction, in order to avoid incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed, agility and RP ability will ultimately control whether they can move to avoid it.
Description: The final normal evolution to Sharingan, the third tomoe fits symmetrically with the rest by creating a perfect triangular existence around the pupil. An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body, in the form of a quickly processed mental premonition. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there. Best of all, three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to cast unique genjutsu and incur deep hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing, or simply to force them to endure endless torture.

Special: Distance of fireballs depends on the highest rank known of 'Enkou Shinka'. Up to one fireball can be made, plus one more each time retrained. However, after every fourth retraining, chakra consumption will go up by one. Fireballs travel in a straight line, but can be manipulated individually if the user is still, is holding the last seal of the jutsu, and has eye contact with the fireball they wish to control.
Description: Basic yet very effective within the Katon arsenal of jutsu, this technique allows the ninja to emit a series of small fire balls after a simple set of handseals are made. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, because they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai, and only select doujutsu and bloodline abilities allow the user to see through the deception.

Ryuuka no Jutsu (Dragon Fire Technique) [50]

Special: Trapping each opponent consumes 10 meters worth of wire, so the user must have sufficient wire in the first place to trap his opponent. Although multiple opponents can be trapped, only one stream may be shot at once; each time retrained however, one can shoot an additionally stream down a different wire. However, after every fourth retraining, chakra consumption goes up by one.
Description: With this technique, the user takes advantage of what projectiles and accessories grant a shinobi in battle. In this case, armed with extensive wire, the user uses their chakra to move and bind the opponent, and once trapped, a stream of hot fire travels across the wire and envelops the victim whole.

Endan (Fireball) [50]

Description: Although basic, the fireball technique is nonetheless efficient and deadly. After forming the necessary handseals, the shinobi will expel a jet stream of fire from their mouth, which quickly forms into a large fireball. The user can fire this ball off in any direction they wish, resulting in a small explosion upon impact.

Dai Endan (Great Fireball) [150]

Special: Distance, size, and strength are equal to 'Endan'. Up to 2 fireballs can be fired off per use, plus 1 one each time retrained. However, after each retraining, chakra consumption will go up by one. Keep in mind balls are shot one after another, not simultaneously.
Description: An upgrade to the 'Endan' technique, this allows the user to expel an even greater stream of fire now that they are more adept at controlling their Katon chakra. With the stream of fire, they can quickly shoot off several larger fireballs in quick succession, resulting in an overwhelming set of blasts all carrying an explosive fate.

I apologize in advance because I'm using my phone so all of this might not make any sense. Anyways i recieved 500 exp when i first joined because it was offered as one of the promos and incentives for joining the site. If you check my post history, i participated in a mission wherein i believe i accumulated at least 100 exp, I'd check but im kind of indisposed at the moment. And, finally 500 more exp was awarded to me for being one of the first 500 members to have joined the site. Youguys gave away 500 exp in the 500 club thread. My sig says 600 and 583 unsued because i have not updated ever since i recieved those 500 exp from the celebration thread. And that is how i have accumulated 1175 exp points. Edit: i forgot to include the chakra detection purchase that i made on my old bio thats why it might seem like i don't have that much exp.
