simplicity over eccentricity is a good way to describe the way that namisara likes to carry herself. she compares those who dress in outlandish and attention-seeking attire to people who are trying to overcompensate for something that they lack. namisara doesn't believe in fooling others in such a way, so she dresses as humbly as she acts. simple, everyday garbs such as neutral-colored skirts and shirts and dark slacks are what she likes. as a shinobi, functionality outweighs appearance; she wears clothes that won't hinder her movements during a bout or on a mission. while she is against unneeded accessories, she does have one thing that she never leaves home without: a red scarf that was once worn by her mother. it's one of the few things that the boy has left of his parents. her long, raven-colored hair, though not unruly to the point of him needing to cut it, can be bothersome when doing anything acrobatic. because of this, she often has it tied back in a single braid or ponytail. she also wears her hitai-ate proudly on her forehead, staying true to tradition.

as a shinobi, namisara has come to an agreement with death; she understands that killing and the risk of being killed come with the job. however, due to her harsh upbringing, she has a rather interesting take on killing. she believes that justice is absolute, and those who do bad things deserve bad things to happen to them. she will attempt to kill if she deems death to a be a worthy punishment for a crime. her grandfather had always tried to steer the girl in the direction of a less violent career path, knowing of her troubled past. it was unavoidable, however, due to three facts: she was raised in a village housing a massive shinobi corps, she had a grudge against a certain someone, and she was a thrill-seeker. namisara is an adrenaline junky, in certain situations. she isn't one to actively, relentlessly search for dangerous activities to engage in, however, when the opportunity presents itself to her, she isn't likely to let it pass. regardless of this small tendency of hers and her dark past, she is, at the very base of her person, a kind and humble spirit. one of her goals in life is to change the world so that peaceful resolutions for problems can be found and that some day shinobi will no longer be needed. her means to achieving this goal, however, may lead her into dark territory.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)

It simply combines high mobility with some disruption of visibility to conceal those movements. That in mind, if you can conceal your movement, it is common for this technique to allow very long-distance dashes before enemies may notice you.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must to combine it with a distraction.

Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique)

Description: A powerful jutsu intended to call forth aid when in dire need, Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon a a variety of entities and items meant to assist them in a dire situation. From people to animals, to inanimate objects such as weapons and items, these creations come forth out of thin air near-instantly after the seals are done and into the battlefield. Keep in mind each summoning in question requires a previous contract to be filled out. Finally, signing this contract also allows said summoning to be able to reverse summon the human ninja to their own location.

Special: This is the first activated form of the Sharingan and, consequently, the weakest. This stage of the eye allows the user to pierce all c-ranked genjutsu and below, and predict and comprehend all taijutsu of c-rank and below, as well. Likewise, at this stage, the Sharingan can easily keep track of movements x2 the speed of your average shinobi. Keep in mind that regardless of foresight and prediction, in order to avoid incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed, agility and RP ability will ultimately control whether they can move to avoid it.
Description: The very first form of the Sharingan, once its true powers are unlocked. With only one tomoe, the eye itself is still very immature and lacking in any of its real powers, but it can nonetheless excell much more than any normal human eye can in battle. At this stage, the Uchiha begins to see the truth behind illusions, as well as gain a brief understanding of whatever movements are coming at them.

Description: As its name implies, the Mist Waltz is just that – a vicious mist expelled by the user through their mouth at high speeds, which, when in contact with any form of flame, will create a napalm like explosion, enhancing the fire and even creating disastrous fires which quickly spread and burn. The user must be careful however, as any Fuuton jutsu of equal or greater rank could easily blow back the mist and turn the effects on the user.

Ryuuka no Jutsu (Dragon Fire Technique)

Special: Trapping each opponent consumes 10 meters worth of wire, so the user must have sufficient wire in the first place to trap his opponent. Although multiple opponents can be trapped, only one stream may be shot at once; each time retrained however, one can shoot an additionally stream down a different wire. However, after every fourth retraining, chakra consumption goes up by one.
Description: With this technique, the user takes advantage of what projectiles and accessories grant a shinobi in battle. In this case, armed with extensive wire, the user uses their chakra to move and bind the opponent, and once trapped, a stream of hot fire travels across the wire and envelops the victim whole.

Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique)

Special: Produces an intense stream of fire that can move as far as one's 'Enkou Shinka' rank, halved. Because the flames are slightly more intense than other Katon jutsu, each time this is retrained, the user can stack 'C' ranked burning damage. However, for every fourth retraining, chakra consumption will go up by one. Can be trained a maximum of 8 times. Stream can last up to a whole turn, but when using this jutsu, the user must be standing still.
Description: Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a fundamental Katon ninjutsu technique which allows the user to freely control fire itself as it leaves their body. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. During this point, they then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.
