Kaede is commonly seen wearing an orange straight jacket, arms generally folded around their body in a hug, although the ends are not usually attached as a criminal’s would be. The jacket also has a hood, which covers Kaede’s head. This is accompanied by a mask, which completely hides Kaede’s face. The Hyuuga’s legs are adorned by a pair of beige pants, which have four orange “straps” that dangle from it, each ending in a metal hook. Unlike standard shinobi, Kaede prefers to wear black, heavy duty boots.

Underneath the sleeves of Kaede's straight jacket, the Hyuuga's arms are completely bandaged, revealing no skin no matter how far the sleeves are rolled.

✿Body Appearance:
Kaede’s actual form is little more than a mystery, as of that the Hyuuga’s outfit shows very little in the way of skin to anyone. However, it is fairly safe to say that the teenager’s form is tall and slim.

✿Hitai-ate:
Kaede's forehead protector is not shown, though it could possibly be hidden underneath the mask...

✿Blemishes & Scars:
Kaede shows nothing of their form to anyone, however, should the mask of the hood be removed for any reason, one would find a black scar, a line drawn across Kaede's face, starting beneath one ear, stretching just between lips and nose, and ending below the other ear.

As a member of the side branch, Kaede also bears the green marking on their forehead, the seal that disallows them to betray the main branch.

Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Special: Shunpo is much like Shunshin, a forward-moving high-speed technique that transports the user across a short space in the blink of an eye. When used, the user will rush almost instantly to wherever they are facing. The user can Shunpo once per thread, plus once more each time retrained. One cannot attack or perform techniques during Shunpo.
Description: Shunpo, a Taijutsu master's response to the Body Flicker Technique, relies solely on the user's ability to harness their inner ki and gain enough stamina to withstand the sudden strain imposed on one's legs. However, once properly trained, the Taijutsu Type will find their legs moving at speeds unknown to common man, to the point most would make the foolish mistake of assuming one is using Shunshin. However, unlike that chakra inspired run, Shunpo is pure stamina and movement skill, allowing for tighter, quicker, and more reactionary movements essential for someone that relies on movement. Although Shunpo itself moves in a single line, its many variations is what makes it so lethal.

Description: The first stage of the Eight Gates, the Gate of Opening (開門, Kaimon) is located in the brain, and upon activation, releases the brain's restraints, allowing full power usage of the body's muscles. Unlocking this gate allows the user to use extremely strong techniques, such as the Iron Fist's Frontal Lotus.

Description: As its name implies, the Byakugan is just that, a featureless white eye that can occasioanlly posses hints of blue-gray and lavender, respectively. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge, representing the sudden chakra activation that makes the doujutsu possible. All members of the clan possess and can use the kekkei genkai from birth, as opposed to needing to awaken it. Byakugan gives the user a near 360º field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra. With this vision, the Hyuuga can see through solid objects, and can use a degree of telescopic sight. The distance and the degree of telescopic sight varies from person to person, and can be improved. Finally, one of the greatest uses of the Byakugan is the ability to see chakra, chakra flow as well as the chakra circulation system inside the body with great detail. It is from this particular ability that they are able to employ their ultimate attack style - the Gentle Fist.

It is also useful when the Hyuuga has been bound by an enemy, targeting weak points in the prison that they see with their Byakugan with their sudden chakra rush in order to dispel it. This technique was made legendary when its creator employed it to save themselves from sudden crystallization at the hands of a Shoton master.

Description: Of the few non-main Gentle Fist techniques, Juuho Soushiken is nonetheless an attack to be feared. After gathering chakra into their fists, the Hyuuga will skillfully spin and rush towards their target in order strike them. Spectral heads of pure, Hyuuga chakra will then form around their fists, forming two large lion-shaped shrouds that can be used to attacks the opponent. Because of their nature, they can move past solid defenses and attack the opponent internally. Best of all, because of the chakra's nature, any contact the claws have with the victim's chakra network results in immediate chakra loss - a condition made likely with the tenketsu revealing powers of Byakugan.

Description: Once the Hyuuga is comfortable envisioning their Hakke domain and establishing it as their own personal striking grounds, they are taught the art of striking and sealing tenketsu. Moving their hands and arms and bullet like speeds, the Hyuuga extends their palm towards their enemy, and leads with both hands outstretched, so that their fingers land first - 2 strikes, then 4, 8, 16, and finally, 32 tenketsu. As the victim is caught in attack, they are temporarily paralyzed if they are touched even once. Although the result isn't as drastic as 64 or 128 strikes, it can nonetheless close off a specific type of chakra flow within the victim of the Hyuuga's choosing.
