Time changes a man. Through a parent-less upraising Sebastian became all he could manage to, which was a blood-thirsty killer. To this most, even himself included, thought his true family roots hailed within Kirigakure. To this he always felt a sort of bond to the place despite never having visited it directly. Despite this through time he has let this fade as his search for his history has come up short without any leads. Recent times have pulled him from his lust for blood and killing, leaving him a much more calmer and accepting person. Though attempts to uphold this have failed at times, leaving him to becoming a man with a short temper and little to no leeway towards the week and deceitful. As such this leaves Sebastian as a strict individual who demands respect, honor, and refuses the weak unless he can gain something from keeping them around.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)

Special: Switch is near-instantaneous. Kawarimi can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. However, the technique itself can only be used once per turn, regardless of retraining. Requires the user to switch with objects that range from equal in size to as small as half their size. Cannot switch with other living people or animals.
Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log) the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance that, although easily seen through by those with doujutsu, can fool the normal eye easily. Why? Simply because although without substance, the copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent, though no real damage can be done by it. Finally, as soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.

After having their hands come together, the user can extend a sensory barrier to detect the movements of a hidden foe. Should the field touch their opponent, the user will know their position immediately.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique)

Chakra: Halves the user's chakra.
Special: When first learned, a single Shadow Clone can be produced. Each time re-learned, one additional clone can be made, for a maximum of 5. Please remember that regardless of the amount of clones made, the chakra is still divided evenly amongst all bodies. However, when a clone is defeated or chooses to disappear, whatever remaining chakra within their bodies, as well as their knowledge, returns to the user. The only exception is 'Bunshin Bakuha', which sacrifices the chakra return for a grand explosion. This technique can only be learned by Jounin ranked shinobi; no exceptions!
Description: Kage Bunshin is an advanced, forbidden Ninjutsu technique, which grants the user the ability to create a tangible clone. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. However, Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance, to the point the clone can utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows, and spawns with any equipment the user has one them at the time of the summoning. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.

Hien (Flying Swallow)

Special: Extends the blade of any bladed weapon through chakra by a maximum of twelve inches.
Description: By consciously feeding their chakra into any bladed weapon, the user will manage to extend the length of the weapon by providing an extra extension of visible chakra. This creation will yield an extremely sharp edge that functions like the normal blade itself. By seeing only the user's bladed weaponry, the opponent may miss the Hien and misjudge how far they need to move to avoid an incoming strike. As a result, even if they manage to avoid the metal portion of the blade, the chakra portion may cut into them as well.

Tier One – Arsenal: The Shageki-ha requires a great many tools to fully utilize their fighting style. Due to this, through their training, they’ve learned to carry heavier loads than most of your typical shinobi. Likewise, considering how much time they’ve spent in the shops, they’ve also grown rather close to the keepers. From this, practitioners of the Shageki-ha gain one additional Main Weapon slot, one additional Secondary Weapon slot, and one Accessory slot, as well as a 50% discount when purchasing any main or secondary weapons.

Shageki-ha Sealing (Weapon Specialist Sealing)

Special: At d-rank, one may seal any secondary weapon into any Weapon Scroll. At c-rank, one may seal any form of weaponry into any Weapon Scroll.
Description: An integral technique for the Shageki-ha, allowing them to fill their Weapon Scrolls with all the weaponry they'll need. Though typically used prior to a fight, poor weaponry management often requires the user to recollect some of their dispensed weaponry and reseal them into their scrolls. Using this in the line of fire requires much more concentration, and thus hand seals.

Keikokyori (Distance Training)

Range: 0 – 50 meters.

Special: This ability only increases the range and accuracy of projectiles. They do not inflict more damage, nor travel any faster through the air.

Special: This ability simply increases the piercing power (or strength, if you will) behind a user's hand-thrown weaponry. The range that these projectiles may travel relies solely on the user's highest Distance Training rank. Likewise, this technique doesn't improve the speed of the thrown weaponry in any way. It should be noted that the user will need to charge their thrown weapons with the chakra equivalent to the barrier or defense they wish to penetrate. Furthermore, these substances serve as baseline values and more so as references. Clearly, a user putting forth the x2 High to pierce a steel barrier would naturally be able to pierce any material lesser than steel, and so on and so forth.

C: Projectiles can pass completely through a human body at any point (chest, leg, etc).
B: Projectiles can pass completely through wooden constructs (shields, armor, trees, etc) up to one foot thick.
A: Projectiles can pass completely through stone constructs (shields, armor, trees, walls, etc) up to one foot thick.
S: Projectiles can pass completely through steel constructs (shields, armor, trees, walls, etc) up to six inches thick.

Description: Typically, a thrown weapon is both easy to see coming, and easy to block or avoid. To combat the weakness of their style, the Shageki-ha have learned how to infuse projectiles with chakra in order to pierce defences. Barriers, armors - their secondary weapons can now break through these.

Description: Masters of throwing weapons, the Shageki-ha has learned how to launch any form of weaponry as easily as those designed for throwing. Swords, spears, even unconventional weapons such as whips or nunchaku, the user can throw any weapon with ease and skill.

Tengai Arumajiro: Shou (Armadillo Dome: Summon)

Special: Conjures up the user’s Armadillo dome without the need to wait for it to open and surrounded the user. For an additional mid worth of chakra, the user can manipulate the segments of the dome without touching them; only one segment can be manipulated by this method at a time.
Description: The Shageki-ha swings open their giant scroll and in a huge puff of thick white smoke their Armadillo Dome will surround them. The dome spreads over 5 meters in both radius and height, protecting the summoner in all directions from both ninjutsu and taijutsu. When the user summons the dome it comes out in its fullest form, already surrounding and protecting them ie. the user does not have to waste time opening their dome when in the threat of danger.

Soshoryu (Twin Rising Dragons)

Description: Dropping two smaller Weapon Scrolls at their sides, the user then leaps high in the air, the scrolls unraveling upwards at the same time, leaving the Shageki-ha between the two spiraling lengths of paper. From there, the barrage begins, any weaponry sealed in their scrolls being thrown at incredibly high speeds, with impressive accuracy and strength. All weaponry contained within the scrolls is released over roughly two seconds, thrown at double the speed of an average launch.

Soshoryu, Tenka (Twin Rising Dragons, Ignition)

Description: Attaches ninja wire to all the weaponry launched during the Twin Rising Dragons jutsu. Description: Holding onto one end of their Weapon Scroll, the user tosses it high into the air, and as it unravels, a devastating torrent of weaponry rockets downwards, exploding from the scroll and crashing into the ground and anything caught beneath it. The weapons crash downwards with enough force to pierce rock, the speed making them appear as white flashes as they erupt.
