Entry # 0: Taking Flight
Ryūsuke was for the better part of the ordeal, amazed as he watched with clear lavender eyes the beam of condensed white shoot forward and ultimately impact with the side of his clone. The end result being a loud explosion, as the bunshin detonate with contact, sending flares of red and streaks of enraged orange in all directions, touching the bark of trees and the tips of the grass as the fire expanded. Tactic two, complete: premeditated detonation of a clone to cause sufficient damage at the range the two instilled into their minds. Training had gone according to plans, and while one certain person was missing, they should be arriving soon.
Peering down to his side, the Uchiha watched contently as Kiniro jumped up to his side and stood proudly. She was something else, and while not as adept in Ninjutsu as he or Asato; her ability to transcend one field made up for it, and while her Ninjutsu were greatly improving, her other turf of combat, Taijutsu was still fresh and her field of proficiency. She was a balanced fighter and soon as the “Yo” signaled in the distance, and the Uchiha caught on to the position, he smiled and patted Kiniro’s shoulder. “You take a break. Have a snack.” He exclaimed, reaching into his Kosode and pulling out two rice balls, and a Bento box swollen with fried vegetables. She worked hard, and thus deserved a treat. Her stomach couldn’t resist and as she nodded and snatched the food, Ryūsuke looked on at the arrival of Asato and sighed contently.
“You’re late.” He murmured beneath his breath, only loud enough for the Kunochi who rested to his side to hear as the crimson-haired Shinobi strung together a weave of Kata. Emerging to his side, an indistinguishable copy of himself formulated and without a spoken command, rushed down from the tree and sprinted towards the late arrival. Asato was competent, and his chakra nature inundated that of the Uchiha. Nonetheless, was he even in the mood to deflect? It didn’t matter and as the Clone weaved in jagged, irregular patterns attempting to close the gap as well as disorient the foe, the real Uchiha looked from above, waiting to see how Asato would react. Training began once more.
