Day One.
Not a single cloud was within the sky as the winds were calm, soothing, and gave off a cold kiss upon those who traveled through konohagakure today. These feelings cascaded themselves all over the young uchiha's body during his morning walk. " Yawn. . . it feels great today. " His open mid-drift was catching most of the pleasant weather. The day has always brought out what seemed to be the best of moods. This could not be any truer as the leaf village seemed to hum a sweet sound into the air from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
That was when a brisk wind blew past the boy, mixed with a sudden sneeze surprised Naota. " I guess someone is calling out to me today. I hope it's nothing serious! " He stopped, that brisk wind to him meant the arrival of a new beginning. Which at times wasn't the best thing that could happen to him. The cloudiness of new decisions to come were halted at the entrance of the Mission Compound was found. The massive building seemed to gain more girth from the last time he visited it. Yet the last time he visited he almost collapsed because of the massive strain to move around.
" Ahh! it's good to be out working again! " The last mission had given a scare which would never heal even with all the time which passed. The killing of that child still weight heavily on his conscious and a sneaking suspicion that Jiyuu knew the limited options set before him. But those actions were years away from what was sitting right in front of him. A great way to give back before being dragged into the depths of the underworld for his past transgressions.
" Ugh, I shouldn't have delved so deep into my memories. " A dark cloud hung over his head after those horrid days were remembered. " Ahh, Naota!!! " The sudden shock of being surprised scared Naota into almost jumping out of his skin. The feeling was like his heart was gonna beat right out of his chest. Quickly shifting his gaze towards the direction of the person who scared him his eyes were met with the most beautiful women he had ever seen. Yet she looked so familiar to him, which started the gears inside his mind.
". . . . Kira"
