The day was pretty balanced one could say, the temperature being not to hot, nor too chilling, a perfect day for physical activity and it seemed konohagakure had just the thing for the Uchiha. Another day always meant another mission, which ultimately meant more experience and rewards for the young Uchiha. Things he had to word towards in order to become chuunin when the next exams rolled around. The attendant within the Hokage's mission panel happily delegated Genryu his mission, which was reconstructing the village - a.k.a. 'Manual Labor'. For the most part all of it had been repaired over time, however, there were a few places and things that needed that final touch that embellished everything.

Rolling up his missions scroll and sticking inside a free space of his hip pack, he brushed his hands together as he stepped out the compounds front entrance.

"Well this'll be fun. Nothing like some hard physical labor as a good exercise and workout!"

With a huge joyous smile stretching from one ear to the other, Genryu's calves began to throb with activity as he took off in a quick sprint through the city streets, waving at all those who he knew and considered kin. Being loved by the inhabitants of his home was a feeling like none other, and it was this feeling that didn't allow him to see reasons why shinobi would abandon their village.

Suddenly his sprint diminished and soon halted completely, he saw something at one of his favorite local shops- Ichiraku Ramen with extra pickles and about 3 scrambled eggs between the noodles. Geysers of saliva oozed from his mouth like a raging waterfall the moment the scent of the burger ventured teasingly into his nose.

"Thats so not fair, the minute that restock on those tasty egg burgers I got missions to do. Hmm, maybe I double back once this mission is done."

Painfully tearing himself from the egged ramen he desired so contentedly, he took off yet again, sifting through crowds of civilians with little to no effort at all. Genryu knew Konoha's streets like the back of his own hand which allowed him to maintain his regular gait of speed while looking over his missions slip just to gain some clarity upon the situation and task at hand, not that it would turn into a problem. His eyes surveyed the paper, going across each line of text like a crazed word search fanatic.

"Hmm the eastern sector huh? Isn't that the area with a lot of rich guys over there? I think so, surprising that they'd need our help with so much money. Haha I guess even rich guys can be cheap."

Placing the scroll into his pack once more he leapt over the crowd and onto the side of a building with a quick application of chakra to his feet. Ascending up to the buildings roof he stepped to the opposite edge before narrowing his eyes to see in the distant, aligning his sights with his desired location, it was a distance away, however, it was nothing at all for one whose mastered the art of Taijutsu.

"Guess I got a ways to go. It shouldn't take me long to get there, hopefully they aren't an impatient lot. If so, this might not go so well after all."

[Messatsu!]

"This is taking longer than I anticipated!"

With tensed calf muscles and physical freshness, Genryu launched himself forward onto the rooftop of another opulentKonohagakure building. His body absorbed the shock beneath his feet with a masterful roll that would have ordinarily shattered someone's ankles. His blood pumped, and body thrummed with seaming activity as he began to jump and vault from one rooftop to another with swift motions. To practitioners of taijutsu - or at least Genryu- parkour was an excellent physical workout, one that pushes and demands all the muscles in ones body to be toned and refined in order to move about the city fluently like a bat through a cave.

He soon came to an edge of a building roughly 50 meters before his desired destination, even from such a distance he could see the actual edifice that needed to be repaired. Its roof seemed to have caved in at a corner, the debris and rubble laid piled up on the floor of the room itself. It was a small hole in fact, probably because what works were paid had fortified and rejuvenated most of it back to its original condition. But Genryu himself knew why a shinobi with great physical conditioning as he was sent down to help. These paid me were just average human men, they lacked the training that Leaf shinobi faced as academy students and genin as well.

Even from the distance in which he could finally see, the rubble was indeed heavy, even Genryu doubted himself but even then he knew he wielded the strength of not just a couple but multiple male adults. He knew they needed his help and without question he'd give it to them, but not because he'd be receiving a reward after the deed is done, but the love and dedication he held for his home was limitless.

("Guess its time to get to work!")

Finally making his way over towards the 'construction' site, Genryu swiftly dropped down to the earthen floor, landing upon one kneed with his palm slamming into the ground like a stereotypical action movie ninja. Quickly he came to a perfect stand as he looked around for whomever might have been in charge of the operation. It took only a few seconds to identify his client and to actually be approached by him. Simply by Genryu's presence and his shimmering head band had he known that the cavalry finally arrived. His visage seemed stressed and distraught, as if something have been incessantly eating away at his conscious.

Genryu, being concerned about others as he always was, inquired about his obvious distress, but the man claimed otherwise, exclaiming that he was fine and instead verbally listing the things he needed the Uchiha to get done. It wasn't a lot truth be told, however, it was more so the solid masses of objects that seemed to vex him, but he couldn't disappoint his client so he had no other choice but to persevere.

"Right, I'll get to work right now. If I can work without any distraction this should not take long at all. Half a day at least."

Ready to work, Genryu's fingers curled about the collar of his leaf green flak jacket, relinquishing it from his body along with his shinobi sweat shirt that laid beneath it. With a chiseled thorax revealed, it stood out as a beast among men, shaming even the average men who were deemed 'physically fit' among their colleagues. He cracked a cunning smile as a quick glance contrived itself over his shoulder.

"You guys just sit back, rest, and watch. I can handle the rest of this rubble, trust me."

[Messatsu!]

After a few minutes of stretching and warming his muscles for extensive physical activity, he finally went on ahead to tackles the task at hand. Tapping into his reservoir of semi-intangible energies, Genryu made his way to the highest floor with a simple sequence of zig-zagging leaps. Landing in a skillful crouch dust from the fallen debris momentarily filled his lungs, inducing a arduous string of coughs. He waved his hands back and forth, fanning away the dust as he ventured further into the room. Luckily he there had been a bed within the room, unharmed by the fallen masses of concrete. He seated himself upon said bed, contemplating upon his approach to lifting these slabs of concrete with the least amount of energy possible.

"Hmm this might be a little more difficult than I initially thought. The rubble didn't seem so big from far back. Hm ah well I guess it can't be helped, no point in complaining, just have to get it done."

His fingers converged, intermingling with one another as they were outstretched, cracking themselves as so to loosen up for the weight that Genryu had been about to lift. Initially he went for the bigger piece, namely this piece that laid above all the other rubble in the shape of a jagged trapezoid. With a underhand palm, he gripped the ends of the piece of rubble, as he pushed upwardly with his legs in correlation to his lifting strength, standing the piece up before pushing it out of the opening and down upon the ground below. Of course the resting workers had not even remotely been close for it was a hazardous area.

The over-sized piece of debris shatter upon contact with opposing force-the ground, so much so that the pieces were big enough for the works to carry off piece by piece. Registering this method as the fastest above all others, Genryu and the workers continued until there was nothing left to pick up, shatter, or lift.

"Boy was that a workout."

[Messatsu!]

Dusting off his hands and pants he effortlessly leapt down, descending upon the earthen floor with a series of timed and precise jumps and airborne cartwheels. A soft thud emanated from beneath his feet as he landed with golden grace, awe-striking all those that bore witness to his acrobatic maneuvers, namely the construction workers. Having satisfied his client and completed his work to the fullest, he approached his client and updated him upon the progress Genryu and the workers had made in half a days time.

"It was definitely fun working with you guys, hope to see you around some time!"

With his daily deed dead and gone, he dressed himself fully before making his way back home, well to Hokage's mission panel, then home.
