Ramen Galore[mission]

Ramen! Ramen! Ramen. Jeez, it was the only thing on my mind that I just couldn't get out no matter how hard I tried. After having just awakened from a absurdly comfortable slumber within my junky abode, I set out to fulfill this mission. Of course I was truthfully late with the mission itself, but I struck with a sudden case of exhaustion and couldn't possibly think to continue on with my day, not without some kind of nap to rejuvenate my physical freshness. So, with that finally out of the way, I found myself cordially strolling through the streets of Konohagakure, cutting glances and excited smiles from children and adults alike.

"Hrrm, That nap made me sorta hungry, I need something to eat - but what?", thinking of something to eat when his stomach demands food was always a frivolous, yet, perplexing task for Shin. The Hidden leaf was home to many different dishes, big, small, hot, and even cold, there wasn't much that Shin could think of that Hidden leaf chefs just could not cook, so his options were damn near limitless, which, made his task all the more difficult. "I ate bacon fish sticks yesterday for dinner, and I gotta' say I can eat those freakin' things all day and night, but I gotta taste for something majestic today, something that will send my mouth into heaven.", and just then he hit him, causing his leisure gait to abruptly halt just in front of Ichiraku Ramen.

Tendrils of smoke cruised along the waves of air which drove the ungodly and beautiful scent of ramen into my nose, sending my nerves spiraling in pleasure. I almost collapsed honestly, my legs felt weak and wobbly, much like jello, I'd needed a seat, and fast!

Excited and famished, I hurried towards Ichiraku Ramen, quickly welding my ass to one of the front seats as I quickly yelled at one of the chefs that seemed to have been rather stressed by the load of work he'd been burdened with. Sadly -for him at least- my arrival only made things worse, and adding insult to injury my appetite was nothing less than a raging wildebeest that had been forcefully starved for weeks on end. Needless to say, I was one hungry bastard by the time I sat down and ordered my bowl of mushroom and onion ramen.

"Its good to see you again Shin but I'm a little bit busy at the moment and I can't possibly handle all this work alone, I'm the only person running the place right now!"

That moment when that last word leapt from his mouth was when I offered that man a rather, ironic grin. I responded with confidence and assurance, "Hehe, funny, because thats exactly what I'm here for, to help that is. Take off and go take care of your things, I got this, trust me." Slamming my open palms into the table, the force propelled me in an upward arc, with my knees inwardly curled towards the back of my thigh. Having seamlessly vaulted over the table area and towards the kitchen, I commenced to finish what the current chief started, yet, I was more efficient. With my limbs carrying the innate ability to elongate themselves upon my own whim, standing in one specific area to reach for whatever it was that I needed was a frivolous task to say the least - this shit was all too easy for me.

Customers, both old and new were demanding for their foods to be delivered, and with my inhuman speeds that exceeded the average man, I masterfully began meal after meal, and sometimes even at the same given time. I took me less than seconds to reach for new equipment that I needed to further this assembly line of orders. A smile on my face the entire time only ascertained that I could have a joyous time even when being yelled and ordered to fulfill the demands of those impatient. Good guys like me were rare, but a damn good find.

"Hold your horses! I'm on it! I got half you people down, there's just a few more to go. By the time you think about something else your food will be in your mouths!"

With a cooking fork in hand, my wrist rapidly spun and rotated in circular motions, and pausing every few seconds to switch and alternate the motion of said rotation. I was beating up this cooking batter like no tomorrow. You see, aside from writing and music, food and cooking was also a personal passion that I always pursued within my free time, just always shy about as I was about other hidden passions that I held secret from others. Needless to say I was getting the job done, and at record time. The once yelling customers simmered down as their orders reached a satisfying flow, being done and served in reasonable time. I thought it was utterly inhuman to excel at something to such a degree, but hey, it was a gift, so I wasn't complaining at all.

"Heh, I told ya if you waited you guys' would get your stuff, but don't worry about thanking me, I can clearly see you're too busy stuffing your faces because of my awesomeness. "

After serving the last few customers, my job was definitely finished, I'd known so after the shop owners and employees made their return and seemed overly appreciative of my extended hand of help. I was a nice guy, what could I say.
