The moon had hung over the night skies of Mizu no Kuni, the moon had reflected the characteristics of that of the ocean which would reflect it. It was cool and peacefully set within the sky, as if it were just waiting for something to happen, something that fate had in store for the participants who would meet under its pale, yet heavy light. Upon the shores of Mizu no Kuni, a boat had arrived, and it was one that didn't resemble any symbols upon it which had related it to any of the villages of the country. But, it also wouldn't have any visible symbol at all, so one wouldn't know who or what they might be related, nor able to tell if they were friend or foe (though, things like that can vary for each individual.)

From the boat, several men, four in all, had come from inside of the boat, making their way toward the land, setting upon the soil of Mizu no Kuni. The four of the men had seemed to have been through a lot, due to their robes which were dirty, and torn apart, though one could tell that each one of them had been sewn back together, by someone with a careful hand and good sewing skills. The four men would travel together as they would make their way through the outskirts of Mizu no Kuni, and just as they were leaving the sight, another boat in the distance would have been coming their way. The four men would make their way into a small town, which wasn't known for its shinobi, but was known for its liquor and its pawnshops.

The four men would make way to a bar, three of the men had seemed to be wearing similar attire, though, and one was dressed a bit different than the rest. Once they had made it into the bar, and taken a table, the one who had donned different attire from the rest had begun to speak to the other three at his round table near the back of the bar.

"We won't have long before Toukon and his guys find us, we need to figure out what to do with the goods we had stolen from them in Kuma no Kuni. We need to see if we can find somewhere to hide out or at least another boat to use to escape from the country on a different end, if the country isn't already surrounded by people looking for us."

The man with the wine hued eyes had said as he looked at the other three with a wicked expression upon his face, it could be taken that he was up to no good, or that he had simply been happy to experience the thrill of the run, and it was a natural expression he would show when he was happy. Soon, a waitress had come over to their table, and the four would order drinks for themselves. They had known they wouldn't be able to leave this town they were currently in quietly, so they figured they would have a drink before Toukon and his forces had arrived.

Moonlight, and all beneath it like dust catching the stray reflections of light too pure to only appear in darkness. But still; a young man moved beneath it unhindered. His path has been set by others, those whose whims and fancy direct his actions, but his passage through the long night is not without some reminder of his own purpose. He has left behind the gates of his village for more than personal gain, for more than the desire to fulfill the command of his military superior. He is searching for some small piece of himself in the great wide mystery that is the rest of the world.

He does not run, nor move with any particular haste, his motions are patient and deliberate. He stalks the outer edge of the shore, staring at the flotilla of half-broken vessels that make their berth where the water divides clumps of metal into townships. His feet spread no echoes as crag and split earth accept each modest step; the hood of his heavy cloak is down, his hair tied in a lengthy knot behind him. He could easily be any other traveler.

But he is not. He is a shinobi, a killer from a village hidden by mist and myth. As his eyes lead him through wooden pillars and monuments of stone and rope, through open alleys facing the sea and rough-looking vagrants seeking to assault the lost or those too new to the area to discard their feelings of fear, a light less significant than the moon beckons.

Through the old wooden double-doors of a ragged tavern, he enters, though no one seems to care. He is, purposely, unnoticeable. Another isolated collection of tense twitched foot-falls that suggest he is to be ignored, even if whatever is hidden within might prove otherwise. He is difficult to pay attention to. Hidden in himself. Looking for a drink and rest. He speaks to the bartender as if they are old friends, finally pulling his hood up over his head, and paying no attention to the others crowding the establishment with hushed talk and skewed glances.

The usual.

The large man behind the bar, like a chip of slate chiseled into an irreverent overbearing swagger, smirks in his direction, and fills a dirty glass with house beer, as Akuharu places a few ryo on the counter. One of the nearby waitresses, a young woman no doubt near his own age, would saunter up behind him, tapping him on the shoulder, and asking in the delicate voice of one trained to sound more innocent than they are

"Can I get you something to eat?"

No. Thank you.

"Is there...anything else that you might want instead? Company, perhaps?

She looked at Akuharu with a slight knowing smile, as he gestured ambiguously towards the open seat next to him, and she took it.

"I can't sit here for long, i'm still working. But you looked like you might not want to be alone. I'll be getting off soon..."

She leaned is as she spoke, her hand traveling carefully to his knee, then rising up slowly, whispering in his ear as if to share a secret.

"Hopefully sooner than I originally planned..."

Perhaps....

...I will take something to eat after all. Beef ramen, with honey, and crushed red pepper. Don't forget the onions. Thank you again.

She stood in a huff, visibly upset, but merely bowed before running back towards the kitchen as the bartender gave a good-natured laugh and Akuharu sipped his drink, swirling the ice in the glass and thinking absently of the dream he'd been having the past few days. A dream of having captured the moon itself, of holding its image in a mirror and sewing it into his own heart.

The waitress had returned to the table of the four men with their drinks, the male with the wine hues and cascading raven hair had smiled at the waitress. Before she would have made their way over toward them, she had addressed another who entered into the tavern with a hooded cloak. It had seemed that he would have ignored the advances of the waitress, but this man wasn't that kind of person, and once she would sit their drinks upon the table, he had given her a firm slap upon her ass. Much to the delight of the waitress, and as she would begin to go on to her other duties, before she left, he had given the waitress a wink, letting her know he had been interested in smashing.

He would then turn his attention back to the three who had accompanied them, taking a sip of his liquor, but before they had known it, they had heard loud yelling coming from outside of the tavern, as if it was sounded by a group of people. It would only cause a smirk to curl upon the face of the wine hued male, as if he was amused by the roaring of voices he and everyone else within the place would hear.

"Well, that didn't take long, boys. Let's try to get out of here without any or many casualties; we need not to get this village involved with our own business."

The male had said in a low enough tone for only the people at the table who had sat with him to hear. They didn't want to create a big commotion, causing the shinobi forces of Mizu no Kuni to get involved, due to the shinobi of Mizu no Kuni not really caring about the ones who had chosen to live a pirates life. His wine hues had covered the room, seeing if he could spot anyone within the room baring a symbol that shows their allegiance with Kirigakure, but he hadn't seen any. Before he had known it, the front part of the bar would erupt into flames, and eventually, the rest of the tavern would also be caught upon fire.

With the bar caught on fire, the four and the rest of the seemingly innocent people of the villages who were there were also trapped in the building. Slowly, it would begin to fall apart, being made of wood like it was, the walls slowly began to crumble, and as they would, the ceiling would collapse. The four had taken refugee under their table as quickly as they could, along with the others who were sitting at tables or near one. Whoever wasn't near a table and couldn't find a place to hide, the burning ceiling would drop down upon them, bashing them with burning logs.

Outside of the remaining tavern, twenty men had laughed out loud, enjoy of watching it burn, while other villagers on the outside watched on in horror as people on the inside could possibly be buried and burned alive. Though, among the twenty men, one voice was the loudest.

He walked slowly toward the entrance of the burning doors of the tavern, sporting a black robe similar to that of the four who had previously entered into it, and as he moved toward it, he kicked down the doors and looked around across the destroyed tavern. He had seen dead bodies of those who didn't protect themselves from the falling symbol or the fire. The flames had continued to burn across the debris, and behind the mask that the big man had worn, he would smile, as his lips parted slowly as he would begin to speak.

"Where are you hiding, Jukkai? Hide all you want, but I will find you and get back what you've stolen from me."

Then other men who were laughing before stopped once the big man had entered into the tavern, and in sync, they all would begin to formulate handseals.

Akuharu sat, contemplating his own thoughts, and watched as his earlier waitress exited the kitchen bringing a far off table a group of drinks. The men she served were crude, brutes, slapping her behind and giving her a knowing wink while she virtually squealed with joy, the exaggerated swish of her hips as she departed clear to anyone with eyes. Tch.

In the following seconds, a commotion would build outside, the sounds of men jeering raucously outside. Even within the relatively noisy bar, voices could still be heard, though whatever words they spoke were lost in the spiraling miasma of other things.

Then suddenly, fire. Without warning it attacked the double-doors of the small tavern, and in the panic of the moment, many within did not even take refuge, merely screamed in panic and rose from their tables in terror. Akuharu hopped the bar counter itself, rushing near the back, trying to find the supply and employee entrance/exits that would, being a functioning bar, have to be there as a crowd of others joined him in the fray. Of course, even if, unlike every other bar in known history, this specific tavern had only one method of entering and exiting, it would matter little, as the wood composing the buildings entirety would be nothing to force his way through, even for a normal man, a snapping kick followed by the heavily placed weight of his own trained body with the added assistance of others trying to save their own lives would create a simple escape route through a rear facing wall where none previously might have existed, as Akuharu was the first to greet the night air, yelling above the fright of the crowd as he watched the fire slowly consume the inside of the bar.

THIS WAY! HURRY!

The flames spread from the front of the bar and on inwards, but those who'd not merely cowered beneath their tables in order to avoid the destruction had successfully made their way out of the bar behind Akuharu. Barely a second after the last panicked foot breached the back entrance, the roof collapsed, and Akuharu's vision was obstructed by burning wood and smoke. A voice flared out, cutting through the stunned silence

"Where are you hiding, Jukkai? Hide all you want, but I will find you and get back what you've stolen from me."

Akuharu did not waste time worrying about who this Jukkai was. Instead, he made his way around the outskirts of the building, mimicking the startled reactions of its patrons and the many other villagers watching, blending in to the amassed crowd and slowly coming back to the front entrance, careful not to be seen by whoever perpetrated such senseless violence.

The big man had noticed a few people exiting from the back of the tavern, thinking that they must have created an exit due to the weakened, burned wood of the building. He didn't pay much attention to it; he had his sights set upon those who might have still been hidden upon the bottom of the debris. It would seem that Jukkai, whoever that was, didn't want to answer the one who had entered into the remainder of the building. His emerald eyes had looked toward the floor, and in a swift and fluent movement, he had lifted a hand and snipped his fingers.

The men who had still surrounded the bar had begun forming handseals, now had activated a jutsu which caused all of the debris upon the ground to rise up into the air and circle around the perimeter of the bar. The men who had stood around the bar, nineteen remaining, five on each side, except for four being infront of the building. With the building now completely removed, and the fire smothered out due to the jutsu, those who had hide under tables had been revealed, cowering upon the ground. The big man's emerald eyes had sat upon the four men who had entered the bar less than ten minutes ago, slowly he advanced toward them as they would slowly rise up to their feet, the three men standing infront of the man with raven hair, shouting out toward the big man in harmony.

"Stay back from, Jukkai-sama!"

They had said bravely, trying to protect the man behind them, Jukkai, as if he was their king and they were his loyal knights. This didn't stop the big man in the least bit, but he had halted his advancement five meters before the four, though, Jukkai had kept his sinister looking smirk upon his face. He placed his hand upon the shoulder of one of the three infront of him, and then moved pass the three of them, stepping infront of them.

"No need to be overprotective, not like we haven't faced Toukon-sama like this on many other occasions. And, this won't be the last time, right, Sekka?"

Quickly, the man who Jukkai had placed his hand on, right behind him, performed a seal of handseals, faster than the naked eye could see. Near-instantly, his body had erupted into a cloud of paper, which had intermingled with Toukon, blinding his sight directly, while everyone else would be blinded from a distance, not knowing what was going on inside of the paper. Eventually, the paper would disperse and as it would, the four men would have been gone. Much to the displeasure of Toukon, who, in a might roar and a thunderous stomp which shook the earth, yelled out.

"FIND THEM NOW! THEY WILL RETURN MY NEEDLE SWORD! WE WILL BURN THIS VILLAGE TO THE GROUND IF THOSE MEN AREN'T FOUND! STARTING NOW!"

With that, then men who had surrounded the bar began forming handseals, firing off fireballs into the cowards at civilians and at the surrounding buildings in the area. The things which had caught fire immediately created a black cloud of smoke which rose high into the air, acting as a signal to call in all of the other nearby forces of Toukon.

The men who had used the paper to escape had accidently left a trail of paper in the ground, and distance and far pieces of it. The angry ninja-pirates wouldn't notice it, but, Akuharu would notice it upon the ground, coming across his path as he would have moved toward the front tavern. It was unintentional, but they had left a trial for Akuharu to follow if he would chose to it, or he could help the villagers combat against the raiding pirates, though more and more would continue to come into the town. The choice is yours.

As another face in the crowd, maneuvering was simple. Nothing made him stand out from the others, and he used this to his advantage, making note of the villagers who watched on in horror, and the men who stood their ground, gathering on each side of the building that he passed on his way to the front of the tavern. He could hear nothing of what went on within the buildings walls, nor did he quite understand when a bursting trail of paper erupted from within the burning walls and fled, leaving a tiny noted trail in its wake. What he could hear, however, was the enraged howl of the man who seemed the cause for all the commotion.

"FIND THEM NOW! THEY WILL RETURN MY NEEDLE SWORD! WE WILL BURN THIS VILLAGE TO THE GROUND IF THOSE MEN AREN'T FOUND! STARTING NOW!"

The men in his employ were ignited into action, their hands forming seals which quickly launched fire into the crowd itself, the nearby buildings, tree's and indigenous wildlife scrambling to leave with their lives. There was panic and commotion, and Akuharu could not sit by and do nothing.

Neddle-sword? Could he mean...Nuibari? The Kirigakure Chuunin's eyes widened as his feet took up a lumbering gait, carrying him swiftly to help put out those citizens who'd been caught in the barrage of flame. He was careful not to react or move too quickly, not to draw attention to actions that might possibly be seen as those that belonged to anything more than a common man. He kept mental note of the trail of paper leading away from the tavern, and made his way towards the shore at a blistering speed, shouting as he went

MAKE YOUR WAY TOWARDS THE SHORE! THE BOATS!

Though his words were largely unnecessary. The more fires spread throughout the town, the more its villagers realized that they would be fools to stay within, and as they milled out of the doorways and alleys, others joined in Akuharu's calls, leading the majority of the them to the water.

He restrained his movements only enough to help those that needed it; to hold open a collapsing doorway or throw handfuls of sand onto open flames, to assist the elderly in their passing. This was a harbor-town, and like many of the secluded urban areas encircling the shore, more than half of those who lived here only did so for a small portion of the year. Nearly all had spent their time in the sea, and dealing with bandits was not a new experience.

Slowly but surely, Akuharu and the towns growing population of escaping men and women made their way towards the open water, only keeping slightly ahead of the destructive young men who followed their retreat. Of course, if the men wished for their destruction to mean anything, they would have to follow the townspeople, and Akuharu, and if his personal experience as a pirate had taught him anything, it was that moments such as these became unmanageable once reinforcements arrived.

The only place they could logically arrive from, would be the same place they all now ran. The shore.

The emerald eyes of Toukon had watched the people panic and run in fear as his shinobi-pirates had attacked the town, the flames which had spread and covered the town was a reflection of his anger. The fierce flames had symbolized his ambition for all the things he had wanted in the world, he wasn't going to let anyone with anything he desired get out of his grasp or live. He wanted nothing more from Jukkai than the death of him and his companions. As he had looked through the flames, he would notice someone in the ground leading the villagers toward the shore, not being able to see who it was exactly, but he surely should have known that the shores wasn't any safer than the ones in the village.

Besides, there were way more pirates at the shore, all waiting to see any signs of Jukkai and his group. As more pirates had invaded the town, burning it down and attacking everyone who didn't escape with the rest or just not fast enough. As he made his way through the village, his emerald gaze had sat upon a child who had fallen down face first into the ground, crawling toward the group of civilians who had ran as fast as they could to the edge. The child could hear the footsteps of the man as he had approached him; the child had looked up at him with teary eyes and a running nose, pleading for them not attack the village anymore.

He made his way to the legs of Toukon, tugging onto his pants leg as he would continue to plead, but Toukon was a heartless pirate, the words of the boy had meant nothing to him, and with that - his free foot had rose into the air and slammed down upon the childs head, crushing it with great force, causing his blood to scatter upon his attire. The pirates had cheered at their heartless boss, not even sparing small children, and the villagers who were still there had fallen hopelessly to the ground, ashamed how they weren't strong enough to protect a child. Toukon could see some of the remaining women who had ran around, and men trying to protect him.

"Capture and rape all of the bitches, and slaughter the men infront of them. I don't want to see a single man who is not working for me standing. I want to see every child brutally slain laying upon the child, only after you have crushed all of their dreams. And the women, take EVERYTHING from them."

Toukon's command was given, and the pirates had acted accordingly so. After everything he had wanted was in play, he had decided to make his way toward the shore slowly, thinking that the people of the village should have already encountered his fleets at the shores. Jukkai and his men would have been stopped by the hundreds of pirates, and eventually, the villagers who ran toward the shore would also be surrounded. There were five ships that surrounded the shore, besides Jukkai and Toukon's ship, and they had created a semi-circle, one ship in the center and two on either side.

From the center ship, a male had come to the front of the ship, standing upon the foremast and looking down upon Jukkai and the civilian.

"I see, so Captain Toukon-sama has lured you all out. You all have a nice town here, and we plan on taking it over as a reward for you all housing these four. No matter what you have to say, we could seriously give less of a fuck to what you have to say. We don't give a fuck if this is your land."

The right hand of the man had risen, and with that, the ships had been covered with pirates all over them, staring down the people with their fierce, beast-like stares.

Akuharu has lead the villagers to the pirates upon the sure, depending on his personality should determine how he feels about this. These pirates are also merciless, and will do whatever it takes to get what they want from Jukkai and his group, what will you do, being outnumbered as you are? Will you try your best to defend the villagers from the pirates, attack Jukkai and his crew to take back what they have taken from the others as a means to stop the pirates from attacking, or will he flee the scene on his own?

As the harsh words of the pirate were spat with venom, Akuharu walked behind the larger men of the crowd, noticing how those who were the biggest and strongest, naturally, tried to move towards the bulk of their attackers, his hands forming seals behind the cover of their bodies. As he and the remaining able bodied villagers reached the shore, they were stopped abruptly by the remainder of the pirates many crew, who surrounded the villagers even as the chakra coursed throughout Akuharu's body. The time for remaining hidden would soon come to an end.

His mind was calculating and exact; he knew the nature of such raids better than most, having led hundreds of them in his own lifetime, and he could tell even without words that the invading forces intended to slaughter the villagers mercilessly no matter how things continued. Conversation would be insufficient, punctuated by a voice hailing from the center ship.

"I see, so Captain Toukon-sama has lured you all out. You all have a nice town here, and we plan on taking it over as a reward for you all housing these four. No matter what you have to say, we could seriously give less of a fuck to what you have to say. We don't give a fuck if this is your land."

By the time the man had finished speaking, it would be too late for he or the villagers to have noticed what would at first seem like simple rainfall.

Take over this!

The sea itself heaved towards the shore where Akuharu and the villagers stood, seemed to pull itself towards them, dissipate and reformed and surged into the frenzy of a storm, lashing inwards with Akuharu as its center. Those villagers who'd previously stood around him, concealing the formation of his handseals, would leap away from him as if he were possessed, and the titanic power of water itself exploded upwards, a vortex, a tornado of reassembled current that moved far faster than the preoccupied pirates would be able to comprehend, let alone react to. As all of their actions indicated, this was the last thing they could possibly expect.

The twister flared upwards into the sky as Akuharu held its final seal, his eyes directing the maelstrom's motions as it surged through the sea itself, lifting beneath the center ship, and carrying it up into the sky in its entirety, as its passage through the deep would spin out uncontrollably, creating tidal waves to crash down and bury the other ships.

But the center ship was special. The over 80 foot mouth of the tornado would scoop its bulk up into the air, and with a twitch of Akuharu's eyes and a flickering of chakra, be thrown atop the man who appeared to be the captain of this raid, its centrifugal force crushing the ship into the ground where the man stood, and had swept into and through his assembled crew as it reached him. The resulting water of the techniques forming flooded up and crashed against the village itself, seeking to put out the fires the men had started as the villagers ducked and hugged themselves to the ground, pointing in awe as the remaining captain's ship were overturned by the unstoppable torrent of Akuharu's rage.

He would not stop the controlled motions of the tornado until he was assured that every single being within his sight who had wished to cause these people further harm was utterly destroyed, many merely being caught in the chaotic motion of the vortex and thrown back into the sea as the tornado wound about the villagers to seek out their attackers. Once finished, his hands would break the seal, his eyes taking in the damage he'd caused.

It would be an extensive loss for the village, and no doubt many had been harmed by his actions, but Akuharu had been a pirate himself. It was better that some of them live, than that all of them be slaughtered like animals...like the pirate crew that had just sought to take their lives.

From prison type techniques to simple overwhelming the user with an abundance of waves, Suiton is truly a release to be feared once mastered.

Mizu no Tatsumaki (Tornado of Water)

Special: Tornado can be controlled to remain anywhere within their 'Suiton Ryuuken' range, and is in itself half the size of the total dominion range at the top, and 1/5th of it at the bottom. The water twister can move at impressive speeds (Suiton Ryuuken speed). User is defended from single ‘S' ranked attacks and lower, and can even absorb enemy Suiton attacks to keep their shield on longer. Vortex can last as long as the user is willing to keep it going. The user cannot perform any other jutsu while controlling the tornado. Requires a single handseal and eye contact to be held at all times when moving the tornado.
Description: Mizu no Tatsumaki is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes a nearby water source to create a rapidly moving spinning water vortex around the caster. The large tornado begins spinning wildly around the user, able to move where the caster wishes while acting both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious, break bones and cause internal damage, should they be sucked in!

Unbeknownst to the pirates upon the ships who had been watching the people from the distance, they wouldn't notice or realize that someone in the crowd of people was capable of utilizing the abilities of Ninjutsu, or at least someone who would dare use their abilities against them. The village that the people were from were mostly non-ninja, and the few that did stay there, they would have laid low, to keep from being hunted down and killed by the pirates who would have wanted no resistance them from the people. After the speech the pirate had given, he watched the people shake in fear, which was a sight to him that he was pleased to see, but, before he had known it, the water had begun to move. The waters would rage about, and a giant twister would have been created below the ship the man had stood on, and he noticed that it hadn't been any of the four men who had summoned it, meaning that it had to be no other than someone from the crowd of the people.

Within seconds, the ship had risen high into the sky, and the people below would only see the waters dancing around the ship, crushing it, not knowing what had been going on the inside of it. Tidal waves had risen from the sea as well, rising up high and crashing into the shore against the ships, pushing the ships below the waters by the mighty force of the twister moving the sea. Before the ship within the twister could be completely destroyed, an large aura had erupted from it, a bright green color, would be half of the size of the twister as it would have crushed the ship and presumably everyone who was still upon the ship. Though, as the water would have still covered everything, but began to fade before it can do any more than it had already done.

A rotating barrier of chakra would have kept the twister from crushing whoever had been inside of it, a few of the pirates who were near by the man who had appeared to be the captain of the ship. He had used an unnatural ability to stop the powerful twister from killing him, and as the twister would die there, they and the remainder of the ship would fall down back to the ocean, landing upon it with chakra imbued into their feet. The man with the intense aura had stared into the crowd. The people within the crowd, near the user, couldn't help but have seen him form the handseals, and they couldn't help but known that he wasn't going to do anything but cause them more trouble by being a hero.

They would watch him carefully, though if his actions would cause them more trouble than help, he would be exposed to the pirates. In an impressive burst of speed, the pirate had blitzed the crowd of people, sending them flying back due to the impact.

"So, who is the wise guy here?"

He had said in a serious tone, and then Toukon would emerge out of the darkness behind the crowd, and the four pirates who the man had saved surrounded Jukkai and his crew. Toukon had looked at all the people who had stood before him, looking at all the people who were there, going unnoticed by the people. Anyone who would dare to look back out of curiosity would surely meet a quick death.

A fatal miscalculation; but luckily, it had not been on the part of Akuharu. It appeared his enemies didn't understand that their otherwise impossible utilization of Juuken in combination with the celestial gates, would simply not be enough. Even with the added defensive capabilities of the gates, in tandem with the rotating swirl of chakra used to create a barrier around his ship-victim's body, that same barriers inability to defend against an S rank attack, as well as the nature of the attack used, would prove to be the man's undoing. As Akuharu had controlled the tornado to lift up, and launch the ship itself on top of the man known as Tousen, it was not the twister which would crush the ship, but the speed and power which smashed it into the men's leader that would crush it into nothing. As his incredibly foolish opponents had decided to stay aboard and attempt to use a technique to stall their demise, they would simply be smashed into their precious Tousen, as Akuharu's assault continued completely unhindered. The rotations of the mans barrier, and his activation of the Hachimontonkou, would only assure that when he landed, along with the pulverizing weight of the entire ship and the fury of the S Rank attack forcing it into the ground, he would in turn be the very reason for his own leader's absolute death.

Apparently, it had gone unnoticed that Akuharu's attack had been controlled to utterly annihilate each member of the crew at the same time as it would bring the ship crashing down upon their leader. As he'd made clear the conviction to do; each being within his sight who might seek the people harm would have the tornado move through there body before he would release the technique, and the activation of the gates would not change the literal tons of force that would eradicate these pirates from the face of the earth. Regardless of their showings of power, simple physics was on the Kirigakure shinobi's side. The storm he'd called forth would crash into and pierce any barrier in it's way, including the Hakkeshou Kaiten; its demonstration of area of effect brute force exceeding that of a normal S rank attack due to the debris it carried dashed any hopes of a defense.

Even if the man's blitz would attempt to carry him into the crowd before the ship landed (in and of itself, a near impossibility), Akuharu himself was the spawning point for the base of the grand tornado. He could easily uplift an area larger than the man, or any of his comrades, could traverse within the winding tornado, where its rage would merely plunge them beneath the deeps, securing his victory. There would be no one escaping death that Akuharu did not intend to. The folly of his enemies cemented that fact.

Outside of the villagers and Akuharu, the only unknowns remaining at the shore, would be the man Jukkai.

It was complete and total havoc for the forces of the pirates which had tried to hunt down Jukkai, whom, at the time, nothing about him or his men had been discovered. From their view point, they wouldn't be able to tell who the shinobi who completely annihilated the pirates was, but they would look toward the crowd, trying to see if anyone would emerge from the crowd, and announce themselves as the hero. But, Jukkai would think that they probably wouldn't, it was best for their safety, he would think. The four men then headed toward the edge of the shore, looking at the wrecked ship parts and the dead bodies floating within the water. Jukkai was happy that whoever had taken out the other pirates had saved them, but upset at the fact that they had to cause the destruction of his ship, and for him to lose all of his treasure down to the bottom of the sea.

He couldn't afford to leave things this way; he had at least needed to get back the one thing that he had praised to his men as his most prized possession, the Nuibari. He wouldn't let out this bit of information to the public, in case someone in the crowd might hear it and attempt to go for the treasure themselves. But, at the same time, they could probably use someone to go get it, someone who would do all of the worked that they had needed to be done for them. Sekka had stood to the right of Jukkai, while the other two stood to his left, in a straight line, and they had turned around to face the crowd of people.

Jukkai would gently run his hand through his black hair, scratching his head gently, and his eyes looking back at the water.

"Well, whoever the hero is here, thanks for saving us, and ultimately, this small village here. We had never meant to bring any harm to you guys, we were just trying to get away from that man—Toukon. He had stolen something precious from us, whom we had recently just taken back, those of you who have heard of the legendary seven blades, might know of it. It was the legendary needle sword—Nuibari. We had left it upon the ship, now; we are most likely sure that it is at the bottom of the sea floor or near it."

With that, he would turn his full attention back to the crowd, wondering if anyone would step out and say anything about the sword or try to help retrieve the blade. If not, it would have been fine as well, they would probably find some way to find the sword on their own, there was more to them than meets the eye. Sekka, who was the right hand man of Jukkai, had made his way toward the ship that would have presumably landed on Toukon and ended his life, for Toukon was the man of many lives.

Numerous occasions when they had believed the man to have been dead, but survived every time, though, there was no real way to check and see if he was dead, unless they removed the entire rubble of the ship which had been upon him. Though, Sekka had been too lazy to do such a thing, instead, he just stood near the both, and tried to sense the chakra of Toukon after forming a string of handseals.

"What the..! I can't sense Toukon! Even though, if he would have died, his chakra would still be leaving his body, since he didn't use it all up. ..Actually, I sense the chakra of another..someone unfamiliar. We have to hurry and retrieve Nuibari!"

The news wasn't surprising to Jukkai, he would only sigh in reply to what Sekka had reported to him, only making their job all that more difficult.

Akuharu's eyes scanned the crowd, settling on the man, Jukkai, who seemed to be the cause of all this commotion. He walked towards the man, cutting his way through the crowd and eying his accomplice's surprise at the fading chakra signature of Toukon. The crowd seemingly did not disperse very quickly, he could only surmise that they were in no rush to return to the wreckage of their homes., and as he neared Jukkai, his voice would call out above the chaos.

Whatever trinket you seek would not be lost at the bottom of the ocean already. You are a pirate, aren't you? It would take years for the vessel itself to reach the sea floor. And who cares about a single sword, legendary or not? I'm sure if they acted quick enough, any of you could simply swim down and retrieve it, hell; one of us could do that easily enough. You'd have to act quickly, and their might need to be some spare ryo involved, however...

He smiled, convincingly lecherous, like another poor denizen of the ruined town. His tone was easy-going and light, he would make no indication that he'd been the one responsible for their pursuers death, and would play the part of a slightly intrigued commoner. The file the Mizukage had given him about all the swords of the mist had told him much of its fabled prowess, but what he did know was that if the sword hadn't merely returned to the man Jukkai's side after being sunken beneath the waves, none of them was yet it's true master.

Bottom of the sea floor...tch. Unless you had it sitting in a weighted treasure chest, locked so tightly that no air could enter inside, I bet its floating somewhere in the waves right now.

Jukkai had listened to the man who had come before him, speaking to them about the sword not reaching the bottom of the sea yet. Well, it would just so happen that the sword was kept with the rest of the treasures that they had. It was a bunch of treasure chests chained together, making them quite heavy and held tightly, enough to make it sink down through the ocean as fast as it possibly could. Though, the real worry was what was in the oceans of Mizu no Kuni, it might not be known to the commoners, but those who live upon the seas have seen a lot of things within the sea, great, monstrous, sea creatures, which may just lay around somewhere in the sea, waiting for some prey or a predator to bother them.

The wine hues of Jukkai had sat gently upon those of the young man before him, it would seem that he would be volunteering to go down into the sea to retrieve what they have lost, but he had wanted a bit of money for it. That wasn't out of the ordinary to ask for, seeing as how he had gotten the village destroyed, he would probably have to repay the village as a whole for treasure for causing such chaos to happen.

"Well, not exactly, we are nothing more than mere treasure hunters. But, living a pirate-like life is fun. And, we kind of stole more than just the sword for Toukon and his men. But, if you are willing to retrieve the sword and the treasures, we will let you have the sword, and we will donate half of the treasures we have to the village for the mess we have made, is it a deal?"

Within the ocean, there had laid many things that would give someone looking for any pacific thing some trouble, though, the treasure chests that were chained together were ten in total, stacked on top of each other. Unbeknownst to them and everyone else, the treasure would already be within the creature of a giant sea creature, more than a hundred meters below from the shores of Mizu no Kuni. It would be extremely difficult for one to do alone, though, those who were brave might just have a shot at overcoming the odds. With Jukkai's deal on the line, it would be completely up to the man if he was willing to take up the deal or not.

The longer he would have taken to make his decision, the deeper the sea creature would take the treasures.

Akuharu said, smiling, as in his mind and heart, he felt a sense of uncompromising dread.

If these men were, essentially, so eager to retrieve half of a treasure, the stealing of which had gotten them, and a village of innocent bystanders, nearly killed, then there were only a few options. All of those options seemed dependent on them not knowing how valuable the sword itself was. The treasure itself could have been overwhelmingly valuable, so much so that the many men on his crew who'd risked life and limb to steal it in the first place would suddenly not mind only having a fraction of its riches to split, something that he found extraordinarily peculiar and uncharacteristic of men who called themselves treasure hunters. It could be that the men had absolutely no intention of keeping up with their end of the bargain, and could get to it themselves and simply couldn't be bothered, or they didn't feel like expending the effort to get it themselves and were planning to kill him once he returned.

The final option that ran through Akuharu's mind, however, was the most disturbing. It could be, that they did not think he would survive the trip to reclaim the treasure at all. He would have to remain cautious and alert at all times.

His face hid his emotions well, and his eyes flashed as he peered over the edge of the shore and into the water.

Well..if I can't just swim down, then I hope you've got another plan. The sea is treacherous and deep, and we don't have time to waste.

The wined hues of Jukkai's glance was gently, and his face held a calm expression upon it, as his lips would once again curl into a smile, the last time was at the bar. After hearing his words and his name, Jukkai's hands would come together, clapping them together once, as knowledge of the deal he had laid out before this man, and to show his sign of happiness toward the man's acceptance toward it. He would then begin to proceed with how Kaesareta would go about going down into the water to retrieve the treasures, by the time Sekka had gotten back to Jukkai's side, he would nod toward him. Sekka would then bite his left thumb, causing a bit of blood to come up from it, then he would begin to perform handseals, slamming his left palm upon the water of the lake, causing a large cloud of smoke to erupt from the contact.

As the smoke would start to clear, a giant clam would emerge from it, covering a radius of forty meters all around. The large clam would open its mouth, letting an off a white smoke into the air, with Sekka petting the top of the clam.

This will be your ride on down there into the ocean, but of course, I will be accompanying you along the ride. So, let's get to it as fast as we can.

Sekka had turned around to Kaesareta and said to him, before taking a step into the mouth of the calm, before he would full step into it, with enough room to accompany him and a group of people in the mouth of the clam. The clam would continue to release the white smoke as it had breathed the fresh air of Mizu no Kuni, awaiting for the man to enter into him as he could take him down deep.
