Well fuck. Today seemed to be a rather boring fucking day. Kael was walking around the village and decided it was time to wander outward. Taking a stroll out of the gates claiming he'd come back would access him the entire world. Though not all would go well. The Hoshigake wondered if he'd have a brawl today. Perhaps he would. Who cares? He knew he was a rather strong ninja, both physically and with ninjutsu. He'd only die if he was stupid.

He strolled casually down a path and after a while decided to sit and check up on his inventory. On his back he carried his two ninjato, usefuk for many applications but mainly parrying and destroying the opposition. Other than that he had 2 packs of shuriken and a single pack of kunai. Not too shabby but life could be better. Clothing was his normal, the large coat and black leather pants fit skin tight. Long silver hair roaming down his back in a messy fashion. He didn't care. Money and training at this point was his life but there was just not action.

It had been about midday, the sunrays hazy as they beamed down through the canopy of the forest, illuminating reserved areas while leaving the rest consumed by shadows. Prior that day, he had left the village to train himself. There had been secrets that he had been willing to share. While he could trust his comrades, he did not like relying on them for the simpler task. Besides, a life without experience had been dull to him.

Heading back, he trekked silently through the mist, the radiance of his garments glistening from the miniscule droplets of dew that had formed upon them. Both of his arms were congregated, held tight as he continued his walk forward. He had been exhausted, but his sheer willpower prevented him from faltering. Up ahead, he could see somebody, a bland visage, yet evened by their skin tone.

Approaching, his first thought had been what kind of first impression he wanted to give. There had been plenty for him to use, but to keep it straightforward, he smiled, unfolding his arms, and dropping them to his flanks as he got closer to the boy. They seemed to be examining their tools, so he would not startle them. Instead, he opted to walk right past them, hoping that he would not been seen.

Kael was in his own village though he never let his guard down. He stopped looking at his weapons for a second and scanned around. He felt a presence though did not know where it came from. He wondered who it was?

"You can show yourself."

His calm demeanor showed through his words as he went back to wiping his blade with the cloth he held in his other hand. Though at this point he did stop what he was doing and sheathed the blade. Once it was away he stood up and if the man decided to show himself would look at him and study his appearance.

He took steps against the languid breeze, allowing it to steadily bypass through his golden locks as he walked forward. His eyes were closed, and lips were sealed. His arms were crossed, and his destination had been set onward. Being spoken to by the person he had tried to avoid, he had no choice but to speak. This had not been his favorite thing to do, but if the situation required it, then so be it.

Opening his eyes, he looked in the direction the voice had come from. Spotting somebody next to a tree, wiping his blade, he had to be the source. From the looks of it, he was a Kiri shinobi. His skin was pale, and his clothes were black. Maybe he had been out here training. This could be the perfect opportunity for them to test each other. Raising his right hand to his head, he titled it in a salute.

“Aye.”

he emerged from the forest next to the boy.
