Mission info: The village is in shambles. Trash litters the streets, buildings lay broken, and the bodies of fallen warriors decay openly in the roads. A team of shinobi is needed to clear the debris and gather the dead.

Deacan had just recently returned from an extended trip out of the nation, and what he came back to was destruction, pure and simple. The streets were littered with death and debris. It wasn't a time he was proud of for Kirigakure. For this to have fallen to this state took a plague in Konoha, whatever happened here must have been horrible. Kumojin made his way to the Mission compound and entered. He scanned through the missions and grabbed one that he felt needed to be done. He picked up the cleaning mission and walked out of the building staring at the village. Deacan didn't have a very firm attachment to the village, but the worse condition it was in, the worse off medicine was. He needed to remedy that, as a medic and as his own personal creed to keep people alive.

He walked onto the steps and formed a few handseals, building up his chakra¹ and launching 70 birds from his clothes, sprouting from him as if ghosts. Before he could give himself a chance to rest, he reformed the handseals and molded the chakra in the same pattern, causing 70 more birds to fly from him, causing the street around him to be covered with a black cloud of carrion feeding beasts. It was a heavy toll as far as chakra was concerned, but he was ready to pay it to get this done and get it done right.

¹Sanzengarasu no Jutsu (Scattering One Thousand Crows Technique) x7 [70 Crows]

Chakra: Mid
Special: Crows can exist as far as the eye can see, or until the user leaves the thread, and take no additional chakra for upkeep. Up to 10 are summoned initially, with 10 more each time this jutsu is re-learned for a maximum of 100 crows. Crows move almost as fast as kunai, and maintain a mental chakra connection to the user for the sake of communication.

Description: The base behind the Akegarasu is their control and use of crows in battle, displayed well with this technique. After forming a few simple seals, the crow king will call upon a murder of crows to fly around and envelop the target, causing confusion with their dark forms and quick movement. From here, either a comrade or the user can move within the flock wearing dark clothes and wielding a dark weapon almost undetected. With the target distracted by the crows, the ninja can strike more efficiently. Finally, the mass of crows can obscure any retreating ninja, as the crows are massive in numbers and composed of the user's chakra. When no longer needed, the murder of crows will simply puff away in smoke.

Deacan walked through the street, using his rapier to pick up the trash with quick stabs down into the trash. He would need to sharpen it again later, as well as a majority of his tools. It was just common for him to do it anymore. Most of the things were small, bottles and cups, a few miscellaneous tools and such. The things were strewn everywhere though. He looked beside himself and saw a corpse. The very sight of it disgusted him. Anything that was dead was nothing he wanted to do with. Thankfully, his clan had taught him a way around that peculiar problem. He breathed in and sent out a mental command to the crows that coated the skies above.

In no time, a swarm of darkness descended from the sky and circled their master. They started to grab bodies and drag them into the sky. The cadavers offered little resistance as the crows dragged the cadavers over the ocean. This truly was a village of bloody mist. If the corpses in this ocean ever rose, they would vastly outnumber any other group around, but to Deacan, they were dead and he had no reason to fear them for now. The crows released 5 bodies over the ocean and a large amount of debris, the ocean sweeping it outside.

Satsujin no Nami (Murder's Wave)

Special: Crows can operate as far as the eye can see, following the same restrictions as the 'Sanzengarasu no Jutsu'. Requires at least 10 crows summoned with the 'Sanzengarasu no Jutsu'. Number of crows used determines the number of targets capable of being carried off and the number of secondary weapons that can be swept away. By using the 'Kurafutikarasu' technique, secondary items that have been swept away can be held by the crows in question and used against the opponent following the restrictions of said technique. Crows sweep target's away at 5 meters a second, until said target escapes their grip or until the user is comfortable with the distance and-or result.

Description: Often used as a counter by Akegarasu, this effective technique utilizes the user's crows to fend off projectile-weaponry and even drag away targets who may be too close for the user's comfort. Through means of their mental connection with the master, the murder will flock towards and repel whatever it has been designated to counter. Using their beaks and talons, they will amass in unison to carry off projectile-weapons thrown or pull a person backwards. Though it has been used many times in the past as a means of fending off someone or using their projectiles against them, there have quite a few cases in which the Murder's Wave truly lived up to its name- by throwing people off a cliff, for example, or driving them into a wave of fire.

Deacan looked at the street. Well at least one was clean now. Though his black cloud of crows loomed overhead, casting a shadow on the entirety of the street, but it was at least somewhat cleaner. Now he could stare down the street and only have to worry about dirt and trash, instead of corpses and shattered buildings. He walked towards the mission compound to turn in his mission when he saw an old man making his way to the tower with a scroll in his hands. He figured it could wait, the old man would probably be here when he made it back, so he didn't worry much. He walked past the man, his flock following him as he made his way to the compound, the birds staying within sight range, but outside of the mission compound.

Deacan handed back the scroll before exiting the compound, looking at the old man making his way to the compound. The man wasn't in a very big hurry and had sat down on a bench next to the mission compound. Deacan sat there for awhile next to the man before taking his leave. The man seemed content for now, and Deacan would return later to do the man's mission, if he still needed help.
