Mission Information: Fujioka, Kiyoshi. This is the name of a rogue Sunagakure no Sato genin who was caught trying to sneak into the Kazekage’s vault. No doubt he had plans to steal ryo or village secrets for malicious intent. It was recently reported that Kiyoshi escaped his cell at the Sunagakure prison. As the village gates are being guarded he has not been able to escape. A skilled shinobi or group of novices is required to capture the convict. Be on your guard, as he is a skilled Fuuton user. Bring him in.. dead or alive.
Special Information: Any difficulty setting is allowed, as you will be the one(s) playing out the criminal. However, you are expected to make it believable—no one is invincible. There is a chance that you may be injured.

At least he thought that was the name, Happī hadn't actually read through the whole report, as he hated anything which involved reading... though it would appear to have been useful now. Shrugging off the slight feeling of stupidity, the youth sprang forth, his body arched forward and his arms dropped back. His eyes would dart from house to house as his search began. Seconds turn to minuets, and minuets to hours, and yet the youth had still failed to pick up any trace of his target. He began to regret taking on such a troublesome mission without giving it any serious thought. Though the term serious wasn't something often said when referring to Kiryū. As his mind would often stray from the tasks he'd been set upon, a feature which often earned him a scolding from his superiors. The thought of which spun his stomach into knots, though perhaps it was simply hunger. It had been hours since his last meal, and remembering that the gates were guarded; he'd decide to take a quick break. Entering one of the villages ramen shops, he'd order the most appetizing meal on the menu. Though just before the waitress would leave with his order, the ruckus of yelling was heard from behind the kitchen door. Apparently there was some type of dispute interfering with the cooks ability to make his lunch. He'd wait patiently for a few seconds, until hearing the slamming of pots and pans, followed by more yelling. It was than he knew something wasn't right, those weren't the sounds of a cook preparing a patron's meal. Figuring it was some simple argument between coworkers, Happī crept into the kitchen in hopes of ending the quarrel, and maybe earning himself a free meal. Yet to his surprise, it turned out not to be two cooks fighting. But a singular cook trying to fight off a would-be thief. A grin swept across his face, as he instantly recognized the thief's face from a picture attached to the mission statement. It hadn't dawned on him to check stores and restaurants, as ninja weren't usually permitted to enter homes and such to conduct searches. Though luck had smiled upon him now, he knew his snarling stomach would be forced to wait till later. But with Kiyoshi standing before him, Happī could feel the weight of his purse growing by the second.

Awe would creep into the hearts of all who weren't accustomed to teachings of ninjutsu, an apparent sign that they no longer had any reason to be there. With a quick glance, Happī ordered the cook to leave the shop, taking any other patrons with him. Allowing this, the criminal Kiyoshi prepared to fight his way out. A tell that he wouldn't go down quietly. Happī remembered the man before him was skilled in the arts of Fuuton. But within the enclosed area, this match was already in the bag. Without hesitation, both shinobi sprang forth. With kunai in hand, it appeared as if their match would begin with taijutsu. Not sure as to how skilled his opponent was, Happī played it safe; parrying the majority of his targets attacks while neglecting to throw out his own. It soon became obvious that Kiyoshi was more of a ranged fighter, as each strike was meant to push Kiryū back towards the door, in hopes to bring the match outside. Realizing this, Happī felt confident of the outcome, as long as the match remain indoors. While his left hand kept the attackers blade at bay, his right hand balled into a fist. A surge of chakra began to course through his veins, making it's way to it's wielders knuckles. Parrying one last strike with his own kunai, Kiryū forced Kiyoshi's guard open, sending a right hook strait towards his jaw. Though just before impact, his opponent would side step, allowing Happī's attack to miss. Instead, it would strike the wall behind him, shattering the concrete and creating another opening for Kiyoshi to escape. Of which he'd not let slip by, as the criminal quickly made use of this new exit. "

[/b]SHIT!"[/right]The only word which could escape him lips as he quickly sprang through the self made hole. So much for a free lunch now, it looks like he'd done more in damages than Kyioshi if he'd gotten away with the stores goods. Happī wouldn't have to trial very far, as his opponent stood waiting upon the neighboring rooftop. This battle had only just begun.

Special: Damage of strike depends on highest rank of 'Chakura no Iko' known. Each time re-trained, extra 'C' damage is stacked.
Description: Basic yet lethal, an immense amount of chakra is kneaded inside the body, and a moment later all of it it is gathered into the fist. That chakra is then released into the target, which does a great amount of damage. With the damage done dependent on the amount of chakra used, it is also possible for a skilled shinobi to amass it in their fingertip. When the ground is hit it is pulverized into minute pieces by the excess shock, which are then scattered like flower petals, giving rise to the name "Cherry Blossom Impact".
