The weather isn't bad or anything, but the sun is setting and light and heat is running out. So far, the fallowing are present: Miyamoto, Miyumi. This thread is open to other users. [ENTER - TP1] She had failed her mission. Ok, well not exactly. But Miyumi hadn't finished it -- hell, she didn't even start it. It was too late once her teammates finally teamed up, and she wasn't going to die on her first mission. She spared her family of this failure and simply told them it wasn't possible for them to start at such a late hour, even though she knew she would somehow have to make it up to the Tsuchikage. Maybe they would forget about her or something. . but all that would have to come a different, today, Miyumi needed to make use of her time. She had accomplished barley anything besides obtaining a scroll, and even that she was supposed to return before the sun set. But judging by the little space between the sun and the horizon it was very unlikely such a thing would happen. Miyumi lived in the outskirts of Iwa, having to pass through the gates everyday just to get home. She had absolutely no idea what would happen if they had a lock down of some sort, but that was something for Miyumi to worry about later, now she needed to do something that would make this day not a complete failure, and Miyumi had something in mind. Flattening the large scroll out in front of her, Miyumi studied it carefully, tracing the characters with her finger. Fukiya (Dart-Gun Edge) Rank: D, C, B, A, S Type: Offensive / Specialty Taijutsu / Ju Kenshi Range: See special! Stamina: Very High Special: Highest rank known determines distance traveled and speed of heavy-blade. Damage is reliant on 'Zanbatou Mochi' plus the user's highest rank known, resulting in bonus piercing damage. D: 1/4th Kunai Speed (5 meters) C: Half Kunai Speed (10 meters) B: 3/4th Kunai Speed (15 meters) A: Kunai Speed (20 meters) S: Double-Kunai Speed (25 meters) Description: Of the few ranged attacks within the repertoire of a Ju Kenshi, the Dart Edge allows the user to harm ranged targets previously out of reach. After briefly cocking back their blades, the Ju Kenshi will toss their blade with such power, strength and speed that it maintains flight at extreme speeds, flying like a dart towards wherever it was aimed at, and decimating anything it comes in contact with. Domain: Ju Kenshin. Zanbatou Mochi of equal rank. She sat with her legs crossed in front of her, her hair pulled back into a tight bun. She was focused, and determined to learn this scroll before her father called on her for a meal. She carefully read over the large paper multiple times, before finally clapping her hands in front of her and getting to her feet. "Alright! Let's do this." She took a deep breath and took a step back, remembering what she had just read. Miyumi reached behind her and drew her blade, the weight feeling right in her hands. A gust of wind rustled the surrounding grass and Miyumi took another deep breath, closing her eyes she let her body shift into a more comfortable stance. Figure out what works the best for you. She raised the claymore a bit, curling her bare feet in the marsh. She repeated what she had read just a moment ago, keeping her eyes shut. After briefly cocking back their blades, Miyumi raised her blade a little bit higher, flexing her arms as she did so. the Ju Kenshi will toss their blade with such power, strength and speed that it maintains flight at extreme speeds, Miyumi began to move, shifting her weight forward. flying like a dart towards wherever it was aimed at, Opening her eyes, Miyumi thrust the blade forward, watching it fly twords an unlucky tree. and decimating anything it comes in contact with. She smirked as it made contact, moving swiftly to where it penetrated. Miyumi grasped the sword and yanked it out, estimating the depth of the hole it left. "Not good enough." She grumbled, turning away and walking back to her starting position. She could trow her sword, but could she throw it so fast that it could bear the technique name? Returning to her starting stance, she threw it again. She was only just starting. |
