Journey into Earth Country [closed]

"The gangs all here.."

Kaoru continued to walk alongside Mura-chan, a bit of awkwardness settling between them, if that was even a way to describe what had been spoken between them, or rather what had not been spoken. They seemed to have an understanding though as Mura nodded his head towards his older sister, though as she glanced at him she almost felt like he was bursting to say something to her, how he truly felt towards what she had done and said, however there seemed to be something stopping him, perhaps it was his beloved sword or visa versa. His older siblings arms rested at her sides as she walked in silence now.

However, the silence was soon broken when their other team-mate decided to join them. He however was the one Kaoru-chan knew the least, but she would protect him none the less if he meant something to the others. She crossed her arms across her chest. Shizu-chan was the first to greet their late brother, seemingly trolling as always. She also brought up the fact that he would be extra help in finding work. But with such a large group as theirs it could enhance their chances of getting jobs or hinder their chances, it all depended upon the type of job they found. However, they could get multiple jobs and work in teams. "More mouths to feed.." Kaoru brought up, stating it really straightforward as she looked casually around, arms still crossed.

She stayed quiet for a moment then added, "But alas we'll just have to take on more challenges, isn't that right Ei-chan?," with that she added a half smile, half smirk towards the others. They always seemed to challenge each other, and going to new places was always a challenge. Finding new jobs and ways to feed their selves was always a challenge as well.

A sigh that had been resting in my center for so long finally made its way out to the world, as things seemed to be growing more and more complicated with the arrival of the other family member. This time a actual blood relative only to Ei-chan. A sign that the jokes must go on later since it was now time for this company to get out and actually find their new destination which or wherever it was. Words for my dear ‘sister’ would remain locked up as she had made things quite simple though it was an annoyance this was all I could do since, well… Traveling in the middle of nowhere with these people starting things up with the edlest wasn’t the best thing to do. Simply my feelings on the situation as we continued against the roughness of the earth country.

My hand would simply come up to Shizuka, the middle finger raising above all others as I shoved it close to her face. It was playful; the only time I found myself to ever be playful was near Shizuka, mainly because of her trolling ways. I couldn't say that I knew many of these people all too well, save for my own brother. Nevertheless, they were family, and I had to find the capacity to open up to at least some people, preferably those that I trust and love. My gaze would return to the path ahead as she moved back from us, pointing out a sign not too far off on the road.

Moving on towards the capital, I, too, would take note of the scenery. The vast mountain ranges all the way down to the pebbles that littered the earth, these things were tiring to see. Not to mention the weather of the area, which was normally hotter than other countries. Already I could feel that my brother was enjoying himself here; it was more so his domain than any of ours. Turning to face him as he spoke to me, I'd give a smile, which was another rare habit of mine. It would be my only response to his question, and my eyes would then shift to examine the others of the group.

Giving nods of greeting, and suddenly I would whip around to the sound of whispering in my ear. “Don't die on me. At least not until I send you there myself, brother." My smile faded slowly before I turned to face Ei himself. My expression turn to one of disgust, and I eyed him suspiciously. I'd speak softly, my voice developing a moderate sarcastic tone. "That's insulting. Like you could ever kill me." The smile returned once more, my eyes returning to face the approaching sign. The Orphans For Hire were on the move, and this time I wouldn't get left behind.

My emblazoned body was being guided throughout the rocky plains of Tsuchi no Kuni and without any hesitation my pace was hastened. We sought adventure. We sought rewards, and we definitely sought respect for our very own growing organization. O. F. H. would be heard about soon, but for now we needed to get the foundation to begin and what better place than Iwagakure to be our first targets after leaving Iron. Though our journey was swift and my foolish brother had arrived late. It seemed that we were pretty close to our location as I gazed upon the map that was in my possession. Looking around the scenery as I begin to notice slight location changes and a hopeful sign that would say we were close by towards the capital of this said country. There would be one within my sight at least three meters from my current position. Thus, I would find my way over there to confirm our direction was indeed correct.

My white tresses would be caught within a cool breeze that seemed to dance around my figure. My heterochromatic eyes absorbing the scenery around me, I came to a complete halt. It was befitting of my being though it totally clashed with my personality. For this breeze was cool, calm, and collected. While I was rebellious, strong-willed, and rough around the edges. Practically a loose cannon on the loose and there was so much that could have been exploited of these traits that made me who I am, but due to a resolve that wouldn’t be broken. It made me one tough person, but alas this group was very different from one another, but complimented each of us very well. BAMFs weighing down me as our travels continued. My body had become quite accustomed to its weight, but travels over long distances became a gruesome workout.

Hearing the words of our big sis, I would glare back at her with a look of born determination to succeed in all things I put forth effort. It had taken us far too long to get where we was and now that we were here. My rebellious acts brought us here and I was going to continue my divine rapture. My lips would part as I would begin to construct a viable answer for Onee-chan, “What challenge? Seems like this playing field just got even.” There was a measure of cockiness running through my voice, but one could easily mistake it as such. When there was surely a man who held a Galaxy full of confidence in his skills as well as those who supported him on his very own journey. During my pause I’ll acknowledge my brother once more, all the while addressing Shizuka as well. “Why be so cold brother? Nufufu…That’s what I like about you, little brother. Anyway Shizuka it seems once we go this route we’ll waltz right into the capital. You ready,” I would ask as my smile showed a bit of hidden ambitions ready to leap from my being. It seemed getting closer was bringing some excitement in my very own core that I couldn’t contain.

That brother of...mines Eichiro. It's a wonder he even caught up to us. We tried to get him to come when we were in Iron but well needless to say he was late. Then he stuck his middle finger up to me, so I flashed him a grin. "Makaze-kun, as much as you want to do things to me with your finger, now's neither the time nor the place." I had to admit, Makaze was a bit on the cold side usually, except around me. I guess my humour brought out another side of him. One whom was more open and bright, if not very cheeky. Still, I'd turn my attentions not to Eichiro whom was joking on his little brother, but towards the horizon. Our goal was to find the capital and I'd been using my sensor skills to help us figure things out.

Holding my palm above my eyebrows, forming a makeshift visor; I'd look out into the distance. The path I'd lead us on was one that had a bit of traffic. Samurai were wandering all over the world trying to keep the peace. That meant we may very well see some of our fellow Iron citizens on patrol. Certainly I felt the chakra presence of someone off in the distance. Running ahead to a higher vantage, I'd look down to see a sole Samurai walking the perimeter of the route. Up ahead the path clearly lead to a city.

"Looks like we're on the right track." I announced but then I'd keep my voice low enough just for everyone else to hear.

"There's a Samurai on the path though, Mura-kun; think you can handle your sempai for us?"

I'd then turn my attention to Mura whom had been walking with our older sister. He was usually trying to get comfortable with her, which caused me to smirk. Not that anything serious would blossom, her heart while open to us, wasn't quite open in a romantic way. I'm sure I was the one who brought up anything related to hot guys and the like. Though admittedly I wasn't entirely interested either, survival and these Orphans for Hire gathered around me.

Ei-chan's answer to his older sister's question sent a lopsided grin upon her face. Her brother was pretty cocky so it was just about the right kind of answer that Kaoru was expecting from him. She continued to walk along Mura-chan's side as the now five of them would walk through the land towards the capital of the earth country. Kaoru stopped as her younger sister looked around the area and happened to spot a samurai lurking, who was probably most likely wanting to keep the peace around the place. Though, the group wasn't much of one to start up something, they occassionally got into trouble especially with her brash brother, Eichiro.

Ka-chan also happened to spot the samurai some time after her younger sister did. She was sort of their folk, simply because she had been taught by a wise samurai that short time that she was away from the orphanage. So, she could probably handle them as well though Mura-chan was probably just as capable, maybe even more so since he seemed to fit the part more so. Though, Kaoru's white attire did often times give her a heavenly or peaceful aura to her persona. They could probably both go and handle the samurai, however Kaoru stood there. Her arms limp against her sides as she looked out into the horizon.

"Go on little brother.." was all their older sister had to say to her younger brother who happened to be a samurai. She wanted to see what he could do, though she was fully aware of what he was capable of. It was just a sort of test, perhaps. He'd been taught by a samurai, well from what Kaoru was aware of but it had probably been a different samurai than her sensei. So, the two of them Kaoru and Mura probably had different but some same views that they had been taught.

revolutionaries wait, for my head on a silver plate

"Suicide rates of this country must be sky high..."

My thoughts of this place were no where near friendly in fact I was slowly regretting joining on this adventure. The same boring landscape played past us as if we were simply walking in circles, or a moving screen that played the same image. Not to mention I had completely lost track of time and found myself growing impatient. The frustration of the journey was starting to build up inside of me and add fire to my rage meter which I had only held on so tight was to avoid swinging my blade around angrily while next to my family. Then again I couldn’t find myself being too angry about cutting a few of them down like that damn troll.

”Calm donw!” A voice like my own had screamed out at me. Pools filled with confusion peered from left to right oh so innocently, none of the other members of this group noticing their gazes focused on other situations. “Have you forgotten your Aniki?” The voice again finally calmed me down to a level that I could hear my ‘brothers’ voice… “Aniki? Can you sense my frustration?” I asked oh so curiously, I’d always be in for a surprise when speaking to my Empath he always seemed to know what was bothering me just like an elder sibling. ”Stay calm Mura… You are almost there just ..” The final words of my brother were cut off from me, Shizuka had called my attention from the zone deep within myself.

I must have looked quite zoned out during that conversation, but back in reality that girl had spoken to me about a samurai in our path which meant nothing to me, but I was curious who it was. The elder sister had also voiced her opinion of me going ahead which was quite annoying it wasn’t as if we’d really need anything from this man if Shizuka really knew what she was doing, but to save us from this never ending journey I’d take lead sliding Aniki from the left side of my body to the right showing I meant no harm to him. Digits traced along my form and with the moving of my clothing I’d reveal my mark that signified my birth as a Samurai the other peace keeper seemed to acknowledge me as he merely pointed to his chest confidently I’d bow my head slightly to the elder samurai.

“Sanada, Sengo first son of White haze Sanada Ryuji” I said to the samurai giving my introduction of course I had only used my alias as well as my Fathers. The man had introduced himself back to me, while my siblings would be waiting for me I’d explain our reasons for being in this country as a chance to learn and observe so we to could be peace keepers, and like that he’d point me in the direction of the Capital also being kind enough to inform me the distance. I’d give him thanks and bow my head to him once more before signaling the group to follow me ahead in direction of the Earth Capital.
