Special: A sword with the ability to harmonize with it's user to preform techniques that are chakra based. The technique portfolio of this sword is limitless as it is based on the user's knowledge of technique, his chakra, and as well his nature. Although as is with most users only a few elements are able to be used as most wielders are restricted to not all but just a few elements.
Description: An elegant sword that spans a length of Eighty centimeters, making it fall just above the average production length of a jian and at the same time a handful of centimeters above a katana. In traditional Jian design the blade is flat, linear, and diamond shaped. The jian is double edged providing ambidextrous use and has a small U-Shaped guard to if the enemy invades his space with his sword ward off attacks. Nimble and virulent, the jian Binkatsu, is artistically and efficiently designed. Starting from the bottom, the stamped butt of the sword is a washed brass over steel giving it a beautiful start but at the same time far from opulent mark of trade. The kanji for quick graces the brass. The hilt of the sword is in itself a dark blue wrapped tightly to brace for impact. The blade is of cold standard steel color, polished till the user can see themselves as if staring in a mirror. The steel excels beyond regular instruments however as it in itself has been tempered, shocked, and folded not unlike a katana, a bit of carbon also has been infused in it to make it able to take pressure with more ease, ensuring that its durabillity is of high class.

Description&Special: Binkatsu is filled and covered with volatile chakra, and on hit will create a dangerous explosion of (insert element) expanding in a violent blast up to five meters from where the user struck. At B rank the user can extend the range by 10 meters plus 1 more each time retrained. Upon being hit the enemy experiences burns and 1.5 seconds of paralysis. Cooldown of every other turn (can use turn on turn A and have to wait turn B to use again on turn C)

Name: Shikkyaku Ame (Lit: Falling Rain)

Type: Nin-Taijutsu.
Range: 0~5
Description&Special: Binkatsu is filled and covered with a calm stream of chakra, the user then swings with an added "C" ranked amount of damage to their strike plus one more C rank for each time trained. The user is able to cut through "B" ranked barriers upon the second training but cannot pierce A ranked. If the blade does not come into contact with another object (this does not include like air born debris or like rocks, a kunai purposely thrown perhaps though would count) the blade releases a elemental crescent that pierces forward with the same amount of damage that the technique is worth (IE C or CX2 or CX3 etc) for five meters plus mone more each time trained. The projectile takes the shape the sword moves in, IE a slash downwards would bring forth a downward sickle and a smaller slash would make a smaller sickle. A pierce would simply be a linear projectile.

If the sword simply has the ability to take upon an elemental property that the user currently has a release for, it would probably make more sense to create techniques for it that are universally acceptable for all chakra natures. For example: Shokubai would seem better if it was worded in a way that allowed you to channel any release throughout the blade and achieve elemental damage and effects based on the Release you're using, and then use Shokubai as a base for other elemental-specific techniques.

With that being said, I'm incredibly picky with paralysis-based techniques because it allows you 100% godmodding while the effect is on. Considering the fact that Lightning travels almost instantly, similarly to sound, I am going to be more-so picky because there is very little that one can do to dodge the effect of the technique, especially since once you learn the B Rank you can shoot the technique 15 meters, i.e. more than a Shunshin can travel, since Shunshin would be the only possible defense to the technique.

The rules that I have in place regarding paralyzation techniques are simple: in order for me to allow it to pass you have to either A) also be effected by the paralyzing effect, meaning that both you and your opponent are struck, or B) must charge the technique for at least 1 turn for every 10 meters that the technique is used, and the charging effect must be obvious, in order to give the opponent obvious clues that there is something nasty about to happen to them if they allow themselves to get hit by it.The only way around this rule is to have the stun duration be less than half a turn, i.e. 1-2 seconds, but if you take this route then there has to be an internal cooldown on the technique so that it can't just be rapidly spammed over and over again.

Shikkyaku Ame: How does having Raiton chakra inside of the sword cause you to strike faster? It's true that there are Raiton techniques that allow you to move faster, but they target the actual body of the user, not the weaponry. I'm okay with allowing additional damage on strike, but you need one of these two things to happen: A) you keep a steady stream of chakra flowing to the sword, increasing the damage done when you strike, but it drains a consistent amount of chakra each turn, or B) You have to use the jutsu again to recharge the weapon for additional strikes.

I modified the first tech to all elements (same for the second) and lowered the paralysis to 1.5 seconds with a internal cooldown of once every other turn.

I took out speed in the second one. added a new ability.
