OOC: Excuse the post if its sorta bad. Hella sleepy as I was writing.

The day, for the most part, remained in silence, at least out in the

training grounds where Han patiently waited for any and all possible Genin (or Chuunin) candidates. Ordered by the village leader to form and lead a team of lesser ranked shinobi to greatness and glory, Han began to realize the notices he sent out -hours prior- in regards to a potential team appeared to have failed in fulfilling their purpose. Since the break of dawn, Han peacefully waited in the middle of a bleak field that was filled with nothing but patches of grass and miscellaneous rocks. Even out in the sunlight, Han wore nothing more than a olive drab leather jacket with matching pants and black combat boots.

His legs were folded inwardly and his hands buried down the middle as his torso languorously slumped forward, almost as if his body had been drooping. The lids of his eyes were halfway visible, as were the bags beneath them which in turn, easily hinted towards his extreme lack of sleep. Considering that his back faced the sunlight, the forefronts of his face was shadowed which, unfortunately, enhanced his "creepiness level" of his already sleep deprived expression. Occasionally, his torso jerked upwardly as he breathed loudly and spasmodically, but aside from that, he remained completely still.

"I'll give it uhhh, Hm. Damnit, what the hell was I thinking just now?"

Once the last word had fallen from his parted lips, he yawned loudly as he reflected back upon his previous thoughts in hopes of remember what it was that he had been think at that very moment. Sighing in frustration, he hiccuped once more, and like a charge of electricity, the life of his second old memory returned.

"Ah, right. I'll give these guys a few more minutes then I'm just gone."

The idea of 'chaperoning' refused to sit well with Han, in fact, he'd have gone against the idea completely if it hadn't been delegated as a direct order from the Tsuchikage.

[Kumojin]

Kumojin had gotten a flier, but paid no true attention until he figured out that it was something the Tsuchikage wanted, making it something Kumojin would do unquestioningly. He donned his black outfit that held tight to his body and covered all of his flesh. The large white spider that extended one of it's legs across each of his limbs made him stand out pretty well though. It was also a very hot day, causing the outfit to stick to his skin. It wasn't the most tactical outfit in Tuschikage, due to the brown stones not blending well with the black outfit in day time.

He made his way to a field, weaving his way through the stones that gave the village it's name. Some were small, others were larger than Kumojin. He moved through the stones until he got closer to the center of the field, filled mostly with grasses, almost like a plains, except the stones dotting the landscape. He made his way over to the man who sat in the center of the field, the sunlight almost being absorbed by his black outfit.

"Kumojin. Genin. And you are?"

I could help but to smile ‘That’s some good shit.’ I thought as my hand made its way to my head to scratch it a little, ‘Now what the fuck was I supposed to do today?’ I continued to pounder to myself as I walked towards my clothing stand/mirror looking for that paper I was reading before I fell asleep. (Note reads) You are to report to the training grounds seven AM sharp, you’ll be meeting your new squad leader don’t be late! (End note) “Well I can’t get there that fast, so I’ll get there around that time I’m sure captain won’t be too mad.” I’d say as I grabbed my black bucket hat slapping it on top of my head before I put anything else on, then I’d reach for my radio to blast some music before I head off to work. As the music played I got dress, I’d be sporting my blue tank top along with a pair of shorts with multiple pockets on them and they were grey. I’d sing for a little as I grabbed my first roll up sprinkling some tree on to it, once it was it was perfection I quickly grabbed my matches to spark it. Once it was lit my eyes got low, “I guess I should get going.” I’d say as I grabbed my ninja bag and Katana then headed out, swiftly moving it had a little past seven I knew it was late but it was ok because I was in no rush. I wanted enjoy my sprint across town to get warmed up just in case I had to do some heavy lifting , he might want to see what we had to offer to his team or some shit. “Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, All that money and the money is the motive.” I sang to myself as I approached the training grounds, I’d see two people what seemed like a kid dressed in a black suit, ‘How strange.’ I pondered to myself because the kid was dressed in such clothing. I knew that couldn’t be the man who was leading the team, the other guy looked a bit more experienced and battle tested after entering the training area I’d slow down quite a bit to my usual relaxed walk. Pulling out the tree that I had rolled up before coming out to the training grounds, it couldn’t hurt to get some smoke in before they started working out. Once I was within speaking range of the man I’d begin to speak, “What’s up man, the Names Kemuri, Chunnin reporting for your team?” I’d say as I attempted to make eye contact with the man even though a slight shadow was over the man’s eyes, it was the least I could to do to show a little respect. made by renni

Damn. Just when Han had been fed up with waiting for his candidates-which he then labeled as nonchalant and lazy due to their lateness- they decided to arrive and had done so as if nothing was wrong. Sighing and closing his eyes, he momentarily remained silent after the two approached and introduced themselves. Hiccuping yet again, he spoke.

"You tw-*hiccup* goddamnit, stupid hiccups! Anyway, you two are late, but since this is our first time meeting one another, it'll be the last time it happens."

He spoke slowly, but clearly, eyeing both the both of his soon-to-be team members carefully. Initially they hadn't seemed like much but like they always said, looks could definitely be deceiving. Han decided to give them a chance, but first, Han needed to know their abilities and capabilities just as much as they needed to know Han's. Grunting, his legs unfolded and moved beneath him as he pushed himself up a full stand and patted away what little specles of dirt managed to accumulate on his pants. Thereafter, his right hand raised up to his nose where his pinky finger drilled up his nose as it twisted and twirled about happily. Removing it, he cleared his nostrils with a quick series of exhalations as a bullet-like ball of mucus shot down into the ground.

"Oh look, I got it, lucky me. Now, where was I, oh yeah, my name is Chen Han Wei, but you guys can call me Han. With that outta' the way, what can you guys do, starting with Mr. Late-ass (Bit)."

Sore.

It was a short word, very specific in it's context no matter what context it was used in. Vocabulary standings aside Being sore was a bitch and somehow that was exactly how Tokomaru Sen had woken up that morning. Try as he might to find his limits once and find a reasonable place before those limits to stop training for the day, once every blue moon he would wake up sore and the soreness would linger for days.

As he trained his abilities grew and in the duration of months what was once a grueling training regimen would simply become lightwork. The whole training system would need to be reworked and tweaked to make for a better strain on his body and his chakra and stamina. The worse the strain the stronger he would be for it once he was finally healed up and so went the cycle of training. It was only the previous week that he had revamped his training and now his body was paying the taxes on that transaction into more advanced and demanding training. His muscles were practically on fire with as little as sitting up and moving to the edge of the bed. He didn't have time to wait around and let himself 'heal' as it were. He had standard training to take care of today and he would have to just push past the pain.

With his hands coming down and resting on his knees the genin was huddled over catching his breath. He was in just as good a shape as any other ninja minus the taijutsu guys who specialized in moving at high speeds. Still, he'd ran hard and far enough to be require a break to go on and as he stood there catching his breath he caught the voice of a man on the wind. The interesting thing about the voice was how it rang out with authority, like an instructor or teacher.

With a curiosity to know what kind of authority the man had and beads of sweat dripping from his chin and cheeks he approached the trio casually. A grey T-shit clung to his skin from from being drenched in his cold sweats. None of their faces looking familiar which didn't surprise him at all. It seemed many faces in Iwagakure were beginning to emerge and meet one another after Slade's promotion to Yondaime Elect. Black shorts and athletic shoes rounded out his attire and aside from his physique in and of itself he looked more like a civilian than a ninja. He would simply take his place within earshot of the men with no official introduction of himself offering a head nod at most if one of the others decided to acknowledge his presence.

"Oh look, I got it, lucky me. Now, where was I, oh yeah, my name is Chen Han Wei, but you guys can call me Han. With that outta' the way, what can you guys do, starting with Mr. Late-ass."

[Kumojin]

Kumojin kept quiet until it was time to show their skills. He wasn't sure how well his skills were compared to his team, but he figured he could at least try to show his skills a bit. That being said, he wasn't going to push himself to his limits to impress people either. He wanted to be remembered as little as possible, like a shadow. Seen by many but remembered by few.

Kumojin took off his black mask, the brown hair coming to a nice style, despite being trapped in a hood the entirety of the day. It was just used to it. He started to mold chakra in his mouth¹ and added a bit more chakra to his technique, modifying the arrows he was about to create². 2 seconds later, the golden arrows fell from his mouth, numbering 10, each covered in golden barbs that jutted out of the arrows. He took out two bows and knocked the arrows, one in each hand, while the other two hands held the arrows between the fingers. His left hand, the one holding the longbow, attached a strand of golden spider silk to the arrow³. His other arm, after 3 seconds, infused chakra into the arrow and bow⁴.

He loosed both arrows simultaneously, the one with the strand, receiving a steady supply of chakra, shot 30 feet and hit a rock, before coming back and moving in circles around Kumojin's bow⁵.

His other arrow went out 60 feet, turned around entirely, came back to the user, and continued to circle for another 7 seconds, before shooting outwards towards a rock 50 meters ahead, before turning and coming back, landing at the rock at Kumojin's feet. His arrows all at his side, he held them between his fingers.

Kumojin hopped down from his rock, a bit low on chakra before breathing in and out. He could have shown his eight gates technique or his melee, but he would save that for later.

When this liquid hits the air it can harden to be as strong as steel, allowing the clan member to be able to use this technique to then form deadly spikes or other projectile weapons.

Description: Once fired, an arrow has only one trajectory - unless enhanced by this technique, that is. Filling an arrow with chakra, the user then fires it. From there, the user may control the trajectory of the arrow, using chakra to guide the arrow's shot. As long as the arrow remains within the user's shot range, then the user may control that for up to 3x the distance the arrow would normally be fired. For example, if the user has a 30 meter range, then as long as the arrow remained under 30 meters away from the user, it could chase an opponent for up to 90 meters.

Special: One must know this tech to learn any tech of equivalent rank in it’s tree. Highest rank known determines the distance in which they can fire arrows, as well as the speed at which they move, while standing still. Keep in mind this type of technique requires the user to be still while shooting, which in turn rewards them with increased accuracy, coming forth in the form of faster arrow speed. Does not work on automatic or modern bows, that do not require the archer to pull and hold before each shot, as these fire the same regardless of the user's skill or speed.

"Well let me finish this first, its almost done. Let the kid in the bodysuit go first." I would say as I took a seat next to the man, my eyes were getting lower and lower as the other kid took the stage. As he took off his mask I would tip my hat back a little so I could see a little, 'well if this isn't different' I thought to myself as the boy began to show what he had. It was pretty unique that the kid could make arrow with his spit and he wasn't too bad of an shoot with the bows, but it looked like he didn't have too much stamina. Once he was dne he'd turn towards us explaining to us that his techniques were a combinaion of his clans ninjutsu and taijutsu, id attempt to pass the tree to Han-sensei as the boy finished explaing him self. If Han-sensei didn't take the tree id put it in my bag I walked towards the kid that had just showed us what he could do. "That's wassup bro, but I think ya still need some work. Let me show ya a litle something something though." Id say as I stepped a couple steps in front off the spider kid, my hands would head toward my chest as I started to fly through a bunch of hand seals. The ground would began to shake violent as my hand seals were done, the ground under me would begin to rise this was my favorite technique. the ground would continue to rumble until a gaint clone of my self was formed, the clone reach the hight of 50 meters, looking down from atop the clone id the show would begin. The titan would slam his hands on to the ground causing a large river of mud to begin to flow, out of the mud eight lare dragon heads would form from the mud. 'Almost done.' I thought to my self as the dragons formed, they'd be about 30 meters away before id command them to crash into the ground causing 8 craters in random spots of the field on the field 30 meters away from self and the others. 'And that's it.' I thought to my self sd I command my titain to lower me to where every one was. "That was cool right?" Id as as I tilted my hat to shade my eyes once more. "Where's the party? I wasn't invited?" The voice rang out a few odd meters away from the group of four. A familiar face was in the crowd, and Kei's memory receptors would search the image that was Sen. Familiarization weren't needed for one. The other set of shinobi stood out none much, except for the being with six arms. Kei's eyes would stick to him for a second while he looked on. Unfortunately having had shown up after the antics.

Sweat fell down Kei's tiny obelisk like form. He had been spending time training his body to adapt to it's new weight. He was happy for the physical prowess he held over anything he could ever come across. The speed he lost because of it took it's toll in his mind. If he was to keep up with anyone in the village, he couldn't be failing in anything. In the very least his body is now physically ready for the intense training regiments he gives himself. A blessing in disguise, his slower movements allowed him to be more silent.

"Hey, Sen. Where ya been?" The question lazily asked at his companion. He did spend the last few hours training his body. He wondered if Sen was doing the same. And whom the other shinobi he were with were. He had never spotted their faces. He figured they might as well be of some competition. If their gonna be showing of tricks, Kei wanted his fun as well.

Having cleared his nose just moments prio, Han breathed heavily through his nostrils and ascertained that they were clean and free of mucus. Thereafter he demanded his team canidates to perform some kind of technique or ability so that Han could have acquired some sort of knowledge and information on whoever decided to participate in his little talent show. Standing upon both feet which had been separated by shoulder length, Han watched the spider-boy (and everyone else) with hidden interest, however, his droopy and lackadaisical demeanor said otherwise. Over the span of several seconds, Han's half closed eyes watched the spider masterfully display his inhuman gift. An archer and a web-weaving ninja; not something Han expected to see often, however, Han envisioned his abilities being extremely useful in a organized team.

Quite impressed with his display, Han noticed that the latecomer took to the stage and prepared his own act with a brisk assembly line of handseals. Upon completion, small tremors transcended throughout the entire area but nothing that could have disrupted Han's droopy stance. Nevertheless, a large, clone comprised of earth slowly uplifted from the ground itself. It had been both impressive in size and power, but unfortunately, Han had not been impressed with it.

Although he naturally kept it to himself, he decided to build his team so that it would have catered and complimented his own abilities - stealth. Sighing with an annoyed tone, Han spoke.

"So we have a spider-man which is useful and a irritating doton user. What a crowd. I'll tell you right now, using massive and unnecessary techniques like that will get you killed. . .by me. As long as you're on my team, for your own survival, I suggest you use more 'less annoying' jutsu. With that out of the way, do you have any questions at all? Aint gonna come back once me move forward so if ya' have'em. Ask now. "

Don't fret, Han acknowledge the two newcomers, however, considering that they decided not to step forward and participate, Han paid them no mind at all.

Sorry my mind is somewhere else right now. I'm exiting this thread so as not to hold it up any further. I'm not sure if I wanted to join the team or not but while you have an Iwa-nin I would like you thread with that nin at some point Gene.

Although his curiosity had risen in regards to the commanding individual and the two with him there was something about the situation that seemed off to him. He was sure now that he knew their faces he would be seeing the lot of them around Iwagakure. For now though, there were other things on his agenda. Whatever the future held in dealing with the dredlocked commander, the doton user and the spiderman, it would have to come later.

Giving a nod to Kei after his arrival and asking the younger boy to meet him somewhere later in the day he took his leave back to the physical conditioning he originally set out to do.

Guess I'm gone too.

The meeting was short and quick. At least for Sen, whom obviously had other things to attend to. Not quite answering the question, they decided to meet each other later. Kei only turned his head as Sen walked off. He wasn't sure what was with him as of late, but it mattered little at the present time to him. He was gone, left with the other Iwagakure shinobi. Simply shrugging and turning, he exited the scene, walking off into the distance, wondering what the rest of the day held...and what was on Sen's mind.

Kumojin looked at the jounin and sighed. Granted, large techniques weren't the most stealthy, but not everyone could be stealth oriented.
"I think that was a rather impressive demonstration. Granted, it might have been overly-flashy, but it did demonstrate a very high level of chakra and control over Doton. Though the technique itself might not be the most stealthy, it does show that he has the chakra and stamina for long field work."

With that, Kumojin slid back towards the rocks, blending in as if part of the scenery. I t wasn't like him to speak out like that, but he figured he would voice his opinion on the display of power and chakra. Kumojin had a soft-spot in his heart for Doton, the main release type for his village. He liked most things that were related to the village and knew that some Doton techniques could be quite stealthy when necessary, but that it could also be used for a distraction.

When the man asked for questions, only one came to Kumojin's mind. "I will tell you now, I will only obey orders if it is for the best sake of this village and it's kage. Bar that, I have no questions or comments."

As the man spoke I couldn't help but to start giggling a little, from the way he was sounding he made it seem like he was a bit upset about what i did. My head would shake left to right as the man finished his long winded speech, I really didn't care to listen to anything after he said he would kill me. A slight vibration would course through my body as I quickly reached for a smoke, I was still standing on my clones hand while the other two boys that showed up after me took their leave. 'guess they had something to do.' I'd think to my self as I sparked my tree up while the other kid started to run his mouth a little. Most of his words fell to deaf ears now because I was a little irritated about what the man had to say about my art.

"well aren't you some leader, I can tell you this."

I would say as my clone started to raise me back into the air.

"I'm not in the business of being killed by my squad leader or my teammates for any reason, so I guess you can tell tsuchikage-sama I'll see him during the tourney for his special squads. I'm out" 

By the time I was finished I was over 25 meters in the air, 'Thats crazy man, I can't believe he'd say that.'
