I wasn’t too sure of where this was headed. A murder mystery was something I hadn’t found myself enjoying to be abridged within. The genin I was working with seemed to be handling this mission himself though and I was happy about the fact that I wasn’t going to have to do it alone. My hands would come together within the crevices of each corner elbow as I stood to the sight of the murder scene. It reminded me of the war grounds that my village had been used for those years ago. My parents bodies were bloodied up the same way this kids body had been and if I could go back I would have stared in the exact same way I had been. . confused at what the fuck just happened.
My eyes would transition to the genin as he’d begun to speak, waking me up from the nightmare that had trapped me ever since the age of thirteen. For some reason this kid resembled Fou in spirit – never giving up and always pursuing the mission at hand. I would nod as he apologized for our late entry into the crime scene, going with whatever he was proposing at the moment as my mind drifted into somewhat of a melancholy state. I couldn’t help the way I felt looking at the body of a dead boy, it just didn’t sit well with me right now even though I had slain kids younger than him.“Hmm. I suppose we should both question the mother at different times in order to capture the real story. I’m sure after concluding with one another we will find out who our culprit is. Try to find out any enemies the boy may have had, or even the family may have had. Also try and see where the father is. . something tells me he has something to do with this. .”
I would say before kneeling down to the body in order to determine what his cause of death was.
