Deliver the blank Scrolls [M]

The orange haired shinobi flickered across the rooftops of Iwagakure's settlement with ease, he faded in and out of nullity every few moments with a head long tread, the night had been young. A robe of crimson red and a headband of identical colors flushed at the mindless pull of the high rise winds as he sped from the Tsuchikage's office. Beaming golden eyes showed little beyond a serious nature as the openness of air around him screamed with purpose and resolve; a delegated assignment from his village kage is what he sought to accomplish so contentedly, fulfilling his sworn duty as the very Iwagakure shinobi he was. What could possibly drive a man of calm such as Kasui to travel with great levels of precipitation and motivation?

Having successfully best the mountains of Iwagakure with his bare hands and rested from said action, he felt ready for anything, especially since the the Sungakure and Iwagakure tournament had been on its way. Though the requirements for the tournaments requirements had yet to be announced (if there were any), he knew it was close and just that alone was more than enough to kick his training and effort up a tier. Antecedent to his volatile eruption of speed he had gathered the necessary information needed to successfully carry out this humble mission. It was a closed package, no bigger than a notebook and it felt like something paper-like was inside, definitely sharp, but what could it have been?

It was a package which contained highly classified scrolls, that of which Kasui was not permitted to even open, let alone to allow its existence to become 'reality' in the eyes of the outside world.

"My god missions like this get kinda tedious, but hey, I gotta reputation to get!

His mind coursed on as the sun began to sink down into the mouth of the northern mountains, it was nothing more than a macrocosm sign that his direction of travel was taking quite some time. It was to be expected as it would've taken an average human three times as long to delivere such an important package. Being the trained shinobi that Kasui was his time in which it took to deliver said package would significantly diminish.

Seconds of steps, minutes of thought, and hour of travel and Kumo's seemingly incessant tread was nearing its end, and as it did he could only wonder what the man who he was inevitably going to meet would be like.

"Finally I can see the damn Gates"

Suddenly his tread across the wave of rooftops came to an abrupt halt as his frame was knocked off balanced by some unknown entity. "Damnit what the hell." Not seconds after he'd been temporarily knocked off balance had his open senses began to work their artistic magic. One...Two...three, yes three men, likely thieves; they had to be as they successfully relinquished the packaged documents from Kasui's grasp with ease. Careless he was, but how could he not be, he had not expected to face such perfidy within the grand city that was Iwagakure. With trained finesse he resiled, quickly acquiring his proper footing once more whilst whipping his head to his perfect east, glancing over the three men's back as they attempted to escape Kasui's visual ambit.

"Not today. I haven't failed a mission yet and I will not start now just because of some penniless, absent minded thieves!" His words bellowed as his crimson coated robe flashed forward with vigorous and robust speeds to remain some meters behind the three, an impressive pace for one who lacks the knowledge of shunshin. "Don't count on catching us, we've been watching you for days and learned your movements!" What asininity, to actually believe they've successfully and properly analyzed a trained shinobi to a extensive degree. Their actions had not went unanswered, instead they would soon regret them. In an instant Kasui's withdrew his Ninjato from his hip, it thrummed with the healthy desire to end the men of his home who so narrowly betrayed him.

Kasui's ninjato curved through the air and released trapped energy in a single, virulent twist of wind. For the men, only the slash would be visible, but the malevolent intent fell on the slicing winds that rushed toward them with punishment. The cutting winds was strong enough to uproot the men from the roof tops, sending them to the earthen floor below. With haste Kasui retrieved the scrolls, ready to continue his mission.

Kasui's path of travel had begun to meet its imminent occlusion, and being the type of mission it was it grew to be tedious with each step that struck and swept across Kumogakure's rooftop waves. "This is taking too long, I need to hurry and finish this so I can get on with better missions." And just like that the golden haired shinobi was gone, seemingly devoid of a physical presence. To onlookers the boy would had appeared to disappear, seemingly defying the laws of physics itself. However, it was nothing more than a high speed sprint, a speed in which allows a person to travel over the threshold of mundane perception.

Coming into existence once more he continued to skip across the area at level best speed, testing to see truly how fast he can travel, and to be honest, he impressed himself. The waves of rooftops came to an end with Kasui flipping frontally off the edge only to land gracefully along the earthen floor in a masterfully performed crouch. Coming to a perfect stand he pivoted upon his heels, turning around to meet with a metal door, his client. With a thundering metal creek the door opened; an old, heavily bearded man peaked his head out, demanding if Kasui had been the who delivered his package. With a simple nod he passed the man his package as he looked to his left, then right, almost as if he was trying to see if the ninja had been followed. He looked up to met gaze with Kasui once more before closing his door.

"Odd...that man seemed someone suspicious, hey but who am I to judge."

And with that Kasui made his way back to the Tsuchikage's office, ready to sign in, get paid, and get on to the next one.
