description; Reports have informed us of an old Kumogakure no Sato Jounin whom decamped after the war. Sadly this woman is also an owner of the infamous black lightning and is our only lead into recovering lost documents of the once feared lightning. However we cannot have this woman spreading ancient Kumogakure no Sato knowledge. Your mission is to attain information on regaining our black lightning and capture the woman. If she disputes her capture she must be eliminated.

Like white horses powering their unyielding limbs upon the promontory I charged my legs with impressive force. I was the hunter, the predator searching for its prey; but this mission was no metaphor. Antecedent to my outbreak of speed I gathered the vital information that was contingent upon my success. This woman obtained the knowledge that was crucial to our Village –details of the utmost importance that were unbeknown to me –even at my standing within this Village. Yes, it is said that Chuunin are renowned shinobi, but I was out of the loop. I was not feeling betrayed, for I had not earned my place to be titled Jounin according to the Council of the Kage; though I was feeling galvanized, encouraged, inspired. Inspired to deem worthy unto the Village, to never falter against adversity, to remain steadfast amongst all obstacles, all for the sake of earning my place as a respected elitist. I would not need to ascertain the reasons of the mission for Kumogakure's will be done, not my own.
You can't hide forever.
Amidst the winding roads carved into the caverns of the Mountains we reside in, I knew of them all. I understood the trade routes, the traveling roads, the scenic routes for vacationers and citizens alike, but most importantly: the road less traveled. This woman clearly wanted to remain inconspicuous, for she obtained in her possession the artifact of Black Lightning and her intentions were clearly to stay off the grid. Wandering travelers, local citizens and traders would indeed support suspicion of her appearance. A Jounin of her standing would be recognized in a heartbeat, for they were the legends of the Village; infamous to the people of these lands. It was implausible for her to take the trafficked routes, therefore, my ability to track her would be much more narrow and precise for the variables of routes to take were diminished significantly.
