From Earth to Heaven [Travel-Kaminari no Kuni]

Raoh, having just left from finding his brother training with some blonde medical shinobi who'd been birthed from the country of Kusagakure no Sato. It was the crack of dawn when both Raoh and his younger brother Kenshiro roamed the expansive earthen land of Tsuchi no kuni, a desolate land in Raoh's eyes. Takigakure's daemon prodigy trotted into the countryside with precipitant speeds. Heavy, will breaking foot-falls carried him gracefully into the horizon, spiked-beige tresses cast themselves down from above, groomed to insane perfection. Raoh looked onward as he proceeded, pools of sanguine taking note of all life activity that thrummed within the area. Sprinting at unholy speeds for a man of his size, he looked onward as he proceeded, ocular pools of a blood red imbibed any and all details about the lay of the physical land as he effortlessly passed through it all. Despite the short time spent here he knew these parts well, this much was for certain.

Don't fall behind little brother, we need to keep up our pace, power and battle awaits us.

Raoh's transcendental tone spoke out to Kenshiro as his words had been released, continuing his malevolent trek along the fractured mountain roads of Tsuchi no kuni. Suddenly the road seemed to slope downwards curving inwardly to create a earthen concavity, this only quickened their gait of speed . His speed picked up, adding to his already heaven threatening tread, the two were making good time.

The pitch dark cloak that laid upon his form whipped about mindlessly at the harmless pull of high rise, humid winds as Raoh's footfalls created excavations of earth, even the gods will get his anatomical prowess.

The sun had shone itself brightly, casting its liquid beams to spill upon his back and neck, unwillingly incrementing his body heat, forcing him to summon yet another graveled sigh. The suns perpetual heat was drawn to Yuuza like metal to a magnet due to his traditional shinobi attire of black; the fitted shihakusho and the incessantly comfortable hakama. His fingers ran through the apex of his satiny brow hair casting away the brief itch that struck him before taking off in a headlong sprint at max speeds. His occuli shifted once more, this time keenly watching the road ahead. Earth, nothing but a goddamn sea of earth, thats all Tsuchi no kuni was and most likely will be, slabs of rock, expanses of earth, cobblestone roads, and fractures of earth. He wished to leave this depressing country.

Yuuza's eyes contrived forward as his brother obtained his attention with his words. With respect he listened, however, even after a great many of years Raoh's voice seemed to continue to ignite primordial stages of fear within his very being each time he spoke. How'd he get such a voice.

"Understood, we are making good time, in well will soon be cross over into Kumogakure in the moments to come. If our pace does not falter we should be there by noon."

The strings from his Takigakure danced under the influence of small whispering winds. As the duo proceeded with grace, Yuuza's purple optics caught sight of several landmarks in which they previously passed upon their journey from Takigakure to Tsuchi no kuni, giving hint to that their desired destination was only a few drops of sweat away.

Nothing like the fresh smell of trash in my country

It had been quite some time since the noble ninja had seen his countryside. Growing up in the manner he did made it slightly difficult. Anger and pride swelled up when he looked across the gorgeous mountain plains. By birthright, it should all be under his name, at least according to his father. While by title he was the next in line to lead the Drago dynasty, it currently mattered not. What was a title worth if there was no land associated with it. Beyond the family keep on the island of Serras, there was very little for him to rule over.

It was for these reasons that he trained so long and hard. While he was full of vitriol, prejudice and an ego that could fill a dozen rooms, he certainly had the skills to back it up. This was what he thought at the very least. Maybe that was the reason of this current excursion he was on, to prove something to himself. Over the last few months he had been bothered, a feeling of a rusty edge. He wasn't out to kill anyone, just beat them, just to re-enforce in himself that his bloodline was true.

It wasn't the best idea for anyone to go out looking for a fight, but the manner he was living in just wasn't enough. A life of doubt is no life at all and until he got to the bottom of how he felt this very moment, he wouldn't be able to rest.

Garbed in his noble clothes and fine black silks, he scouted across the thunder country fields. There had to be someone not associated with his family or village around to fight. Not attempting to blend in at all with his flowing locks of hair or obviously regal clothing, embroidered with his family serpent sigil in gold. Any common ninja would find offense to his paumpery, but at this moment he cared not. He welcomed the opportunity.

It would be a short manner of time, then in the corner of his eye he would catch them. Too ninja, both wearing headbands, though he couldn't make out the insignia's from his current distance. What he could make out, however, was that one was very obviously larger then the other. This would be his target.

Around 40 meters away from the man, he'd approach in a manner befitting his regal nature. Graceful yet with an air of power, being careful not to come too close before the actual battle began.

Large ninja, what is your buisness in this country. More importantly, what family do you herald from?

The suns orbital rays spilled magnificently unto the opulent country that was Kaminari no kuni, starving the entire countryside of its moisture from a perpetual down pour of rain and lightning. Ostentatiously lofty in size, Raoh's footfalls slammed along Kaminari' no kuni's soils with little to no weight. How could such a daemon traverse with such secretiveness and silence, none would know, if anything it was nothing more than a innate ability that came to him just as easy as ones own senses.

Palms of harmless winds passed over his hair, whipped away a few stray bangs that were often lingered above the forefronts of his head. "This smell, I never knew Kaminari was tainted with a unpalatable scent. No matter, we must push-" Raoh's mind thrummed with activity, however, it was short lived as the presence and voice of another encircled him, but whom? Raoh's movements completed themselves as he abruptly came to a sliding halt, perfectly performing a perfect side-view stand as his otherworldly gaze fell upon the man afront.

"Large ninja, what is your buisness in this country. More importantly, what family do you herald from?"

The oblique rays shone heavily down upon Raoh through the trees, so much so it shielded the forefronts of his body in a sheet of darkness, only to allow his radiating sanguine optics to beam through, glowing with homicidal tendencies. Who was this man that presented himself before the Yuuza brother's, garbed in silly regal clothing, had he fancied himself to be superior because of the silver spoon logged within his backside? A malefic grin folded upwardly at his mouth as he spoke, revealing the a set of dentition that seemed to be mixed from the extremes of vampires and sharks.

Buisness, you dare ask me such a foolish question!? You must be looking for battle foolishly presenting yourself to the likes of us in such a manner.

The regal nin would say with a bit of snide contemptuous. He knew from the words this ninja spoke that a find would be in the cards. It was in his best interests to push his buttons before it began as well. If he could manage to rattle the large shinobi, get under his skin, than the battle would just be that much easier. If not, well he couldn't imagine such a homely man giving him trouble anyways. The only thing that did worry him was the second ninja standing close to his side.

Just me and you colossal garbage pile, that is unless your girlfriend can't bear for you to leave her side for a moment. In that case I understand.

His incessant goading would do hopefully hurt their ego's enough to gain him a one on one fight. If not, he had ways of escaping with his life. While the Regal Nin wasn't sure if he'd be able to take the dynasty-less man by himself, he didn't want to risk it and end up dead. Viserys had a fair amount of confidence towards the large bear man, however, enough to meet him in open combat for sure.

You'd shout across the field, hand quickly moving to unseath your 7 foot golden spear. Gripped in your left hand. The forty meter distance was a bit longer then you hoped for but judging the obviously taijutsu focused mans physique, you were positive he'd bridge the gap himself.

flickering blades and colors of brown and green whipped across Yuuza's sense of sight as he flickered through a sequence of trees that were juxtaposed to Raoh and the cobblestone road. Having a moment to himself he reflected upon the Suiton technique he'd just recently learned from the beautiful blonde kunoichi named Blanche. Both her and the technique fought to earn their rightful place within Yuuza's mind, thinking of her appearance and attitude, much like his own and Raoh. He noticed how she was difficult to read, refusing to give off signs of any emotion, and if she did Yuuza obviously missed them, but truthfully it mattered none.

He was itching to try out his newly acquired techniques, but, his chakra had yet to fully recover from his trainings with the woman, he would have had Raoh not been so impatient about traveling into Kaminari no kuni. Everyone had flaws, Raoh was no exception, but he respected his and cared for his brother no matter what, for family is above all else, even ones own shinobi duties.

Trialling roughly 10 meters to Raoh's side within the confines of luscious trees he too came to a physical arrest at the response to this seemingly wealthy Kumogakure shinobi. "..." He remained silent as he and Raoh exchanged words, he seemed to have some hidden interest in Yuuza's elder brother. Granting them their one on one he would remain within the tree to spectate and watch his elder brother crush this main before them, sending a clear message to the heavens.

A sound of primordial indignation erupted from within Raoh's closed mouth as he stepped forward with a seemingly aimless amble. Each step struck Kaminari no kuni's soils with a vengeful and daemonic taint as if infecting it with negative energies. His pitch dark cloak swayed to and fro at the mindless pull of passing winds as the man afront as his geyser of a mouth opened, only to let rivers of words spill forth from his mouth and onto Raoh's ears.

"Indeed mountain trash, a battle is precisely what I seek. Would you be equipped to oblige me? Just me and you colossal garbage pile, that is unless your girlfriend can't bear for you to leave her side for a moment. In that case I understand."

By the time this regal shinobi could even mouth his second sentence, Raoh's long strides carried him effortlessly across a 10 meter expanse as a satanic grin peaked itself at the corners of his mouth. With saneness now thrown to the wayside, his right arm emerged from his cloak in the blink of one's eye, launching a tercet of adjacent shuriken aimed for his chest. Forthwith, his hands converged, forming seals(4) at brisk speeds secretly from the obscurity his cloak provided.

What a fool this man must've been to simply charge into battle like a barbarian. Did he not know that the Noble nin was playing a gentlemans game. Was he not aware that any small skirmish is akin to war, akin to a strategic planning of move after move. This blatant bull rush would ensure his demise, however, the Prince of Dragos did not let such slip ups go unpunished.

Arms shooting out as the man's massive strides took place. The ten meters in time with his own. What the Gargantuan nin would not expect however is the flurry of snakes that would blaze from his sleeves with twice the velocity of a Kunai, ten from each arm converging on his position. They would leave his sleeves just as the man's shurikens left his hand. Spreading out the moment they left his form. By the end of the very short moment it would take them to reach the colossal man, they would be spread 10 meters across with him in the center, 2 snakes within each meter.

While this occured, however, two small sacks would be quickly thrown from the outreached arms to his to his left and right. Leaving his hands the same moment the snakes left his sleeves. In but a flash the pouches would land exactly 8 meters away from him. One eight to the right and one eight to the left.

None of this looked well for the larger then average shinobi. In but a flash he would be faced with a wave of reptiles and clothen sacks lying but eight meters away. The hands were twenty meters from him but the noble nin himself was thirty. As for the shuriken he attempted to throw, the snakes would utterly obliterate them. Their intense velocity and hardness would be far more then a match for the flimsy weapons. In but a moment, the foolish man would be laying in the dirt, just like his pathetic weapons.

Nan-Kaizou (Way of the Snake - Soften Modification)

Special: By default, this jutsu allows the user to move one appendages (legs or arms) to stretch. With each rank earned, one more appendage can be stretched at the same time, as well as for longer distances. The head and torso can only be stretched once the user learn the ‘S’ ranked version of this jutsu. Stretching distance begins at 10 meters, and increases by 10 with each new rank attained.
Description: Nan Kaizou is one the most essential Kagehebi ninjutsu technique, as it allows a ninja to make their body extremely malleable, much like a snake. It was originally developed for spying activities, but perfected in the hands of the Kagehebi and their natural snake-infused blood. When used the clan member can stretch and twist their body at any angle, allowing them to surprise their opponents, spy on situations normally out of reach, and react much like a snake would. The only drawback is that while malleable, their bodies are highly susceptible to damage in this form as their bone structure is no longer ‘normal’.

Special: Handseal free. Snakes now move twice as fast as a kunai, and can pierce through metal. Distance and strength of extending snakes depends on the user's understanding of the 'Way of the Snake'. Initially 10 snakes come forth, with 10 more added for a maximum of 50 each time retrained.
Description: the final evolution within the Senei Jisha tree. Using their snake charming abilities, the Kagehebi can extend large snakes from their sleeves by way of the Senei Jashu, enveloping the target in a flurry of snakes which will coil around the them and bind of impact instantly. The further addition of the user's murderous intent can weaken their target's resolve, and only a giant burst of chakra such as the Gates may break free of the snake's hold, which constricts onto the victim's skin as if the reptiles were comprised of pure iron; digging into the skin and biting, a most horrendous way to expire...

Sasori no Kagehebi (Poisonous Snake Strike)

Special: Adds a unique poison of highest rank learned to all Kage Hebi related techniques and strikes. Typical poison duration is 10 turns, minus 1 for every rank of this technique learned. On the final turn, victim is paralyzed and falls unconscious. Death occurs only after learning 'S' ranked version.
Description: Snakes are one of the most venomous creatures of the animal kingdom, an important attribute for survival and dominance. In the case of the Kagehebi, this trait has not been overlooked. With intense training, the clan member can learn to produce a uniquely strong poison whnich can be added to their clan jutsu in order to leave their victims helpless.

[Raoh]

The mans arms summoned forth what could only have been identified as a torrential plethora of snakes, coming forth with lethal speeds. Raohs damonic eyes revealed no sense of surprise or urgency for that matter, for at first glance it seemed as if this ninja's snakes fangs would have claimed ownership of his flesh, but such was not the case. Raoh's seals had not come, instead he-in a flash- palmed a exploding note as he keenly saw the moment of his arm that foreshadowed his attack before the snakes began to take form and lunged towards him. As the heavens foretold, the snakes would only fill their famished fangs clods of dirt and upheavals of earth once they came forth without restraint.

Fortune was in Raoh's favor as he safely took refuge beneath the earth, leaving a masterfully placed tag upon the surface in which he set up during his plummet into the soils of Kaminari no kuni. With Raoh removed from harms way the note ignited, sending fires of rustic oranges and reds to engulf what snakes-which were his limbs-found themselves within the eye of the storm as they passed over. The attack would surely land, unless the man had some technique that allowed him to instantly retract his snakes.

At a safe distance beneath the earthen floor, he heard the activation of his tag, it was fainted and hollowed, but nonetheless he heard it.

Special: Dominion extends 10 meters in every direction of the user, and goes up 10 more with each rank learned.
Description: The basis behind the majority of Doton techniques lie in the user's ability to control the very earth around them. 'Earth Dominion' is just as its name implies, a fundamental supplementary jutsu of Doton nature that allows the user to intermingle their chakra with that of nature, harmonizing the two in order to create complete control over the earth around them. Once this link is achieved, the door is opened for greater creations to be made.

Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu (Double Suicide Decapitation Technique)

Special: Does not require handseals. User cannot move while underground, but they can detect anyone that walks along the earth above them. Radar radius is circular, and measures equal to the user’s Earth Dominion. User can remain underground for a single turn before needing to resurface; each time retrained, the user main remain underground for one extra turn.
Description: A very basic earth technique, it allows the user to dive underground almost instantaneously so that they remain hidden from view in order to ambush their opponent. As long as the opponent is walking across the earth, they will be aware of their presence, and can wait patiently (without fear of asphyxiation!) until they right time, where they will emerge and latch onto the opponent’s legs. From here, they can easily suck them down, executing a replacement with them so that the opponent is buried underground up to his neck, while the user emerges unharmed above ground.

The Regal Ninja's technique was fired away just as he planned. Upon arrival, however, the snakes would meet a most awful end. An explosion took place, obliterating their form and leaving nothing but bits and pieces scattered about for the crows. The second the explosion came you would instantly pull back the closest of your two arms to your position, the speed in which it moved was phenomenal. While your snakes were certainly tough, they just couldn't handle the power of an explosives tag planted directly beneath them.

This was a two edged sword, however, and while the massive shinobi managed to avoid your technique, he also left himself vulnerable. Sinking into the ground directly in front of you wasn't the wisest of tactical maneuvers. Not only was the man confined to beneath the earth, but you knew his general location. Whether or not he could move underground though, you were unsure.

Two make the safest bet, the second your single arm would arrive back at your body, you'd throw another pouch directly one meter in front of where he previously was. You'd extend your other arm even further keeping it in the air 5 meters, 5 meters away from his original position, pointed downwards towards the earth. This would allow you to fire snakes at him should he re-rise anywhere in that general area. The pouches you already threw keeping him from rising at a distance. Unless he rose an immense distance away, he was fucked.

Mass particles of smoke and earth conglomerated with great ease prior to the exploding tag forming a 5 meter cloud of smoke. Raoh emerged to the surface just as his opponent recanted his previously summoned snakes. Obscured by the lingering smoke Raoh leapt backwardly with a sequence of mighty hops, coming to a static stand 6 meters from the initial explosion. He was no fool to have stood idly by, not while opportunity presented itself. His leaves powered through the soils of earth as he took off outwardly to his left in an arc, beginning a converging path towards his opponent.

With a high speed movement his body seemed to have removed itself from existence, appearing 10 meters closer to his target. He knew this mans snakes would prove to be a nuisance when in Raoh's favor, however, the heavens desired for Raoh's victory and would see to it that he would not taste defeat.. His opponent in sight and plan of attack concocted, he equipped himself with a ambition tainted ivory-tailed kunai, one of which screamed with lethal lust. With a flick of his massive wrist the kunai shot forward under the guise of a glinting blur as its trajectory carried it 1 meter next to his foe's right foot. Forthwith, his hands converged, forming seals(4) at brisk speeds secretly from the obscurity his cloak provided just as before.

His tailed kunai would allow for a distraction should his opponent attempt to dodge, if not he would surely be engulfed within the rustic flames.

Game and Match, Peasant

The words Viserys would say in an even voice as he watched the ninja rise from the earth. While a thin latery of smoke existed to possibly guise him, it wasn't nearly the amount needed to cover a normal sized ninja, much less one of his size. Perhaps if they gargantuan nin wanted to truly be concealed, he would have used a smoke bomb of some kind, rather then an offense oriented tag. Either way, this miscalculation would cost the man the man.

The moment you would see the man beginning to rise from the earth you watched so intently, you would activate your exploding pouch which lay directly one meter in front of him. Forced to rise in a linear upwards pattern, the chance of him actually dodging the 5 meter explosion was slim to none at such a distance. At such range, the visceral nature of the items explosive and shrapnel properties would leave any nin on the brink of death. Perhaps not dead, but unable to fight certainly.

With the explosion shaking the five meter swatch of land, you'd wait and watch to see if the inevitable truly did occur. Hand still in the air five meters up and away, just narrowly outside of the explosions radius, would be waiting for the second the thing smoke cleared from the bomb, prepared to fully fire your hidden snakes should the moment arise.

Silently Yuuza remained, veiled behind the limbs of nature, crouching a thick bough. His purple oculars watched on as the two engaged into the inevitable variable within a shinobi's life, combat. Despite being the younger brother to Raoh and having spent the majority of his life with Raoh he never caught sight of his true potential his seriousness. He knew Raoh was strong, yet, he failed to realize the brunt of his full power by not being his enemy. A strong sense of interest coursed through his spine as he watched the fight take its course, finally being provided with an opportunity to observe and imbibe his mind with Raoh's combative prowess and tactics.

"The fight is still a little early to tell but I have faith in Raoh. However, I still need to position myself to aid him should he need it. This Kage-hebi seems to be no average shinobi."

Having remained at Raoh's original emplacement, he was roughly 40 meters away from Raoh's opponent in distance but about 10 in width. He needed a better vantage point just in case, and Raoh's formidable prowess was more then enough to allow Yuuza to tread silently and unexpectedly. His hands uplifted behind his head and tightened his forehead protector before his legs expanded, heavily launching him forward at level best speeds, decreasing the distance by 25 meters. His movements came to an abrupt halt as he landed upon yet another bough, still shielded by a plethora. He continued to watch the battle press on, what will happen?

Yes, this meant clearly that Raoh banished himself from the soils of Kaminari no kumo immediately after the previous explosion came to calm and his foe, retreating his attack. Having created such a window of time as the heavens decided Raoh's previous actions remained uninterrupted, from his backwards leaping from the pouches to his advancing shunshin, and finally the tag that found home 1 meter next to his opponents foot. But do not be mistaken, the mans pouches in fact exploded, however, Raoh, quick on his feet, had already removed himself from the explosive shrapnel. Given his outward dash the concussion wave only managed to birth a mere hindrance within his ears, a siren, but nothing enough to halt the daemon in his assault.

The tag, destined to bring death upon those within range, would explode 1 meter from the mans emplacement as he foolishly ignored the ivory tailed kunai. The corrosive explosion and residual heat would overwhelm this regal shinobi's frame, sending him into a endless realm deprived of light and life. His seals went into play as he watched the verdict of his efforts, ready to summon support by means of chakra.
