The ninja would somehow arise almost instantaneously after his explosion erupted. Quite the phenomenon really, however, seeing as Viserys kept a keen eye on him at all times. Seeing one of his arms had never left it's intial position and in fact had moved closer to five meters away and up the moment of the explosion. Seeing as there was nothing to draw his attention away from the man. No sun in his eyes, no funny joke told, no flying rainbow poptart cat, you would Always be watching. It did not matter at what point the man rose be it before one arm was retracted or after as regardless he was within range.

The second his head peaked above the ground, the noble nin channeled his chakra. Before he would be all the way up, the snakes were already fired. There was nowhere for him to go, no time to react, with only 5 meters down and across from the scorchingly fast reptiles, he wouldn't even have time to realize they were there, much less attempt to dodge them. Twenty snakes all together 3 meters across with him most likely finishing his rise the moment they got there. This peasent was doomed.

Special: Handseal free. Snakes now move twice as fast as a kunai, and can pierce through metal. Distance and strength of extending snakes depends on the user's understanding of the 'Way of the Snake'. Initially 10 snakes come forth, with 10 more added for a maximum of 50 each time retrained.
Description: the final evolution within the Senei Jisha tree. Using their snake charming abilities, the Kagehebi can extend large snakes from their sleeves by way of the Senei Jashu, enveloping the target in a flurry of snakes which will coil around the them and bind of impact instantly. The further addition of the user's murderous intent can weaken their target's resolve, and only a giant burst of chakra such as the Gates may break free of the snake's hold, which constricts onto the victim's skin as if the reptiles were comprised of pure iron; digging into the skin and biting, a most horrendous way to expire...

Ruling:

Fortune was in Raoh's favor as he safely took refuge beneath the earth, leaving a masterfully placed tag upon the surface in which he set up during his plummet into the soils of Kaminari no kuni. With Raoh removed from harms way the note ignited, sending fires of rustic oranges and reds to engulf what snakes-which were his limbs-found themselves within the eye of the storm as they passed over.

At a safe distance beneath the earthen floor, he heard the activation of his tag, it was fainted and hollowed, but nonetheless he heard it.

You hear the tag explode whilst underground, meaning you had to ignite the tag when you were actually underground, which by merit of suicide decapitation, is impossible. Why? You cannot move. That throws the next series of posts out of whack.

When Raoh (the timing of this messed up due to the lack of an explosion to hear) emerges, there would be no smoke, and no mirrors for him to hide behind. This being I find it easy to believe he would find himself in a tight spot, because at the same time Drago's pouch would be incoming. Realistically, he'd ignite the pouch when he saw Raoh emerge. Now, I don't find it realistic that Roah being a Taijutsu Secondary (not that being a Taijutsu Primary and not using some sort of instant moving tech would have made a difference) would be able to outrun the explosion in this case (or probably ever), and as such, Roah escapes the brunt of the explosion wile incurring minor damage and burns.

This obviously serves as an interrupt for Raoh's own attack with a tag. Making it Drago's turn, and approximately 36 meters between the two.

Yuuza's eyes filled and screamed with concern and vexation as his keen orbs of violet as he watched Raoh's opponent reach for a pouch. The boy showed no sense of surprise or urgency, at least not physically. With brisk silence his hands danced through the air, forming a single seal as he kneaded his chakra into that of a water nature. His chakra calmly flared every few moments as the lay of physical land was soon being showered by a chakra imbued mist (80 meters) heavily obscuring everything from plain view, even the feet on ones own body.

Sure Yuuza wished not to step into the given fight, however, he could not idly stand by and watch his big brother potential face defeat if not death. At first glance one could have easily suggested that it was an act of cowardice and a dishonorable action, but to Yuuza it mattered none for family came above all else.

Having finished conversing with his own subconscious his hands converged once more, twisting and molding into seals at a much faster pace (8). He always knew Raoh was stubborn, he knew when Raoh was injured, even when he himself thought otherwise; refusing to allow any further damage, he would end it soon enough.

Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique)

Special: Fills a large, 10 meter area with mist as long as the user keep the technique flowing. Each time retrained, area of mist expands by 10 more meters. Mist blocks out all doujutsu requiring clear visibility.
Description: Though very basic, the Hidden Mist Technique allows for the stealthier side of combat to rule. After forming a few simple handseals, the user causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target, as they can move unseen, and if careful, unheard.
Domain: Suiton.

Raoh emerged from the ground having felt it'd been safe, but his sense have unfortunately mislead him. He came up too late, finding himself all but a meter away from a exploding pouch. He managed to move, however, injury was inevitable. The shrapnel from the blast sliced away at his flesh, but giving his hulking figure these were small cuts, but, they augmented greatly in damage when coupled by the residual heat that came down upon him.

He thought as his lungs satiated themselves with the smoke from the mans skillfully deployed pouche "How could I have been careless, I must make up for it! The heavens are watching!" His thoughts coursed on as his foe's attack came, even through the unexpectedly formed mist as they already found their path, but no destination. Once more had Raoh placed himself beneath the earthen floor, removing him from harms way of not only his opponents attack but his brothers as well. He knew Kenshiro's arsenal well, and took his kirigakure no jutsu as a signal, a signal he knew all too well. Playing his role in the given plan he remained underground until the time was right to emerge.

Special: Dominion extends 10 meters in every direction of the user, and goes up 10 more with each rank learned.
Description: The basis behind the majority of Doton techniques lie in the user's ability to control the very earth around them. 'Earth Dominion' is just as its name implies, a fundamental supplementary jutsu of Doton nature that allows the user to intermingle their chakra with that of nature, harmonizing the two in order to create complete control over the earth around them. Once this link is achieved, the door is opened for greater creations to be made.

Dochuu Eigyo (Underground Fish Projection)

Special: Range of movement depends on the user’s level of Earth Dominion. While the user cannot perform seals and thus use jutsu underground, they can wield weapons in order to surprise attack. User can remain underground for a single turn before needing to resurface; each time retrained, the user main remain underground for one extra turn.
Description: An upgrade to Shinjuu Zanshu, this underground variation grants the user movement whilst underground. Additionally, they can also emerge from below with their weapons drawn, allowing them to attack without being seen. After a few short seals, the user merely sinks below, and can remain there for a small amount of time.
Domain: Doton. Earth Dominion 'C'. Must know 'Double Suicide Decapitation'

Oh, how doomed this peasent was. Despite his giant size and imposing physique there would be very little that could save him from the attack that commeth from the Regal Nins hand.

Before he would be all the way up, the snakes were already fired. There was nowhere for him to go, no time to react, with only 5 meters down and across from the scorchingly fast reptiles, he wouldn't even have time to realize they were there, much less attempt to dodge them. Twenty snakes all together 3 meters across with him most likely finishing his rise the moment they got there. This peasent was doomed.

There would simply be no time for the man to evade the attack after suffering the distracting pain of searing heat and shrapnel. With the ridiculous speed of the attack and the 5 Meters that separated them, he would have absolutely no time for the seals to complete his technique.

In fact, the noble nin would be surprised if he had time to even notice the snakes coming from the sleeve. It was raised above his head several meters and he had to deal with an explosion just nano seconds before. The scolding heat of fire and metal would be quite damaging, especially with his proximity to it. Best case scenario would be him discovering the attacks just as they began to drill through his flesh.

Certainly after the snakes would have struck the man, a thick mist began to form on the field, 80 meters in all. Immediately the man would throw out another pouch with his near hand in the exact spot as he had last seen the man. Just as it would land he would activate it, causing another immense explosion. As well he would lower his other hand enough to be hidden in the mist and retract it 5 meters. This would put it approximately 10 meters away at and normal arm height level from the giant nins position, should he have been hit.

Should the large shinobi have been struck with the snakes, then the match was truly over. There was very little way for him to survive both the explosion and the dangerous lethality of his high velocity snakes. Things looked bleak for the worthless man.

The chakra imbued mist lavished the surrounding area as Raoh took refuge underground as he did just moments ago, allowing him to remain unharmed from the attacks that have yet to come. Raoh was wise in wasting no time in sinking into the earth, perhaps he knew of the desolation that would follow, yes, Yuuza was sure of this. Unlike Raoh's opponent, Yuuza watched the fight press forward from the beginning, he showed no sign of acknowledgement for Yuuza, well, except for the first time they had crossed path. Yuuza was free to roam about silently and unexpectedly.

Immediately the man would throw out another pouch with his near hand in the exact spot as he had last seen the man.

Sadly enough the man seemed to only have acknowledged Yuuza when he refereed to him as Raoh's sister, after that his attention was solely upon Raoh and Raoh only. It seemed perhaps playing the side-line roll had its advantaged. Nonetheless his attack would indeed reach the exact spot where he last saw Yuuza, which was 20 meters back from the original starting area. So sad.

The ageold battle with his own conscious pressed onward as he expelled limitless geysers of water from his gullet, summoning a 40x40x40 (H,L, W) meter wave, enough to flood a small village and swallow up anyone within its path. Should the man be unable to avoid this wave he would haplessly be uprooted from the earths floor and carried along with the current.

Simultaneously

As he first began to spew forth the destructive wave from his mouth his hands were free to form yet another sequence of seals, eight to be exact. Forthwith Yuuza gave an extra charge to his technique, allowing him to walk safely upon the waters.

Baku Suishouha (Bursting Water Collision Waves)

Type: Offensive / Suiton Ninjutsu
Range: 0 - 40 meters
Special: The waves are delivered through the user's mouth and proceed to rapidly flood out an entire area. When the user is ‘surfing’ the waves, their movement speed temporarily doubles. Flooding depends on how long the user spends time spewing water, and as a result, amounts are measured by height, width and length.

Full turn spill: 40m x 40m x 40m

Description: Baku Suishouha is an offensive ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. After forming the needed handseals, the user will take a deep breath and appear to expel water from their mouth or gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water, propelled forwards at high speeds, resulting in powerful initial blasting damage, as well as plenty of water to flood a small village, break down large barriers, or put out large fires. Lastly, if the user wishes, they can push a bit of additional chakra into their feel so that they can essentially walk along the water and even ride it as if they were surfing.
Domain: Suiton.

With the thick mist saturating the air there was simply no way to tell if his attack succeeded or not. He, however, was more then confident in the death of the large nin. After all, he was a noble-less peasant after all. What chance would he have in pitched combat with one whose birthright was as high as Viserys. Just as the rat who scorns the cobra, there was but one outcome. Death.

Just a moment after he exploded his pouch he would begin to run back towards the village. It wasn't that he was a coward, simply put, he couldn't tactically fight this new threat as he wasn't aware of his position. His legs shooting up the full 40 meters his extension technique would allow, stretching as he ran. A moment into his run, the wave that was originally 25 meters away would begin to reach him. By this time he would have reached 20 meters distance. Being focused on taijutsu, a chuunin and 40 meters in the air, it wouldn't be very difficult for him to cover such an expanse in such a moderate amount of time.

Lucky for him the wave itself only reached 40 meters all together, being 25 away from him to begin, there was only 15 left for it to go before it would surrender to dry land. Out of reach of the wave, the noble nin would shrink down to his original size yet again and continue to run another 20 till he reached the end of the mist cloud. Arriving in visible air once more, he would face the mist and prepare for battle.

Asashio lunged across the landscape of Kumo in response to the radio distress signal the guard had sent out. It was unlike most of the villages ninja, especially one who was Chunnin to remain outside of the village after their allotted time. He assumed either one of three things had happened. First, the man could be delayed due to something unavoidable such as a pregnant lady giving birth or any other impossible situations. Second, the man could be trying to go missing, the saddest of the possibilities. Third, the man could have gotten drunk and fallen asleep or something. Asa had been reprimanded once for that a while ago, and he did not relish the idea of it happening to someone else.

As he searched he eventually came upon a large barrier made up of mist. It was an odd sight. There wasn't any mist anywhere else, and the night was fast approaching. It should be to cold for such a fog to exist. On top of that, it seemed to spring up from nowhere, and was now beginning to envelop him. Sharingan activated, he could see there was chakra lined within the mist, but much like his normal vision it was useless to try seeing anything. Allowing the crimson to fade from his pupils, Asa formed a small variety of handseals and submerged into the ground below, and allowed earthen material to coat his body.

Submerged below the surface, Asa began swimming forward in the direction he had previously been headed, deeper into the mist. This was something that needed inspection, even if it didn't pertain to finding the lost ninja. A chakra construct on this scale was dangerous to village security.

As Asa swam through the thick earth, every so often emerging for a breath, he was greeted with a horrifying image. While underground he was granted a sort of "radar sense", which allowed him to detect motion that touched the ground. It was a nifty trick, but one that had helped him out in many a fight. This time however it nearly brought on a coronary. As he approached the middle of the mist, Asa was greeted with what his earth sense could only describe as some huge sprawling... "thing". He didn't know what to make of it. It was as if something was rolling over the ground...and getting bigger as it did it. His instincts kicked in as he realized whatever it was was aimed at the direction of the village. Ideas surged through his head, most notably one of a terrorist attack on his home. Even if it couldn't hit the village proper the surrounding country side would be devastated by something this massive. His hands moved without thought, forming seals and suddenly earth would erupt above him.

He focused the center of his technique at the origin point of the "thing". His hand movements were simply in the nick of time, because as the sprawling construct rolled over the surface of about 20 meters from its origin a wall of earth would form. Seeming to crash against and seemingly reel backwards the opposite direction, the creation would find itself trapped in his enormous earth dome prison. Bringing himself back to the surface, a few beads of sweat on his forehead, Asa would place his hands on the prison in an effort to make sure it stayed strong to contain the creation until he could think of some way to safely dispose of it. Should Yuuzu be caught inside (40 meters in every direction, starting at the base of the tree yuuzu is on since that is the assumed origin point since it was never stated differently), Asa would be greeted by a trickle of chakra signifying something was alive inside.

( Post takes the time of about 2, just because i'm back tracking from when you initially made the mist, since i'm so late to the party. approximately 60 meters from Yuuzu @ start of my post when the mist caught me. since viserys is presumably on the village side, i'm closer to him since that is where i'm headed from. I dont know where anyone is though ic'ly. character is kind of oblivious, to the happenings and is working with the information he has. Yuuzu is on a tree limb according to his post, so with underground fish i can't sense him, and i assume viserys is bounding through the air, so again, no idea where he is either. When i said "as he approached the middle of the mist", i'm probably about 20 meters from yuuzu, not including the 10 or so meters he is in the air based on his standing on a tree limb. He doesn't know what specifically the wave is, but he assumes the wave is pointed at the village because it was pointed at Vis, who came from the direction of the village, and something this big could devastate the countryside. The wave would hit one side of the earth dome as it forms, and like all water would begin to conform to its surroundings, kicking back at Yuuzu and actually filling the dome to the top due to their equivalent size. Earth dome is A rank durability, and repairs from my chakra + yours if you're caught. Also your mist is probably not going to last more then the next turn, because the water that makes it up within the dome will be absorbed by your wave, and if you're inside the dome then i assume the domes chakra stealing would eat the D rank chakra youre trying to send to the external mist first, thus making it umpossible for you to sustain it.)

Description: An upgrade to Dochuu Eigyo, this underground variation grants the user movement AND the ability to attack with jutsu whilst underground. After a few short seals, the user merely sinks below, and can remain there for a small amount of time, allowing them an extremely strategic position, as well as the ability to laid explosives along the ground for the opponent to ‘enjoy’.

Special: Chakra absorption for victims within the dome is ten percent per turn. Size, strength, and traveling distance of dome depends on the user's 'Earth Dominion' rank.
Description: This advanced Doton ninjutsu acts as its name implies – it facilitates the user creating a prison around their victims, comprised of pure dirt. After forming the necessary handseals and striking the ground with their hands, the user is able to overturn the earth and cause it to rise up around their opponents. Placing their hands against the dome, they are then able to suck out the chakra from the people trapped inside and bring it back into one’s own body, as well as combine it with his own in order to spread throughout the dome, allowing the user to repair any damage their opponents manage to inflict on the inside.

oooh-oh looks like someone bit the dust

Shut the hell up! It can't be!

For once Yuuza wished not to believe the realities of this realm for what they truly were. Even before he was able to successfully stabilize the mist he knew Raoh was placed under a direful situation, one that required assistance from an outside source. It was assistance that Raoh had, yet it failed to aid him in his time of need; Yuuza waited an overly long time to step in, trying to give Raoh an opportunity to keep his ego and hunger for battle starved, but not at such cost.

His death had become apparent from the squalling sound of that attacked the mist-filled air, followed by a brief moment of silence that heavily fell upon the area. Raoh's existence came to a premature halt by the hands of a kumogakure shinobi, the very shinobi's whose face was now imbibed within the recesses of Yuuza's mind. To Yuuza family was above all else, and losing his elder brother was a heavy blow to his soul, the very blow that he would deal this regal shinobi two fold the next time they had met.

Raoh's gone, and you're beginning to drain, nows your chance to escape.

Conscious and subconscious exchanged words within the safe confines of Yuuza's mind, and truthfully it was right. Had Yuuza died along side his brother, it would only mean that the fate of their terminally ill sister was inevitably sealed, Yuuza, couldn't come to terms with that. He cared for his younger sister, wanting to give her the world should he had ever obtained it, she was his motivation.

"Godspeed Older Brother"

He whispered, as the sun's golden brilliance began to fade as the sun itself haplessly sunk into the northern mountains, night fall was nigh. He would have to leave soon for kumogakure cavalry was a huge factor in the given fight, altering the actions between fighting and fleeing. Being a nuke-nin, Yuuza knew full well how search parties or reinforcements worked after shinobi stayed absent for fixed amount of times. Though he knew not when that would be informed or arrive, but he wasn't foolish enough to stand idly by and find out.

In an instant he flickered backwardly twice across the waters, removing himself from the mist and waters(Opposite of Asashio and Viserys), and two more after he regained sight of the physical world outside of said mist. He pivoted upon his heels and took refuge within a seemingly endless sequence of tree's, disappearing into the encroaching night. By the time both the mist and calm flood would dissipate, only Raoh's body would remain.

It is an unchanging tenet of T1 that you cannot attack on an entrance post, even so be it that your search started from a previous thread like in this context. You were not engaged in the battle from the start. Therefore, simply put, no matter what you cannot attack on that turn. You also cannot simply say, "Oh my post takes the time of 2." Doesn't work that way. Since you must wait and post your attack on the next turn, chronologically it's almost literally impossible to catch him at this point.
