[/justify]Hakkeshou Kaiten (Eight Divination Palms of the Hand, Heavenly Spin)
Rank: D, C, B, A, S
Type: Offensive / Defensive / Clan Taijutsu
Range: See special!
Special: Blocks taijutsu and ninjutsu of equal rank. Kaiten dome extends as far as the Hyuuga's maximum Hakke range.
Description: Like many of the Jyuuken techniques, Kaiten is a special technique passed down through the main family line. Kaiten takes advantage of several of the unique abilities of the Byakugan eye, including an almost complete 360 degree view of their surroundings, so that the member to see all angles around them. As such, if an attack is near, the clan member will release a large of amount of chakra from their tenketsu and, simultaneous to the release, begins to spin like a top, creating a whirling vortex that can nullify almost any attack. Said to be a Hyuuga's ultimate defense.
Domain: Hyuuga. Main House exclusive.
Laying her bag on the floor, the raven-haired girl had taken a decision that may slow her progress, but would ultimately ensure her survival. Well... help her survive anyway. It would certainly come in useful in any case.

It's not like she was in combat every single day, so why had she become so familiar with this. Maybe it was just intuition, being a Hyuuga and all. She could feel the chakra coursing through her eyes, her vision extended and her mind able to process the different chakra signatures around her... not that there was any.
She took a deep breath, her stance shifting to defensive, her frontward arm extended outward, as if prepared to block some imaginary strike coming from the front. In her imagination, she could see a shuriken moving quickly through the air towards her, pushing aside all in it's way.
And upon instinct, she moved...
She spun, at extremely high speeds, forcing chakra from her tenketsu as she rotated, pushing it outward as far as she could. It was like a solid wall of chakra, pushing back the imaginary shuriken, forcing it to spin and hit the tree, producing no sound.
She needed to push herself harder...
