description; Kumogakure no Sato needs to further prosper by teaching our newly graduated shinobi several things. Shunshin, Ninjutsu arts, Taijutsu arts, Genjutsu arts and any other ninja world arts that exist today. For if we don’t train our prospering children whom desire nothing more than to serve Kumogakure no Sato, then we as a village are lost. So you as a well trained and gradated shinobi will take time to show our newly recruited techniques. Make sure to explain to them how one prospers under such an art. Teach them various things, for if you fail, we as a village will fall.

A casual hand lifted itself just above his eyes in a saluting manner, shielding his eyes from the suns overly bright rays of light. The weather was unusually hot and humid, almost like a hybrid country consisting of hi no kuni and Mizu no kuni - funny. Nevertheless, Seigen looked away from the sun and looked around the general area as he walked walked along a cobblestone road that led to the village's ninja academy. While that academy was one of the last places Seigen wanted to visit, a delegated assignment tasked him with teaching new academy graduates a few techniques as well as offer any advice that'd benefit them as newly appointed Kumogakure shinobi.
Seigen needed not even a sliver of foresight to foresee just how annoying the graduates will be, considering he graduated himself not too long ago. He knew they'd become arrogant and overly confident as though they were unstoppable when that reality was grossly far from being the truth. While Seigen admittedly enjoyed that sense of over confidence, having it shattered and replaced with a true sense of reality and fear turned out to be one of the best things that happened to him as a registered shinobi.
Huffing a sigh as he made his way through the city towards the academy, he intentionally walked slower than usual in order to give himself time to think about how he'd deal with the fresh batch of graduates without going overboard. Fortunately, he knew exactly what to do."Hehe, I've got just the thing, I'll teach'em how to-"
And then there were screams, screams from a woman that sounded like she'd been attacked, but by whom. Just who had the audacity to assault a citizen of Kumogakure while knowing of the stationed ninja throughout the village. Nevertheless, Seigen zoomed through back-alley's and zipped around sharp corners as he closed in on the area. If someone were hurt, he'd make sure they'd pay in full - an eye for an eye.
