[/b][/color][/font][/size][/ul][/ul]Founded by Akegarasu Akeryuu, Akegarasu Miyuki, and Hibari Hinagiku, these proprietors would create Kumogakure's High Flyer Cafe & Restaurant. Situated atop one of Kumogakure's tallest mountains, this Cafe & Restaurant was built around the peak. It features a circular design, with the center reserved for the kitchen and goes through the mountain itself. This is due to the owners wanting to keep their recipes a secret. Those whom join staff as a chef take an oath not to release the secret ingredients of this magical place.

One of the main gimmicks of High Flyer is the design and presentation. The cafe extends all around the peak of the mountain. Its floors are made of a very strong glass, capable of resisting heavy impact and tolerating even the biggest of people. Said glass is not completely transparent, giving customers a view of what's below. Often times that's normally clouds but on clearer days, one might be able to see other buildings and faintly make out people. The glass walls along the side are made of the same durable glass, except adorned with crows. This is to honour the Akegarasu clan and to keep birds from flying into the window. Their sparsely done so as to not obstruct the view for customers.

On the menu is a wide range of items, from various teas, to dango, to high quality ramen, and of course full meals for everyone's enjoyment. High Flyer strives to serve Kumogakure the finest quality food and drink, aiming to be fiercely competitive for your ryo. Customers enter the establishment by various pulley elevators that bring them all the way up. This allows a scenic entrance but still quick for take-out meals or for those in a hurry. With the kitchen in the center, all the meals and cash registers circle around the mountain peak which is quite visible inside. The Cash register and various deserts and pick-up items all face outward towards the customer in a circular fashion.

There I was once more the Genin of the village that had qualified for the Chuunin Exams had surely taken off. They were going to go achieve the very rank that I had gained myself, but now it was time for me to move up as they were in the Shinobi ranks. Though today I needed to go take a small break from everything and really just enjoy some of this down time as a citizen of Kumogakure for once. I had devoted my very being to this village and would do anything that would benefit the village almost without question, but there were times when I needed to be alone. Asking questions of how and why. You know the usual, but alas I found myself coming to a place I often frequented. Not only for its delicious food, but for a nice bottle of sake that would aid my mind as well as my body in the manner I needed to relax.

Sitting down at one of the tables and awaiting the waitress/waiter. Obviously, the usual order for me would merely consist of this Café’s best this evening. Problems and stress needed to be freed from my being, but at this point there was something that was bugging me. I couldn’t seem to find the muse to even offer my Genin the proper training they need, but yet they were off to the exams. Even with these thoughts returning themselves in my mind. I would reach in my pouch producing a nice bottle of sake and placing it on my table as my wait continued. It didn’t usually take them very long, but alas here I was in the rarest of situations. Hey…but why am I complaining? It gives me plenty of time to think and evaluate the person I was. Call it a brief meditation if you will.

This place was renowned for its service as well as delicious treats. That’s why I found myself here quite often, but this day there was no particular reason. This day was rough, but long enough to give one ample time to think about what really going on. Was I ready for the Jounin Exams? Then, there was that friendly rivalry with Kimidori that was bugging me. My mind was all over the place, but that was when I’ll merely ask a walking waiter for two things, “Menu and a tall glass, please.” That was all I muttered not too sure who it was, but the curves pretty much ensured it was a beauty. I didn’t mind getting my mind off of it that way. Can’t go wrong following the lust, but being mislead by such a thing could be my downfall.

He must have been so lost in thought, his eyes hardly paying attention to the one whom provided him with the menu and tall glass. Then again, he wasn't looking up towards the face of the person whom served him. No, he was looking at chest level and down. Figured I'd play along for now until I brought him his glass and took a seat opposite of him. I'd finally taken care of everything I wanted to today, so I was too tired to really take a shift, yet I could never say no to providing a bit of help to my mom. I guess in that regard, I was still a kid after all, but then I was fifteen.

"So, what's on your mind...stranger?" I'd inquire to my rival/teammate. It's not like we spent any time together since we returned. He had things to do, things to prepare for and me? Well, now that my team was off to the chuunin exams, I was enjoying some well needed R&R. Chasing after Namitsuki and Faust, getting caught up in their little mission after just getting back from a mission was...not the best way to go. Yet I'd grown so much in those three months, I actually felt like a Jounin now.

"I noticed you didn't try to touch me earlier, did fear of me sending you to Kumo's Hospital finally kick in?" I was jesting with him, trying to spark our usual rivalry. Though in all honesty his posture, his aura, everything seemed so...depressing. Thus, despite my teasing earlier; I kinda wish I hadn't mentioned me beating him and went to try and uplift his spirits a bit. I know I wasn't the only one who felt home sick after those three months in various locales. I guess I was just...naive, ignorant, selfish? Something along those lines, thus my reddish brown hues locked onto Namitsuki, with a strong look of concern.

With me lost in thought as I sat amongst the chair where I would await my waiter or waitress. It seems my thoughts were running rampant and my mind was far too clouded to possibly be engaging in any missions at this point. It was beginning to take its toll, but there was so much that I could have done to those villages we had found. Yet, my skill set was well versed for each and every mission, but there was a small problem with those ideas. That was the fact my team mates wouldn’t allow me to even dabble in such a activity. It was a bit stressful. Especially when we were in that labyrinth that led the team Silent Homicide to our objective. I could have very well destroyed all the shinobi that were amongst that labyrinth. I had a penchant to bring death amongst those that dared defy the laws of Kumogakure.

While these optics vision focused forward with these sea of thoughts running rampant in my mind. I figured there was nothing I could do for now. Though they continued to bug me, but that was when I was snapped back to reality when I saw Kimidori sitting before me. I didn’t remember asking her to be here, but then again I guess I forgot about the owners of this little establishment. Looking at her with a shocking expression painted across my visage. One could tell that I wasn’t expecting this turn of events, but she took it upon herself to sit here. All I could do was wonder why was she here working this night out of all nights. Searching for answers that would make sense to my rival, but for some reason the heavens wouldn’t allow these words to leave their nest. I wasn’t too sure what was truly going on, but words needed to be exchanged. With that being said my choice of words would be, “…Hi Kimidori. Wasn’t expecting to see you here? How’ve you been?”

Of course my words weren’t quite adding up to the situation that’s going on. She was obviously oblivious to the face of things that was going on. Even in this disturbed state she decided to press on his lustful ways, but I wasn’t in the mood for those this day. To be blunt…I was down. I couldn’t figure out what it was that kept me form advancing my true skills amongst the villages very own walls. I’ve sought to be the best that Kumogakure had to offer, but the feeling of being inferior to my peers were really disturbing my mind. So much that my hand on my glass would tighten and within seconds a crack would begin to form. Looking at her as my eyes fell upon the broken glass that now had my hand all scarred up and dripping blood. Speaking out loud my words would head towards her, “Heh. You would have liked that either way. I’m really not afraid of your very own skills, but I know for some reason I feel that everyone’s leaving me behind. Not too sure why though. I kind of felt useless in those missions. I felt like I could have done more, ypu know?” My words were quick and they told the tales or should I say the toxins that plagued my mind this eerie night. There was a sign of an uprising within this body, but I wasn’t quite sure what was going on though.

The music roared in Asa’s imagination as he fluttered through the establishment. He probably had ingested a bit too much on this monstrously boring evening, and it had put him in an unenviable state. The glass floors were putting up a bit of an argument with his feet as he unsuccessfully traversed its surface. The scenery that was viewed through the café’s floors was rather mind blowing in the state he currently was in, and it was severely impacting his sense of balance.

As he staggered through the throngs of tables, Asa began bringing the song he was imagining to his lips for all present to hear. “When I see lightning! It always gets me down, cause its free and I see that its me, who’s lost and never found!”

He would attempt to dance, but his feet would have nothing to do with his insanity. The people at the first, but not last, table he bumped into were extremely put off by the display, but he continued his mockery of sensibility. “I cry out for magic, see it dancing in the light! It was cold, I lost my hold to the shadows of the night!” He was beginning to shout now. It was a vague mockery of the original, but he thought nothing sounded better.

Eventually he would make his way to where the two shinobi stood. He knew neither of them, but the young girl was vaguely eye catching even if she was a heavy dose of jail bait. As he approached Asa would stumble, falling basically towards her back, in an unintended attempt to wrap an arm around her shoulders. “Sing with me honey!”, he would call, and then in the same musical tone he had previously been using he’d continue “There’s no sign of the morning coming, you’ve been left on your own, LIKE A RAINBOW IN THE DARK!” This was Asa drunk, and as happy as a clam.

Uncharacteristically, Hitokage found himself meandering aimlessly like that of a wandering nomad searching for a temporary shelter. He had not premeditated the whereabouts of his destination, but rather squandered through the energized streets redirecting a course this way and that upon unfamiliar avenues. Maybe subconsciously he had planned to locate himself upon this very nostalgic part of Kumogakure, upon this discrete street, upon this very sidewalk that resided next to this very distinct shop indisputably called the "High Flyer Cafe". Or maybe it was just fate. Privately, he supposed why the name had been so agreeable with him, but the notion escaped him congruently.

The scarlet fibered optics of the Sharingan beheld the nostalgic sight of the tea shop, still attaining the same renovation as his last visit close to a decade ago. It dawned upon him incredulously that it had in fact been ten years, alluring him helplessly, manipulated by its clandestine charm. Naturally, his steps lingered as his mind became haunted by a single event, a grand event: his Father's birthday, right here, in this shop, ten years ago. It had been close to half a year now since his Father passed and granted him the venerable family crested title of the Spirit of the Uchiha, but he couldn't help feel entirely vulnerable to the equivocal idea that he was undeserving, unproved, unworthy. Why? That remained to be seen.

As he approached, the palatable scent devoured his senses, painting the image upon his mental canvas with pristine vividness. So they say, scent brought back the strongest of memories; which was always disputed with incredulity from Hitokage until this very moment. It was unequivocally proven here that sight, sound, touch and taste stood meek in comparison to scent when it came to recapturing the memories of an imperative past time. It surrendered him to a spiritually naked state, as it softened or depleted his barrier that prevented people from seeing through him, transparently into his soul. As the Spirit of the Uchiha engaged the Tea Shop, a miraculously beautiful young girl sat alone separated from a various collection of couples whom were dispersed amidst the shop, each invariably sipping the steaming hot liquid with prestigious elegance.

Though her frame was shifted away from Hitokage, her radiance illuminated with peremptory, though beauty was only skin deep. To many insufficient whores dismay, (who uncontrollably found his masculine genetic makeup an undeniable necessity) he was not superficial, or shallow. He sought great depths within a woman, more attracted to her personality, culture, demeanor, intelligence, and above all, he was attracted to talent. On a separate, unrelated note, though He was not a she, it potentially explained the inexplicable bond that he and the Raikage had attained. For it was quite palpable the sheer brilliance Aburame Shouta acquired and it invoked a pure liking to the boy. He found a friendship through trust and respect, something the Uchiha intended to find in all friendships.

Though it was different with the female sex, for every man was scarred with the unavoidable sexual desire of some corrupt degree... With Hitokage, his desires were much more genuine. He was a man, cursed by desire, but always sought for trust; he could be trusted.

A flick of the eyes was darted, as swift as a snakes tongue tasting the air it slithers through, towards the boy who sat idly next to her, apparently engaged in conversation. Hostility was not among the reasons Hitokage shot such an impervious glance, but solely because he recongized his face from a brief passing that transpired between them outside the Gates of Kumogakure. Had he remembered? Highly doubtful. But the memorable Uchiha surely did. Approaching a vacant seat nearby, he sat quietly to himself, uninterested in intruding upon the conversation that was taking place between the two shinobi.

"What's this, the mighty Kaguya, talking of people surpassing him. Aren't you supposed to be a prodigy? The untamed beast who rivaled Uchiha Faust?" I looked over towards my comrade, my left cheek resting in my left hand. I'd wait for him to respond back to me before I took his glass and went off to get his order. A tall glass, considering his mood that meant he wanted some sake. I hadn't seen the Kaguya so low. In my mind he handled the mission splendidly, especially considering the dangerous fall. Though as I got up, it seems that we had company. One of Kumo's ninja had strolled in singing and swaying. It wasn't like we couldn't hear him, though I was surprised he'd gotten behind me. I felt his arm wrap around my shoulder, he called out to sing with him and surprisingly:

“There’s no sign of the morning coming, you’ve been left on your own, LIKE A RAINBOW IN THE DARK!”

Though as I sung with him, I'd stand up and aim to help him keep some balance. "So sir, you wouldn't happen to be drunk before getting a drink here, would you?" After all, I was used to people leaving the establishment drunk, not entering it drunk.

"If you are, we've got some excellent tea that can sober you right up!" I guess my mind was always in customer service mode when I worked. However it wasn't just the possible drunkard ninja along my back, a new visitor had entered and approached our table. His eyes red and swirled yet his gaze was initially on me but then it shifted to my comrade. It seemed that there was some hidden connection that I wasn't unaware of, either way I had to spring into action:

"Welcome to High Flyer Cafe, how can I help you?" I'd offer a warm smile towards the Uchiha, after being exposed to Faust I was quite sensitive to their bloodline. Looks like things would be rather interesting today.

The ANBU tip off proved correct as I approached the small café, myself and three fellows identical approaching at quick paces. Three remained outside while one moved forward, approaching the entrance to the establishment with a smooth stride. Crimson clad and armored as always, the raven haired Jounin said nothing upon his entrance, letting only his eyes do the work. A few taps on the wood frame later, he hoped Nami and Kimi emerged, reflected by the monotone voice and stoic expression worn. The Hachibi would not wait much longer.

"Something's come up, guys..."

"...we have to go. Now."
