Another mission for young Areru! However, this time she chose a technique that was slightly different to the one that she had chosen hours ago to start off with- This one simply asked the person who took the mission to paint a wall or an area in Kumogakure- Easy enough, right? Having been given the bucket of paint, roller and brushes, she was ready to start making the area look nice. The places which were chosen to be painted were the more dilapidated places in town which had been greatly effected by the attacks, so it was nice to see that the Raikage had organized for shinobi to go out and paint the walls to make them seem a bit nicer after all that had happened. After all, living in the village, you’d want the place to look nice.

So, walking along with a pretty nice pace on, she would look around the place, trying to figure out where she was supposed to go- She had been given a few descriptions of the area that she was allowed to go and paint in, but it had been slightly hazy, so, by the information that had been given to her, she would somehow make her way towards the destination, although it took her a little while since she wasn’t too sure. But, with a little bit of searching her efforts soon paid off and she was soon confronted with a blank wall, which had past been the victim of graffiti which tastefully bore the words: HOTAKU LOVES KARIN 4 EVAR in quite bad writing, and bad spelling at that. But, it was no matter since this lovely memento to Karin or whoever they were, was about to be covered up by the pastel coloured paint she was carrying.

But what exactly was she supposed to do? She order had simply been to paint and nothing more, but painting could mean making a masterpiece on the wall, or it could simply mean putting a block colour to it to make it seem a bit lighter and nicer in appearance. Choosing to go with the latter for now, she’d place the bucket on the floor and would take another look at the wall as she’d decide what exactly she was going to do with the place- She only had one colour of paint anyway so there wasn’t all that much she could do, although she could have always gone back to get some more if she wanted to paint some kind of mural or something. But figuring it was better to go with simple for now, she would take a peek at the brushes that she had been given.

Painting.. had never exactly been one of her greatest skills. Sure enough she sure could make a pretty picture of flowers if she wanted to, but she had never really been interested in it, and the closest she had ever gotten to actually painting was in fact painting flowers in academy- For what reason, she wasn’t sure, but she had drawn a pretty good picture of them. It wasn’t a masterpiece and neither was it above average for her age, but she was pretty damn proud of the lilies that she had painted. In this situation though- She needed to evenly apply a coat to the wall and make sure that it all dried and didn’t just leak down to the floor, creating a mess. The place was already in a state, so the last thing she wanted to do was make it worse.

Eyeing up the brushes once more she’d wonder which one to use- It was best to start with the roller one first, right? To get a clean coat on but then using the other brushes to get in nooks and crannies that would be difficult with the roller brush. Nodding her head, agreeing with herself that this had been a good plan to follow, she’d pick up the bucket of paint as she squatted down, and would fold the paint in to the roller’s pan, watching as it soon smoothed all over, and setting. Placing the bucket back down and replacing it in her hands with the roller, she would dip it in the baby blue paint, and would then paste it on the wall, rolling along the concrete to try and even it out so that a good amount of it was covered. It was, so far, turning out alright.

The process continued and repeated; Dipping the roller brush in to the pan that contained the paint, the roller then pressing against the wall as it continued to cover it with the beautiful paint that the drab wall had been craving for all these past few months- It needed a little bit of TLC, and her applying of blue paint to the wall definitely helped give it a brand new feeling- The wall, if anything, helped make the area more classy, even if there had only been a small amount of paint applied at the current time- By the end of her mission shift, she was hoping to cover the entire wall in lovely, lovely paint. Maybe that would draw more visitors to the area- Usually if an area looked nice, more people went there, and from that, local shops profited from the burst in people visiting. Everybody won.

But, there was still quite a lot of work left to do on the wall. Luckily for her height she was able to reach certain points in the wall that a person shorter than her would usually find trouble with. She thanked her father for this gene, as he was quite tall himself which had resulted in two of her elder brothers being taller than the average height for their ages but, her other brothers were pretty average. It was only three of them who were quite tall. Raising her arm somewhat she’d reach the top of the wall that she was currently painting- She was only doing the bottom layer herself, so then someone else could do the higher ones- Even if she was tall, doing something that high up was unthinkable at the moment.

So, her arm would continue to move up and down, side to side as she’d plaster the wall with baby blue paint, making it look quite attractive. Sure, it wasn’t the best paint job that she had seen but it looked pretty nice- There wasn’t any problems with it anyway, it had managed not to drip on the floor and it had covered nicely- And there was enough paint to go to. Lowering her tired arm which had started going a bit stiff from being raised up and down to paint, she’d dip it in to the paint again, and then continue rolling the brush around the wall, further covering it with the angelic shade of paint. It wouldn’t be long until the whole wall would be covered. Already, she felt a bit safer in the environment with the place as the paint seemed to make the place seem.. lighter, almost.

An hour later..

Ta-Dah! She would look quite contently upon the wall that she had covered with baby blue paint- It was quite the achievement in her own mind! Taking a few steps back and putting the roller back in the pan where it was, there scarcely being any paint left in the pan itself by now, she’d look at the job that she had done, glad that she had made it look better. During the painting she had carefully made sure not to get any on the nearby windows that had been on the wall, and had cleared up that awful graffiti that had been placed there. All she could do now was lie back and wait for it to try, and hope that that Hazuki guy didn’t come back to reclaim his wall.

So, marvelling in the work that she had done would but take a few moments before she’d then decide to take the paint and everything back to the person who had given them to her to use. Walking over to the tools she would pick them up and would make sure that they were carefully held in her hands- Tipping paint on the streets of Kumogakure was something that she didn’t really want to happen right now, especially after doing such a great job on the wall. So, after making sure that everything was secure she would then take one last look at the now bright baby-blue wall, before turning to make her journey back towards the home where she had borrowed the supplies from. It had been quite a nice mission, really. It wasn’t too hard.

Soon approaching the place where she had borrowed them from, she would knock on the door, the same young woman from before answering with a grin upon her face. ”You did it, I assume? I’ll go over later to check it out- Thanks for helping!” she’d tell her. To this Areru would respond with a simple grin and a nod, as she handed over the painting tools that she had borrowed off her. She couldn’t think of the next time that she’d be painting walls, but she hoped that it wouldn’t be too early on from now since she had just about seen more paint being applied to walls today than she ever had in her entire life- And yet, it had been fun, in a strange, strange way.

With that mission done, Areru would then, exiting the home, look at her hands which were slightly covered with the paint that she had used. She’d have to go back home in order to get it off, or she’d probably be spreading the paint all over the place on accident, and having gotten paint on her clothing in the past and not being able to get it off in the end, she wasn’t too keen on repeating that incident. Coughing slightly, she’d then close her eyes for a few moments, before her red eyes would then hit the village once more, as her feet would take her steps towards wherever she was off next.

It hadn’t been long since she had last done a mission that had to do with taking care of lost pets and sending them back to places which looked after them- The last one, the basset hound which she had caught was quite a test, it having to make her run around in such a manner, although she hoped that whatever pet that she was supposed to catch this time by the terms of the mission, wouldn’t make it so hard for her to capture it. It wasn’t all that hard when you spoke about it, but it was one of those things where it was easier said than done. Having been on the receiving end of attempting to capture a heavy basset hound, she knew too well about the whole thing, and hoped that this pet would sympathize bit more towards her physical health- Running wasn’t her thing.

Or it was, just, not after pets. Running for her life was different, because she had her, well, life at stake. Running after pets- It was simply a waste of time, although it was nice to go for a run at some points. Turning a corner as she moved through the streets of Kumogakure, she would continue to look around, her duty being to find a dog or a cat or any kind of pet that hadn’t any identification on it that linked it to a certain home or family, and to bring it in to the animal collection agency. Of course, if she accidentally picked up a family pet who hadn’t been marked as belonging to a certain person or home, then that would be a mistaken upon her half but then again they owners shouldn’t have been so careless as to leave it unmarked.

So, scouring the streets of Kumogakure she would wait and look around her at any sights of any potential pets that could have lost their homes during the attacks that had occurred. It was quite sad to see such innocent pets being left homeless but, she was sure that with the animal agency they would re-home the pets in to new families who would, hopefully, take care of them. She hadn’t heard of any tale of animal abuse within Kumogakure, but it was still something that could happen even in secret, as pets couldn’t exactly speak for themselves. Sure enough they could whimper and howl and bark, but they couldn’t exactly go and report people for animal abuse- it was the selfishness of the owners themselves who had caused that.

But where exactly could she find the pets? Any hiding places perhaps? With the last mission she had to find a certain pet among dozens which could have been roaming the streets so this one was a bit simpler than the last one that she had taken up to do, however, it still asked her to pick up and capture some of the pets, and she had been lucky with the last one as they had been a little bit tame but this one she was sure that she wouldn’t have as much luck with- it had no doubt run out, and she knew that, so she prepared for the worst- Bites, claws, whatever came her way she was still sure that she could bring back the poor pet to the collection agency that asked for them to be drawn off the streets.

She couldn’t exactly come to terms as to how quiet it was at the moment- the pets were probably around here somewhere, right? They couldn’t have just found out that she was out trying to find them and had left, that would be an incredibly strange thing to do, and yet, she had heard of summonings interacting with each other, could pets speak in some kind of language that was limited to only what kind of animal they were? Surely, a strange thought, but there was probably some kind of way of communication that they could do- It must suck not being able to interact with others. Body language from dogs usually spoke for itself but, she was pretty sure that they didn’t exactly speak, unfortunately for the dogs and pets alike themselves.

MEEEOW! a squeal of a cat would suddenly be heard to her left, as she could but turn in intense curiosity, looking down at the street, there being a few garbage cans nearby her, where the sound could have potentially come from. In order to search it out to make sure that there wasn’t a stray cat in there, she’d approach it cautiously to make sure that no cat sprung out on her with claws ‘a blazin’, because of all things, she wouldn’t exactly like to have her skin shredded on such a fine day of her standards- The sun behind the clouds, and with rain posing quite a threat at the moment. She didn’t care of course as she had always loved storms and bad weather- Being a Sansutsomu, it was only expected of her to love it, though.

So, with the garbage can shifting somewhat as sound came from within, the lid still being on top of it curiously enough, she would open it slowly to see- A cat, who looked pretty matted from days, even months of being out on the streets. But that wasn’t exactly the most interesting bit- No. Looking around, she saw in the bin, what would appear to be five kittens, all of which bore a similar coat to the larger cat within the bin- The kittens seemed quite young, perhaps only a day or even less old, and they did look a bit like kittens but looked more like aliens at the moment- Looking at the cat, it would bear a hiss for a few moments after noticing that someone had gone to close to the kittens, it perhaps being a feral cat or just not used to strangers after being left alone for so along.

So, placing the lid back on the can, she would then make a decision that would require her to utilize her strength- to try and not break up the family and to make them feel a bit more at home, if you could call living in a trash can at home, she would decide to carry the trash can towards the pets agency. It also meant that she wouldn’t get clawed by the angry sounding cat inside but the drawback was she had to carry the bloody thing all over Kumo. The least of her worries was looking strange as she had already carried a basset hound through the village already, so no doubt they were used to seeing her carry strange things across the place, and probably thought of it as some joke, maybe? She didn’t really care, as she had a mission to do.

So with the can painfully in hands as the muscles in her arms struggled to hold the weight of both the can and its contents, after a few minute she had to place the item down and take a slight breather, picking it up afterwards and walking a bit of a distance more. It was quite hard to tell exactly how far she had to walk as at the moment her mind was shrouded in a cloak of slight pain from carrying the heavy garbage can, but, with strangers unwilling to aid her in carrying such a filthy item for unknown reasons, she had no offers to help her from the public, although this didn’t really bother her as she did need to learn how to fight her own battles, or in this case, carry her own things. Despite being quite a frail thing, she was intent on doing things for herself.

Grinning somewhat as she would hear a few more mews within the trash can, the cat no doubt a bit confused as to why exactly the can was being placed on the floor and moved, it would have the shock of its life after arriving at the animal collection agency, she seeing an area past the lid that wasn’t the same one she hadn’t seen moments before when Areru had opened the lid on her and her kittens. But, that was no true problem as in the end she had helped the cat- Without her help and the care that the collection agency no doubt would give her, the kittens and she herself might have been dead, some ass having put the lid on the poor guys, which could have left them to an untimely death if the waste collection men had come out to collect the rubbish.

But, they were safe now in the thin hands of Areru, and within the metal can which protected them from the outside world. And it wasn’t soon until the collection agency came in to view, to which Areru was quite happy about seeing- This mission was almost done, although she did have a few more that she needed to take care of before she was to finish the requirements for Chuunin- And, all in all she did enjoy doing missions. A slightly lethargic person at heart, it shocked Areru herself that she enjoyed doing such tasks around the village- It gave her something to do, and it did help the village, and doing just that was something that she believed proudly in doing. Like any other nin of Kumogakure she was happy to be in the village, and wanted to anything she could to help it.

So, walking in with the trash can in hand, she already had figured that it would take a bit of explaining to make sure they understood why exactly she had brought the medical container in there- She didn’t want to disturb the kittens and the cat inside, although she probably had disturbed it a bit by moving it. However, she had caught a cat, or, cats, and the mission requirement had been done. After explaining had been done, the agency would be left with the trash can full of cats, and she could make her leave, being sure to wash her hands after placing he can down to make sure that she hadn’t caught anything from holding the can- not that it worried her, but it was better safe than sorry, right?

This one was a mission that she had been pondering, the difficulty of it having only sprung upon her last moment as she started to wonder how exactly she was going to sort out the dangerous fish from the ones that meant no harm and the ones who were sadly enough, getting eaten by the foreign breed that had been introduced by accident. She had to think of a way soon of course, because at the moment she was walking towards the various sources of water within the village where the fish had been left- She was told to meet a fisherman who knew well about the fish in particular, as he had been one of the ones who had released them in to the area, but, he was happy enough to help get them back to prolong the lives of the native fish.

Walking along it wasn’t long until she got to where the fisherman was, he wearing the usual clothes that fishermen would wear whilst going out to well, fish, his hand holding a rod. Approaching him she’d grin, and begin to speak. ”I’m here to help with the fish problem- Can you give me some tips? Do the fish look different or have particular traits?” she’d ask him, jumping straight to the point that she was indeed here to help with the fish that had been brought in on the area. She didn’t shy away from the point, but instead kept her blood red eyes fixed on the fisherman himself as she awaited her answers that were so very vital to the capturing of those fish. ”Uh- Of course. There’s a problem—These fish don’t exactly look all that different to the ones that we have here but- There is one trait, I’m not sure if you can see it though.” a pause would occur, as he would seem to think of the way to describe it.

”These fish emit a slight electrical charge- You can hear it as very faint static noises- If you just fish I guess you could check them to see if you can hear anything- Right? That’s about it.” oh, that was a pretty easy thing to spot then. Not. For but a moment she would have forgotten that bearing the blood of the Sansutsomu she was quite gifted in sensing different elements of water, wind and electricity in the area around her- and it would only be that a minute later that she would remember this, a cunning plan raising in her mind- What if she used her eyes to sort out the electrical fish that were eating the native ones? They emitted an electrical charge and it was mild, so surely her eyes would be able to pick up those signals. Yes- That was a truly good idea!

With a grin she would nod her head after listening to what he had to say and processing her own idea. ”Thanks! I’ll get to work now.” she would tell him with confidence teeming from the very words she spoke. Moving towards the large pond that he was standing near, she would close her eyes for a few moments before she would, facing away from the fisherman, muddle around with her eyes for a few moments, taking out something from her pockets- Suddenly, her eyes had changed from a dark red to the brightest of blues, her contacts having been placed in her pockets- Bearing the eyes of the Sansutsomu and training it now, she figured that she had better reveal them to be the true magnificence that they were- She was no Uchiha, or any other bloodline that bore red eyes. She was a Sansutsomu. And a promising one at that!

Her eyes now fixated upon the pond in front of her which obviously teemed with life as she saw a few fish swim under the dark waters of its surface, she would begin to concentrate- It had been a while since she had utilized these powers to do such a thing, so it would take her a little while. But, she wanted to better her ability to see different ranges of such elements- At the moment her eyes were pretty weak compared to her brothers, but she wanted to make them proud and glad to have a sister within the Sansutsomu family, so she figured the only way of doing this was to up her game a bit and train her eyesight to detect higher ranks of attacks- It would probably profit her in the future too, so she was doing it for herself, as well.

Looking at the pond she would stare down intently as her eyes would be employed, incredibly faint chakra strings being a little bit obvious- These fish were quite powerful- Or, much more powerful than the fishing man had made them out to be! Her weak eye ability at the moment could only faintly pick them up, but she was hoping that with a bit of training she’d be able to collect them. With a large bucket near her and a net, upon seeing them, all she’d need to do would be to fish them out of the water, and place them in the water filled bucket so that they could take them back to their native area. But, she needed to figure out which ones bore the electrical charge, first.

”Come on, Areru..” she would murmur under her breath as her concentration would be placed at large, focusing entirely on the fish that swam freely beneath the murky waters as she tried and tried to pick up the elemental chakra signs of the fish that were swimming around- If she couldn’t do this, there was no chance of her ever becoming a high-ranking Sansutsomu- Her father was of quite high rank within the clan but she herself wasn’t all that great at the moment- His own techniques regarding the ability was quite astounding, as she had seen them as a child, and her brothers had banded together in order to perform amazing techniques in the past- But, she couldn’t see herself doing such things- Yet. She needed more practice.

And by doing this, it was helping quite a lot, as slowly chakra threads would make themselves more apparent around the pond, but there still wasn’t all that much which was a bit disappointing. Seeing one electrical signal quite clearly through the blueish hue that soon came available to be seen by her eyes she would pick up the net would dip it gently in the water, scaring a few of the fish around, although she would keep track of the fish that bore the electrical charge, following it with the net, as if it was a game of cat and mouse, the fish, who had previously ruled the pond as far as the food chain went, was now the prey- She wasn’t meaning to eat it of course, but it was a figure of speech. It soon came that the fish would be successfully captured in the net, she picking it up out of the water as she’d then place it a bit closer to her ears, hearing the static noise.

Grinning at this, she would empty it in to the bucket, where it seemed relieved to meet the water once more.

But with such fish available and she being able to see the chakra colour of the electricity that pulsed through it, it bearing capabilities similar to raiton, this surely would work with people who were able to use such elements, right? Her father had taught her, and still taught her the limitations and abilities of the very eyes that she herself had, and she prided herself in having such eyes, so she was pretty glad with furthering her knowledge of it but- Going back to the topic, this meant that she could see techniques when they were created if they were made out of raiton chakra, right? Surely so she would guess as she could currently see the chakra energetically moving through the strange foreign fish as they swam through the water- But, it only made her wonder.

She ha been told a while ago that her eyes could detect not just electricity but also things like wind and water assuring that chakra was linked to them- So, this meant obviously that she could see those who elements in the same way that she had seen the aquatic creatures signals through the water? Surely so, but she would have to see people who could mould that chakra in order to test it out. At the moment she was limited to these fish here and although it was a bit measly, her eyes would be placed to the test quite greatly as she would keep her focus on the fish that swam around, trying to pick up any blue signals that could link them to raiton.

The fish that she saw today were truly ones that she hadn’t heard of, nor seen in her life before. She had heard of electric eels but these weren’t exactly eels- They looked like normal fish like she had already seen before in the past, just their scales had a bluish tone to them. The only defining feature that really stood out was what the fisherman stated with the static sound that emitted from them when the amount of raiton chakra within them changed depending on the situation- It only led her to wonder; If they were angry or if they were scared, did they emit more chakra? Or did they make more of a static noise to prove this?

She wasn’t sure, but making a fish that had such abilities to shock other animals and fish angry wasn’t exactly one of her plans as she didn’t really want to be frazzled today- No thank you. Raiton training in the past had done so to her and she had enough with that to say the very least as by now she was pretty sure an effect of all of the raiton training she had done resulted in her being quite susceptible to static shocks and giving them to others, but she found it pretty interesting nonetheless. It was a weird trait that she had, but quite a defining one. But right now her mind didn’t think of such things but instead concentrated on the eyes she was currently forcing herself to upgrade.

But then again, she hadn’t exactly trained her eyes before- She had lessons by her father where he had taught her his impressive eyes which practically bulged with the incredible power of the storm- Hers were much, much weaker although she looked up to him in such ways that she hoped she would be able to bear the eyes he had after a good amount of training, and she hoped that as her eyes practically glowed with the changing colours of the sea itself, that her hold over the technique would be perfected after time, and the hold over her eyes would be trained to its extent so that she could bear the rage of thunder, lightning and the vicious rain and wind within a single glance- To start off with the eyes at its most powerful form had scared her, but it was indeed breathtaking.

She valued it much more than the eyes of the uchiha or the hyuuga, those of which she had heard of but never really seen- Her eyes bore more character, although not at the moment due to her being quite a low ranked clan member, those of the elders and those of higher rank than her truly did amaze her- And she hoped that now, her eyes swirling around and around almost in a hypnotizing manner, that she would be able to heighten her strength of being able to detect the elemental chakra that entwined her with the Sansutsomu bloodlimit itself. Looking at the fish, her ability to detect chakra of certain elements would truly be place to the test as she did her best to acknowledge the electricity flooding through the very blood of the fish.

Upon seeing another one she would swiftly with her net, scoop it up after a little bit of chasing, it going straight in to the trap. As it swam straight in to the netted object, she’d raise it out of the water and in to the air, then plonk it back in to the water filled bucket as she had done before- She did feel a bit odd taking it from its new home but all in all it wasn’t doing any good with all of the other fish that it was currently eating. Especially if those fish were going to be used for food to feed the people of Kusagakure, as she had done a mission earlier where she had caught fish which were going to be turned in to delicious meals. With this fish being a hazard towards them, it could potentially ruin a whole food chain!

Gasp!
But with her Fuukamanako utilized in such a strong manner it wasn’t going to be long until the pond would be cleared of the electrical fish that were posing such a threat to the natural fish that swam in its depths. She was quite agile with her handwork too, so placing the net in the water and making it go about scooping the fish up wasn’t too much of a problem either. It was this elegance that belonged to Areru which reminded her father of her mother- Although, she had a much more vibrant personality than she had had when alive- Her mother had been quite timid and quiet due to her illness, although she was kind when she spoke to others. Areru on the other hand solely took after her father in this manner- The two of them were pretty laid back.

It would soon become apparent that the girl was quite caught up in her training as the handle was now held in her hands, about twenty minutes having passed since she had begun and a few more fish being in the large bucket that she had been given to place the predatory fish in. If one was to look at her eyes, they would notice that they had changed from the light blue colour they naturally were to a slightly darker shade, the colour changing somewhat- It was really odd to look at, but it was simply her doujutsu being put at the test, and it was easy to say that she herself was being put to the test too as a look of intense concentration bore upon her face a she’d stare down hard at the water, picking up the electrical signals, and picking up the fish one by one, then placing them in the bucket.

It was a very long process which she had adopted as it needed her to look at the pond as a whole, not at certain fish- The entire pool seemed to teem with life as the fish themselves began to lit up- Or, the ones which bore the chakra signal- It was a little bit strange that they bore a signal bearing a little bit of chakra but then again she had heard of summoning which used their chakra for moulding techniques, perhaps these bore chakra but were blissfully unaware of it? It seemed to have a very predatory nature anyhow so knowingly using techniques would probably make it worse. Not that a fish’s fins could reach that far around to form seals.

”This seems to be working somewhat..!” she was quite happy, to say the very least, as she’d scoop up the static sound emitting fish, and placing it back in the bucket. There were only one or two fish left in the pond now and there were quite a good amount of them in the bucket that she had almost filled- Not enough for a whole crateful as had been released but there were a good number of them that she had caught. Following another thread of electrical chakra again she would dip the net in, she holding the handle, and would pick it up, it flopping around crazily after reaching the surface, she dipping it in the bucket carefully to assure that it hadn’t been hurt. Only one left now! She was happy with the progress that she had made.

And- With her eyes carefully gazing at the pool and concentrating on the last fish that was left which bore the blue light of electricity, her arms would swoop in to the water and would pick it up, it being alright until she would remove it from the water it was used to and moving it to the fresh air as it gasped for breath, moving around like- Well, like a fish out of water. But, with a swift change as she’d place it back in the bucket of water with its friends, she would soon sigh happily having done the job, and would look at the pond with her heightened eyes for a few more minutes to make sure that there were none left that she hadn’t caught. After making sure that none were indeed left in the pond she would grin widely as her eyes would then return to their baby blue colour, her hands shuffling around in her pockets for her contacts as she’d then re-apply them to her eyes, the blue turning to a crimson red. ”…..” having done her work she would then walk over back to the fisherman, and would speak that the job had been completed, and that no fish were left that could pose a hazard to the other fishies in the pond. ”Woah, that was quite quick! Fair play lass.” he’d tell her, he having no doubt been a bit dubious at first of her talents. With a smug grin she would then nod, and head off.

Puuuuuke.
No- Suprisingly enough for the girl with the thin frame, she hadn’t been the one retching at the very smell of the restroom itself, it was however, a man in his late 40’s who hurried away from the area upon smelling the air. Although slightly disgusted at the smell itself, she kept her breakfast safely out of retching range. It was a great shame that she had chosen to do this mission as upon requesting it, she hadn’t guessed that the damage done to the restrooms was that bad She had at first thought that it was just a simple check up- You know, just cleaning it to keep it in order for the public but this- This was taking the biscuit. And by biscuit- Even thinking of food near this dreaful place could turn the strongest of people queasy.

Who would do such a thing?

Shaking her head she would, donning a gas mask so that the stench could perhaps be less of a problem for her, she’d brace herself, spare clothes on, an apron, and everything you’d possibly need to clean the restrooms- Of course she didn’t find it degrading doing such work but she just wished that she had chosen a different mission to do since this one was a bit.. eugh. Even for a boyish girl such as herself, seeing filth all across the place wasn’t exactly one of her favourite things to see- And she hoped, really, that it wasn’t anyone’s favourite thing to see either- She did know that there were some weird people out there who were in to that kinda stuff.

But thankfully enough, she wasn’t apart of that strange community. So- Now was the fatal moment- the time when she would step in to this abomination of a public restroom- She could but imagine the scene now, it being practically coated with brown, and to say the very least, she wished that it wasn’t exactly like how she had imagined, although the smell that was reeking down the corridors sadly suggested otherwise. She’d soon have to face up to the duty that she had said that she could take- She had made herself out to be the tough girl who could clean a restroom so she might as well live up to it, right? There was no fakery behind the things that Areru did but- She was currently faking the pretty carefree face she had at the moment.

It wasn’t as if she was totally freaking out- No. Far from it. She would just have rather had been in a different place right now, doing some other mission. Hell- She’d have rather chased that basset hound around Kumogakure again instead of doing this, and that had almost made her throw up! But now was the time to man up and face what she had dragged herself in to- It was time to act responsibly, and she could safely say that she, after this event, wouldn’t be planning on doing anything like this again in her life. Ever. Ever ever. Even if she was paid double.
-Oh, maybe for that last term.
But it depended on the damage done to the restroom itself.

So, with one push filled with determination the near-black haired girl would enter the lavatory that had once stood dauntingly in front of her, she entering the place- Of course, she couldn’t smell anything thankfully enough due to the gas mask that was strapped to her face in a protective manner, shielding him from the otherwordly stink that no doubt filled the room. As her eyes gazed at the room to start off with, it surely, wasn’t a good sign for what was to come as pieces of toilet paper with questionable brown marks would be scattered across the floor, long due to be cleaned up. Of course she knew full well exactly what they were but how they got there was way past her- She didn’t want to know.

But by the mess on the place it looked as if the toilet had exploded from one man’s trip to the loo which, to be honest, was pretty disturbing seeing the extent of the mess that was around her- But how could one person do so much damage in such a strange way? The toilets had no doubt been blocked and had somehow destroyed the rest of the water system, leaving leaks everywhere- Which were now fixed, but there was still water on the floor- and disgusting evidence of the crime that had been committed on the floor. Ew. Who on earth did that? It was just really strange and she didn’t see how they had to ruin the restrooms for everyone else.

Anyway- Now was time to get down to business, and it wasn’t the nicest of businesses at that. Looking around her at the destruction that had been caused it would but make her wonder where exactly she began to do this- Did she start in the corner? Or in one of the toilets? She had no clue, so for a few moments the skinny girl would look over at the toilets for a few moments, contemplating which one to start off with- Just looking inside at the toilets gave her bad ideas as it was pretty plastered with brown, but she knew that there could be places in the world that were of worse quality or health. Cleaning a messed up toilet should be the least of her worries.

”……” deciding to start with the toilets, she would walk inside, preparing to see the worst protruding from the once white bowl but- Suprisingly it was pretty neat. Not clean, but neat, no doubt the plumbers had sorted it out when they had worked on there, or they had demanded the bowls be cleaned before they set to work, which was pretty understandable. But her job was to clean the rest, although she was relieved to see that a small portion of the work had already been done for her- But the inside of some of the toilets were just disgusting- The one she was in now just needed a good wipe down with a wet cloth and some cleaner, that of which she would start doing, getting the things out from her belt full of items.
