My next task was the delivery of a peculiar box to the other side of town. The box came from a small bakery owned by a woman, and it wasn't too hard to guess what its contents were exactly. Strapping it onto my back I smiled an waved as I walked out the shop filled with sweet, captivating smells, it was enough to make my mouth water, but the kind lady offered me a sweet tart, for helping. Of course with my sweet tooth I all to eagerly took it an thanked her. The chime of the bell was birthed as I exited the door, and onto the streets of Kumogakure.
"It's sweet!"
I said happily as my body shook from the sugar wrapping itself around my tongue. Another few bites and the tasty snack would be gone as I liked my fingers. My pace was slow, and I decided instead of rushing i'd enjoy a leisurely stroll halfway through and than pick up my speed. Genius huh? I took in the bustling village with my shimmering sapphire pools. The people seemed lively, and the world around my was filled to the brim with chatter. Kumogakure was always lively during the early day.
As I walked enjoying the fresh air holding the straps of the pack I took in all I could, form the sounds, to the smells. Although i had lived here in Kumogakure my entire life, I was preparing for the Chuunin exams and there was a good chance they wouldn't be held in Kumogakure, so I wanted to write all that I loved to my memory. Being a klutz as well didn't help my endeavors. A gentle breezed passed me as I reached the half way mark.
"Time to get serious!"
I thought to myself as I prepared to finish strong for the end of the mission.
