[/b][/color]Tatsutahime— the “Goddess of Autumn” and preserver of Earth’s natural beauty. Tales of her crusades across the human plains and ascensions to the heavenly plateau riddle the Kusa no Kuni lore. Finally, regardless of these myths legitimacy, Mother Nature’s own design found new renovations in the Goddess’s honor.
Just outside the boundaries of the Hidden Grass, to her southern verge, resides a gorgeous cataract. Several mountains and hills varying in altitude create a stretch of land with its peak reaching heights well into the hundreds of meters; these earthen titans are caressed by constants pours of water. Weirs of all sizes and shapes exist within this stretch of terrain, though the most lush, and the most renowned resides directly in the heart of Tatsutahime—The Sanchō (Literally the “Summit”). This singular mountain ascends well into the heavens and boosts a single, massive waterfall that rushes the current through several lower mesas and plateaus.
Lush foliage and forestry protect this location from alien invasion and honoring its natural and historical integrity. These mountains are easily seeable rom miles away and while Kusa no Kuni and its Hidden Village promote greenery of the most dense nature as safeguards, the direct center; the base of Sanchō is well-enough guarded to that only a select few know of its exact location. This alone was reason enough for Uchiha Haitsuchi to station himself and his team here as their Meeting Point.
While the topography itself makes traveling difficult due to its varying plains and immense volume of waterfalls and rushing currents, the Uchiha has made traveling that much easier for those he deemed well-intentioned. Wooden platforms and stairways are spread accurately around Tatsuahime and the Sanchō for easy navigation, though they’re not easily found and boost their own series of traps to halt and maim unwanted visitors. (These will be forfeited ICly when the need comes). The center where several waterfalls flow into one central pole doubles as a channel through the mountains; while not manmade, its natural architexture alone made remodeling easy to accommodate wayfaring. This pathway is locate directly behind the wellspring of water, though its entrance is heavily reinforced and only accessible by a select few (Haitsuchi included) without the need for extreme force.
While these tunnels themselves act as makeshift quarters—stocked with a number of training equipment and items for survival—this channel leads to something more pleasant.
A twenty minute walk through the mountainous network legs to a small opening, which is greeted by more forestry… Oh, and a enormous manor.
Through funds acquired from missions and other endeavors and years of forging, Haitsuchi, with the aid of some Kusagakure trusted construct his home. Complete with a spring shower and other luxurious accommodations, the Uchiha’s Home only adds to the beauty and likeability of Tatsuahime.
