Personality

[/b] - Among many things, Rin is spontaneous and quick to act. Thinking generally comes later with her, and she simply does what she feels is right at the time. Most of the time, she doesn't properly think things through, and therefore lacks the capacity to understand what is right in the situation. Due to this, she often is susceptible to her own emotions. Without thinking a situation through, and instead acting on impulse, her emotions tend to guide her.

Violent - Although she appears gentle, Rin's first reaction to any sort of problem is usually to solve it through violence. If she wants something done, and others don't want to do it, the easiest way is simply to force them to. Of course, she realizes this isn't always the way, however, due to her spontaneous and impulsive nature, this realization tends to come second to a bloody fist.

Proud - Although not arrogant, Rin is a proud person. She takes pride in her origins, her skills, her actions, and her motives. She is quick to respond to challenges, and doesn't dare to turn them down unless she knows it's absolutely impossible, or that it will hurt those close to her.

Untrusting - Rin doesn't take to others that well, as she doesn't trust someone until they've proven to her that she can trust them. Since she is a stubborn and suspicious person, earning her trust can be quite the ordeal (although it is very rewarding).

Caring - Once she learns to trust someone, she will, without hesitation, give her life for them. There are very few people in her life she truly trusts, however. These people matter to her more than her own life, and she would give up many things for their sake.

Stubborn - Upon setting her mind on something, Rin refuses to give up unless it proves to be somehow literally impossible or if it begins to hurt those she cares for. This goes for anything, from mundane tasks to important shinobi work.

Unafraid - This quality is both a good one and a bad one; Rin fears almost nothing. Unfortunately, this puts her in bad situations at times, but she can be surprisingly resolute even in these bad times. Still, she isn't one to overestimate herself, and even when faced with something she knows she cannot overcome, she tends to remain fearless.

Short Tempered - Perhaps unsurprisingly, Rin's temper tends to run a bit short. It is ignited by many small things, and oftentimes, in hindsight, she sees no reason for her previous anger. Despite this, she never regrets her actions.

Dense - Regarding other's emotions, Rin tends to be completely oblivious. Only if how someone is feeling is really obvious (i.e. sobbing when upset, or a giant grin when happy) can she really tell, and otherwise struggles to tell how people are feeling. This is doubly true for those romantic emotions directed at her.

Unforgiving - If someone should wrong her or her comrades, she is unrelenting and unforgiving. Easily one to hold a grudge, Rin tends to go beyond not forgiving, and, indeed, seeking to deal out punishment under her own judgement.[/ul]

Description: The most basic technique of Tenjouken, this lays the foundation for the entirety of the style. It is a training of the body and a utilization of it to its utmost potential. Though not on the levels of the chakra-enhanced strength utilized by medic-nin, practitioners of Tenjouken have amazing physical power and speed with which to back it up. They focus on hitting hard and fast using efficient maneuvers. However, their training does not only cover offense; their bodies are extremely enduring and efficient.

Description: When fighting against another Taijutsu user, Tenjouken users find that the best defense is in a good offense. That is, when they are put on the defense, they instead attack. When moving to guard an attack, instead of simply blocking or swatting the attack away, they strike at the body of the incoming attack in order to stop it (i.e. if a punch is coming, instead of swatting it away, the user will strike at the forearm or elbow of the incoming punch, thereby deflecting and attacking at the same time). If a weapon is used, they attempt to close in and strike at the body holding the weapon.

Description: A simple technique in which the user either leaps, steps, or rolls to the side. The focus with this technique is on the dodge itself, and therefore it has no offensive use on its own.

Description: By kicking against the air and utilizing chakra similar to the way it is used when walking on water, the user is able to "double jump." This can be used in any direction, for a second upward boost, to alter momentum midair to avoid an attack, or even upwards to plummet to the ground with a boost of momentum.

Special: Shunpo is much like Shunshin, a forward-moving high-speed technique that transports the user across a short space in the blink of an eye. When used, the user will rush almost instantly to wherever they are facing. The user can Shunpo once per thread, plus once more each time retrained. One cannot attack or perform techniques during Shunpo.
Description: Shunpo, a Taijutsu master's response to the Body Flicker Technique, relies solely on the user's ability to harness their inner ki and gain enough stamina to withstand the sudden strain imposed on one's legs. However, once properly trained, the Taijutsu Type will find their legs moving at speeds unknown to common man, to the point most would make the foolish mistake of assuming one is using Shunshin. However, unlike that chakra inspired run, Shunpo is pure stamina and movement skill, allowing for tighter, quicker, and more reactionary movements essential for someone that relies on movement. Although Shunpo itself moves in a single line, its many variations is what makes it so lethal.

Description: Although Shunpo is normally executed in a linear fashion, with enough training, the Taijutsu Master can learn to read an opponent's movement and Shunpo in a curved way towards their target's last known location. With the angled attack, it increases the user's ability to strike after the Shunpo.
