The shinobi sweats that once laid upon both sections of his body (upper and lower), which covered from his neck down to each respective ankle, given the appearance to be a full body jumpsuit - It has taken a drastic change, namely because they are more 'loose' so to speak with a much darker colour, useful for advanced espionage. However, most if it has usually been obscured from moderately large sized pieces of armour, namely his ANBU Armour (inner layer) and his Standard armour which has consisted of a black robe, a steel face mask, shuko arm and hand pads and various other little plating of armour as well as his shoulders, thorax, and waist. The armour (outside layer) itself is a white color with a inner layer of pitch black, primarily used for insulation during escapades within frigid and cold countries. A true shinobi is prepared for all things. The design itself is relatively fashionable despite being covered in protection.

Black, cotton patterns of X's and squares woven through his anbu armour, acting like straps to keep them sturdy and situated upon his body. They're just threads that allow the plates to stay intact. The waist section of the hooded robe is fastened together by a dual coloured obi sash, of which adorns the identical colours of the black and white.

Draped around his feet is a pair of finely woven shinobi sandals, which is the standard issued sandals that are mundane among the shinobi populace. Ue has made a mental note to not get caught up in jewelry, however, there are only a couple of pieces that he's made exceptions to, and that is a single earring that suspends from his right ear. Its more so a memento given by his fiance Sora from facing obstacle after obstacle, forging a unbreakable bond.

☆ 外観 Body Appearance
Ue, a young man, birthed from a beautiful father and his peasant wife bears a coating of hair that grossly resembles a satiny brown. The structure of his hair is nothing short of well groomed, screaming with nobility and pride, yet, his hair was not naturally like this. It curled as a child extensively at its tips; enough so they appeared as spiraling strands of hair, this however, was unacceptable to himself and thus took control of the epidemic. Obsessed wit straight hair, Ue has groomed himself to the point where his curly hair no longer exist, purifying himself of such 'unkempt' hair. Even going through such steps the curls never completely straighten out, they still maintain a slight outwards, but short arc, yet its still one that seems more 'well groomed' in comparison to its previous state. The length of the hair itself is actually rather long, cutting short just mid-way down his back, a twin pair of bangs -namely upon each respective corner of his hairline- flows down above his shoulders. Women were always suckers for men with long hair.

Over the years with him growing older, he has shown signs of growning stubble and beards, however, whenever the surface he like to immediately allievate them, trying to keep his youthful, and handsome look despite it not expecting to it for some 30 more years. Upon his forehead -which is where his hitai-ate is- lies his families Clan Symbol.

Ue's eyes are relatively normal so to speak, giving them a near stoic, yet, gentle look until anger is instilled within his heart, however, lately he's known to look upon others with eyes of malice, all except for the one he loves. His lids radiate with power, as if to be deprived of mercy, however, such is not case, not at all. His pupils are rotund as most humans are, though Ue's eye pigmentation lays in symmetrical resonance with that of a deep black. His nose and mouth are but inches apart, namely a average distance, a fitting length for a young handsome man such as he. Given that he hasn't engaged into combat as his master Genryu Uchiha had done his body is free from scars and cicatrices due to well applied ointments and creams that -over time- remove scars.

His anatomical structure in and of itself is a weapon, a weapon not only of brute strength but of cunning maneuverability and serpentine speeds. His entire body swells with definitive muscle, inspired by, but not on par with his late master Genryu.

Personality Such a statement has recently the very base foundation that Ue lives mundanely lives by after having its meaning passed down to him from his recently deceased master 'Genryu Uchiha'. Despite the fact that everything, even the air around him screams with a cynical air, Ue has shown to be a kind and warm hearted individual when around those he deemed worthy of his care -namely his master and those who were close to him. His mental capacity is guided by a sense of strong dedication to his home and what little Zenkami clansman dwell within Konohagakure as well as absolute respect for his fellow allies. Among his Team and leaf peers,, he holds a strong sense of equality, allowing him to deal and converse with even the most sick and twisted minds accordingly, his most revered asset.

During most instances his facial expressions never show any sign of urgency, alarm or distress, being the very statuesque of calm and collected. Genryu taught him that such composure should be applied because various emotions have a possibly of affecting ones overall performance. Ue, unlike his master, loves to divulge into personal conversations, opening his social life others he deems worthy without hesitation, readying to get whatever may be on his mind off, but only if they are willing to listen.

His work and assignments are never late unless a rare case of extreme circumstances prohibits him and/or his team from doing so. Times when the leader takes his/her leave and is left with the duties, his kind and warmhearted persona changes into his more ‘true or serious’ demeanor. When in serious moods, surprised, or even faced with his true enemies, a impassive visage cast itself upon his face with his eyes becoming low and relaxed, his tone becoming colder. It is in this mental stage that Ue is not to be tampered with.

With an undying passion Ue has grown to dislikes those who are always dependent , going to far as to claim them as ‘pathetic', or being a failed excuse of a being who barely registers upon the scales of true 'power’. Even if his enemies attempt to draw out conversations with him he would simply glare at them in silence, taking away the reply which they so desperately seemed to wish for. Those who ask why he feels this way he simply answers that he is a warrior of 'true' justice and they are his enemies, and enemies should not converse, they do battle.


His powers and capabilities know no limits. No matter the enemy, he uses the exact level of power that is needed to dispatch of his opponents once their limits, abilities, and fighting prowess has come to bear. His intellect and keen sense of strategy and tactics are his trump cards when facing stronger opponents who are able to easily over power or rival the raw power of his shinobi artistry. Moments where his opponent(s) clearly are unable to fight are the moments where he feels the fight has reached its conclusion, those who let pride consume them and grow persistent in their attacks he by all means has no qualms in depriving a being of its existence. Despite this even then he has no qualms with striking down a defenseless vessel if deemed necessary, though such an act is rarely seen by Ue.

Description: This specific puppet built by Ue Zenkami was inspired by his deceased master, Genryu Uchiha. Though it is not his exact body, it heavily resembles his frame and features down a science. Firstly this specific puppet is not carved out of wood, instead its been crafted with the strongest of steels, giving it extraordinary defensive and offensive capabilities capabilities. Give its size and rank its slots are limited but useful nonetheless. Its mouth is comprised of fluid gears and cranks, allowing its mouth to open to launch any hidden explosive projectiles (I.E smoke bombs, Kunai grenades, Hikari) within its canon like tube. Both of its arms are jam packed with an assortment of weapons, having horizontal slits across the lower surface of the wrist, large enough for its 'integrated' katana's to propel forward to strike away at his opponents.

Upon the right arm -opposite to the lower wrist- A saw emerges from the surface of the wrist almost as to act as a wrist blade, instead it is merely a fast spinning variety of saws which can cut through opponents and barriers with ease. Within the center palm of its left hand lies a rectangular opening which slides up and down allowing its 'Tag launcher' to be accessible at a moments notice. Flexible spacers have been implemented all throughout its joints, giving its limbs the ability to stretch much father than they initially should or can.

As for appearance, its body is a dark metallic silver which complimented its steel material, however, most of it is clandestinely hidden beneath a fairly large cloak, one that spreads from the puppets neck down past its feet, giving it a ghostly type feel. Its fake hair is a dampened grey as Genryu's trademark is far from present, as it'd hinder its mouth launcher.

Description: Shiva, a quick powerful and malicious puppet crafted by Ue Zenkami himsef. Its material is made out of the most refined of crystals, allowing its defense and exterior to rival the hardness of Shouton. Having been based off the actual Hindu Deity Shiva, the puppet was made with 4 arms, two protruding from each side of its body. The body / torso has more so of an oval shaped, namely because of the cockpit within it which allows it to store any captured prisoners. Within its eyes lies an internal battery, namely one that beckons forth a powerful beam of light to temporarily blind the target(s) that finds themselves within the flashes range. Its limbs aren't ordinary to say the least, allowing it for pocket sized portability due to its implemented 'compression system'.

Its speed is above the average puppet and shinobi due to the pneumatic thrusters beneath both of shiva's feet, increasing its speed by 100% on top of its normal gait. Its chest and stomach area opens up with horizontal sliding doors which reveals a fairly large tube (enough to fit a human) which begins to suck in everything within the Vacuums range, including the victim. Much like Ue's previous puppet, Shiva's body his hidden beneath tattered cloaks and cloths, keeping most of its secrets concealed from his opponent.

Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent, though no real damage can be done by it. Description: An advanced version of ‘Shooting Thunder’, the Chain of Lightning allows the user to pass strong currents of lightning from victim to victim within a thirty meter radius. After a series of handseals, the user outstretches their hands, and the energy focusing within is displaced rapidly towards their target. Once they are hit, the victims are paralyzed and helpless, and the bolt then proceeds to jump and hit anyone else within range. Description: The electric influence that exists over the human body and its muscles allows one to control the later through unconventional methods, including through the means of chakra. After charging a small electric shock in the user’s hands, one can approach their victim and place the charged hand onto a limb or muscle on their body, unleashing the pent up shock and rendering the aforementioned target useless for the rest of the turn. Although simple, it’s highly effective when the user is faster than the victim, and can outmaneuver them as they strike. Also highly effective for keeping captives in place!

Description: Named after the fabled imaginary leader of the sky and thunder, this technique allows the user to feel like Zeus himself as they summon a tight bolt of electricity in their hand, similar to a javelin, so that they could throw it with appeasing accuracy. The bolt will move through the sky faster than most projectiles, and carries deadly accuracy in the right hands. Upon making contact with the target, it immediately bursts into a vertical cylinder storm that surrounds the victim and delivers a plethora of constant shock damage.

With the target selected, a storm quickly falls onto that area, several levels of intense lightning sent to wash over and shock all organic material within range. The storm is even so intense that the lightning plumes last for the whole turn. The closer one is towards the central stream of lightning, the more damage they shall suffer.

Description: Although Utage shares a name similarity with Kiba, it’s a far unique and different in many ways. The most notable is that the lightning for this technique travels underground. Once the user makes the appropriate seals, they mold a concentrated amount of chakra at their weapon tip or their fists, and quickly strike the ground with it. Whomever they targeted will soon be victim of a quick traveling electrical surge from below, invisible only until it arrives at its target. It emerges from below them, surprisingly fast so that it shocks the victim whole.

Description: A defensive technique, the Yoroi technique is as its name implies – a set of lightning based armor, which shocks anything that comes in contact with it. After a series of handseals, lightning from the sky showers upon the user, coating them in a bright blue coating. As they glow, all forms of conductors will make victim’s more susceptible to damage, and any taijutsu upon the armor will leave the user’s appendages feeling paralyzed. Excellent when outnumbered, or simply facing an opponent that favors taijutsu.

Description: Similar to the ‘Lightning Armor’ technique, this jutsu allows the user to be both defended and guarded by their own lightning. After a series of seals, lightning from the sky falls onto the user in a steady stream and the user begins to spin in place rapidly, suspended slightly in the air by their own chakra. During their spin, a vortex of lightning and raging winds comes forth, birthing from the top the head of a dragon comprised purely of lightning. The dragon can attack anything within its range, either directly with a snap of its maw, or indirectly by passing next to its target and sending smaller bolts from its side. It moves at frightening speeds, faster than most shinobi specializing in speed, just as long as the user keeps spinning…

If the user is coherent and aware enough, they could even more around with the blaster, felling multiple assailants at once. Ideal when the user is being flanked by opposing sides, as both hands blasting could ward enemies from multiple direction.

This snake is useful for quick gashing and shocking attacks, and if one can manage to coil around the user, the equivalent of a strong 'B' ranked worth shock courses through their body whole, constricting and shocking.

Due to the intensity of the lightning, this can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: As its name implies, the ‘Static Pulse’ allows the user to deliver several quick pulses of shocking raiton chakra, intended to latch onto any living chakra networks, invade them, and shock away until nothing is left. This is allowed because the caster coats the region of the technique, thirty meters, in a thin layer of his refined raiton chakra. It spreads perfectly along the ground at fast speeds unless one has special eyes to pierce through such movement. Although brief, several can be shot at once, repeatedly, keeping the enemy at bay in a last minute ditch effort. Excellent when outnumbered.

Special: Creates a single large tiger comprised of pure raiton essence, plus one more each time retrained. Tigers can travel as far as the user's 'Karai Shin' range. An indirect strike from these tigers (a slash of its claws, a bite) renders the victim's body numb for half a turn, and receiving a full blast from a kamikaze strike leaves the victim paralyzed for a whole turn. As a bonus, the user can hold the last handseal of the sequence as they look at their desired target, allowing them to order whatever remaining live tigers to converge all at once onto that target.
Description: The Shishikyu technique allows the user to use their prowess in the raiton arts in order to create several tigers consisting purely of raiton energy. Once birthed, they can move at decent speeds, and can defend the user form attacks, as well as attack others. Dark blue and constantly shining, these tigers move fast to strike their target, and can swipe quickly as an attack. Only attacks that can disrupt their essence can hurt them, and they carry an ultimate attack which involves the user holding a particular handseal so that they can all converge on a particular enemy, hurting it greatly.

Special: Summons a powerful thunder storm that emits thick, blasting bolts capable of tearing through even the strongest of earth. Distance at which the user can summon the storm, as well as the diameter of the laser storm blast depends on the user's highest 'Karai Shin' rank. Requires the user to hold a single handseal and be still while charging and moving the bolt; breaking the seal and moving leaves the laser storm still on the last location it was until it can fire no more. One turn is required in order to summon the storm, and it can be held for 1 turn, plus 1 more each time retrained.
Description: After the necessary handseals are created, a strong thunderstorm descends from the skies, darkening the clouds and inciting a cold air about. Quickly after, a powerful thick lightning bolt descends in the form of a straight, constant flowing thunder beam. Light blue in nature, its radius spans in a circular, spherical pattern, and its constant output can destroy even the hardest of surfaces. The user guides the bolt whilst holding the a single seal, and must keep eye contact at all times with whatever it is they wish to target.

Special: Requires 4 other Player Characters with knowledge of this jutsu in order for it to be executed. Summons a powerful thunder storm that can destroy a massive area, steadily delivering powerful Raiton blasts until nothing remains. Total range of blast is calculated by adding the total range of all four user's 'Laser Storm' range, and quadrupling it. Due to the ridiculous chakra toll, this can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: Raiton • Limelight is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. Regarded as one of the ultimate Raiton jutsu, Limelight is created through the simultaneous Raiton manipulation of several shinobi at once. To begin, each ninja will take their place in one of the four cardinal directions. The ninja will then activate the jutsu, sending Raiton from their location over the center of the target. When all four lightning arcs converge, they combine to rain down massive destruction on the area directly underneath. The jutsu is rumored to be powerful enough to totally turn a village below into ash, though some of that is peer-to-peer exaggeration. The jutsu requires all four ninja to activate; if one of the users is taken out, the technique will fail.

Special: Summons a huge lightning serpent to destroy an area. Serpent size is determined by the user's highest 'Karain Shin' rank, and can be proportioned to the user's wish. It cannot be stopped by solid releases such as Doton due to the flowing nature of Raiton (the beast will simply reform), but releases of similar properties such as Suiton and Fuuton will easily put it down. Serpent lasts until destroyed, and can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. When destroyed, serpent explodes in a brilliant blinding flash and many small yet strong thunder bolts that shooting randomly, affecting ALL except the user for the serpent's total size.
Description: One of the strongest and hardest techniques within the Raiton series to create, this technique brings both onto the battlefield an awesomely large serpent like entity comprised of pure lightning. This colossal creature moves fast and can climb onto all forms of surfaces. The trick is that it is comprised of Raiton energy, so it doesn’t actually walk – it hovers ever so softly over anything it chooses to cross, temporarily changing the surface’s charge in order for it to be compatible with the beast. However, as large as it is, it’s rather dumb, and follows only the most basic of the user’s mental commands. Summon only at appropriate times!

Fuuinjutsu Ikkou (Storage Sealing Technique)⁶²⁵

Special: Allows the storage of various different items either onto a scroll or onto oneself via the generic seal. Can seal items equal to highest rank known. Sealing and unsealing items costs a 'C' ranked amount of chakra per batch time.
Description: This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items that have been stored using fūinjutsu. Scrolls are the most common choice for item storage. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. Weapons are the most commonly sealed objects, with puppet jutsu also using this by having these hidden inside various compartments as a means of increasing their own killing potential as well as hiding useful weapons from the opponent's sight.

  Special: Allows the storage of elemental chakra equal to highest rank known. Unsealing elemental jutsu costs one rank less than what the jutsu is worth.
  Description: This jutsu allows the user to seal any release chakra, basic or advanced, into a scroll. The user first places the seal on a scroll and then performs the required hand seals. This causes a countering elemental creation to appear from the scroll, enveloping the release chakra one wishes to acquire and sealing it on the scroll. in the end, the result is the scroll possessing the kanji for seal (封).

Description: Kugutsu no Jutsu is a fundamental ninjutsu technique behind all forms of puppetry, and the perfered method of execution for shinobi that have discovered its use in battle. By emitting threads of chakra that allow perfect control between the user and their creation, it allows a ninja to use a puppet to attack from afar. The puppet itself can be loaded with many weapons and tools, allowing the puppet master to remain hidden while the puppet moves and attacks the target.

This mix can then be removed from the body. Depending on the deadliness of the poison, further treatment with an antidote or medicine may be required.

Description: Ninpou: Doku Kiri is an advanced Medical Ninjutsu technique utilized by skilled medics. After the needed handseals, the medic inhales briefly before expelling poision gas from their mouth at high speeds. This poison serves as a very potent paralytic, with the duration of the paralysis depending on rank learned. This can serve as cover to escape and as an offensive technique against their opponent, or as a trap when luring opponents your way.

The larger and more complex the wound is, however, the more chakra is needed to heal it. User employs highest 'Shosen' rank in order to heal.
Description: Filling an area with Shosen-style chakra before taking damage, the user is capable of anticipating an assault and thus begin the healing process for a wound before actually receiving it. When the wound finally does occur, the advanced healing process rapidly regenerates the flesh of the wounded area, healing it before the eyes of the user and the opponent.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)

Special: Shunshin no Jutsu is a high-speed movement in which the user moves in a linear fashion from one point to another. Usually facilitated with some sort of distraction (smoke bomb, explosion, or something of that nature to obscure one's vision), the user of the Shunshin no Jutsu can, in some cases, appear to have simply teleported from one location to another. Shunshin no Jutsu can be used once per thread, plus once more each time it is retrained.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it simple combines high mobility with a distraction to give off the appearance of vanishing - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to.

• Shunshin-Kawasu (Shimmering Flicker)

Description: Although Shunshin is normally executed in a linear fashion, with enough training, the ninja can learn to limit their forward travel speed in exchange for a near-instantaneous sideways move. Useful when evading tricky attacks, or when wishing to confuse opponents.

Its usefulness is limitless, and carry the same rules as the parent technique.

Description: Nearing their Shunshin mastery, the user has nearly mastered all the aspects behind the high-speed movement. Not only can they now move about freely at such impressive speeds with little restrictions, but they are now able to move so fast that copies of themselves are left behind, perfectly resembling their master for a brief moment in order to provide confusion for the enemy. Only chakra sensing methods will be able to discern the faux presentation, but everything moves so fast the opponent is often left without time to react, turning them quickly into a victim.

☝ GENJUTSU 幻術

Genjutsu (幻術; Literally meaning "Illusionary Techniques") are techniques that are employed in the same fashion as ninjutsu, requiring chakra and hand seals. However, the primary difference between the two is that the effects of genjutsu are illusory; instead of attacking the victim's body, like taijutsu or ninjutsu, genjutsu techniques manipulate the flow of chakra in the victim's brain, thus causing a disruption in their senses. According to the Second Mizukage, genjutsu fittingly falls under the broad category of Yin Release.

☝ TAIJUTSU 体術

Taijutsu (体術; Literally meaning "Body Techniques") is a basic form of techniques that typically does not require chakra, though chakra may be used to enhance its techniques. Taijutsu generally require no hand seals to perform, occassionally making use of certain stances or poses, and are much quicker to use than ninjutsu or genjutsu. Taijutsu is simply put: hand-to-hand combat.
