Standing at six-feet, three inches, one-hundred sixty-one pounds, with auburn slit pools and dark brown hair is no other than Makoto. Like most teenagers his age, the male has an interest in his physical and outer appearance, always making sure his body is greatly built. Having muscles and a well-toned body attracts the females and also increase his ego. But though he cares a lot about his physical appearance, Makoto doesn't give two-shits about his hair, leaving it to be untidy and knotted up. Thus is why he would sometimes wear a cap.

His clothing now is not shinobi formal at all, but rather more of his own style. The male adorns a long-sleeved black t-shirt that has the Hidden Leaf's logo in the middle of it. His pants now are well-fitted khaki cargoes that has multiple pockets all over the place and on his feet are black tennis shoes. His headband is hardly worn across his forehead and rather tied across his arm or not worn at all. Besides that he really doesn't stand out at all, dressing basically like everyone else.

Description: The exploding note is a piece of parchment paper infused with special chakra, layered over with a special script on it that serves to enable and facilitate its explosive properties. Its execution is simple - the ninja can attach the note to another object such as a kunai or log, and upon activation, the note is set and begins either a slow countdown burn, which eventually results in a large explosion, or the explosion in itself upon command.

III.Mental Diagnostic

Makoto's personality is something anyone can comprehend, he is rude, blunt, rash, sly, and obnoxious. He isn't "friend material," so to speak, but rather a person one wouldn't grow to like at all. Rude and not well-mannered would sum this Kagehebi perfectly, you can't talk to him without at least one or two curses escaping his lips. Makoto has no problem with wearing his heart on his sleeve and letting people know how he truly feels about them, no matter who they are or what shinobi status they claim. Proving that this man truly is in a league of his own, do to this rash behavior of his.

Unlike most that hail from his clan, whom are very deceptive - this Kagehebi has no problem with putting it all out there. If he's going to betray you, Makoto would not sugarcoat it at all and basically tell you. And that's why most people avoid him, because he is too brutally honest it seems. Thus eventually causing the "forever alone" mentally in his mind, and the reason he doesn't trust people or even teammates.

Over the years he has learned to be by himself, love himself, and only do things for himself - never willing to help others. His heart is cold and his mind is corrupted due to the fact of never feeling love or being loved by someone. He has only witness people get hurt because of friends and automatically allowed him to realize friends aren't good people to have. Makoto is intelligent, but lacks the drive to fully prove his intelligent he truly is, but would rather be lackadaisical and dull.

He is hypocritical though and acknowledges that to an extent. The shinobi also tends to like being the main center of attention, disliking those who take that away from him - causing him to always wanting to be perfect at the things he do. You name it, killing, tests, speed, anything it is, he would want to do it to the utmost perfection. But that also clashes with his lazy behavior, so he only does his best when he feels like it. The last thing that should be known is that he is a true ninja, meaning he will kill with no mercy when ordered to do so or when he feels it is hindering the village.

Special: By default, this jutsu allows the user to move one appendages (legs or arms) to stretch. The head and torso can only be stretched once the user learn the ‘S’ ranked version of this jutsu. Limbs move at the speed of one meter per second.

When used the clan member can stretch and twist their body at any angle, allowing them to surprise their opponents, spy on situations normally out of reach, and react much like a snake would. The only drawback is that while malleable, their bodies are highly susceptible to damage in this form as their bone structure is no longer ‘normal’.

The only known antidote for this poison is literally the blood of a Kage Hebi being commingled with one's own - the blood of the one that inflicted the victim with the poison has a 90% chance of negating the effects of the poison; the blood of an immediate relative has a 50% chance; the blood of any Kage-Hebi has a 10% chance.

These scales effectively provide the user with armored skin to grant them enhanced durability. This technique is not confined to the Kage-Hebi themselves and can extend to their summoned snakes as well. Color of scales created is up to the users discretion.

Though basic, this variation has been known to subdue even the strongest of foes with a single snake bite.

Once extended the snakes can wrap around and bite into the target to hold and bind them.

The further addition of the user's murderous intent can weaken their target's resolve, and only a giant burst of chakra such as the Gates may break free of the snake's hold, which constricts onto the victim's skin as if the reptiles were comprised of pure iron; digging into the skin and biting, a most horrendous way to expire...

Description: The Lightning Sparrows Cometh! Raiton Bunshin no Jutsu (Shocking Clone Technique)[/u]

Special: Up to one clone can be made at a time, plus one more each time retrained. Because of its light essence, most physical strikes pass through the clone, and when struck, the clone's thundery essence submits whatever struck it with intense shocks, as if it had just struck the center of lightning bolt delivered directly from Zeus himself. Clone cannot perform any jutsu, but when defeated, it explodes in a burst of bolts, spreading its shocking essence everywhere. Explosion range covers 5 meters all around the clone, and leave victims caught in it paralyzed for a whole turn, friend and foe alike. User's 'Karai Shin' range determines how far the clones can travel from the user before dissipating, and once the user exits the thread in which they were created, clones automatically disperse.
Description: With this technique, the Raiton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of lightning, this clone retains the user movement speed and can share linked mental judgement. Best of all, due to its flowing essence, many solid attacks pass through the clone, shocking instead whatever was used to strike them. Finally, when defeated, the clone explodes into a storm of lightning that aims to take over the nearest opponent available, taking over their body whole as it is shocked.

Description: Although Utage shares a name similarity with Kiba, it’s a far unique and different in many ways. The most notable is that the lightning for this technique travels underground. Once the user makes the appropriate seals, they mold a concentrated amount of chakra at their weapon tip or their fists, and quickly strike the ground with it. Whomever they targeted will soon be victim of a quick traveling electrical surge from below, invisible only until it arrives at its target. It emerges from below them, surprisingly fast so that it shocks the victim whole.

Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it allows a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed - to an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Such a feat is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds they would otherwise be unable to reproduce. In the end, the user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly should they need it. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.
