  • Physique: Born with a very lithe body, Yuji is close to spindly but not quite there yet. His figure is flattened and toned lightly with a tall height making him seem as if he is both nimble and fast on his feet, which is in itself not that far from the truth. His skin is smooth and blemish free as it always has been and is of a pigment that is most likely the lightest in a group of people. His eyes boast something close to alacrity or a underlying fervor in them, they speak that he has a will one that is steady and true to only his self. At the same time one can see flickers of his wit in every gesture and word that he speaks from his mouth, a thin coral pair of lips and a sharp nose. Overall he seems a quick witted, and quick footed ninja which boasts a fierce-some fight if one were to pick it with him, be it mental or physical.
    
    
  • Apparel: Within the function of battle he tends to wear the most sensible of clothing, at least in his opinion. He dons a mesh shirt and undergarments to secure his inner layer. Above this he wears several layered cloth robes, dark purple, dark blue, or black in color drawn tight by design across his skin to prevent any stray sections of cloth from being easily caught on something or by someone. He wears the standard ninja sandal and sock, a waraji and a thick cloth coating of silk or other material over his foot for a sense of standing, traction, and flexibility. In addition to this he may even wear a coif, mask, or any other augmentation if he deems the situation in needing of it.
    
    For casual clothes he enjoys wearing traditional Japanese clothes, loose cloth clothes ones that he does not feel restricted in. Headband placement tends to be around his neck as he feels a kunai to the throat is a bit more likely and lethal than that of his forehead even though with significant force both would result in death.

  • Brooding: People will often find Yuji sleeping, but such is not always the manner he may simply as he likes to call it, thinking with his eyes closed. Yuji likes to think, to plan things out, to leave no stone unturned. As shrewd and inventive as he is curious and like a kid with questions he is truly a bit of quirky ninja.
    
    
  • Perfectionist: It goes without saying Yuji isn't simply satisfied with doing things well, he lives up to a high standard that demands the absolute best whether it is in a service done to him or him performing a task.
    
    
  • Prideful: His greatest flaw is perhaps his pride, he has an extremely high picture of himself, the utmost self confidence, if someone were to challenge him despite his usual calm nature it would be hard for him to refuse. And if he were to lose, even without physical injury he would engage in serious doubt in his own abillity.

Kage Mane no Jutsu (Shadow Imitation Technique)
Rank: D, C B, A, S
Type: Supplementary / Secret Technique
Range: 0 - 50 meters
Special: Once the Nara's shadow extension reaches 50 meters, each 'S' ranked retraining adds 1 extra opponent hold and 10 more meters to their max shadow extension. When capturing multiple opponents, their total distance from the user must be equal or less to their highest rank achieved within this jutsu; ie., with ‘C’ ranked ‘Kage Mane’, up to 4 opponents can be captured, as long as their distances from the Nara combined do not exceed 40 meters. User may not capture opponents with twice as many jutsu as themselves due to their overwhelming chakra strength. That said, any sudden presence of incredible energy, such as the Gates, will break hold of the ‘Kage Mane’ instantly. Cool down time is one post at all times, meaning the Nara must wait a single turn before utilizing their Kage Mane again if they exceed their holding limit.
D – 10 meters; 1 opponent max plus 1 turn of hold.
C – 20 meters; 2 opponents max plus 2 turns of hold.
B – 30 meters; 3 opponents max plus 3 turns of hold.

Description: Kage Mane no Jutsu is the first ninjutsu technique developed by the Nara clan, and the root of all its power. Its original purpose was as a skill to help delay any pursuers, though throughout time, their paralyzing skills became a weapon all in its own. After forming the needed hand seals, the clan member is able to manipulate their shadow along any surface. By using other nearby shadows they can further extend the reach of their shadow, however they are limited to the surface area of the original cast shadow. Once the clan members shadow reaches the target shadow, it will attach itself. While attached the target will be frozen, only able to replicate in mirror form the actions of the clan member. If the clan member is low on chakra, the Kage Mane will falter and the shadow will return to its normal form.

Kage Kubi Shibari no Jutsu (Shadow Neck Bind Technique)

Special: Escaping costs a ‘B’ ranked amount of chakra, but a sudden surge in power like the Gates can also work.
Description: Kage Kubi Shibari no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the Nara clan. To perform the technique the clan member will first bind their target using the Kage Mane no Jutsu technique. Once the target can no longer move, they form the needed hand seal to initiate this technique. The clan member uses their shadow to form a pair of hands which will creep up their opponent’s body to their neck. Once the hand reaches the neck, it will constrict in such a manner so as to strangle the opponent. However, the clan member will need to be careful. If their target has a lot of chakra, they can turn back the shadow hand and prevent it from binding their neck.

Kage Saibouyuugou (Shadow Fusion)

Type: Supplementary / Secret Technique

Special: User is free to move anywhere along a solid surface without making a sound, as long as the conditions allow for a shadow to be present and they have the chakra to sustain their form. User cannot attack in this form, and a direct hit suffered from a 'B' ranked or higher ninjutsu while in their shadow will most likely kill the Nara on the spot.
Description: Continuing with the clan’s tradition of stealth, this technique allows the clan member to essentially become one with their own shadow. Once the Kage Man handseal is formed, their ability to control the shadows allows them to pack their chakra-covered form within. As they sink in, it appears as if they're diving into a pool, turning them into two-dimensional shadows of their former self. With this, they can now move to places previously unreachable, and suffer little physical damage from most attacks.

Kage Mane Shuriken no Jutsu (Shadow Imitation Shuriken Technique)

Description: Kage Mane Shuriken no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the Nara clan. Using small knives or projectiles, the user imbues their shadow chakra to into the weapons in order to create a pinning like effect that will forcefully keep the opponent in place. These knives absorb the chakra nature of the user and give off the nature's effect through the weapons. In this case, the knives take on the Nara clan's shadow binding properties. By implanting the shadow chakra enhanced blade into the shadow of his target, they will be frozen in place; just as if they were caught in one of the clan members extended shadow bindings.

Kage Osan Kemonosuuji (Rising Shadow Beast)

Type: Supplementary / Secret Technique
Range: See 'Kage Mane'
Special: Creates multi-sized ‘beasts’ out of shadows, able to resemble anything the user wishes, as long as it retains its nefarious appeal. These beasts, no more than 10 meters big, are capable of attacking physically with impressive speed and strength, and upon destruction, will explode into a ten meter sphere of dark matter. Everything this matter touches momentarily undergoes the effects of Kage Mane, and will remain under them for as long as the user’s highest rank allows them to. By default, only one beast can come from the shadows. However, re-training this jutsu will allow an additional beast to be summoned. At least fifty percent of the victim must be covered by the dark matter in order to be successfully controlled. During the turn in which the beasts are made, no other Nara jutsu may be performed.
Description: Coming forth from their Kage Mane, the user will perform some handseals which give birth to these devilish cratures. Solid shapes will rise from the shadow, forming into beasts comprised of pure darkness. The shape and size can be of these animals can be of the user’s choosing. They can travel as fat as the user can push their Kage Mane, and will silently act on whatever orders the user wishes.

Kage Nui (Shadow Sewing)

Type: Offensive / Secret Technique
Range: See 'Kage Mane'
Special: Tendrils can extend up to twenty meters in the air, and are able to pierce up to 'A' ranked barriers. Additionally, they can be made into any shape and size, and can even gather items.
Description: Kage Nui is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the Nara clan. To perform the technique the caster will first form the needed handseals to extend their shadow. Once the shadows have morphed, a new handseal will cause the shadow to emerge from the ground in tendrils. The tendrils can extend and whip about and are strong enough to pierce nearby targets, even those as hard as rock.

This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Changing the chakra in their hand into an odd electric-like pulse, the medic successfully mimics and creates an electric field to disrupt their targets nervous system. Because the brain and body communicate using electrical impulses, the medic uses the field to disrupt their targets ability to move. What results is commands to move one body part being relayed to another, making it near impossible for them to move. Domain: Medics. Must know Chakra no Mesu (Chakra Scalpel). Seichuu no Jutsu (Control Technique) Rank: B, A Type: Supplementary / Medical Ninjutsu Range: Self Special: Allows the user to control their body through sheer chakra force, even if the body's nerves would normally be paralyzed or incapable of working. The technique may only be used on oneself at B Rank and on other people at A Rank. However, it can only be used on other people in a scenario where they already have no control over their body. Technique drains a C Rank amount of chakra per turn while active. Description: A medical Ninjutsu that will allow the user to fight even if the opponent is skilled in the use of poisons, toxins, or electricity that disallow movement.
