His Kimono (short-sleeved) is majority navy blue with a whitehoneycomb and flower crest at the collar and sleeves. The Uchiha also wears white Sashinuki Hakama, (a type of traditional flowing Japanese "pants"), which is gathered at the ankles producing the "ballooning" effect. His footwear consists of flat pointed ankle-high boots (instead of sandals), also reminiscent of Mainland influence.
✿Body Appearance:
Ryūsuke; conflicted internally, his outer exterior clouds nothing reticent of a well-fit male specimen. Now appearing to resemble himself during his credulous age associated with puberty, Ryūsuke stands a projected five-seven, and weighs approximately one-hundred and twenty-two pounds. Born naturally with almond, radiant purple eyes; the abhorrence that resides within his body is shrouded by the external splendor of his gaze. Both his facial and corporal complexion near sound, the young male has been given the admired labeling of eye-catching or handsome. Ryūsuke’s silk crimson red tinted hair is middling length, reaching just below his waist-line, expressing either down to the side.

To compensate for years of rigorous, strenuous training, Ryūsuke had sculpted a physique that indeed matches brilliance. His pectorals are far from harrowing, and his abdomen area, finely chiseled. His biceps and triceps are built for combat, though not exceedingly bulky. Broad shoulders and yet a judicious build. Not obese, yet not emaciated; that would describe Ryūsuke’s in general accumulative bulk. Along his right shoulder blade, and lower left thigh a rather daunting scars from his past battles , symbolizing though he has achieved great power, he has quite the way to go, some even concur that he uses those very wounds as stimulus to become stronger.

Speaking of complexion, Ryūsuke’s skin is near flawless as he expresses no blemishes on his face or on any visible region of his body. His skin tone is of lightly tanned, not to the point of typical darkness, but also not too pale, his appeal is considered that of bordering in the middle. Not expressing the typical Shinobi Attire, Ryūsuke attempts to not stand out as much, for reasons unknown. Some argue that it’s because he doesn't want to be a sight of Uniqueness which leads to being irradiated or bothered; which is quite the contradiction as he is in essence, uniquely different from most of the Ninja.

COGNITION||

✿Personality:
Ryūsuke is a deferential young man, holding on dear to the morals in which his mother, Koi had instilled into him from a young age despite his upbringing. Punctual and well-mannered, you won’t catch this Uchiha speaking ill of anyone, regardless of how he actually feels towards them. Courteous and thoughtful to others, he doesn’t stray for doing the more nominal things that mean more in the long run to others. Most call him overly nice, or too respectful, and mistake this trait for a weakness. Nonetheless, it’s quite the opposite, as it’s an unconscious façade he displays to others which forbids intrusion into his mind. A defense mechanism to keep him mentally above his opposition.

A odd trait that the Uchiha tends to follow if cognizant of it or not is that Ryūsuke never showcases his full potential, or takes credit for anything that could potentially raise his recognition. Not one for the extra attention, Ryūsuke would much rather to keep his accomplishments to himself; after all, they were only a testament to what he did; he doesn’t need the verification from others to feel accomplished. Despite this act of isolation in such an area, he’s quite the gregarious person. Not shy to say a few words, even to strangers, the UUchiha is open to conversation.

Unlike most who hail from his Clan, Ryūsuke is in no such way branded a child prodigy. His skill and current level of intelligence (Which is quite high in comparison to others) derives from his own unparalleled strength of mind and willingness to try new things. He wasn’t given anything at birth that signified immediate achievements. He worked for everything he has today, which instilled a greater since of appreciation into the Uchiha’s heart. As such, Ryūsuke takes little to nothing for granted. With an open mind to pretty much anything, it’s allows better comprehension of logical and abstract ideas and practices alike; making it much easier for him to learn things.

A rational thinker when needed, Ryūsuke is quite the tactician. Able to conceive a number of possible outcomes to any given events, he can pick through his analysis and apply the best ending for the specified situation. Nimble-minded, he’s a quick thinker, and sometimes more instructive, a peculiarity trained from his childhood to present time. This is key for him in combat when faced with task that require a more clever approach.

When worn, all leg related Taijutsu is improved by the equivalent weight rank, but the user suffers a speed loss equivalent to half their normal movement speed. However, when removed, a large speed boost is gained, equal to double the user's normal speed, and lasts for as many turns as the user had the weights equipped for. Once a boost is used, another cannot be performed until the user re-equips the weights for double the amount of turns used to charge the previous boost - i.e. if the user has it on the first time for 3 turns and took it off, then they can only boost again in the same thread if the user now wears it for 6 turns. The recounter is restarted once the user leaves the thread.
Description: Though an old fashioned training method, taijutsu specialists use these extremely heavy weights to increase their speed and movement. These weights are usually worn under the warmers on the user's lower legs. When removed, the user gains a great increase in their speed and mobility. The weights are marked with the kanji for "guts".

Sharingan (Copy Wheel Eye)
Special: In order to unlock each stage, the user must RP through some sort of induced life-threatening stress that requires staff approval. Users normally will start with a dormant Sharingan; only the most competent, well made, original applications get the 1st Tomoe at the start.
Description: Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. This doujutsu gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it with ease, depending on the level of development reached within the eye. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. The Sharingan itself contains three tomoe, comma like shapes of pure ebony that exist in perfect symmetry around the pupil. Only under the influence of extreme stress will the Sharingan evolve, and only after the user has endlessly trained their eye will its true skill come forth.

Description: The very first form of the Sharingan, once its true powers are unlocked. With only one tomoe, the eye itself is still very immature and lacking in any of its real powers, but it can nonetheless excell much more than any normal human eye can in battle. At this stage, the Uchiha begins to see the truth behind illusions, as well as gain a brief understanding of whatever movements are coming at them.

Description: The next stage of evolution for the Sharingan involves two tomoe, improving upon the Uchiha's current skills and adding new ones. Amongst others, it allows the Uchiha to track the movement of an opponent and do some minor reading of an opponents attack, as well as pierce Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra, as well as lingering traces of foreign chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin.

Description: At the second stage, the Sharingan is able to not only detect the differences in chakra nature before them, but also whether a creation is real or fake. Their chakra reading abilities have becomes so refined that, when faced with the uncertainty of a possible enemy clone, an instant visual inspection reveals all. Useful when outnumbered.

Special: Switch is near-instantaneous. When first learned, Kawarimi can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. Can only be used once per turn, regardless of retraining.. Requires the user to switch with objects equal or smaller in size; cannot switch with other living people or animals.
Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique)

Special: Allows the user to create a clone without substance that resembles the user in every way, including retaining its movement speed. Clones cannot mold chakra nor perform jutsu, nor can they harm. Up to one clone can be made, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance that, although easily seen through by those with doujutsu, can fool the normal eye easily. Why? Simply because although without substance, the copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent, though no real damage can be done by it. Finally, as soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Special: Flickering is near-instantaneous forward movement, meaning the user will rush almost instantly to wherever they are facing as chakra pushes their legs to inhumane levels. The user can flicker once per thread, plus once more each time retrained. One cannot attack or perform techniques during Shunshin.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it allows a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed - to an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Such a feat is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds they would otherwise be unable to reproduce. In the end, the user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly should they need it. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Description: Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Chakra mastery allows the user excellent control over the chakra they use, how it's molded, and ultimately, how much is used, so much so that they can lower the chakra consumption of all mastery jutsu. Description: As its name implies, the Mist Waltz is just that – a vicious mist expelled by the user through their mouth at high speeds, which, when in contact with any form of flame, will create a napalm like explosion, enhancing the fire and even creating disastrous fires which quickly spread and burn. The user must be careful however, as any Fuuton jutsu of equal or greater rank could easily blow back the mist and turn the effects on the user.

Description: With this technique, the Katon user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of a most intense fire, this clone retains the user movement speed and can share linked mental judgement. Best of all, due to its flowing essence, many solid physical attacks pass through the clone, burning instead whatever was used to strike them. Finally, when defeated, the clone explodes into a blast of flame that aims to take over the nearest opponent available in the form of napalm.

Description: Although basic, the fireball technique is nonetheless efficient and deadly. After forming the necessary handseals, the shinobi will expel a jet stream of fire from their mouth, which quickly forms into a large fireball. The user can fire this ball off in any direction they wish, resulting in a small explosion upon impact.

Fireballs travel at twice the speed of a kunai, and explode on impact for 10 meters all around. Up to 2 fireballs can be fired off at once, plus 1 one each time retrained.
Description: An upgrade to the 'Endan' technique, this allows the user to expel an even greater stream of fire now that they are more adept at controlling their Katon chakra. With the stream of fire, they can quickly shoot off several larger fireballs in quick succession, resulting in an overwhelming set of blasts all carrying an explosive fate.

Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique) ^50exp

Special: Although flames do not travel far, their intensity allows them to burn short range objects down easily, resulting in 'A" ranked area of effect damage.
Description: Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a fundamental katon ninjutsu technique which allows the user to freely control fire itself as it leaves their body. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. During this point, they then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Description: Basic yet very effective within the Katon arsenal of jutsu, this technique allows the ninja to emit a series of small fire balls after a simple set of handseals are made. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, because they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai, and only select doujutsu and bloodline abilities allow the user to see through the deception.

暑い Atsui Haigara no Jutsu (Silent Flame Geyser Technique

Special: Heat spreads all around the user with them in the center; thus the radius of the heat depends on the user's highest geyser can appear depends on the user's highest 'Enkou Shinka' rank, halved. Ground cannot be moist or wet in general. Additionally, if the technique is in play and rain is brought upon the area the technique will cease. Although the user is not damaged by the heat, their heat can still set anything nearby ablaze if it's susceptible, which in turn CAN harm the user. Suiton jutsu 'B' ranked and above can automatically cancel the heat.
Description: Once the user performs and finishes a string of handseals, the ground the user stands upon will heat up. The heat is so extreme that anything within a specific radius will slowly melt. Due to this, any caught victim will find their movement's decrease considerably, their footwear stuck due to the fusion of heat and melted material. Even better, if the opponent isn’t wearing any footwear the technique will cause first degree burns upon the soles of their feet and grow into second degree burns if they remain atop the burning ground for too long!

Description: After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel an ash cloud from his mouth, tinted a dark stoic gray. This large cloud will quickly begin to envelope the area in which a foe stands and when the user clicks their teeth, the cloud will ignite in an violent, fiery napalm-like explosion.

Special: The point of contact on the ground becomes the mindfield's center area, meaning the user cannot trigger their own explosion. Size of minefield and distance flames explode upwards depends on the user's highest 'Enkou Shinka' rank, halved. Minefield explodes all at once when activated, and lasts 1 turn, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: After completing several handseals, the katon user proceeds to touch the ground. Once contact is made, the user's accumulated katon chakra is instantly transferred, making the area become a live landmine. The ground will seemingly be unaffected so any possible hint is physically impossible, unless one has chakra sensing capabilities. Anyone that comes into contact with the area that is not the user will trigger the highly effective flames from beneath, resulting in a thick and extreme amount of heat rushing up around the entire radius. In order to trigger the mine, foreign contact must be made and held for at least one second.

Gouryuuka no Jutsu (Great Dragon Fire Technique) ^150exp

Type: Offensive / Katon Ninjutsu
Range: 0 - 40 meters
Special: Can make up to one dragon head that measures 5 meters in diameters, plus one more each time retrained. Dragon heads travel in a straight line roughly a bit faster than most thrown projectiles. Upon contact, they produce a wide, 10 meter explosion that results in widespread, fast moving napalm.
Description: An evolution of the Great Fireball, the user is now able to take the flames expelled and morph them into fast moving projectiles. Fierce and potent, this Katon ninjutsu allows the user to expel fireballs in the form of a dragon’s head after forming the needed hand seals. Shot from the mouth, these powerful fireballs can punch through concrete and wood with ease, and leaves a terrible fiery explosion in its wake.

Description: A defensive nature of fighting, all Iajutsu practitioners will tend to stand in closed positions, leaving little openings and making sure to make the least amount of wasted movement possible so as to remain solid like a rock. Once the swordsman has understood the basics of fortification, they move on to more complex defensive patterns.

A small note. I have all five Academy techniques. But they're in one single quote tag. I did subtract the 25 collectively from my total 300, though.

Okay-then, here's what I spotted wrong:

• You start off with up to 5 free packs--ranging from secondary weapons, items, & medical "pack" options. You currently have 10 packs worth of secondary weapons!
  
• You cannot start with items over B-Rank! (In your case, the Kunai Blade)
  
• You haven't earned the Genjutsu release for Sight! So you can't learn techniques in that area yet!
  
• You can only start with one accessory of C-Rank or lower! If you're going with the blank scroll, please point out the rank in which you have it. (C-Rank, if you're going with that option)
  
• Remember to PM the admin to get your Uchiha eye approved!
  
• All village ninja get the Academy techniques for free! No need to buy them unless you wanted to retrain a few purposely!
  
• For the "Tengai Houjin (Barrier • Dome Method Formation)" you're going to need to underline the rank you've obtained. And remember, you have to start at the lowest and work your way to the top! That means 25exp for the D-Rank + 50exp for the C-Rank etc. You're not allowed to skip the D-Rank and go straight to the C-Rank!
  
• Putting all these changes in motion, remember that you start out with 300exp since you have a BL!
  
• Hold off on the Oinin profession until your character is approved. Then post in the "July for Jobs!" thread requesting that profession, to get it approved there!
