- Appereal: Kei usually wears a thin white hoodie with a black blazer over the top of it. The blazer has white lines running along the hems of the unzipped blazer. His hoodie overlaps a third of his black pants which seem to hang loosely. The bottoms of which are rolled up to show his ankles. A belt can be seen along the waist line with a bag hanging loosely on the right side. His sword is hung off of the belt touching his back. The hilt faces his left hand. For foot ware he wears =straw sandals. On his face can be seen three bandages one on the bridge of his nose and two on either side of his face. These are to hide the scars he had received in the past.
- Body Appearance: Kei is of average height for a person his age. He has a rather athletic build but not a very muscular one. Because of this people can sometimes be mistaken in how physical Kei really is. His complexion doesn't help much either being of a pale color this helps to accentuate his ruby red hair which extends just past his ears. His hair Kei tends to keep in a messy manner again showing his laid back, and lazy manner. His bangs are slightly longer than the rest of his hair and are generally sweeping to the left side. they slightly cover his crimson red eyes which turn to a pale purple when he activates Byakugan. Kei's expression is usually a lazy and slightly melancholic one. He has very soft features which gives people a warm feeling about Kei.
- Kei has three deep scars on the bridge of his nose and on either side of his face usually they are covered by bandages.
COGNITION[/u]
- Kei has a very soft and easy going personality. He isn't a very energetic person although he is in no way shy. He prefers to talk things out or find other ways than to fight. Mainly because he feels it a pain and rather not get hurt. Kei usually tries to put off doing work and can be seen playing around or sleeping instead actually doing anything. Kei is a very calm person as well as being perceptive he is able to notice the very small details of his surroundings. He also has a knack of keeping his head on his shoulders when confronted with something serious. Kei however has a pacifistic personality to him and rather hates pain so in an effort to minimize such things he tries to avoid fights and will generally give in or run away. When he does fight it is never really to try to kill someone but instead to find a way to get away or to defeat them as quickly as possible. When fighting Kei's eyes instead of giving a harsh look seem to give off a sad look as if he'd rather not fight. This is not just because of his hatred of pain but because he understands full well that he is fighting someones special person. Kei knows that he is in no way a hero and can not get fired up in the idea of serving the Hokage or all of the town like a shinobi. Instead he tries to help those in front of him the ones he can save at the moment. Because of this pacifistic philosophy and seemingly lazy nature he has been looked down and disregarded as no good. In order to up hold his ideals Kei has become diligent in practicing when no one is around in order to keep his ideals.

Special: Activating the dojutsu allows the Hyuuga Clan member to see up to nearly a full 360 degrees around them, through many surfaces, including rock, cement, and even metal; only special chakra barriers can block a Byakugan's vision. Byakugan is also able to magnify and zoom, effectively seeing every small insect in the area and even see the infrared spectrum, allowing clan member detect things through their body heat. Upon basic activation, the Hyuuga Clan member's range of vision is fifty meters. However, they can focus (with the use of a single seal that must be held) and extend their range of vision up to a maximum of 5 kilometers. The user must remain still while entering this "focused state," leaving them somewhat open to assault from enemies nearby. Finally, because the Byakugan can essentially see chakra and everything around it, it can detect when a genjutsu is in effect and thusly kai to defeat it.
Description: As its name implies, the Byakugan is just that, a featureless white eye that can occasionally posses hints of blue-gray and lavender, respectively. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge, representing the sudden chakra activation that makes the doujutsu possible. All members of the clan possess and can use the kekkei genkai from birth, as opposed to needing to awaken it. Byakugan gives the user a near 360º field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra. With this vision, the Hyuuga can see through solid objects, and can use a degree of telescopic sight. The distance and the degree of telescopic sight varies from person to person, and can be improved. Finally, one of the greatest uses of the Byakugan is the ability to see chakra, chakra flow as well as the chakra circulation system inside the body with great detail. It is from this particular ability that they are able to employ their ultimate attack style - the Gentle Fist.

Hakke Sanjuunishou (Eight Divination Signs, Thirty-Two Palms of the Hand) (50)

Special: Presuming the opponent is caught by the first strike, the remaining thirty-five strikes will connect (presuming the situation is feasible). This technique leaves the opponent paralyzed for one post. They will be able to resume using chakra after two turns.
Description: Once the Hyuuga is comfortable envisioning their Hakke domain and establishing it as their own personal striking grounds, they are taught the art of striking and sealing tenketsu. Moving their hands and arms and bullet like speeds, the Hyuuga extends their palm towards their enemy, and leads with both hands outstretched, so that their fingers land first - 2 strikes, then 4, 8, 16, and finally, 32 tenketsu. As the victim is caught in attack, they are temporarily paralyzed if they are touched even once. Although the result isn't as drastic as 64 or 128 strikes, it can nonetheless close off a specific type of chakra flow within the victim of the Hyuuga's choosing.

Description: The basis of all Gentle Fist techniques relies on the opponent entering the Hakke, or Eight Divination Signs field. Visible only to the user, this circular area is represented by a ying-yang symbol and other clan variations appearing below the opponent they are targeting. With intense training, the Hyuuga will be able to extend their Hakke, thus furthering their reach with all techniques that are executed in conjunction with the field.

Description: Of the few non-main Gentle Fist techniques, Juuho Soushiken is nonetheless an attack to be feared. After gathering chakra into their fists, the Hyuuga will skillfully spin and rush towards their target in order strike them. Spectral heads of pure, Hyuuga chakra will then form around their fists, forming two large lion-shaped shrouds that can be used to attacks the opponent. Because of their nature, they can move past solid defenses and attack the opponent internally. Best of all, because of the chakra's nature, any contact the claws have with the victim's chakra network results in immediate chakra loss - a condition made likely with the tenketsu revealing powers of Byakugan.

Description: Using their ability to expel chakra from every chakra point on their body, a member of the Hyuuga clan can hit their opponent with a blast of chakra that will send them flying away from the user in the form of a single handtap, or even when the enemy attempts to touch the Hyuuga or trap them. It is also useful when the Hyuuga has been bound by an enemy, targeting weak points in the prison that they see with their Byakugan with their sudden chakra rush in order to dispel it. This technique was made legendary when its creator employed it to save themselves from sudden crystallization at the hands of a Shoton master.

Once the user becomes more proficient at judging the distance, speed and direction of projectiles, they will be able to cut down even more projectiles in a fluid movement.

But, instead of simply blocking it, the user will instead use the opponents momentum against them, which in turn forces them off balance and leaves them vulnerable to a strike afterwards. While off balance, the opponent will be unable to perform actions involving high amounts of dexterity, due to the surprise of being knocked off center.

Description: Commencing from any position, the practitioner strikes with the hilt at a frontal opponent's face, forcing him to stumble back, which allows them to follow up with a quick slash or cut. Following the mindset of 'the best defense is a great offense', the user will seek to stop an opponent from throwing an attack out in the first place, leaving them on the defensive and unable to fully utilize their offense.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique) (25)

Special: Despite popular belief, this is not an ability that allows an individual to teleport, or even move incomprehensibly fast. It simply combines high mobility with some disruption of visibility to conceal those movements. That in mind, if you can conceal your movement, it is common for this technique to allow very long-distance dashes before enemies may notice you.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must to combine it with a distraction.

Description: Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Soushuuha (Manipulate Advancing Blades) (50)

Special: When first learned, the user can control up to five projectiles/secondary weapons and send them flying up to five meters. However, each time re-trained, their control number goes up by five for a maximum of twenty.
Description: Soushuuha is a ninjutsu technique used in order to give aerial projectiles a slight edge in combat. After the needed handseals, this technique allows the user to hover multiple projectiles, like kunai, in the air while they approach a target. They can then unleash a torrent of projectiles much faster than if each was thrown individually.

Hitei Mushou (Flying Nail Mist Pierce) (50)

Description: Ninpou - Hitei Mushou is Ninjutsu technique universally known by shinobi across the globe. After forming the needed handseal, the user will emit a flying mist of small nails from their mouth, created entirely of the user's chakra. These small nails can travel towards their opponent at quite a distance, moving at impressive speeds and retain even more impressive accuracy!
