The blades of vengeances have fallen swiftly. The shinobi are no more as 'Absolute Justice' has returned...now, it is the Samurai that rule the Five Major Nations!
But at what cost? Have they become the very thing that they despised the most...? Heroes and villains seem to change roles every day, but one thing is for certain - we yearn for our freedom, for days gone by where we flew the skies unhindered.
name: paperwork! rank: d description: get that paperwork done. you know miss rosa has no idea how to fill it in. i'm talking to you, tsuchikage. you can't just ignore it forever. objective: finish the village paperwork! (yawn!) client: village elder yubaba reward: 25 exp, 0 ryo
I yawned, wandering back to dear Josephine's after spending quite some time poring over dull paperwork. That wasn't entirely fair though, i supposed. The accounts had been more interesting than i'd expected. Regardless, i was glad to be through with it all. "You can tell the elders i've finished. And i'm not doing anymore until next year." I said sweetly, throwing down the mission slip on Josephine's counter.
[OOC: FYI, this thread is occurring after the Kusakage corpse revelation to Coco. Sanbi Event-related, I just want to get it out of the way so we can put the Sanbi behind us finally.]
Making his way off from speaking with Lady Tsuchikage, Maximilian decided to heed the words of his Kage, and headed over to the mission booths to receive compensation for his help in the attempted capture of the Sanbi creature. The trek was simple and easy. The blonde found the missions building, and walked in, immediately heading for the lady at the desk. With a simple smile and a wink, he leaned over the tabletop, and spoke slowly, coolly, and smoothly.
"Lady Tsuchikage has told me to come here for compensation in helping with the capture of the Sanbi. We were able to kill off our competition before reaching the target, but two out of our cell of three had to retreat. Our Jounin Captain stayed behind to capture the beast." He spoke only what he had to, telling her the details as she should know them, and patiently waited for her to do whatever she had to do for him. He wasn't going to be picky. Whatever he got, he got.
There was no time to waste as he walked in requesting to go on one c-ranked mission and a d-ranked mission, that he noticed on the board to his left as he approached the female sitting behind the desk as he placed to papers on her desk with two missions.
Haunting Rank: D Description: I want to see something creepy. Something strange and dark. Nobody understands me, but I want to experience an illusion. A ninja could do that, right? Make me hallucinate? That'd be awesome. Objective: Scare Yuki with a Genjutsu! (Too wierd!) Client: Spooky Yuki Restrictions: Must know an appropriate Genjutsu. Rewards: 25 EXP, 500 Ryo
Elementalist VI Rank: C Description: For extra credit, I'm researching the sound release. Ototon isn't elemental, but it's still one of the base releases, which is pretty interesting, huh? It seems to have both offensive, and utility aspects, so I'm definitely curious to see an example of a jutsu which doesn't just do damage to an opponent! Objective: Perform a suitable Ototon jutsu for Kyo! (Supplementary!) Client: Dedicated Student Kyo Restrictions: Must know an appropriate Ototon jutsu. Rewards: 50 EXP, 1000 Ryo[/spoiler][/span]
