They were a rather diverse bunch. I was already thinking where to play these cards. It was fortunate, perhaps, that they were so varied, as we could afford to split up and still cover each other's weaknesses. Like Ares, Jin seemed to favour close range combat, but of course, i knew of his inherent unique ninjutsu abilities. Rosario preferred genjutsu, yet also belonged to the Uchiha clan. Gungnir, as the only Jounin, was very proficient in release ninjutsu, and would also serve well for a leadership role. Seidou wasn't particularly combat-oriented, but should prove to be useful in infiltration, should our distractions go perfectly. And Ares, was of course, Ares.

Now... Naturally, due to their teamwork, and the Hyuuga's high skill level, it would make sense to send Ares with Seidou as they stole inside the village. Yet with Rosario accompanying him, they would probably perform more covertly, as Ares wasn't exactly subtle. However, her genjutsu would serve well as crowd control during our assault on the gates, if we could keep her safe. I wanted Jin by my side, as his aggressive melee style would compliment my longer distance entanglements. Gungnir would lead our genin well, i hoped, if i placed them under his command.
"Very well. Seidou, Rosario is at your disposal. I shall lead the attack on the gates personally, if Jin and Ares could accompany me? Gungnir, i will be assigning you three genin, and it will be your job to clear the path for Seidou and Rosario, then keep any opposing forces at bay once they're inside. Rosario, i expect you to get him in undetected. Your sharingan and genjutsu will both be invaluable here." I said, outlining the basics.

"As for us three," I continued, looking pointedly at Jin and Ares, "we'll be causing as much mayhem as physically possible. I don't want any structural damage, beyond the necessary, but we can't give the opposing shinobi the slightest chance to get to the rest of our forces. With my spiders at their gates, i shall provide you all access to their walls via my webbing, and from there we'll split off and perform as necessary. Nobody is to engage the Kazekage alone. Understood?"

How many of us would make it back from this campaign? There was certainly the chance of casualties. The Hidden Sand's strength was relatively unknown, even if their Kage was quite infamous. We had the advantage there. Nagato's strengths were common knowledge, yet my own forces were a mystery. Indeed, my own bloodline was quite the trade secret, due to my lack of the tell tale arms.

"Here, the radios." I added, producing five headsets from my handbag, and handing one to each shinobi present, while retaining one for myself.
"If one group is in trouble, we will act accordingly. I... I want everyone to come back safely. Are there any questions? Is anybody unhappy with the plan?"

Diversity, every single one of the crew had unique skills different to each others that made it the perfect balance. As for the kunoichi, her attention was driven the moment the bicoloured specimen spoke to her, demanding to go deep further and explain her own skills.

"My expertise relies in the art of illusions"

She would say, without needing to say more. Every member in the room were experienced shinobis and so, they all knew the facts of genjutsu, its own characteristics, the lack of a physical form and the invisible presence made it perfect for silent and infiltration missions.

However, it would not end there, the moment she would make her sentence her head would turn to see Seidou, allowing him to directly look at her eyes, and if the man had enough knowledge, he shall notice the nature of his kekkai genkai.

Immediatly after the answer, the man would get ready and allow others to act as witnesses of his own skills. Dividing himself onto two different beings, to say something. A male and a female, two different personalities iand entities nto a single body, certainly, the shinobi world had so many secrets to be unraveled that a life was just not enough.

Without time to process the information, another barrage of words came, this time from the Tsuchikage herserlf, which went further with an explanation of the acts and the teams to be formed. Rosario teamed up with Seidou, the bicoloured man, presumably, to be the infiltration squad. Meanwhile, the Tsuchikage and the two Taijutsu oriented Chuunins shall perform their own mayhem in order to catch everyone's attention, which surely be aided by the new team led by the only Jounin in there.

Soon, radios were to be given to everyone. As for her, no questions were needed, her mission was simple, aid Seidou to get inside Sunagakure without being detected, easy to say, not to perform. Either way she would remain silent and look at others in case new information or questions may emerge before this meetin would come to an end.

Mighty shoulders shrugged as I drew incredibly bored of these explanations, the specimens that were supplied to me being so dreadfully vanilla. None of them had anything of worth to me, especially not that red eyed miscreant with what I could only assume to be a novices handle on Genjutsu. I had no need for her, or the rest of them, but as long as she gave her pittance to the rightful Goddess, I could care less.

''I have no need for this Rosario figure to accompany me, she would only get in the way."

I shot a stern look towards the girl before the feminine side of my mouth curled up into a sick grin, the idea that I had to depend on anybody was ludicrous. ''I do have an objection, Coco. If I am to infiltrate by myself, why am I not to take the chance to strike the Kazekage down? Does that not defeat the purpose of my secretive entrance?" I spoke mightily, my arm wrapping around my waist securely as I went on to further explain my motives.

''We have become so focused on the idea of.. ugh, 'storming the gates', that we have excused any other course of action. If you are going to put the village on high alert, why would I even infiltrate the place? I would suggest that we engage them on our terms, whether it be through a combined ambush or just taking them out one at a time."

I instructed the group to what I would hope would be a roar of applause and compliments, though I knew that deferring to the brilliance of others wasn't the strong suit of these ignorant creatures. And yet as I stood there, I couldn't help but notice that Apollo was fidgeting and pacing about; the calling card of deep thought.[/blockquote][/blockquote][/justify][/font]

''Nnngh, Astraea.. so foolhardy and headstrong, I can see why these people take you the wrong way."

My mind was a flutter, hastily trying to place the pieces of the puzzle in the right order. They were strong, yes, or maybe not. But they had a certain charisma; a lighthearded ambiance that warmed the cockles of this old soul. What were they capable of, truly? Under my prestigious leadership, they could aspire to be like us, well.. Seidou. He had such a lovely way at looking at things, even if I do need to chip in and give my insight. But I do fear for him, especially with the uprising of Er--.. but wait, we had things to discuss.

''Eh--.. U--Uhm, you must understand that we are.. eheh, two parts of the same man, you know? We do not have balance, as you say, but we are the sum of our creator; Seidou."

I fidgeted around as I tried to formulate a proper way to speak to these creatures, their fleshy, pearly eyes constantly staring at me and trying to observe my habits. But no, oh no no, they couldn't break me down, I was truly superior when it came to intelligence. They thought with emotion and added in these irrelevant factors such as 'feelings' and 'love', but that isn't how a thinker works, no, that is how an idiot survives, not thrives.

''If--.. If we are to attack at once, using a veil of Genjutsu a--.. and perhaps some specialty cover fire by me, then we could take out the guards before anybody was the wiser. Th--.. That is of course if you are willing to go by this play, Coco. I wouldn't want to intrude on your leadership. I'm simply offering a more educated opinion--.. not that I'm better than you, well.. I technically am, but you are Tsuchikage for a reason. Your brand of thinking is respected, and this time we must defer to what you want."

I felt my skin crawl as the attention in the room was forced onto me, my hands tucking into eachother atop my stomach in hopes that it'd stop my guts from spilling onto the floor. They were so critical of me, I hated it, but Astraea was even worse. Her fiery glare was centered on me, and I just knew that she'd berate me when we were together again, she always did. ''Mmngh.. s-such coldness from a fiery will." I thought to myself, the meager smile I managed to offer them being wiped away by paranoia once again.

''I can.. w--.. we can reconfigure to our needs, we have a vast knowledge of Mokuton, Miss Tsuchikage. We will take any suggestions on board."

I nodded meekly after my offer, the shy look I shot Astraea being followed by a cautious rub of my stomach. I was positively sick to the core from all of this attention, hopefully Astraea and I could join once again, even if it meant being subjugated to her harsh mental punishment.[/blockquote][/blockquote][/font][/justify]

I caught eye of the Jounin throwing me a dissatisfied glare, to which I returned an arrogant grin, briefly puckering my lips at him to throw a belittling kiss in his direction. I'll give you something to stare at, I joked from within before turning my attention toward the respective halves of my once complete lord, Seidou. I'd often watched these two entities battle with one another for dominion of My Lord's vessel but I'd hardly seen them interact with one another from their individual standpoints.

It was an interesting sight to see, to say the least, and I was sure that our company would be just as intrigued by their dialogue as I'd been so many years ago. During Lady Astraea's rant, I'd turn back toward the Jounin once more while raising a brow to openly inspect him. To put it clearly, he looked very weak and doubly inept -- which is probably why the Tsuchikage felt the need to divert his authority away from individuals such as myself. There was no way I'd allow myself to be looked upon as this man's subordinate.

And with this thought in mind, I shoved myself from the wall I stood against and began pacing slowly in the Tsuchikage's direction, eventually standing adjacent to the Jounin who sat afront her desk. My statements would interrupt Lord Apollo's blundering spiel so that he may save his grace for a more deserving audience; he did not owe explanations to these people. "If I may, Lady Tsuchikage," I nodded respectfully while reaching into my coat pocket to reveal a slip of parchment.

"As you know, it was I who intercepted the Sunagakure spy attempting to infiltrate our village on behalf of the Kazekage." I paused to turn back toward my ostensible superior, the Jounin, giving him a demeaning leer before facing her once more. "I'm not sure where our "superior officers" were at the time but, had he been successful, it very well could have spelled the end of Iwagakure as we know it." I paused briefly to let her take in the severity of my statement before continuing.

"In an effort to gain more insight on the matter, I came across another agent of Sunagakure who was reluctant to speak on the matter."

I set the piece of paper onto her desk and unraveled it to reveal it's contents, a map of the world, and she would notice that the Kaze no Kuni province had been marked with an easily distinguishable burn. "As I'd expected you would seek retaliation, I made sure to neutralize this threat clandestinely; his own village still doesn't know that he is dead."

I let my finger slide to the singed dot before continuing. "After our confrontation I discovered a map on his person that explicitly revealed Sunagakure's location. This will undoubtedly make our infiltration attempt easier than we'd originally hoped."

I'd come back to a full standing to allow her to observe the contents of the map and draw her own conclusion, but not even shortly after would I throw in something that I felt was necessary.

"If we are to continue forward with occupations such as this one, it is inevitable that we will require competent leaders as the directive force of our military. To be concise, Lady Tsuchikage, one Jounin will not be enough, and it is here that I am requesting a promotion to the rank of Jounin."

I meant every word of what I said, and everything that it implied. I felt wholeheartedly that our leadership was lacking, and for our only Jounin to be a medic, whose role was always strategically relegated away from the thrust of battle, was a poor display of military preparation.

If she had any proper sense, she'd see exactly where I was coming from. And so I took a step backward, off of my proverbial soapbox, to await her response.

I remained silent during the entire conversation for now, simply nodding with what Coco said. It looked as if me and Ares would be accompanying her to attack the gates personally. I preferred this job more than anything else as I wasn't one with abilities for support, or reconnaissance. The tension in the room flared as each of the warriors in this room presented different opinions on what each wanted done, and for one I agreed with what the two split beings spoke about. What was the point of going in with a surprise attack if you don't hit the Kazekage with everything we got when he isn't looking?

I sighed before accepting the radio and strapping it to my hip before sitting back down. Something that also shocked me was the man known as Ares asking for a promotion to Jōnin at such a short notice. Heh, I was actually enjoying this little meeting. I wouldn't say much, just reveal my potential with my actions when we began this little invasion of sorts.

Watching the girl and then the split Kuro-Shiro, he felt in bliss. The red one and the blue one...They were geniuses! But, his gaze couldn't linger form the dark skinned one, their gaze locked...Before he witnessed the man mockingly blowing a kiss at him...Then their locked staring contest ended, but the shock in Gungnir, filled his being and his actions.

Was he coming on to him?...Was he making an open gesture...So crude...so confusing...so inappropriate! But, before Gungnir could vocally react, the white haired man began to speak. And while the majority of it fell on his deaf ears, Gungnir did pick up on fragments, namely when he said ""If we are to continue forward with occupations such as this one, it is inevitable that we will require competent leaders as the directive force of our military."

Scoffing and nodding ever so slightly, he'd finally speak. "Let's see what he's got Tsuchikage...He seems to fit the -average- requirements for such a position." Sitting high and pretty, Gungnir honestly would enjoy another Jounin in the village, it had been so long since the last had died...And this one seemed interesting despite his lack of respect and...oddness. Then again, who was Gungnir to speak on anyone being odd in a negative way?

I ran a hand through my hair. Although Jin, Rosario and Gungnir seemed to be quite content with my decisions thus far, or at least, were not openly voicing otherwise, Seidou, or rather, his two halves, were less than co-operative.
"If you do not infiltrate the village during our attack, and reach your objective - the kazekage - then he will join the defence. With his presence, his shinobi will be bolstered, both in morale and in strength. We will have a hard enough time breaking through as it is, and should he personally hold the gates against us, then well, our chances will suffer." I explained, before considering his other concern.

"In all honesty, darling, i doubt you have the strength to defeat him alone. With Rosario's assistance, i'm hoping you can keep him separated from his ninja, and away from the battle, giving us time to neutralise the threat, and confront him together." My eyes were stern. I wouldn't let him undermine me, not at such a crucial time. I turned then to Ares, who had his own desires.

"You've done fabulously, of course. Should we make it back from this safely, the title is yours, without question." I hoped he understood why i couldn't simply appoint him Jounin before hand. His strength and capability went without saying, yet his loyalties lay more with Seidou than with myself. If he performed to my instruction, and could devote his power to me, even just for this battle, it would be enough proof in my eyes.

I produced my own map, and carefully marked Sunagakure's location. I had expected to have to wait for my shinobi to find the location, having sent them to do as such earlier, but this hastened our plans greatly. Were we ready? It was difficult to say. Yet i wouldn't back down, and everything seemed to be in order. We would march on Sunagakure within the week.

"Any other questions? If there are no more, consider this meeting adjourned. Make your preparations, and be ready to assemble. You'll all be alerted when we are ready to leave." I gave each of them a pointed look, hopefully impressing the seriousness of the situation upon them. This wasn't just some mission, or some skirmish. This was war.

Sarcastic manners!

The closer this meeting was getting to the end the more entertaining it was. Firstly, the man who split himself onto two equal halves showed how each of them represented the man himself but in opposite sides. The female counterpart was an agressive and more expressive one, yet confident of her skills and arrogant, and the blue entitiy, the one representing the male counterpart was a more shy and quite being.

According to each of them descriptions they included opposite opinions, firstly, the female shall not accept anyone aid, specially the kunoichi, claiming to be more than skilled enough to just be aided by the art of genjutsu, while the blue one exclaimed that they needed to move with more caution and plan it better than what Coco just said, certainly, the correct answer was just in the middle of them both, probably the answer that would come from Seidou himself, what Coco had already stated.

Continuing with surprise, the so proclaimed emmisary of God would speak, proud of his own skills claiming to be reay to get the title of Jounin, who by the looks and reactions he made was kind of competitive towards the only Jounin in there.

"..."

A silent laught would came out of the female's mouth by the moment the white haired man shall express his superiority towards the others, specially by the time he suggested for the medic in front of them not being capable enough to hold such title. Statement that soon was answered back by him with another touch of sarcasm. As for Jin, he would act pretty much as Rosario herself, remain quite and act as a witness of the events.

Soon, by looking at the map was using to mark Sunagakure, Rosario knew that the location was retrieved even before she could go onto the mission, meaning the map was no longer needed. Slowly, getting closer as the other two would probably continue with their verbal passive fight, the kunoichi shall take a map from within her own pouch and place on the desk the Tsuchikage was.

Said map was the one used for the mission that was never finished, or even started, without no more need for it, the Tsuchikage had the right to keep it on the treasury if wanted.

Letting the present slip from his focus, he'd slide a hand through his hair as he took a radio headset into his right hand. Hmmm, it seemed quite more useful than your average hand held radio...even by far more useful! Rubbing his smooth throat with his free hand he'd take in the sight of what the others reactions had been...Quite, calm and not even everyone had reacted "appropriately". Shrugging his shoulders, he'd begin to make his own exit from the room, he had nothing to argue with, the Tsuchikage's plan for him in the attack fit properly. With a faint wave, he made his exit.
