Juugokusotsu ("Gentle Hell Tormenting Devil")
Rank: S
Type: Offensive / Kekkei Genkai
Range: Self
Handseals: 1
Chakra: x2 High + See Special.
Special: Causes an opponent to lose the equivalent amount of chakra from this technique that is placed into it by the user (after the user pays the initial cost to use the 'Naitome' technique), from every point on their tenketsu system simultaneously for one turn. Makes the utilization of chakra molding techniques impossible during that turn. However, as this essentially causes a burst of chakra within the target when it is used, it summarily frees the opponent from any binding technique that may have held them, as well as any genjutsu used on them beforehand. Can only be performed by making direct physical contact with the opponent. Takes one full turn to prepare; must hold "Bird" handseal for the duration of prep time. Can only be used once per thread per retraining. If the formation of the handseal is disturbed at any time, the user loses twice the amount of chakra that they've placed into it, and suffers all subsequent negative effects.
Description: Through the possession of both Byakugan and Sharingan kekkei genkai's, the user is able to penetrate beyond the flow of chakra and target an opponents tenketsu in conjunction with the "Naitome" technique, allowing its vicious properties to be guided past the skin and applied directly to the chakra circulatory system. This temporarily 'burns out' the tenketsu, creating an overload which causes them to immediately leak chakra, losing the ability to control its molding for the usage of techniques in the process. Though the opponent quickly recovers, the loss of vital chakra can turn the tide in battle rather quickly, even though Akuharu suffers the same loss as well. If this technique is performed while the opponent is in the process of performing a technique, the chakra fueling their technique dissipates harmlessly.
Domain: Sharingan, Byakugan, "Naitome" Technique. Akuharu Uchiha.
