Description: Little Ayane has gone missing yet again. Lady Haruni can't seem to keep her in one place. Normally this would be considered important. However Ayane isn't a child, but rather, a cat that likes to run away from time to time and venture the village.
Obective: Catch Ayane and bring her back to the client.
Reward: 100 EXP and 500 Ryo

As Kirito left the Hokage tower, he sighed as this realizes he's about to engage on this bogus mission. Looking to his left, then his right. He takes another look at the scroll and looks for the location, his eyes traced it until he found the spot. Rolling the scroll up and placing it in his ninja pouch, he turned to his right and started walking. As his snake like skin caught the attention of the people around him, he smiled on the inside but showed no emotions on the outside. His ninja sandals clicking as his feet touched the ground, and his katana swinging as he arms swung with the motion of his walking.

The sounds of children playing, laughter, and peace is what made him happy. To see the village in peace is all he wants, but he can't deny his thirst for battle. Snapping back to his mission, he turned when he was near the west part of the village, he saw a park. Walking towards it he sees a black cat run by his feet. He stopped before the cat came near, he noticed the cat but didn't think anything of it. After the cat was gone, he continues walking through the park. The kids would look at him, and some would point as they asked their parents what he is. Kirito wasn't mad but rather sad about it.

"(I wish they wouldn't point at me, it's very disrespectful.)" the expression on his face was blank. He never shows his emotions. As his stroll through the park came to an end, he saw a little shack. He sighed again as he knew what he was about to get into to. Stepping in front of the door, he raised his right hand as a fist, he sighed once more, then knocked three times. He waited a few seconds then knocked three more times with a little force. He didn't hear anything again. He knocked loud enough for everyone on the opposite side of the door to hear. He could hear footsteps coming towards the door.

As the knob turned he stepped back and watched as the door opened, he could see the inside and it was dim. The lady stood behind the door with a sad sound and voice. "Yes..." Noticing the headband wrapped around his forehead, she knew he was the ninja she requested for. She couldn't really see his face or snake skin from behind the door, "Her name is Ayane. I don't know why she would run away from me, I gave her everything she wanted. I-I" She stopped talking and moved from the door, Kirito didn't know if he was suppose to go inside, but before he did, she came back to the door with a picture. She handed him the picture.

Once he saw the picture, his eyes lit up and he knew he seen this cat before, but he didn't want to let her know. He bowed and turned his back to her. "I'll return shortly." He said with boldness. Walking away from the door, he knew he could've finished this mission. Now all he had to do was find that cat.

Not much of an entrance was necessary in this situation. Aikenshi had followed close behind the snake toned shinobi ahead of him. There was something he needed to find out... After all the child had spoken truthful. This thing was... "DISGUSTING.." An eyebrow lifting as the thought rang through his mind at first, and after he'd snap back into remembering why he had been here in the first place. A small breath slipping through his lips as he followed on would take him into the wonders of what was next. The feeling... It wasn't too extraordinary. It seemed as this would be a regular day.

A gaze to the one ahead (Kirito) through those ever blissful eyes of his would be delivered. A mere moment of silence after the week nonsense accompanying the mission he'd roamed into with this complete... stranger. *tch* He'd ring off, sucking his teeth; one of the most disgusting things a person could even do in his book; before folding his eyes and dropping his hands to his waist to speed past the fellow Konoha shinobi. Without much care he'd tilt his head back and turn his head to him as if he would open his eyes to make visual contact. This wasn't even half exciting for him, Aikenshi. Running boring errands like this? It wouldn't set his skill in the right direction.

"Aikenshi, Nara." he'd speak, quickly. The tone in his voice implied pure disappointment. In truth his ego was pushing him in the opposite direction, trying not to grin would he continue, "Let's get this over this. Whatever you are.. just don't touch me." The tone in his voice more serious now. Mama always told him don't talk to strangers, he hadn't a choice this time.

Kirito strolling around the park looking for the cat, was starting to become lame. He thought he had bored himself to death, walking nowhere until he'd find a little cat who probably ran away for better. "(Maybe the cat ran away because she was smuggling the cat too much. I wonder what it would be like as that cat for a day... Then maybe I'll see what it's like.)" Thinking to himself, as he looked around for the cat, he came across no hope. Roaming through the park like a lost child, he looked foolish and the children pointed and stared. Some ran from the direction Kirito was walking. He didn't mind this time, cause he was on a mission. Even if it was a lame mission. Having no luck, he finished his search on this side of the village.

He knew he had to search the whole village for this cat. Leaving the park, from the corner of his eye before he turned, he could see the kids returning to the playground, smelling to see if Kirito smelled. He sighed and shook his head in disappointment. Placing his hands in his pockets and walking, he continued walking, looking for the cat as he strolled. He noticed someone was walking faster than him, and that person turned to stare at Kirito. Immediate eye contact engaged as they stared at each other. Kirito's expression was a blank, but on the inside he was angry. His fists clenched in his pocket, "(What the hell is he staring at?)" The mystery man spoke. "Aikenshi, Nara" Kirito couldn't careless for his name or his allegiance to the Nara clan.

Obviously speaking his name meant he was a shinobi of Konoha. He was no harm to Kirito. "Let's get this over this. Whatever you are.. just don't touch me" This guy had some nerve, once more Kirito's expression was blank but on the inside he wanted to kick this Nara's ass. He noticed this guy must have the same mission as himself, he could sure use the help but not if this guy is going to be disrespectful. "Hmph." Kirito shrugged him off and contiued walking, looking for little Ayane. Although he was having no luck. This was going to be a long day.

This was sure to be entertaining and Aikenshi could tell from the very small remark give off by the fellow Leaf ninja. A pace increase was soon to kick in and the search would officially begin. As if he were a bad child forced to do chores out here, the Nara had his moments. Frustration accumulating within the very back of his mind all the while his eyes would stream across the scenery. His hands had remained along his waist, mind swallowing each and every thought on challenging the ninja following the path of the mission with him. A small chuckle leaving his lips - the look on his face sure. As if he'd been plotting, clowning Kirito in the mind as always. But it seemed none of this was necessary to an extent.

He would remain calm, this mission was most important... Not some eerie disgrace of a ninja. Clad fingers would lift from his side, the left hand rolling through his lightning locks, head keeling over for a look to the very earth beneath him. A deep breath and nothing but pure Visions for a future of blissful progress would keep him moving. Steps near silent as he moved with every intention of actually finding this cat. Surely it was boring but this was something it seemed clear that needed to be done. They were Genin after all; what was to be brought by a future of training and intensity... Things were about to jump up and explode if someone tried the Nara.

"I can't tell why you wanted to chase a cat..." he spoke, voice clear and full of sarcasm in his tone. What was he thinking though? To follow after a feline... at a time like this? I guess one had to start somewhere; though he would continue, "It's cool though... maybe you're just hungry." he would grin this time. His step pace would shorten as he sped up, eyes peering across this and that all the while the music of chirping birds would ring through the Leaf village Park, the fluttering of wings... The breath of Konoha - breathed by he himself. He would inhale before approaching a rather large tree, head tilting back where his Azure optics would scan up - No damn cat.

It seems now they were doing this mission as a team... As it may be. Kirito would look for the cat as his eyes scattered everything as he traveled across the village. He walked next to the stores, playgrounds, and buildings. No signs of the cat, this little feline was becoming a problem, although this could be a lesson too. Shinobi have to gather information on the littlest things, so this must be a lesson. Maybe this lady lets her cat run wild, just so the shinobi after it can see this as gathering information instead of a dumb errand. He thought about that idea in his head, as he stood still standing with his hand placed on his chin supported by his other arm. The cat was probably a ninja cat and the lady was maybe a ninja in disguise.

He snapped his fingers, and started to walk towards the playground again. Not paying any attention to the other shinobi accompaying him on the mission. The guy was searching for the cat. At least was putting in effort for the mission. Kirito was walking to the playground and he noticed how he was getting clues. As he was on a positive attitude. The Nara spoke out of his mouth again. "I can't tell why you wanted to chase a cat..." Kirito didn't feel any type of way, words doesn't effect the way he feels or thinks. This guys word were blank and meant nothing to him. He ignored the shinobi and kept searching for the cat. He saw the Nara come to a tree as he haulted.

Looking up at the tree at the same time, no sight of the cat. Kirito looked at the shinobi and shook his head. It was a disappointment and he knew this guy wasn't a shinobi, he was a mistake. His attitude reminisced of a child and he wasn't what Kirito would call a shinobi. This guy needs to be in front of a crowd performing stand up comedy instead of being a shinobi. While they both looked up at the tree, Kirito's nose picked up the scent of a familiar scent. This scent caught his eyes and he chased it, maybe the clicking sound of his shoes caught the other shinobi's attention, maybe he followed. Chasing the scent, the smell was getting closer. Maybe Kirito moved too fast for the shinobi to catch up to him.

When the scent closed he noticed the cat was atop of the lady's house. He sighed as he knew this was weird. Looking back to see if the Nara was behind him, he knocked on the door.

No response it seemed. Aikenshi had taken this to heart.. dearly. Such disrespect showered over him by the fool of an accomplice. The smug look smacked across his face dropped in mere seconds as he took the time to wonder to himself. Perching an eyebrow while he took the time to bring his palms together, fingers intertwining with one another. "I'll pray for this smuck of a fool." he would speak to ...himself? There was no more time for games however. It seemed as if everything that needed to be done would be done. At least everything but the fact that he still needed to catch up to the fellow shinobi. It was a bit awkward as could be seen by the expression sleeping over his face.

Aikenshi had remained idle and in place. Simply gazing for the one who had suddenly fled. Why exactly was unknown but surely things would be unveiled in due time. The young Nara himself would enjoy every moment of it no matter the amount of filth he'd find dealing with the sick cycle of life. He'd breathe slowly. His heels clicking before he'd take off in a rush through the path Kirito had swept himself through. Eyes bouncing across the village as he dipped and swayed on with his search. The faster things got taken care of, the better off things would be. Boredom killed and this, "Is BULLSHIT!" he'd shout continuing on in a sprint. It seemed as though this had been the only time where a decent breeze would satisfy the Nara as a resident here.

In truth there was no intention of stopping no matter what jumped in his way. A mission was supposed to be taken as a team in the eyes of this young fool no matter how much of an ass he had been to an ally of his. His lips would curve to his thoughts. He was absolutely fine with being that oddball to fuck up a stranger's day at times; this time however, only because he seemed to be an ally (Kirito). Jaw tightening as he peered on through the distance to finally take sight of his target. There was no doubt about it here... He bring himself to an abrupt halt. Heels taken to the dirt beneath as he headed into a short skid stopping just a meter from the one who'd found the cat.

"Tch..." he'd part his lips momentarily before squinting his eyes, hand at his waist. He would being to wonder what had gone wrong and than it hit him, "You want all the credit for this, eh?" this was no sarcasm, but dear seriousness. It was almost funny but in the back of Aikenshi's mind he hadn't a choice but to to what he was, "Next time tell me. What are you anyway?" Simply Curious.

After Kirito knocked on the door, he could hear the footsteps of the other shinobi who accompanied him on the mission. Smirking as the guys words still meant nothing, he continued knocking on the door. The man obviously felt disrespected or not important if leaving him behind meant that much to him. His words probably didn't mean anything until he asked what he was. Kirito wasn't going to answer, but maybe he really didn't know what he was. Kirito turned to him, then sighed. "My name is Kirito. What I am is half human, half snake. My clan I don't know of their whereabouts. I don't know if they're alive or if they're dead. Maybe they're hiding in the shadows, I don't know. The history of my clan is unknown, all I know is I was born to this village. Who knows where I would've ended up if I wasn't. My allegiance is the Hidden Leaf Village. You are seen as my ally since we're from the same village, if you think you're better or betray this village. You become my enemy and I will hunt you down."

Kirito said everything with a blank expression and he spoke the truth. He turned around and knocked on the door again. He could hear footsteps getting louder to the door. He stepped back and the knob turned. The door opened and the lady opened it to where only a part of her head was seen. She looked at Kirito and seen another shinobi behind his left shoulder. She seen Kirito holding the cat, her eyes widened. She was happy as bright as the sun. She pulled the door open and grabbed her cat from Kirito's hands. She snuggled and cuddled her cat. The cat purred in her arms. Once the lady gazed at Kirito's appearance for the first time, she was shakened. His snake skin gave her boost bumps and his eyes felt like they pierced through her skin. As if he were looking into her soul. She thanked the both of them and closed her door, without saying a word. Kirito turned to the Nara and he nodded. "Good day. I'll be seeing you soon on other missions, I assume." Kirito headed towards the Hokage tower to publish the mission.

Aikenshi could all but smile at the words spoken to him. It seemed the Kage-Hebi guy had gotten a bit serious around this point in time hm? There wasn't much more for the Nara to speak on but at least the fool had the smarts to reveal his name. Grinning slightly as he turned from the ally of his would he lift his hand in the air to wave, turning. "We're done here... Oh and 'kay" as if he hadn't even cared... Things would fall in place.
