The explosive range caps at 15 meters, but can be retrained for usage an indefinite amount of times. Each 2nd retraining of the technique stacks it's cost.
Description: Zukokku is a Katon based Ninjutsu technique used to take an enemy by surprise. Naturally, Zukokku takes the appearance of a small fireball, which can travel far, and then when it comes into contact within something it'll erupt into a large firestorm. The fierce fire engulfing whatever is within it's range and drowning it in a sea of flames. Zukokku is known to spread far and wide along the ground, and cause a lot of damage with it's destructive force.

Special: The range of Atsugai is 10 meters, though can be increased by 1 meter and usage each time retrained. The range caps at 20 meters, though the usage of the technique is indefinite. The knock-back is 5 meters. Each 2nd retraining of the technique stacks it's cost.
Description: Atsugai is a Fuuton based Ninjutsu technique used to overwhelm your opponent(s). Atsugai creates a powerful, tornado-like mass compressed until it has a very high density and then released. This technique is so powerful that it is able to knock anyone off of their feet, despite if chakra is used to enhance their footing and balance. The wind blast itself possesses a powerful cutting ability for those who are trapped inside of the range of the blast, tearing them apart until they are nothing but shreds. While the one's upon the outside of the blast will be knocked back by the powerful winds, even if they are out of the immediate range of the attack. The destructive force of this technique is comparable to a hurricane.

These seem pretty okay, though their destructive capabilities with the added fact they can be retrained to be even more so almost garner the necessity of being higher ranked, imo. The first one should definitely be an A-ranked technique.

Well, I just got their ranks and stuff straight from the Naruto Wikia / Leaf Ninja. I tried to keep them close to canon by making them B-rank, with the seals listed, and destructive nature. But, I can boost them up to A-rank.

I have two problems with this:

¹. Personally, I don't see the difference between this technique and Kamaitachi besides the fact that the latter is used with a weapon. They both generally do the same thing: I.E knocking people up and way with the wind, the slicing/cutting effect. Frankly, I don't see the point in having two different technqiue's doing exactly the same thing.

². Regardless, the handseals amount needs to be bumped up a great deal, even for your first technique. You will never find a technique this strong (And destructive) with only one handseal needed to have it manifest.

Well, there is more than that to it. While Kamaitachi is primarily based on cutting, and that of a singular target, Atsugai is an area devastating technique. So devastating and powerful that one doesn't have to be within range of the technique and can be still pushed back and off of their feet (i.e. shikamaru and chouji). Also, the technique isn't really focused on cutting and slicing (I just added that in because all Fuuton just cuts/slices things up, that's in it's nature, like how all Katon jutsu burns things), it's more so blowing everything within it and around it away to level the field. Most Fuuton techniques don't do what Atsugai does, or we haven't really seen any on the destructive level of Atsugai.

I can bump up the handseals to higher levels.

So.....aim Kamaitachi at the ground, and it basically, does the exact same thing, right? Also....whut? How can you not be in range of something, and still be pushed back by it? That would just mean it had a ridiculously long range.

Okay, I removed Atsugai, but I might as well remove Zukokku too. Atsugai is a stronger, larger, and more destructive technique than Kamatachi, it is even stronger than the Dai Kamaitachi. Naitome says if you aim the Kamaitachi at the ground you would get the same affect as Atsugai. So, then that means, by firing the technique at an opponents surrounding, rather than a specific target can also produce the same effects as Dai Kamaitachi. If that would be the case, then why the need for the greater version? The reasoning can't be simply because it is canon, since Atsugai would be canon too. Hopefully, the reason won't be because it is more intense and has a bigger range, because Atsugai surpasses both all around. There might or might not be multiple techniques that work the same way, so maybe we don't need techniques that are repetitive in trees. Like the multiple-gust, wind-cutting, vacuum techniques.

Zukokku does the same as a few other Katon techniques as well, it just has a much larger range and is far more destructive. So, techniques like Mist Waltz, Great Dragon Fire Technique, Great Fireball, or Burning Ash Accumulation. All of those are just a few techniques that create explosions in their aftermath. But, before the explosion, it takes the form of a fireball. . . I wonder how many fireball techniques we have. . . But, I am just saying, the difference between Zukokku and other jutsu like it is that it has a much larger range and far more destructive. If the site doesn't want anymore techniques like this, it's fine. We already have a lot of techniques that do the same thing anyway.
