Description: The new Ichiraku Ramen shop is always bustling with business. As such, they often times run out of ingrediants and help with making enough ramen for their hungry customers. Run by only two people they occasionally need the assistance of the ever so energetic shinobi of Konoha.
Obective: Help the shop owners make and deliver ramen to their humble and hungry customers while they are out collecting ingrediants for more.
Reward: 100 EXP and 500 Ryo

Kirito left the Hokage tower and looked to his right, then his left. He looked at the scroll to make sure this is the mission he really wanted to take on. He sees that their is no turning back when you are requested a mission or given permission to take on a mission that plenty of others could've chose. The Hokage let him take on this mission, cause he was the chosen one, the right one for the misson. He looked at to his left once more, then his right. He rolled up the scroll and placed it in his ninja pouch. He turned to his left and started his stroll to the Ichiraku ramen shop.

As he began his stroll, a kid was crying and nobody was paying the child any attention. Since Kirito is a fellow and loyal shinobi to Konoha, he walked over to the child. Guessing and always thinking in his head, the kid looked young, around the two through seven year age. He kneeled down on one knee and swallowed to gather his breathe, so the child won't look at him as a freak. "Hey, excuse me. Are you lost?" Kirito asked with honest respect for the child and with honesty. The child stopped rubbing the tears from his eyes and got a good look at Kirito. Once he gazed in Kirito's appearance, the child screamed.

Kirito quickly stood to his feet and speed walked to the next store a few blocks away from the child. As he kept walking he saw a creek between two buildings and he quickly hid between them. Listening to the people of the village call him names hurt, since he was the one protecting them while he puts his life on the line for them everyday. He shook it off and kept walking. As he soon approached the new Ichiraku Ramen Shop, he stopped. He could smell the salty scent of the noodles mixed with the juicy flavors of the Ramen. The scent was making him hungry.

He walked towards the shop with food on his mind. Stepping inside, he saw two workers. He bowed then showed them the scroll of the mission he was taking on himself. The man couldn't care about Kirito's appearance. Kirito's skin felt goosebumps as he never heard or seen someone be cool with his appearance. The man pulled out several bags with numbers written on them. He wondered what was inside. The man handed him one bag as he wanted to taste the bag, then he remembered that he's not that type of snake. "These bags you see here, are deliverys. You will delivery these orders to the customers by this time... I have two more to cook. You and your partner are going to delivery these orders, before the food gets cold and I lose customers."

Kirito realized he didn't have a comrade to accompany him on the mission. On the inside he was thinking of a strategy. He could really use someones help. The owner of the ramen shop stared as he couldn't tell if Kirito heard a word he said, or he wasn't listening. "You heard me?" Kirito realize he was being spoke to. He shook his head and the owner placed the bag in front of him. Kirito needed a plan to do this mission. He was hoping to do this mission himself, but the owner insists that he has a partner so the work can get done faster, and bring in more food. Kirito kept as he tried to slow down time.

It had taken but a little while but as always, Aikenshi would make his entrance. A closed fist lifted to his face while he took a moment to clear his throat. It was more of a gesture to let Kirito know he had shown his face just in time it seemed. After all it didn't really seem like the Kage-Hebi could slither his way through this one alone. He'd breathe slowly before taking a step forward and than moved in to stand by the Konoha shinobi's side with but a cynical sneer playing on his face. It was the same as before.. this guy was hasty and it wouldn't get him anywhere but put into a box. Always quick and in a hurry to get things done, leaving the Nara behind hm? Facing the owner of this place would Aikenshi cut his eyes to the left for a mere gaze for Kirito.

"Trying to be fast, eh?" he'd speak quickly, his question in the air for mere moments. Like he'd drop the shinobi into a dream just by having him gaze for his own Azure optics - not a single flaw roaming the waters before him. This was but another mission soon to be completed by the duo yet again. It wasn't common for the Nara to waltz into the same being twice and not blow them off but this guy seemed a bit out of place. This might have actually been a good thing this time around. He'd been in wonder for some time now and it seemed to be growing clear for him. The thoughts he'd been placing together like a puzzle in the dark. There was no doubt in his mind he wanted skill and it would only begin here.

Bringing his palms together for a clap, he'd sneer harder before speaking in a bit of an aggressive tone, "I'll help him out, so let's DO THIS!" Jaw tightening as he let his passion for progression to take him into the dirtiest pit known to man. What would be a sure reason to take a step back now? There was none. Everything done here on out would be done with all efforts necessary, one hundred percent - no slacking. This was the beginning of a new day and this intense slug was definitely all for 'new'. His attention was left to the owner now where his hands would still hover before his chest, palms together. What was to be waited for now? Nothing but the start of this here mission if everything was okay.

Kirito wasn't sure how he was going to take on this mission with a partner since he's not in a squad or team with anyone. He knew he could do the mission alone. Why did the owner have to add this stipulation. Kirito wanted to abandon this mission as soon as possible and take on another mission, this was starting to become lame. He knew he's a loyal shinobi to Konoha, so he couldn't possibly do that. He stood to his feet as he cleaned off the seat he was sitting in. He took a deep breath in and breathed out slowly. He sighed, then grabbed one of the ramen bags. Why was he doing it?

Even he didn't know what he was doing at the time. When he was about to make a fool of himself, the unthinkable happens. Kirito could see from the right side of him, he could see someone has arrived. He couldn't really make out who it was, not until the person spoke. "Trying to be fast, eh?" The voice sounded familiar. He klnew from that moment it was that troublesome Nara from the last mission. He kinda felt at ease now that someone arrived, but was he going to help Kirito. Kirito doesn't like to beg or ask someone for things, it's not how he functions... Unless it's the Hokage.

"I'll help him out, so let's DO THIS!" The Nara spoke again comfirming he would be a part of this mission. Kirito counted the bags. There were ten bags. He grabbed five bags and handed them to Aikenshi. He didn't make eye contact with him because he was too busy staring at the bags trying to control his hunger. "These five bags are yours. You will deliver these to the customers at their address. The other five bags I will take care of them." Kirito spoke calmly and as always held no expression on his face as he spoke. After he finished talking, he made eye contact with the Nara.

His amber snake eyes always scare the people who give Kirito eye contact. What if this guy was scared? Maybe he was or not. He's a shinobi and shinobi aren't scared of anything. Kirito looked at the ramen shop owener, "I won't fail you. These orders will make it safely to their destinations. I'll return shortly." Kirito grabbed the five bags and left the ramen shop. Taking one bag into his left hand, he looked at the address written on the bag. He knew where this place was and headed towards it.

So this was it huh? All that was actually left was for the duo to do was deliver these here Meals and presto! They'd be done in no time. Unfortunately this didn't satisfy the tastes of the Nara but this wasn't a pick and choose thing. It was just here, something he'd stumbled across yet again and he had taken his moment to volunteer. Clenching the five bags he'd been handed firmly in that of a rough manner with his right hand; his attention would shift from the owner over to Kirito. As always he was ready to move and get things finished up even before they started and this in the eyes of Aikenshi did seem to be a bit hasty as well, again he had left him behind.

Tch, but a moment would pass where he'd stand idle just glaring into the expression left on the Kage-Hebi's face as he spoke on. There wasn't much interest in what was being spoken but it was a brief moment of speech so no dire action necessarily needed to be made. This was just another day as a shinobi working with the one known as Kirito. Ah it truly did start to seem like bullshit or better said in a spectator's words "the beginning of a blissful freindship."

The Nara's eyes would fall shut momentarily while he began parting his lips for a deep breath for new beginnings. It was clear this was it for the growing teen. Kirito had taken his leave by this time and all was left to the shadow manipulative Aikenshi standing in play. As always. With a click of the heels would he twist to the entrance of the shop and make his way to completing these dear worthless deliveries as quickly as he possibly could for the sake of his own humanity. Swift steps would carry him on all the while his thoughts would run wild. Eyes lingering on the tag dangling from the bag held to his face with his left hand. This was but the first Meal he'd need to get rid of and fast. This was a business thing he had gotten himself involved in and slacking was far from tolerant.

With the address fresh in mind now, his speed would kick up. Smooth azure beads locking for the path he'd begun treading - until a decent route for his first ramen delivery could be found. His heart was all but dancing to the standard beat of the drum for his hunger would being to kick in. He couldn't deny it now and nearly almost caved in on what he'd not been supposed to do. The pure aroma of the ramen had him on edge. As if he had never caught the scent of ANYTHING like it. Surely this was what some people would take the time to describe as, say original? "Damnit.." his voice would sound off and his eyes dropping to the bagged meal for but a moment.

There wasn't much of a choice here that he could make to turn things into his favor. Hell, had he known the mission would revolve around something as tasteful as this than plans would've been mad ahead of time for a little chow to be digested. The clutter in these streets was damn frustrating. Bouncing from one place to the next in all but a calm smooth manner... All for the love of a future. This was rather acceptable when considering such. His fast paced walk would turn further into a sprint and sooner than later he would make his arrival.

After leaving the ramen shop, Kirito headed towards the first building where the hungry customer is awaiting his food. Kirito would walk pass people and the aroma of the food would cross his nose.The scent sent chills all over his body, he was trying his best to not have himself a good meal. While walking, he realized he was drooling. The drool traveled down from his lip to his chin, wiping the drool with his finger he looked around to see if anyone saw him drooling. Kirito was hungry and was hoping to get some food before he started the mission. To stop himself from starving, he picked up the speed of his walking.

His ninja shoes clicking against the ground making a loud noise for anyone five meters away to hear. The aroma was driving him crazy. He started to run. The building wasn't far from where he was. While holding the other four bags in his other hand, he knew none of the food was going to spill out, because they were in a bag. Kirito began to jump to the rooftops. Speeding past the clotheslines with wet clothes drying, he wanted to make sure this mission was a success, plus he wanted to eat. While running he could hear the ramen splashing around on the inside of the bag but still in the bowl.

The thought of himself eating the food wouldn't be right and sanitary. He stopped and dropped to the ground. He turned to his left and saw a man standing in front of his house. Kirito didn't want to freak out the man, he breathed in slow. Walking towards him with the bag held out. The man saw Kirito coming towards him with a bag. The man was confused and wasn't sure it was. "Here's the ramen you ordered, sir." The man was frightened but hungry. He handed Kirito the money quickly and went inside to eat. Kirito turned around and checked the address on the bag. He knew the area and all the orders were in the same area. He ran to the next house a few houses from the house, he just visited.

A thought popped in his head, what if the Nara is already done. Kirito picked up his speed again. He came to his destination and he knocked on the door. He waited a few seconds, then knocked once more. Footsteps could be heard coming to the door. It opened and two little kids looked up at Kirito. Kirito handed them the bag, and the parents came to the door. They handed him the money and thanked him. He bowed and they slammed the door in his face. He sighed once more. Turning to the sun, he looked at the next address and headed to where the hungry customer was.

Fighting against the refreshing breeze of Konoha was clearly exciting in this little rush he'd taken himself into. This could be told by the lit expression sitting over Aikenshi's face as his eyes leaped from restaurant to home, no halt in his search. The Ramen was still clenched tight in his right hand, however just four. There would remain a single bag in his left. It was relevant that he be able to move at such a speed and keep his eyes open for a single structure with an address he'd been looking to find. It was a bit boring but pushing yourself into things that weren't all that exciting could teach one a deal of things. Unfortunately Aikenshi could care less.. maybe.

"I'll have this done in no time!" he'd speak off to himself quickly. Never slowing himself down by the slightest and this.. it could have of course been deemed typical of him. It was only a matter of time before he started hopping and leaping over stands and even children a bit reckless but it hadn't mattered to him. The Nara was on a mission and that was his only concern. Who exactly he was looking for was far from known but within a moments' notice would he bring his heels deep into the dirt below and slide into a sure stop. His eyes had been locked over a group conversating amongst themselves.

"YO!" he'd shout toward them before tossing his arm through the air... "CATCH!" and with a slight grin, he'd click off. Not caring to see whether they'd caught the delivery or not. Of course it wasn't much of an intelligent thing to do but at this point it didn't matter. Fast was better no? At least it was hot and not tampered with. The young Nara had absolutely no respect for the deliveries and whether he would come find himself stuck in a pit of shame for such a mindset was unknown yet highly unlikely in his eyes. He was feeling like an errand boy so the deed would be done as he saw fit... Shameful.

This wouldn't stop him from getting this done however. There was no time for games here.. There were goals that needed to be met and each one held a smooth feeling that would brighten not only the mind of the intriguing ninja but also his experience; tch, maybe even the skill level he'd been sitting on. The bags clenched would be separated for a second time. His eyes bouncing from the first to the next a bit quickly. Four more and home was the next place he'd be. He was sure this could never be attempted again.

Kirito already finished two orders. He needed to deliver the last three before he could return to the ramen shop. He read the address written on the bag and he was running now. He thought of the fact that maybe the Nara was faster than himself. He didn't want to be the last one to finish the deliveries. He was running at full speed and didn't want to be late with his delivery. He saw how the childeren moved out of the way, and older people of the village stared at him. Some of them were scared he was going to eat them. Kirito didn't pay them any attention, he was trying to complete his mission.

Turning right at the next building, he saw a man waiting for his food. The man was jumping and had the taste for ramen. Kirito handed him the bag and the man paid him. He bowed and looked down at the address written on the bag, he jumped onto the rooftop of the building. Looking to his left and right. He could see the sun. The view that he was looking at, it made him feel at ease. He stopped what he was doing and took everything in. The sounds of the birds chirping, the childrens laughter, then it hit him. The scent of ramen, his taste buds were craving ramen. He knew he was doing something wrong.

He remembered what he had to do, and then he ran across the rooftops. He jumped from building to building. He saw that he was doing a good job. He wanted this mission to end cause the hunger was killing him on the inside as he wanted to eat all the ramen for himself, and leave the customers hungry. He wasn't going to do that, he was a fellow shinobi of Konoha. He knew the customers needed food and he would have to wait. He knew he needed to control his hunger. He wanted to show how responsible he can be as a shinobi. He had more than enough time to finish the mission.

The last two bags were full of ramen and people needed to eat. Kirito needed to be done with this mission. His skin felt sweaty and his mouth was hungry for ramen. A man shouted out to him, and called for the ramen. He looked at the bag and looked at the address, then looked at the building. He almost ran past his destination. He handed the man his order of ramen and went on with his business. Kirito had one bag of ramen left. He was getting tired but he was a delivery boy for the day. This time, Kirito was walking since the next destination was in walking distance.

He could see the man twenty meters away, he walked up to him and passed him the last bag of ramen. Handing over the bag, the man thanked him and paid him. Kirito bowed and walked all the way to the ramen shop. Entering, he could see that he was the first one there. The owner looked at Kirito and smirked. "Hmph. Your the first one back, good to see that you kept your word. Now only if your partner returns, then your mission will be complete." The man slid a bowl of ramen down to Kirito. Kirito's eyes lit up, he was confused but understood. The man smiled at him, Kirito bowed his head, then he separated his chopsticks and started to eat his ramen, until the troublesome Nara returns.

By far tired of the nonsense that this mission had begun bringing along; Aikenshi made his way through the village with the last few bags of ramen to be delivered within his grasp. At this point he had slowed his pace to make that of a jog worth the while as he eyed on for the next customer. Surely this was just a minor set-back for him today. This wasn't actually something he'd pull through with. He had been able to tell that the contents within each of the bags had gotten cold by now and he didn't even LOOK like he cared about it. It could be because he probably didn't.

"Here I am, the delivery boy.." he'd speak quickly as he continued. Brows lowering as he screwed his face up to satisfy the curious spectators he been sprinting past all day without a care in the world and a grin on his face. Beggers couldn't be choosers and in this situation all Aikenshi wanted was to choose.. all over again. This was something he'd quickly grown tired of - the delivery boy idea - It wasn't necessarily a plus in his book. There was no need to deny the fact that this mission was more important than even Training at some points in time. Everything here no matter the hindrance, was necessary.

The sun would begin to take its fall, and the young Nara was still pressing his luck this time with a single bag of ramen left. A deep breath taken before he stepped off and cut toward the next destination set him into a relaxed state - sort of, "Where the hell is it?" his voice had sparked and caught the attention of quite a few around him. All of them gazing for the Genin as if he'd been from another planet. He himself would stand idle for quite a few moments before someone would step through the mass silence and speak with a smile, yet the look in his eyes would scream that he'd been infuriated.. Anger issues much?

"You took long enough. You the ramen boy?" the mand would speak, taller than Aikenshi by quite a bit much in but an onyx kimono...bald. The wonders of what the hell he was thinking could be the only thing pushing through the mind of this Genin warrior, a look of awe - disappointment plaguing him. The faster he tried to speak, the more he'd get his mind twisted over what he actually needed to say due to the simple fact he actually felt the urge to Laugh crawling through his gut. It's not everyday you see a guy in broad day wearing an onyx kimono and flip flops - or was it just him who hadn't gotten out enough? "Dude...just take the order." Aikenshi would speak, his arm fully extended with intent on hand the ramen over.

In moments, he'd do as needed and part meeting back with Kirito at the shop with haste, "We're done." he'd speak off before turning his back and tossing a backhand wave as he walked out.

Kirito was enjoying the salty bowl filled with ramen. His taste buds would burst into a million tiny surprises as his mouth felt the deliciousness of the ramen. The noodles and juicy salt flavor, marinated in his mouth. With each sip and swallow of the ramen, he could feel the hot juice steam down his body. It kinda felt like he was resting in a hot bath, the kind that always calms his mind down, when he thinks alot. While eating the owner looked down at Kirito and slid him another bowl before he could finish the first one. Kirito was delighted and bowed his head with a mouth full of noodles. After two more bites, he finished the first bowl. He looked at the second bowl and dug into it quick. It seems that he finished the second bowl faster than the first one.

After finishing two bowls of ramen, he took a deep breath which brought up the hot steam from the juice, and he could taste the flavor of ramen on his breath. Kirito bowed his head. "Thank you. I am forever greatful." The owner of the ramen shop nodded as he continued to make more ramen for the hungry customers. As Kirito closed his eyes, he could hear footsteps coming towards the ramen shop. He turned his head to see who it was. The troublesome Nara stepped in. "We're done." He turned and walked off without thanking the ramen shop owner. Kirito shook his head, but knew the troublesome Nara was doing his job, just like Kirito. Sighing once more, he looked up to the ramen shop owner, "Forgive him on my behalf." Kirito stood to his feet and bowed his head. The ramen shop owner bowed his head, and knew he was on his way.
