As if a god-gifted entity the chiatsuki stood in silence like a statue; in fact.. if it weren't for his long and fortuitous hair he would have surely gotten away with it. In a red and gold kimono the demon awaited his opponents like a hawk watches a mouse atop the tallest tree (furthest to the left on map).

This made absolutely no sense. I was to fight in a contest of wills which made absolutely no sense at all. I waited at the edge of the small island ( lower right corner of map ) crouching down putting my hand into the water. The hozuki cells inside of my genetic's wanted nothing more then to jump inside, and hydrate my entire body, but the dominate uchiha cells said to utterly and completely destroy everything. I picked myself up becoming fully erect as time had wore down to the ignition time. I stretched a little while checking all the equipment upon my person -- it didn't take but a few glances to know I had it all.

"This is gonna be something I'll remember for a little bit-- get drunk --then wonder why I have scars." I was completely serious about that since I was the weakest person probably in this small battle. Yet my nerves were hard as freaking adamantium thanks to the words of encouragement forever etched into my mind by Onii-san Ashura. I was the uchiha's Ouji, and I damn well better act like such. I placed my hands over themselves on my chest, shrugging away all of my fears. I could faintly make out another figure in the distance -- I wasn't sure if it was a foe or ally, but hey I was always at the ready so none of that shit even mattered. I closed my eyes for a little bit listening to the winds, it was time for battling not talking.

It surely felt calm for one to experience such a sight from mountainous heights – but for the one they called MOESASHI it was nothing but a daft breeze and a clear view of the ground beneath him. He also saw his opponent clearly twenty five meters ahead of the tree he was using. A moment would pass Just before his hands collided – a bold scowl would replace his smock grin as he then fell from the tree in hopes to decreasing the time of descent. His feet would meet with the ground in only around three seconds or so; the perfect amount of time for him to have strung his set of seals beforehand. It would be only after his land would moesashi dart directly ahead, his sharingan^mangekyou would emanate swiftly from their onyx pools as the battle shortly began.

I opened my eyes, they saw the world anew¹ which was much clearer then anything else. I watched my opponent descend from his positioning, I pulled from my pocket my favorite Shuāng biāoqiān kunai² from villages knockoff district. I threw the kunai with all the strength I was allowed."You're done" I felt awesome at that exact moment with my adrenaline pumping really hard.

I didn't stay stationary for long as I moved before I said my first syllable to the right side of myself walking along the waters edge. This bastard didn't think he was gonna even get in my face. I was gonna blast him with the ultimate suiton technique ever created, but it would take allot of time to do so, so I continued my hand-seals on the waters surface traversing it. I was heading in a direction towards him, but using the waters route instead of a straight on assualt.

He may have thrown as hard and as swiftly as he could, however, Moesashi reacted as if already predetermining the boys actions after seeing him reach into his pockets. Moesashi took this as a gesture of conjuring some sort of material object, one that was either going to be thrown or consumed at his opponents expense. His eyes burned in dismal as he watched the kunai proceed, not yet fully conjuring to the full path of his mangekyou which seemed to be leering through both the kunai and the boy¹. The chuunin suspected the kunai, travelling at a mere 5 mps, wouldn’t have reached him in the time it took him to land. The fourth stage easily saw through what was coming and the agility and preciseness of Moesashi would have allowed him to move out of the opponents projected course, casting the illusion that nothing had already happened.

With little to no effort at all he would begin to leap in a path diagonal from his opponent as his eyes clearly manifested into the form of shuriken daggers; their attention manifested behind his opponents head. In the instance he would have spotted the opening, without sound, would a portal have opened and closed right in front of the chuunins eyes, instantly snatching the kunai from its ascent ahead. It would re-open just moments into the genin’s retreat with the same speed and velocity it was thrown at [5mps]. It wouldn’t matter whether or not his opponent saw what was coming or not because Moesashi was already closer to victory than his opponent would have expected. As his foosteps nearing his opponents left continued, his elongated sequence of seals² would as well.
