• Uchiha- One of the most prestigious clans and bloodlines to have passed through the ninja world, the Uchiha Clan were one of the founding noble families of Konohagakure no Sato, making the Hidden Leaf famous - and to many, infamous - for their talents. The clan itself is said to be descended from the Hyuuga clan who possess the Byakugan bloodline and further back to be the heirs of the Rikudou Sennin's eldest son, who is said to have received his father's "eyes" and with it his powerful chakra and spiritual energy. Because their clan possessed the Sharingan or "Wheel Eye," the Uchiha excelled at being able to read and fend off attackers.
  
  Select few members of the Uchiha clan possess the ability to activate the bloodline Sharingan, making it a highly rare, recessive gene tucked away only within a chosen few. This doujutsu gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and see the tricks and movements required to be able to complete it. However the clan member can not copy techniques which are unique to another bloodline. It also gives one the ability to cast jutsu techniques only possible by possessing the eye. • Katon- or 'Fire Element', takes the form of fire based attacks, allowing the user to birth these flames out of thin air. Ranging from fireballs and other focused projectiles, to wide, extended flame throwing and overall area of attack jutsu, Katon is typically a specialized offensive element, and excellent for short to mid-range attacks.
  
  
• Raiton- or 'Lightning Element', takes the form of electrical and lightning based attacks. An affinity based on electricity created by oneself, it grants the user the power to alter various elements of nature carrying some sort of electrical charge. Raiton jutsu usually involve shocking, blinding, paralysis, and other quick strikes and ailments. When used in conjunction with metal based weapons, the power becomes amplified. While not a useful release for defensive purpose, its offensive prowess is what makes it a deadly and effective. Finally, lightning is most effective for middle to long-range attacks.

Fearless. Intimidation is nullified as perpetual courage takes its place amongst the ranks of Hitokage's mental psychosis. Granted, the history of the Uchiha –tragic and lamentable as it may be –engraves a uniquely proud opinion of his culture and grants the greatest respect unto those few that remain in it. Parallel to this, it is given but also received. Hitokage is equipped with an unwavering confidence unto himself and his high expectant future; an aspiration –alike many others –to one day become the renowned legend of Kumogakure. Although, unalike self-righteousness, Hitokage manages to elude entirely the "self-absorbed bubble" syndrome which can be diluted down to his theory that the world certainly does not revolve around him. He explicitly expresses the idea and otherwise repulses anything other than. Confidence and arrogance are far from related in his particular case as his conditional respect for himself and the Uchiha bloodline remains an inward regard, concealed mostly by his calm demeanor and layered by a loud obsession for a gut splitting laugh.

A rather whimsical nature was bestowed upon the Uchiha as his ability to laugh is comparable to few. Hitokage, although careful with his words, tends to be without care amid his uncontrolled laugh, and a bar stool mentality if in the appropriate time and place. Though, he is not necessarily the outspoken comic: that one jester who conquers the attention of near everyone in the room just to crack a joke to explore the laughs of the crowd. Never; far from it to be exact. Hitokage has a more refined, dry sense of humor, feverishly looking to please himself with a laugh rather than you. Poking fun even, could be his sport of comedy, but all in good nature no doubt. Though his comments may at times seem sharp and crude, it is but a reflection of his colorful side that displays a much softer angle to the dedicated Uchiha. Lest you forgot, humor travels a short distance when carrying out the duties of Kumogakure. His roaring guffaw and his sharp as dagger humor can vanish as swift and as rogue as smoke in a night's sky.

The phrase "So be it." summarizes Uchiha Hitokage as a whole. Calm amongst all regime, he attains an easiness about him that does not fluster himself nor his party. Even under the most stressful situations, or in the process of making a decision where life or death is on the line, his equanimity is perpetually retained. He has mastered the art of psychological zen: at peace with oneself. Regardless of what one may think –due to his tendency to typically evade controversial matters –he does obtain an indefinite opinion that is rarely dissuaded. For it is not the lack of opinion that Hitokage chooses to refrain from voicing his personal beliefs, but more so the lack of care to state such opinion. This is where his True Neutral alignment is openly revealed. Though he may see it more ethical to spare the man's life, he would rather let the man die than create a disturbance in the flow of decisions. If one feel's strongly enough to act upon a matter, good or evil, the Uchiha says "so be it". A modernized Pontius Pilot, if you will. Hitokage's hands are clean of the bloodshed of another man's (or men) decisions. More often than not his voice will be heard in discussion, relaying his opinion and ideas before a verdict is finalized. However, once a verdict is in fact finalized, it is a rare occurrence for an objection against direction to be heard from the disposed Uchiha; most simply because he is indifferent on the grounds of good and evil. What is effective in the moment is what he truly cares most about; anything other than what is most effective is senseless semantics and do not matter, period.

Crafted and designed as a true work of art, Hitokage walks amongst the Uchiha as a genetic innovation. Standing at the obscure, six foot ten, two hundred and seventy-seven pounds, he dwarfs near all men. With potent surprise, his size does not defect from his agile being. His surefooted step is as swift as the fox to dodge the traps, yet strength like the lion to slay the hunters. The combination of the two devise an equanimity of divine force capable of combating the expertise of all stratagems.

A dark mane of amber-brown flows with intensity as according eyes stare transfixed equally engaged to that of his hair. Severe features collect themselves upon his face –yet contains a childish grin coupled with an innocent laugh – that embody the rest of his stature. A built physique entails his strength which naturally surprises friend and foe alike when they are introduced to his cunning speed, stamina and agility. Sharingan (Copy Wheel Eye)
Special: In order to unlock each stage, the user must RP through some sort of induced life-threatening stress that requires staff approval. Users normally will start with a dormant Sharingan; only the most competent, well made, original applications get the 1st Tomoe at the start.
Description: Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. This doujutsu gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it with ease, depending on the level of development reached within the eye. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. The Sharingan itself contains three tomoe, comma like shapes of pure ebony that exist in perfect symmetry around the pupil. Only under the influence of extreme stress will the Sharingan evolve, and only after the user has endlessly trained their eye will its true skill come forth.

With only one tomoe, the eye itself is still very immature and lacking in any of its real powers, but it can nonetheless excell much more than any normal human eye can in battle. At this stage, the Uchiha begins to see the truth behind illusions, as well as gain a brief understanding of whatever movements are coming at them.

  Description: The next stage of evolution for the Sharingan involves two tomoe, improving upon the Uchiha's current skills and adding new ones. Amongst others, it allows the Uchiha to track the movement of an opponent and do some minor copying of an opponents attack, as well as pierce Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra, as well as lingering traces of foreign chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin.

Unlocking this gate allows the user to use extremely strong techniques, such as the Iron Fist's Frontal Lotus.

Finally, when defeated, the clone explodes into a storm of lightning that aims to take over the nearest opponent available, taking over their body whole as it is shocked.

  Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it allows a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed - to an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Such a feat is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds they would otherwise be unable to reproduce. In the end, the user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly should they need it. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

  Range: Shunshin
  Special: Gives the user the option to side-step, curve, shimmy or even shimmer on a whim during a Shunshin, rather than remaining moving forward. Sidestep distance takes away from the Shunshin's total traveling distance.
  Description: Although Shunshin is normally executed in a linear fashion, with enough training, the ninja can learn to limit their forward travel speed in exchange for a near-instantaneous sideways move. Useful when evading tricky attacks, or when wishing to confuse opponents.

  Range: Shunshin/Self
  Special: One image may be produced per Shunshin, plus one more each time this jutsu is retrained.
  Description: Nearing their Shunshin mastery, the user has nearly mastered all the aspects behind the high-speed movement. Not only can they now move about freely at such impressive speeds with little restrictions, but they are now able to move so fast that copies of themselves are left behind, perfectly resembling their master for a brief moment in order to provide confusion for the enemy. Only chakra sensing methods will be able to discern the faux presentation, but everything moves so fast the opponent is often left without time to react, turning them quickly into a victim.

Special: This modifying technique allows the user to target a sensitive portion of the targets body and fire an arrow directly through it. If the arrow strikes, it does so in such a way to cripple the area temporarily. Range is determined by the user's highest rank in 'The Watcher'. Highest rank known determine the duration of the inoperability; if any part of the head is struck and the victim happens to survive, the stunning effect will take over the whole body. Cannot be combined with 'The Power Shot'.

Special: One must know this tech to learn any tech of equivalent rank in it’s tree. Highest rank known determines the distance in which they can fire arrows, as well as the speed at which they move, while on the run. Does not work on automatic or modern bows, that do not require the archer to pull and hold before each shot, as these fire the same regardless of the user's skill or speed. Cannot be used during high-speed movement, like Shunshin or Shunpo.

Description: The second branch of Kyuudou is that of the hunter. This library of techniques is based on chasing and gunning down a target face to face, allowing the archer to effectively shoot during points when they are forced to move or relocate. Said to be an archers weakest moment due to the fact they are moving, this style attempts to keep the practitioner alive should they need to suddenly move. Quick, efficient and deadly, the art of The Stalker is not to be taken lightly.

Special: This modifying technique allows the user to slice across the target in just the right area to allow immense bleeding. The range of the shot is directly related to their rank in “The Stalker”. Highest rank known determines the bonus damage, as well as the amount of time a victim may bleed out should the wound remain untreated. Bleeding out results in being knocked unconscious until medically revived. However, keep in mind the archer must still strike a somewhat vital area through good RP, as a flesh-wound or such would not result in such critical damage.

D: 10 turns before bleeding out (50 seconds of battle time)

B: 6 turns (30 s)
A: 4 turns (20 s)
S: 2 turns (10 s)

Description: Through a knowledge of human physiology and honed Diving Eagle techniques, the user learns how to slice the target in just the right way to illicit a horrendous wound. The wound bleeds in such a way that the target needs to get medical attention immediately if they want to survive.
