She has a variety of attires, but the one she typically uses the most are her ninja wear, which consist of spandex type material, for it's freedom of flexibility. A black mid drift, tight, spandex top whose sleeves have been torn off, underneath that she also wears a size DD36 black lacy bra. She also adorns form fitting yoga pants, which upon glance, one can notice multiple holes in them, but only along the thigh section. She also around her hips, carries her satchel and her ninja belt in which she carries her gear. She also wears black ankle length split toe tabis. To cover herself off, she also wears a woman's haori, the length dropping down to the back of her calfs, the design upon it littered with scattered blood red lotus petals. With the roman numeral '23' (XXIII) embroidered in gold in the center of the back. She ties it around with a black belt.

Naiya is a quiet one, holding a straight foreword look on her face, she typically states things as they are. She keeps many of her thoughts to herself and chooses to think things through before taking action, though her thought process is quite quick to the point some may see it as 'rash' thinking. She tends to have a difficult time when it comes to socializing with others because of her quiet nature. Like most shinobi's of Konoha, her allegiance falls with her village, while her methods of carrying out her allegiance seems a bit gory, but that is simply due to her own nature as a Kaguya and their own natural born blood lust.

She has a tendency, not being all to fond of social interaction, of wandering off alone. Though she is quite fond of music and dancing as she goes of, when she has free time, in order to practice these artforms. Almost ironic to her very nature she absolutely adores small cute things and has a break in her stoic appearance to such things. Other than that she also has a strong, almost sexually, love for battle.

  Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must to combine it with a distraction.
  
  Note: Despite popular belief, this is not an ability that allows an individual to teleport, or even move incomprehensibly fast. It simply combines high mobility with some disruption of visibility to conceal those movements. Essentially a belly to back pile-driver, the move can provide a great concussion to his opponent's head.

  An effective aerial attack, the user first begins to maneuver to their opponent in a vulnerable aerial position. While shadowing them, the user will attempt to strike them from a vulnerable angle. Then, a true strike is made towards the most undefended area, preceded by several more until the user violently begins knocking them down and towards the ground. As the enemy falls back to the earth, the user will deftly rotate their body around to deliver a full force kick to their chest.

  The electric influence that exists over the human body and its muscles allows one to control the later through unconventional methods, including through the means of chakra. After charging a small electric shock in the user’s hands, one can approach their victim and place the charged hand onto a limb or muscle on their body, unleashing the pent up shock and rendering the aforementioned target useless for the rest of the turn. Although simple, it’s highly effective when the user is faster than the victim, and can outmaneuver them as they strike. Also highly effective for keeping captives in place!
  
  Note: If used on a person’s head, they will be knocked out for a single post. Limbs are numbed for a whole turn. Stunning effect cannot be stacked. The user must touch the victim with their hand to achieve the desired effects.

  Named after the fabled imaginary leader of the sky and thunder, this technique allows the user to feel like Zeus himself as they summon a tight bolt of electricity in their hand, similar to a javelin, so that they could throw it with appeasing accuracy. The bolt will move through the sky quite fast, and carries deadly accuracy in the right hands. Upon making contact with the target, it immediately bursts into a vertical cylinder storm that surrounds the victim and delivers a plethora of constant shock damage.

  Although basic, this jutsu is the commencement of the Kaguya’s bone manipulation to a hardness that will serve them for their own greater good. Once sensing they are losing by balance by extreme measures, such as strong wind currents or even blasts of energy, they will allow their bones to pierce their feet and into the ground, branching off underground in a form of hyper-growth based on the rooting of strong tree. From this point they shall remain until they choose to move on.

  Using the power their blood has granted them, the Kaguya can cause their knuckles to push forward, outward from the hand and sharpening, working as a kind of claw-like weapon. This can also be done from the fingertips, allowing the bones within the finger to extend outward as opposed to the knuckle. These are excellent for quick, slashing attacks.

  The primary attribute of the Kaguya clan’s bones is that they are seemingly indestructible. They have been shown to be able to withstand severe amounts of pressure (sand burial and giant sand burial), as well as immunity to splitting beneath lacerations of any traditional caliber. This is the true gift of the Kaguya clan, allowing them to use themselves as both a shield and a weapon. For a taijutsu-specialized clan, there is no greater achievement.
  
  Note: This technique was created solely for the sake of limitations. While the Kaguya clan do possess stronger than natural bones, it is this technique that must be employed to allow them to withstand truly unnatural levels of force (such as sand burial). This technique can be employed at any time, presuming the user has the chakra to facilitate it. However, it should be noted that truly devastating abilities (things like Kirin) will still cause unparalleled damage to the user.

  One of the only long-ranged techniques in the Kaguya’s arsenal, this allows them to “reach” their opponent even if not with their own hand. Through intense control of their body’s muscle and skeletal system, the muscles in the Kaguya’s fingertips begin to contract, pushing the bone in the fingertip out through the surface of the skin. At the users will, the bones will fire off as drilling bullets. These bones are powerful tools, capable of drilling through most standard defenses.
  
  Note: The chakra cost applies to firing all ten bullets (one for each finger). However, even if a user decides to shoot only one bullet from a single finger, the cost does not lessen.
  
  
  
• Tsubaki no Mai (Dance of the Camellia)

  Tsubaki no Mai is the second of five dance forms. Using the Kaguya’s corpsebone ability to manipulate their bone structure, the user will remove a long bone in the form of a sword from their shoulder. Because of the bloodline, the density of the bone can be increased many times so that it is as hard as steel. The user then stabs chaotically and continuously which causes the opponent’s eyes to lag behind; the speed resembles afterimages, the hand with the sword is again and again visibly projected.
  
  And yet the movement is irregular which makes it difficult to predict (for a normal eye, and beginning and secondary Sharingan). With each thrust the sword’s track is very capable of changing; the attack comes from unexpected angles, causing a person’s delicate defense reaction to come off guard.
  
  Note: The sword in question cannot exceed a claymore in size. Furthermore, it should be noted that despite being as hard and durable as steel, this bone is virtually weightless.

Kaguya begin in the Mist Village. You are free to relocate in-character after your character has been accepted. Also I'd like to see a bit more in appearance. Feel free to explain her entire outfit to us so that we, and your future opponents, have some sort of idea as to what they're coming up against. I'm also quite sure that academy techniques are free of charge. This means that you can use the experience you have allocated in there for other techniques.
