Some of the Seishin no ōkami can cast Ninjutsu without the use of seals, because they lack hands or the body structure to do so. Home Land: Inu no yūtopia (Canine Utopia) 犬のユートピア

Origin /History

Once upon a time there was a small group of wolves who aspired to obtain greatness, though these were seemingly normal wolves at first they were unusually smart. Which gave them a huge advantage over all of the other wolf packs that lived through out the Shinobi world, Seishin no ōkami originated in the lands of Mizu no kuni where they first began to claim there power. For many years Seishin no ōkami was the top of the food chain in the lands of Mizu, until the leader of the pack was blessed by some other form of life. In what almost seemed over night the leader of the clan Fu~yūrī (Lit.Fury) had grown expeditiously, to the point that he had covered a large section of the forest he was sleeping. When he had awaken had grown to more than 400% larger than the average wolf, all of his followers were in awe of the power that he obtained.

It was from that point when Seishin no ōkami rain of power had increased, Fu~yūrī had obtained power much similar to that of a Shinobi. Which allowed him to expand his domain over all of Mizu, his power was even starting to be known by the Shinobi world. Fu~yūrī of course hadn’t paid much attention to the fame his was gaining with his rain over his home country, it wasn’t to many animals that could oppose the wolf or his family because all of the wolf’s that were apart of the clan were evolving unlike anything ever hear of it. Most people figured that the pack had been blessed into being the most powerful wolf pack to ever walk the face of the earth, and that was true because Fu~yūrī didn’t actually come from the world of the humans. He was actually the son of an even greater wolf that did not exist in the Shinobi worlds plain, he existed in a land known as Inu no yūtopia it wasn’t until Fu~yūrī had matured enough to the point he was able to speak.

From there that point Fu~yūrī was brought back to his homeland Inu no yūtopia, where he was put through an extreme amount of training by his own father to prove his worth to the family. Fu~yūrī of course did well with the training his father was forcing upon him, he hadn’t even known he had the ability’s that his father had shown him over the years that he had spent with him. Until one day his father that it was time for him to expand there own family, Fu~yūrī of course had a group of wolves in mind the group of wolves that he spent his time with in the world of the living. Those same wolves were brought to Inu no yūtopia where they were also put through a string test before they were accepted into Seishin no ōkami officially, all of the wolves Fu~yūrī had his father retrieve. Once all of the trails were passed the others had been blessed into the family giving them the ability to talk, along with the ability to grow just as Fu~yūrī did. From that point Seishin no ōkami did exactly what Gurētourufuseiji wanted, they began to expand.

Once each of the wolves had passed what was called ‘Trails of the wolf.’ The take over had began Fu~yūrī and the rest of Seishin no ōkami had been giving there task, it was to have there name known through out every great nation. Though they could have just graced each land with there presents they instead destroyed any small village they could find, they didn’t really have to much remorse for any species other than there own. Which is why when these villages were attacked they didn’t hold back any of there power, they appeared to be gods that had been sent from up above with what power they displayed. Until the Shinobi world of course got tired of hearing story’s of monstrous wolves terrorizing there borders, it was something that was beginning to become a hassle for them.

Of course the village that had to deal with Fu~yūrī and the rest of his pack was from the country that they originated in, they were charged with the duty of putting an end to the war path that the wolves were creating. The wolves of course didn’t make it easy for the Shinobi but they had come across power they couldn’t defend against. It was a man from the mist that wield the power of the power of the Storms, it was the one thing the wolves couldn’t deal with it the force of Nature. When it was all said and done the man and his team had properly shut down Fu~yūrī and the rest of Seishin no ōkami, it had been the first fight Fu~yūrī lost which is why instead of returning directly back to his homeland he stayed behind. He would instead use what remaining power he had left to charge at the man attempting to eat him, he would succeed because no one expected him to do it but of course this wasn’t the wolf’s true plan..

As he returned to Inu no yūtopia he would release the man that had controlled the storms during the battle, the man of course had been astonished that he was released from Fu~yūrī mouth. The wolf didn’t have much left in him but he made it a point to have a conversation with this man that would give the hidden mist an edge in any war they fought in.

Though she is a wolf she acts like somewhat of Diva, she doesn’t listen to everyone that commands her around she’s more inclined to do what she feels like doing.

Description: No one knows the power of Fuuton more than a Fuuton specialist, and this technique was designed by those that met reality sooner than most. Varying by skill and rank, this technique allows the user to take hold of any offensive jutsu used upon them, as along as the attack’s nature allows for whatever is thrown to be controlled. With a great burst of chakra at either their hands or weapons, the user quickly returns the technique back at the opponent, in full effect.

Description: One of the simplest Fuuton techniques, this supplementary technique allows the user to take any secondary/projectile weaponry they have on them and coat them in Fuuton chakra. This allows the user to shoot them at high speeds under the wind manipulation, adding rotation and tumbling power to increase the speed of normal weapon attacks, as well as its deadliness.

Description: Although not meant for direct attacks, this technique can greatly enhance any offense with a simple burst of wind. Intended mainly for Katon jutsu and fires overall, the user will use this in conjunction with their flames, enhancing their damage and area of effect greatly. The winds come in the form of pillars, and its currents can flow anyway the user desires in order to manipulate the flow of fire.

Description: With the user’s weapon in hand or their limb extended, they will channel chakra across it so that when the weapon or limb is swung, a strong wind current comes forth. This current, although not heavy enough to do any threatening damage, can in fact knock opponents over, as well as severe loose sediment across the ground, bring up dust and whatever else lies on the floor. Useful for creating vision inhibiting storms, knocking people off balance, covering one’s tracks, escaping, and many, many more!

Description: This jutsu was brought to fame by a legendary Suna shinobi from long ago, and was named after a mythical creature able to command the winds on a whim. After channeling wind chakra at either their weapon, the user swings it around and brings forth a most intense tornado, coming out from the weapon. Once it strikes the opponent, the tornado tips upward and takes the user up, keeping them imprisoned by the strong currents, and delivering multiple waves of cutting/slicing damage onto their bodies, as well as dropping them hard onto the ground afterward.

Kaze Bunshin no Jutsu (Wind Clone Technique)

Description: With this technique, the Fuuton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of wind chakra, this clone retains the user's movement speed and strength. While easily capable of being used for offensive means, the Fuuton bunshin also makes for an equally solid defense due to its ability to harness Fuuton-based techniques.

Description: The user holds up a hand after performing a short series of handseals. Their chakra is focused into this point, and a small, swirling green ball is created as wind is tightly compacted. The bomb is then thrown, and upon contacting a solid object will detonate. The explosion has roughly the same power as an Exploding Tag.

Description: The user performs a set of handseals, ending with Tiger, and holds it. Chakra is focused into the point at the tip of their fingers; a bullet-sized and shaped ball of green energy begins to form. By aiming at an opponent as if using a gun, they can fire this streamlined pellet. It travels very fast and hits hard. The drawback is that it shoots in a linear path and, like every other object, is pulled down by gravity as it travels. The farther away the target, the less likely it will be to connect.

Description: Ninpou: Kagonome is a Ninjutsu technique used in conjunction with the common ninja item, ninja wire, though any kind of wiring will do. After forming the needed hand seals, the user can manipulate their wires into a tight string, which converges into an interlocking dome for protection. This dome can repel most basic Taijutsu and Ninjutsu attacks. Best of all, the user can reshape the wire within the dome as needed, changing it from a defensive structure to a binding string with ease.

Soushuuha (Manipulate Advancing Blades)

Description: Soushuuha is a ninjutsu technique used in order to give aerial projectiles a slight edge in combat. After the needed handseals, this technique allows the user to hover multiple projectiles, like kunai, in the air while they approach a target. They can then unleash a torrent of projectiles much faster than if each was thrown individually.

Hitei Mushou (Flying Nail Mist Pierce)

Description: Ninpou - Hitei Mushou is Ninjutsu technique universally known by shinobi across the globe. After forming the needed handseal, the user will emit a flying mist of small nails from their mouth, created entirely of the user's chakra. These small nails can travel towards their opponent at quite a distance, moving at impressive speeds and retain even more impressive accuracy!

Description: Kaneau is a Taijutsu technique that makes it easier for one to shift their own weight in an instant, providing them with good balance when they would land on one foot, no matter what they do or what kind of position they are in. This technique was developed by Taijutsu masters to give them good balance while they did the most ridiculous types of Taijutsu moves that would naturally leave them off balance.

The ninja forms their hands into the seal of the tiger, and then jabs their fingers into the nether regions of their target. The result is shocking violation of the targets sanctity and often their launching in the air to stop the awkward feeling.

With size comes heart, well in Yuki’s case that is the truth. Every since the day he was blessed into Seishin no ōkami he had gained an undeniable amount of courage, Sporting a pitch black coat with two lightning shaped white spots on his left side. Out of all the wolves that exist in Seishin no okami Yuki is the first to dive into battle, he isn’t one to turn on his summoner but all those who oppose him must fall.

Description: A basic yet effective Raiton technique, the user focuses a bit of chakra all over their body, letting the lightning gather and then quickly exploding, effectively providing a blinding light that leaves all within the range blind. Useful for disorientation and quick get-aways.

Raikyuu (Lightning Ball)

Special: Travels in a straight line and cannot be altered once shot. Ball's size measure half a meter diameter, and grows by another half each time retrained. However, after every fourth retraining, the consumption will go up by one. The range it can cover depends on the user's 'Karai Shin'. Being struck by this results in the area in question being paralyzed for half a turn - a hit to the head affects the whole body. Paralysis effects do not stack once victim is struck.
Description: A very simple and effective Raiton technique known throughout, the user either takes twin weaponry or their own appendages, focuses their chakra into their center, and forms a ball of pure lightning. This newly formed threat can either be smashed into an opponent’s face, or tossed from a nearby distance. Repetitive exposure to the shocking has been known to leave its victims stunned.

Danpen Inazuma (Shooting Thunder)

Special: The range of the bolt is determined by user's 'Kirai Shin'.
Description: Meant more as a reactionary technique than a main avenue of offense, this jutsu allows the user to essentially shoot out small lightning bolts from a free hand to anyone within a small range. This requires no seals to conjure, and can be shot out from one’s appendage during the most heated of combat. The damage is light and the bolts shoot off in a relatively straight line, at rapid speeds.

Ichiren Inazuma (Chain of Lightning)

Special: Range of chain depends on the user's 'Kirai Shin'. By default, you can strike up to one opponent with this, plus one more each time retrained. However, after every third retraining, the consumption will go up by one. Once struck, victim’s will be paralyzed and stuck in the chain until the user stops using it. User must keep outstretched arm and be still as they feed the chain Raiton chakra.
Description: An advanced version of ‘Shooting Thunder,' the Chain of Lightning allows the user to pass strong currents of lightning from victim to victim within a thirty meter radius. The user outstretches their hands, so that the energy focusing within is displaced rapidly towards their target. Once they are hit, the victims are paralyzed and helpless, and the bolt then proceeds to jump and hit anyone else within range. Excellent when outnumbered, though one must use it with care, for it takes a great toll on the user’s chakra pool.

Hiraishin Kiru (Human Lightning Rod)

Special: Once the victim is struck by lightning, the user is required to re-apply the effects. If the victim is not struck by lightning before they leave the given battle thread, the effects are neutralized and the jutsu must be reapplied.
Description: As the name implies, this simple technique allows the user to alter their internal electric charge temporarily, so that all Raiton chakra subsequently made by the user (as well as natural lightning!) is more susceptible to strike the victim. This alteration usually occurs during some form of contact, where the user’s charged appendage can simple tough, strike or graze the victim and quickly place the effects on them.

Sutangan no Jutsu (Limb Stunning Technique)

Special: If used on a person’s head, they will be knocked out for a single post. Limbs are numbed for a whole turn. Stunning effect cannot be stacked. Due to the amount of shock suffered by the user's limb during the transference of energy, this can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: The electric influence that exists over the human body and its muscles allows one to control the later through unconventional methods, including through the means of chakra. After charging a small electric shock in the user’s hands, one can approach their victim and place the charged hand onto a limb or muscle on their body, unleashing the pent up shock and rendering the aforementioned target useless for the rest of the turn. Although simple, it’s highly effective when the user is faster than the victim, and can outmaneuver them as they strike. Also highly effective for keeping captives in place!

Description: Named after the fabled imaginary leader of the sky and thunder, this technique allows the user to feel like Zeus himself as they summon a tight bolt of electricity in their hand, similar to a javelin, so that they could throw it with appeasing accuracy. The bolt will move through the sky quite fast, and carries deadly accuracy in the right hands. Upon making contact with the target, it immediately bursts into a vertical cylinder storm that surrounds the victim and delivers a plethora of constant shock damage.

Description: The Lightning Sparrows Cometh! In the form of bright blue sparrows, these creations fly to wherever the user desires, allowing them to reach and damage places previously deemed impossible. As the user continues to improve their skill in this technique, they can summon more and more sparrows.

Distance the sphere can be cast away from the user depends on their 'Karai Shin' range; size/diameter of the lightning striking area is half of it. Storm fires off lightning bolt plumes a meter wide each, randomly around the area within the range every half second. One plume can be fired off, plus one more each time retrained. However, after every third retraining, the consumption will go up by one. Each bolt carries its own damage. Because lightning is unpredictable, there is no real evasive method to this technique other than luck.
Description: Universally known yet still very dangerous, the Lightning Bolt Fang is an ‘area of effect/attack’ technique; essentially, once the user finishes the required seals, to their eyes only, a sphere appears before them, along the ground wherever they choose to target. With the target selected, a storm quickly falls onto that area, several levels of intense lightning sent to wash over and shock all organic material within range. The storm is even so intense that the lightning plumes last for the whole turn. The closer one is towards the central stream of lightning, the more damage they shall suffer.

Description: Although Utage shares a name similarity with Kiba, it’s a far unique and different in many ways. The most notable is that the lightning for this technique travels underground. Once the user makes the appropriate seals, they mold a concentrated amount of chakra at their weapon tip or their fists, and quickly strike the ground with it. Whomever they targeted will soon be victim of a quick traveling electrical surge from below, invisible only until it arrives at its target. It emerges from below them, surprisingly fast so that it shocks the victim whole.

Description: A defensive technique, the Yoroi technique is as its name implies – a set of lightning based armor, which shocks anything that comes in contact with it. After a series of handseals, lightning from the sky showers upon the user, coating them in a bright blue coating. As they glow, all forms of conductors will make victim’s more susceptible to damage, and any taijutsu upon the armor will leave the user’s appendages feeling paralyzed. Excellent when outnumbered, or simply facing an opponent that favors taijutsu.

Description: A very basic and essential Doton ninjutsu, the user performs a single handseal, and with a bit of chakra, creates a rectangular like opening underground. This indentation resembles a coffin, and is used for just that – burying secrets, human or inanimate, that one does not wish others to find. Coffins established can always be visited at a later time, and can only be activated by the user that made them. If someone is using a form of underground travel, they cannot see the contents within or the box for that matter, and should they travel on its same path, will run into what seems to be an underground block of steel.

Description: A very basic earth technique, it allows the user to dive underground almost instantaneously so that they remain hidden from view in order to ambush their opponent. As long as the opponent is walking across the earth, they will be aware of their presence, and can wait patiently (without fear of asphyxiation!) until they right time, where they will emerge and latch onto the opponent’s legs. From here, they can easily suck them down, executing a replacement with them so that the opponent is buried underground up to his neck, while the user emerges unharmed above ground.

Description: An upgrade to Shinjuu Zanshu, this underground variation grants the user movement whilst underground. Additionally, they can also emerge from below with their weapons drawn, allowing them to attack without being seen. Description: Although not a conventional technique, it becomes useful whenever the user is battling within the vicinity of a mountain. As long as the user is physically in contact with the upper part of the mountain, they can instigate dreadful avalanches meant to affect those below. Not only is the rock natural, but with a bit of one’s own chakra, the boulders the roll down can grow in size!

This river suddenly materializes flowing at fast paces completely against the direction the opponent is moving, making movement very, very difficult. The river itself shoots in a relatively straightly line, and as the user's rank increases, so does their skill with this technique. Excellent for slowing people down and facilitating escapes, as the mud itself is highly constricting.

Description: One of the strongest Doton jutsu, mainly for its power and spread, but also for its total lack of dependency of an earth source. After the ninja creates the river of mud before them out of thin air, a few handseals are performed, and a grand dragon's head emerges. The beast proceeds to quickly open its maw, shooting out sharp mud projectiles from its mouth towards anywhere its owner wills it, covering a wide area.

Strikes to the dome made from within are stronger, meaning it takes strikes one rank less than the user's highest 'Doton Ryouuken' in order to break free.
Description: This advanced Doton ninjutsu acts as its name implies – it facilitates the user creating a prison around their victims, comprised of pure dirt. After forming the necessary handseals and striking the ground with their hands, the user is able to overturn the earth and cause it to rise up around their opponents. As long as they keep their hands on it and feed it chakra, the prison can withstand most attempts to break free from within. As a bonus, if the user knows of any chakra absorbing techniques, they may place their hands against the dome, sucking out the chakra from the people trapped inside and bring it back into one’s own body, as well as combine it with his own in order to spread throughout the dome, allowing the user to repair any damage their opponents manage to inflict on the inside.

Can be held as long as the user wishes to pay for it, as long as the user is in contact with it.
Description: An intense world shaper, the ninja will do the necessary hand seals and slam their hands on the ground. As they transfer their chakra down and begin to take control of the land, a large earthen wall will erupt from the ground, right underneath the user's feet. This wall can always vary by size, shape and width, and can be moved anywhere user wishes too, as long as they have enough chakra. This is the concept behind Doryu – use one’s power over Doton to influence the land. Useful for aiding or foiling escapes, disrupting large areas, etc.

Description: After forming the needed handseals, the user summons a vast filthy, bubbling swamp that can appear directly beneath their target to sink and kill it. The benefit of this is that no earth source is needed as the user creates their own, meaning they could potentially sink targets over any source. The swamp can be perceived as being on its own dimension - once absorbed, the swamp and its victims are gone forever. Due to its size, this jutsu was meant to take out large summons, creatures and even armies of men.

Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. Description: One of the many advantages of Suiton is its ability to assist other elements in their power. In this case, the user summons forth flammable oil so that they can use this in conjunction with other jutsu. After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from the user’s body and will rise into the sky. In the next turn, black clouds will form, releasing an intense, heavy flammable rain of oil onto one’s targets.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Techqniue)

Due to their watery nature, water clones can absorb attacks one rank lower than their maximum 'Suiton Ryuuken' rank mainly by altering the density of their water; any attack above that will instantly burst them. When defeated, clone explodes in a mist of water. Finally, because they are mentally linked their creator, water clones can use any c-rank or lower suiton based jutsu their creator knows.
Description: With this technique, the Suiton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of water, this clone retains the user movement speed and strength. Best of all, due to its flowing essence, the water clone is capable of using a hefty amount of the original user's suiton-based techniques either for defensive means or offensive.

Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby, or even have the bunshin be the one’s holding the target hostage.

Description: Suiryuudan no Jutsu is one of Suiton’s strongest ninjutsu, mainly because of its impact force and its ability to attack enemies in the air and on the ground. The ninja does a long string of hand seals which then causes a column of water in the form of a dragon to rise from the water and then strike at their target. Upon striking its target and ensnaring it in its aquatic maw, the dragon explodes with great force, flooding all nearby and providing an ample amount of water for more Suiton techs, should any enemies remain standing.

Description: A very strong and effective water jutsu, after doing the needed hand seals, the user will summon a large column of water from a nearby water source, which will entrap the victim and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the target. Due to the force of the attack, the target will be fully enveloped by the water and will be at its mercy as it pulls them away. It gets its name from when it streams down to the ground in one big cascade, much like a gigantic waterfall. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilisation is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster.

Description: Suiryuuben is a ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton which will allow the user to generate a whirling sphere of water capable of both defending from attacks and carrying out its own strikes. After forming the necessary handseals, a large sphere of water forms above the user’s head. The whips move slightly faster than the user’s current build allows them to, and can swat away incoming attacks, reform if their limbs are cut off, and impale anyone that comes near.

Finally, because of the sudden pressure of the water blast, this technique can be retrained once to stack 'A' ranked blasting damage behind the technique. However, after every second retraining, chakra consumption will go up by one.
Description: A very strong release of Suiton chakra, this technique gathers a large amount of water from a nearby source in order to form a large spiralling stream of water. Coming forth at extreme speeds and guided wherever the user wishes, it is as if the a giant hose has suddenly been turned on. Controlled by the user's hand movements, it can be guided to strike a target in a number of angles, devastating an area in seconds, or even averting a disaster from occurring.

Ja no Kuchi (Serpent Mouth)

Description: Suiton • Ja no Kuchi is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the will generate the same spinning column of water from 'Suigan Suima', but with a twist - soon after, the column takes the form of a serpent with a gaping maw. This serpent can twist and follow their target, and even split apart for increased lethality!

User is defended from single ‘S' ranked attacks and lower, and can even absorb enemy Suiton attacks to keep their shield on longer. Vortex can last as long as the user is willing to keep it going. The user cannot perform any other jutsu while controlling the tornado. Requires a single handseal and eye contact to be held at all times when moving the tornado.
Description: Mizu no Tatsumaki is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes a nearby water source to create a rapidly moving spinning water vortex around the caster. The large tornado begins spinning wildly around the user, able to move where the caster wishes while acting both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious, break bones and cause internal damage, should they be sucked in!

Once they are hit, the victims are paralyzed and helpless, and the bolt then proceeds to jump and hit anyone else within range. Excellent when outnumbered, though one must use it with care, for it takes a great toll on the user’s chakra pool.

Sutangan no Jutsu (Limb Stunning Technique)

Description: The electric influence that exists over the human body and its muscles allows one to control the later through unconventional methods, including through the means of chakra. After charging a small electric shock in the user’s hands, one can approach their victim and place the charged hand onto a limb or muscle on their body, unleashing the pent up shock and rendering the aforementioned target useless for the rest of the turn. Although simple, it’s highly effective when the user is faster than the victim, and can outmaneuver them as they strike. Also highly effective for keeping captives in place!

The bolt will move through the sky quite fast, and carries deadly accuracy in the right hands. Upon making contact with the target, it immediately bursts into a vertical cylinder storm that surrounds the victim and delivers a plethora of constant shock damage.

Armor glows a faint, transparent glow. Each time retrained, extra 'B' ranked shocking damage is added onto the shield. However, after every third retraining, the consumption will go up by one. Can be learned a maximum of 4 times.
Description: A defensive technique, the Yoroi technique is as its name implies – a set of lightning based armor, which shocks anything that comes in contact with it. After a series of handseals, lightning from the sky showers upon the user, coating them in a bright blue coating. As they glow, all forms of conductors will make victim’s more susceptible to damage, and any taijutsu upon the armor will leave the user’s appendages feeling paralyzed. Excellent when outnumbered, or simply facing an opponent that favors taijutsu.

Description: Similar to the ‘Lightning Armor’ technique, this jutsu allows the user to be both defended and guarded by their own lightning. After a series of seals, lightning from the sky falls onto the user in a steady stream and the user begins to spin in place rapidly, suspended slightly in the air by their own chakra. During their spin, a vortex of lightning and raging winds comes forth, birthing from the top the head of a dragon comprised purely of lightning. The dragon can attack anything within its range, either directly with a snap of its maw, or indirectly by passing next to its target and sending smaller bolts from its side. It moves at frightening speeds just as long as the user keeps spinning…

An indirect strike from these tigers (a slash of its claws, a bite) renders the victim's body numb for a half a second, and receiving a full blast from a kamikaze strike leaves the victim paralyzed for a half a turn. As a bonus, the user can hold the last handseal of the sequence as they look at their desired target, allowing them to order whatever remaining live tigers to converge all at once onto that target.
Description: The Shishikyu technique allows the user to use their prowess in the Raiton arts in order to create several tigers consisting purely of Raiton energy. Once birthed, they can move at decent speeds, and can defend the user form attacks, as well as attack others. Dark blue and constantly shining, these tigers move fast to strike their target, and can swipe quickly as an attack. Only attacks that can disrupt their essence can hurt them, and they carry an ultimate attack which involves the user holding a particular handseal so that they can all converge on a particular enemy, hurting it greatly.

When destroyed, serpent explodes in a brilliant blinding flash and many small yet strong thunder bolts that shooting randomly, affecting ALL except the user with a range equivalent to the serpent's total size.
Description: This technique brings both onto the battlefield an awesomely large serpent like entity comprised of pure lightning. This colossal creature moves fast and can climb onto all forms of surfaces. The trick is that it is comprised of Raiton energy, so it doesn’t actually slither – it hovers ever so softly over anything it chooses to cross, temporarily changing the surface’s charge in order for it to be compatible with the beast. However, as large as it is, it’s rather dumb, and follows only the most basic of the user’s mental commands. Summon only at appropriate times!

Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must to combine it with a distraction.

[1] I'm really not okay with you having a wolf that uses Inton techniques, so I'm going to deny that. There's almost no reason for it, and we're trying to steer clear of allowing Genjutsu on Summons unless it makes sense for them.

[2] Bit, while 4 miles is a little extensive you're actually doing yourself a disservice by only allowing their sense of smell to go up to 400 meters. That's less than a quarter of a mile. A normal wolf can smell about 1 to 1.75 miles, at their very best.

I suggest that you use this pattern for your wolves' smelling ability, although it's not necessary. Just don't go over this: C - 1610 meters (~1 mile), B - 2012 meters (~1.25 mile), A - 2415 meters (~1.5 mile), S - 2816 meters (~1.75 mile). In addition to the meters you SHOULD list the mile amount, since that will have a bit more relevance to our members in terms of distance. Also keep in mind that tracking depends a lot on the environment (wind pattern, etc.) Even with this ability they won't 100% of the time be able to track ANYTHING if it's within the range, only if the environment favors it.

The way you have the "Sharper Than a Blade" racial breaker worded actually makes it quite ineffective, especially at the 'S' rank level. When calculating damage stacking, damage can never go above 'S' rank. So you can either reword it so that it goes +D, +C, +B, +A and stating that damage cannot surpass 'S,' or you can simply say that their NORMAL biting/clawing attacks do the amount of damage you have listed now, thereby effectively giving them another "technique" or two to work with.
