Fuujutsu Kyuuin (Blocking Absorption Barrier)

Type: Supplementary + Defensive / Juuinjutsu (Seals & Barriers)
Range: Hand's reach.
Special: Highest jutsu rank determines amount of chakra transfered per use. Size matches whatever is being absorbed. Works only against foreign chakra. Seal simply needs to be placed, as activation is automatic upon chakra detection. Chakra absorption lasts whole turn.
Description: A highly advanced sealing technique that is capable of absorbing any chakra, regardless of any shape or nature transformation, and dispersing it within one's body by spinning the chakra acrosss one's body in the opposite direction in the form of a blue chakra vacuum sphere. As a result, this technique can absorb most chakra based techniques, regardless of power, without harming the user. Finally, should the user get close enough to grab the opponent, the barrier can absorb chakra right out of an individual's body, effectively draining them.
Domain: Universal Juuinjutsu.

This technique is pretty much the Akadou Clan's main ability but without the drawbacks.

Chakra Kyuuin no Jutsu (Chakra Absoprtion Technique)

Type: Supplementary / Ninjutsu / Secret Technique
Range: Hand's reach.
Special: Highest jutsu rank determines amount of chakra transfered per use. Chakra leeching can occur on any surface, living or non-living, as long as it contains chakra. In order for leeching to succeed, contact with the victim must be established for at least a few seconds. Keep in mind that while Akadou can absorb chakra from anything, they can still be overwhelmed by it, as well as receive its side-effects (for example, you can't put your hands to a Raiton shield-type jutsu and expect to absorb anything without getting shocked.)
Description: The root of all Akadou jutsu, Chakra Kyuuin no Jutsu is a special ninjutsu techinque used to quickly extract a victim's chakra for the purpose of using it for oneself . After activitating the technique, the user's hands will glow a neon-blue color, the sign of reverse-flow chakra. As they place their palm on their opponent's body, or any chakra surface for that matter, they can proceed ti withdraw the physical and spiritual energy out of them. By reducing the opponents chakra, it greatly increases their overall advantage in battle.

Maybe make the on contact drain of the fuin tech not apply? or add some restrictions to on contact. Make it drain to a lesser extent etc.

I think the difference here is that the Akadou are forced to make contact with the source they're draining, while the seal doesn't need to (but can). Honestly, it's a much more powerful technique, which is weird considering it doesn't even have stringent restrictions.

I do agree with what Ala said. The on-contact portion (draining chakra directly from the enemy) should definitely at least take a rank less than the rank the user knows. Or, hell, even vice versa—without contact the seal could absorb a technique a rank lower, and with contact (either to the jutsu or the person) drain at full strength.

The tech itself is a canon, but considering it was used by one of the Six Paths, it probably shouldn't be made so easy to acquire.

There are a couple of things that irk me about the tech. People are creating characters that start out with this technique AND avoiding the -100 EXP from starting in Akadou Clan while basically having the same ability as them (except stronger as Addy pointed out) condensed into one technique.

I understand it's a Canon technique but I think it should be scrapped entirely for the sake of maintaining balance. Some Canon techniques just don't fit in an RP environment, especially in the hands of people who make characters for the sake of "being the strongest".

Furthermore, there's an entire clan devoted toward the ability. Overlapping techniques that gloss over another's restrictions leave too many loopholes for players to exploit (the Akadou tech requires contact for "a few seconds", the fuinjutsu doesn't).

We don't allow people to make techniques that resemble the chakra gates in even the slightest way and I don't think this should be an exception.
