Special: A grand sword incapable of leaving its owner aside from they're own desire. The blade will maintain a static charge within itself to cling to the user, this allows the user to place the blade on their back with no issue, or sheathe, and also prevents the blade from slipping from the owner's grasp. The blade will also assert its influence over the user's raiton chakra by making the bolts black with a red glow. (this part is aesthetic only)

• This sword may be obtained by fighting a dragon-like enemy that knows ANY 10 raiton techniques (regardless of requirements and chosen by the GM) or a swordsman versed in both houses of SNG in a B-ranked quest.

Description: The Daikurenai-Kaminari is a grand sword crafted from the fang of a great dragon made legendary as the Crimson Scourge of Kaminari, a dreaded dragon capable of utilizing black and red lightning to destroy villages. The blade was fashioned according to the dragon's killer's whim and thus the hilt and handle of the blade are constructed to look like the remains of a demon with the horned skull and ribcage making up the top of the handle and two bones spread out from the ribcage to make the guard. The blade's black edge and red hue come from the nature of the dragon as its bones were scorched jet-black and the inside was stained blood red.

[/b] The draconic aura given by this technique enhances the user's speed to equal the 3rd gate. This technique will remain active as long as the Daikurenai-Kaminari is on the user, thus the user can activate and maintain this jutsu while the sword is placed on their back.[/ul]

I'm relatively confused on the necessity of putting it here then. If it's just gonna be part of some internal monologue of RP, and not obtainable by a PC and will not harm / effect any party that doesn't agree to RPing with such a thing, than just RP it out.

well what I mean is that its just a custom weapon that will serve plot purposes for my character but isnt a selfish weapon for him alone, unless Im still misunderstanding what you mean

First of all, if this isn't a "selfish weapon" or technique, then what is it? Second, what do you mean it will play a part in your character plot, and why does that even matter. This isn't the plot area. We're here to talk jutsu. Anyways, weapons can't have masteries. Get ride of that. Or you could make Reincarnation of The Scourge a passive techique (which is perfectly fine).

For Crimson Drive, we don't really use seconds anymore. Remove that. Drop the turn to 1 or raise the cost to x1 High. For X-Drive, x3 Mid doesn't exist. It's called x1 High. And how many turns does the paralyzation/numbing last? I'd suggest 2 turns (if you keep the cost at x1 High). For Scythe Bolt, how long are they paralyzed/shocked for?

Again, go for 2 turns. I'd make Maximum Crimson X-Drive S-Rank if you want to numb somebody for the remainder of the thread, and raise the cost to x2 High or x1 Massive. Draconic Tempest needs to be x1 High or x2 High. Or you can drop the jutsu to C-Rank. And it would only numb the victims body for turn.

Thundering Roar should only be Offensive for type. You don't need to have Counter there. Infinity Wingbeat doesn't need Far for type. Delete it. Increase the chakra upkeep to x2 Mid. And last, but not least, Crimsom Scourge. You can't make SS-Rank jutsu, so drop the 600 EXP cost to 300 EXP.

Instead of Enhancement, make it a passive jutsu, as well. The chakra cost should be x1 Massive, and the chakra upkeep should be x2 High. You don't have to mention it doubles your strength and speed (since you mentioned that it was comparable to the 3^rd Gate (which is acceptable by me). I'd mention that your strength and speed would be x3 (which is that of the 3^rd Gate). Once you fix those things up, you got my 1/2!

If Wolfy doesn't mind, this weapon and such does give me an idea for something, but, for now I want to put it on the back burner in Archives. Is that already? I want to create a system where weapons like these are obtainable for fighting mythical creations and what not, and stuff can be created out of their remains.

nononono lol, this sword is a bit excessive in all ways. its actually more effective than some relics. plus it kinda seems like a cheap way to mix black lightning with kiba. and coma was saying the only way itd be approved is if no pc could ever obtain it. as in if it was just meant as a personal plot device.
