The user must be within five meters of the seal at all times, or it will break and 25% of the victim’s chakra will be immediately returned to them (the victim).[/ul][/div]

Furthermore, those who possess a bijuu and are affected by this technique will be unable to harness their bijuu’s chakra in any shape or form. This means that the bonus chakra granted by being the bijuu’s host is temporarily gone, reducing the user’s chakra pool to its baseline reserve.[/ul]
