The blades of vengeances have fallen swiftly. The shinobi are no more as 'Absolute Justice' has returned...now, it is the Samurai that rule the Five Major Nations!
But at what cost? Have they become the very thing that they despised the most...? Heroes and villains seem to change roles every day, but one thing is for certain - we yearn for our freedom, for days gone by where we flew the skies unhindered.
Everybody wanna be in Kusagakure and stuff -- but Apple is the most forgetful Kage I know! Fuck that, what y'all need to be joining is Netherlords, Demons, Angels, Vampires, Werewolves, & events! Especially angels. C'mon guys we need more archfiends and priests. Take action and join us!
Not so surprising, Cobalt chuckled at my mention of Yukigakure -- it was nice to know that he wasn't so high strung as I would have expected a masked sentinel to be. He listened to everything I said silently, as if he were a good friend of mine. When he finally did decide to face me after my climb onto the cabin he'd pass along his reassuring two cents.
"Family is all we truly have nowadays."
Among other things he told me I could become as strong as I wanted to be if I wanted it bad enough. Hearing such spurred me to give him a quirked glance -- it wasn't often that I received kind words. Hell, I rarely indulged in conversation with others in Kumogakure for that matter. What got to me most was the prospect of Kou respecting me. Him admire me? Yeah right. I rolled my eyes at that bit but cracked the brightest of smiles when he made fun of my brother. "Aha, he can be. What about you though? Do you have any family? Any ambitions? A wife?"I asked, eyeing my partner with a look of concern. He seemed like the type to carry a heavy burden and not say anything about it. If he ever needed someone to share his worries with, I could say that I'd be there for him. How could I not do that much when he was cheering for me? Then again, if he did have a wife, she was likely to have that much already taken care of. Then, for a second I imagined what his wife would look like. . .then I tried to imagine what he looked like! Whether he cared to share a little about himself I nodded toward the door when I felt it was time. "Ready when you are." I said firmly. Arms crossed again, I waited patiently for his lead. Not to mention that I was unconsciously tapping my foot against the floor in response to the cold. Yeah, it was really cold out, even indoors. In the meantime I blew a playful tuft of visible frost right in front of my face and looked up at it all squint-like.
Staring at the man whose shadow bounced excitedly behind him, I'd watch the way he brushed tattooed fingers through a mane whiter than snow. Somehow I admired the ink in his skin and couldn't help but to want to read him in a way. To me it was all art work -- admittedly, I'd run into someone who, had they not been so stern, would have been regarded as fascinating. Rather, he kept his guard dog-like eyes trained on me while I continuously glanced from the dead boar, to him, then back to the boar. Alas, his icy glare was something not even the fire in front of his face could warm. They were like caverns of their own; caverns that had seen light and life in the past but not in quite some time now. I couldn't really see him in detail beyond that; and neither of us spoke up until I went to tilt my head to get a better view of him, then the drifter grunted,
“I’ve heard of it,”
Then he went on to hound me for entering his space with my weapon drawn. He was entitled to that much, I supposed. "My apologies. I saw the blood from outside and maybe I over-reacted." I chimed, trying to add a bit of a friendlier tone this time around. The entire time he'd been pacing closer and closer toward his kill -- I observed his actions with a youthful sort of curiosity. "Are you. . .a hunter?" I asked. I went to raise a finger in question, but before I could go on the loner cut in, spilling out things I could barely understand. Akofena? Symbol? Sacred animal? If that was his explanation to my inquiry about his chasing wild boar then I was sorry I asked. What the hell sort of tribesman was he? The way he placed his hand on the hind leg of the beast made me think he was about to give thanks to some Boar God or something, "And no one, I was just asking, is all." was my reply to his final, salty question, I'd try my hardest to ignore how lackluster he was but it was difficult trying to talk to an irritated grizzly bear. Relaxing my shoulders, I sighed and thought to try a different approach. Maybe I'd offended him and one of his tribe customs but storming in the way I did - I didn't know. However, I'd try, with a voice like honey to set a better impression. "Your Clan. . .I've never heard of it, but. . ." My eyes flickered specifically to his jacket when he moved. I swore there was a cloud emblem among his belongings -- there was no doubt about it. "But wait, aren't you a shinobi? From Cloud? " Not that it was done on the usual but I retrieved the black cloth from my rear pouch and showed him the metallic forehead protector as a way of telling him I hailed from Cloud. "You can worship wild boar all you want but I do hope your normal living conditions are better than this." I emphasized while he seemed to be fully entertained with what he was doing. I too once lived off the land, it was arduous and often lonesome, but oftentimes it presented beautiful moments.
Soon I felt cool air grace by my skin and when I went to check behind me I realized that the sky was becoming lavender. There was also the slightest trace of stars glittering up yonder so many millions of miles away. Still, I didn't stray from watching the stranger tend to his prey for long. Among the light given off by the fire I noticed how much blood was dyed on his hands. At the same time, he didn't seem to mind at all. "I was once told that wild boar were a symbol of the wealth of a forest. . ." I began, allowing that much to sink in. "And I guess it must all be true, considering how healthy Kaminari's greenery is. I'm. . . thankful to live in such a lovely country. Aren't you?" "That said, I finally caught on to the rhythm of rain not so far off. If the weather was about to take a turn for the worse I wanted to move along soon. No point in getting caught in a storm. Maybe that was the only downside to living in Kaminari -- another night under warm shelter.
So that was it? Our leader, for whatever reason, would rarely ever take the time to sit and speak with his subordinates, or even show is face in the village for that matter. Was he really famous? I couldn't have imagined being in a room with him -- and every time I tried remembering ever seeing him I'd go blank. . .but then that flash of crimson would always pop into my head and leave me wondering.
There was no use in pursing the topic, as surely a shinobi had to be extremely talented to catch the interest of the Nidaime. We treaded along the platform, little sound being made besides that same mysterious howl resonating throughout the station walls. Alongside our right was a thick yellow line running down the entirety of the pathway; it was distinct enough to have warned passengers not to stand too close for their own safety. Cobalt led us to one of the retired train's -- we crossed one of the lines anyways with him slightly leading the way and prepared to board one of the smoke billowing giants. Well, he did anyways, I still remained on the platform looking confused. What could possibly be stored for us inside one of those old cars? Whatever it was Cobalt didn't seem to be in a rush to get to it. He didn't swing open the door using that black bar he was grasping just yet. Rather, he told me who we'd be meeting. Outsiders, as it turned out, clients from Yukigakure. After that he asked me a personal question.
"Yukigakure? Such a tiny little village!? What could possibly be going on over there that we need to know about?" I complained having crossed arms. It didn't seem like Snow would have anything valuable to give to us, as I added, "Sometimes it's like Yukigakure isn't even there, I swear." As for the personal question I instantly decided that I wouldn't say a thing about me once being a nuke-nin. That I always did anyways, and it was the only thing I really needed to hide. Everything else I'd share with Cobalt, even though he appeared to be scanning the area instead of looking at me. I began calmly, voice audible enough for only us to hear, "Gee, I was nobody before I'd met Eiichiro-sama, really. He was the one that introduced me to Cloud." Then I lowered my head to the floor, just now remembering Kou -- he and Tarou had run off to Konoha this time on an extended visit. In all honesty they were both nothing but low lifes -- drifters. Before I became too lost in my thoughts however, I continued, "Besides that, I guess I've been living in the shadow of my brother my whole life, aspiring to grow strong enough to stand beside him. But he always goes running off alone to leave me worried -- I guess my skills as a field medic aren't valuable to him." Finally I took the time to climb aboard and wait for the masked youth to swing open the cabin door.
"I hate how self-centered he is. . .but I still love him."
He'd mention something about sand -- which stirred within me the assumption that he had journeyed across the dunes of Kaze no Kuni at one point in his life. It was true that the terrain there was harsh. I'd know, as I spent an insignificant amount of time there watching a tailed beast from folklore decimate Suna's gates. If memory served me correctly the cat had, had two tails and a body composed of vivid azure flames. . .then again, how could I ever forget that day? At any rate, he hadn't told me what I'd wanted to hear -- we would indeed be carrying out the act in the snow. I almost wanted to groan but didn't. I couldn't complain when I had a job to complete; and especially when it would place me among Cloud's elite.
Then the passive youth started walking, and of course I'd follow. Where we were headed there were benches being watched over by metallic canopies. There were panels that would have contained glass but these were destroyed long ago. Shards of glass lay strewn across the seats and ground of the boarding area as if it were some murder scene. We weren't here to catch any train either, that much was for sure. Before I could imagine what would occur next Cobalt would speak up once more, ending his explanation by complimenting me, or rather, my looks most likely. I returned a smile -- it wasn't a big cheese or anything but it was the least I could do. After all, I had always been told I was pretty and held on to such, but modesty still went a long way. More importantly however, was the divulging of info that we'd be on one side of a rendezvous. Nothing dangerous, he reassured, but seeing as we were working on behalf of CROW I wasn't so sure if that was the case. Perhaps he was just trying to keep things upbeat for my sake. Then he also said he was going to evaluate my abilities. I didn't know the extent of what that meant but he sure did seem confident that I could be trusted. Then again, I wouldn't have even been selected to come out here to begin with if my skills were only sub par. So, when he finally grew quiet and I was walking alongside him I murmured,
"Say, do you know exactly who it is we'll be meeting? Oh, and if we pull this off do you think we'll get to meet the Niidaime?" Unless you've already met him . . ."
Behind the fire a towering killer would lie in wait. He issued out a sharp warning -- of course I was going to do what he requested anyways if he'd have just waited. Honestly, I wasn't treading along with intentions to maim or sabotage anyone. If I'd come looking to wage a battle I would have already formed the seals for my Raiton Ninjutsu at the entrance. He was much larger than me nonetheless; I could confess that he had that advantage, but at the same time the flare of chakra I was getting from him was nothing special. If it were to come down to it, it would be a close fight. But that was incidental, for all I knew he might have been a Cloud ninja just as I was -- and even if that were so he seemed to be cut from a different cloth. I saw a lone wolf huddled over his meal -- a slaughtered giant boar. Yet, there appeared to be a trained disposition about him. Like he was calculating or knew he'd be able to anticipate my attack before I dealt it, if it were to happen. Blood puddled on the floor and trailed in slim, lines beneath his feet. However, his eyes were on my short blade, and he watched it as if it were just a fork. I put it away before he got too sore, then took two or three extra steps into the cave, slowly. On the other hand the cavern was quite comfortable, being able to fit at least eight or nine people comfortably. A combination of smoke, stuffy air, and the crackle of the fire engaged my senses. Then, memories of sharing sake with Kota-san so long ago began to entice me.
"If you've ever heard of Winged Rock and can tell me where it is I'll be out of your hair in no time." I reassured, standing steady in the way of the cave exit, having good posture and all. I certainly wasn't going to give up my weapon, no matter how much I wanted him to give me directions, he didn't need to be that guarded about my being there. It was back in its casing and I hoped that was fine enough -- and I hoped he wasn't stubborn. Seeing that he was in a fighting stance, my words should have been able to calm him. Though I was on edge too, such was the product of running into a cold-blooded stranger. "But you need to take it easy, otherwise. . ." Besides my short blade I remembered the knife going unseen inside of the sleeves of my jacket. Such a versatile edge I tapped in slightest manner with the tips of my fingers -- it was cold to the touch."Well,, I don't want to be rude. was I interrupting something? Or do you always come up here and terrorize the wild boar?" I asked, lips forming a tight smile. It was more to ease the tension -- I knew trying to play friends with someone like him wouldn't get anywhere. Flickering a quick glimpse behind me I noted my distance from the cave being five meters; after that there was an additional seven or so before one reached the end of a cliff. A smaller cliff among a greater amount that lay scattered across the mountain we were on. Once again I laid eyes upon the beast of a man in front of me; I knew of a particular Raiton jutsu that would work exceptionally well if he tried to do anything up front. But for the time being the caw of ravens perched up high resonated in the air and made clear that the day was coming to a close.
Tesler? The room we'd occupy was devoid of any color besides a somber gray. Off to the side there was a long row of seats facing both left and right; and as expected they were all shabby, having had their fabric and cushions stripped away. On the same wall as the masked agent was a ticket booth with sheets of paper strewn all over the tiled floor beneath it. He introduced himself dryly as Cobalt. From first impressions I could hear in his voice that he was apathetic. His porcelain disguise didn't do too much to muffle his speech, I could hear him clear enough. He made known his reasons for being at the train station at the opening and I favored him for that. Evidently however, I'd been given an assignment from the higher ups in Kumogakure -- such was the induction method into CROW. I wouldn't know too much about them besides their being founded and managed by the Niidaime Raikage. Even then I didn't really have much of an idea of who my leader was, but I knew I wanted to serve under them directly.
I noticed that the CROW operative wasn't looking at me, but rather, up at a gaping hole in the ceiling. There was a great deal of rocks and debris on the ground below where the roof had slightly caved in. It was an off-color sight really, I wondered what had caused the damage as I guessed Cobalt had been wondering the same thing. It was cold inside here too, but things would have been that way whether that hole was there or not. I only spent maybe 6 seconds tops reeling over what he had told me before I replied,
"Assignment? The village elders didn't tell me about any assignment. What will we be doing?
Frost accompanied each word I emphasized as it accumulated in front of my face. Cobalt was probably going to stand there in good posture and digest my words before speaking again in a deliberate manner. This was fine, he'd said 'our' as I recalled after all; therefore it would do well if he was concise as possible when explaining the details.
"But whatever it is, just tell me we won't be performing it around here. Please."
It's so cold I don't even need to speak to see my breath manifest in the air. I've got my arms wrapped around my petite figure, though it does little to ward off the chills and goosebumps. Not even a full day spent in the wintry Land of Snow and I'm already sick of it. I'm dressed appropriate enough however, donned in all black, including gloves, and a beige scarf that's set on dancing among the flurries. Oh, and the olive, buttoned down flak jacket I'm wearing I haven't quite gotten comfortable with yet either. Not that it doesn't fit well, rather, after just blossoming into a Chuunin I'm already being sent off to foreign lands to serve a higher purpose. And yet, for some reason I find myself to be a bit more irritable than normal. The uphill journey through plentiful snow brings on more fatigue than what I'm used to. By the time I reach its crest I'm winded. Then, I see a train station out yonder and smile. It's the supposed meeting point for my tutor and I -- though I can't help but wonder why the hell they chose to have us meet all the way out here in the first place. At any rate I make a quick check behind me and note the extensive trail of footprints left in the snow before continuing on.
I'd pass by a twisted log, a fallen sign, and chunks of aged metal buried in the earth, only to come close enough to the station to know that it's outdated. Those elongated windows up higher are so frosted over I can't see through them and its easy to tell that the place is deserted -- things have likely been that way for a while now. The building is huge by the way. Off to the side my ocean eyes spot a dormant railway engulfed in snow A secluded location, no doubt, one ideal for secret meetings such as the one I was about to engage in. But where was the other soul in the midst of this rusted outpost? I figure it shouldn't be too much trouble to find him, considering how easily the landscape gives ones position away -- also it is depressingly quiet. So, re-adjusting the scarf around my neck I start a wayward stride into the metallic lodge, first circling around an old gate. I guess I'm east of the main entrance since I gaze up and observe thick , cylinder poles jutting out of the outer walls of the building -- no doors whatsoever. The vents, as I soon diagnose, probably kept the interior warm at one point in time, though they no longer emit grand tufts of smoke from their openings at the top. I'd keep going until I turn left at the corner of the train station, giant doors soon coming into view along the wall I'm close by. Then my eyes widen. There's a lone fellow leaned up against another heather wall maybe ten to fifteen meters away. Sadly, I can't make out his face, as he's wearing a mask but he's definitely a shinobi telling from how obscure he looks in his cloak. I approach him with caution, yet I'm sure he'll catch wind of my presence long before I'm in front of him. When I get within earshot of him I say with a casual wave of the hand,
"I'm Jun, hailing from Cloud. Are you here to be my escort?"[/b;oclquote]
Or maybe it would be better if I just let them enjoy their lunch?
I didn't dwell on the bodies for long, I put my sake away for a better time and graced past them, noting only the subtle shift of my soles through soft waves of grass. Then I kept on walking for a while, my intuition leading my body through a place nearly soaked in shadows. Soon I arrived at an incline and a spot on the earth where grass wasn't so sure to grow. There were patches of it I passed by, along with a great fallen tree in the way of where I was trying to get. It must have had met lightning, as I heard again just a minute before, or some odd storm telling from the way it'd been severed from its roots -- and even they were visible. I observed a few hallowed out portions of the tree and made a quick connection. Searching high and low through its rotted trenches I almost felt like a blonde when I remembered the hint and that there were no rocks sprouting wings around here. Brushing myself off, I moved along with haste, leaping over the old tree and coming to an equally old bridge where the ropes were cut and only a few planks sat on the outskirts. Here I met no dilemma; seeing as I was a brilliant kunoichi, applying medic sensitive chakra to my feet and bounding past the gap proved to be a simple task.
Afterward my acute figure came up to a flat offering a view of the horizon that gave one a sense of longing. It was to my advantage too that the sky still gave light. Grateful for that I continued moving at an acceptable pace. There was a stone wall to my left that cast shadows out beyond my body to the other side off the edge. My waltz continued until I spotted more blood -- a thick trail of it slid along the ground for me to follow so easily. Not to mention that it was fresh; so much of it was spread along before my eyes that I could almost smell the fresh kill. It wasn't so strange however to see such things -- lower ranked missions in the Lightning estate often called for their shinobi to go out and hunt beasts to aid high scale restaurants and such (Though I was beyond that nowadays). Therefore I wasn't so alarmed, but still curious nonetheless. It was even simpler to follow a red path, all the way up to an dimly lit hole in the wall. A cavern. I could see thin traces of smoke slithering from its only entrance and knew instantly that it was being occupied by some vagrant soul. Cooked meat was probably what I would smell next if I just stood around, but rather I didn't -- my small body kept to the wall and crept up on that cave with the stealth of a kunoichi. When I made it to the point where I was just outside I reached behind me for my tanto, twisted its rounded handle in the gentlest fashion, and withdrew it from its sheath. This of course, was just in case. Shinobi always had to take extreme pre-caution, after all. In the end I entered abruptly, though still highly aware, if only to throw off whoever was waiting inside.
I kept my weapon held out in front of me the entire time as I prepared to meet anyone but my maker. Then I spoke, catching on to the single, male figure beyond the fire in the cave. His chakra capacity was on par with my own from what I could tell.
"I'm not here to fight anyone, I'm just looking to ask for directions."
This wasn't the first time I'd occupied a cave in Kaminari with some guy. Not that it meant anything.
Or was it just that the clouds were swelling more so than usual? Nothing was usual anymore -- ever since I'd wandered back home things had been different. Cloud was prosperous as ever but I felt like there was little need for us shinobi as of recent. Like an era of peace was finally starting to settle around us. I'd heard stories of our dear Raikage extending relationships with foreign places like Kusa and even Iwa, but I guessed all of that was really none of my concern. For at the moment I made casual strides through the grass -- there weren't any paths around here, this was the wild I found myself in. "Maybe just a sip." Was what I told myself in the middle of a meadow, plain scarf breathing in the breeze. That little flask tucked away in my jacket pocket I brought to light. Sure, it'd been a goal of mine to renounce drinking but being around Kou had revived that 'boozer' feeling within me.
And speaking of Kou, he had me all the way out here, searching. I wasn't really lost, or even being a drifter for that matter; my brother claimed in a letter he'd sent me that there was a present waiting for me around here if I was willing to find it. He did give me a clue, however, a landmark in the shape of a giant rock sprouting wings. Winged Rock. That name was one my memory was able to recall, for I remember a little girl in Kumogakure saying that was one of her and her friends favorite spots when playing hide n seek. At any rate, a boom of thunder brought me back to reality, and then. . .
"What. . .is this?"
The scene my ocean eyes were met with was quite primitive, to say the least -- a tribe of wild game slain and their bodies left to blemish the earth. Instantly, I shot glances all around me. There couldn't have been but maybe one or two other people as high up in the mountains as I was. I was a sensor type after all, though the only thing felt was the presence of so many charcoal colored mountains in the distance. I couldn't even see the sun but I knew that it had to have been getting late. So, readjusting my tanto I continued moving in hopes that it would be a hallowed out tree I'd stumble upon before a society of ruffians. It was crazy really, as I made a glance back at the lacerated remains of beasts, anything could be found in the alps of Kaminari -- anything at all. Seeing as the cuts were relatively fresh I likely wasn't too far from the culprit, then again. . .
Tier 1 - Static Focus: Master of lightning based chakra, shinobi who favor the art of raiton are capable of using their body's own electrical current as a weapon. Once every two turns, masters of this level may "jolt" any number of victims they come in contact with, numbing the effected area for a post. This unique ability costs no chakra; however, using it again before the "cooldown" has reset will result in the user paralyzing their body entirely for two posts.
Sutangan no Jutsu (Limb Stunning Technique) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 4 Chakra Consumption: Mid
The electric influence that exists over the human body and its muscles allows one to control the later through unconventional methods, including through the means of chakra. After charging a small electric shock in the user’s hands, one can approach their victim and place the charged hand onto a limb or muscle on their body, unleashing the pent up shock and rendering the aforementioned target useless for the rest of the turn. Although simple, it’s highly effective when the user is faster than the victim, and can outmaneuver them as they strike. Also highly effective for keeping captives in place!
Note: If used on a person’s head, they will be knocked out for a single post. Limbs are numbed for a whole turn. Stunning effect cannot be stacked. The user must touch the victim with their hand to achieve the desired effects.
Jibashiri (Earth Flash) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 4 Chakra Consumption: Mid
Raiton- Jibashiri is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Lightning Element. After soaking the ground/opponent either with a Suiton technique or a conductive surface, the user will charge their palms with electricity and unleash the current into the ground. It will run along the earth and towards the opponent in order to shock them.
Purazuma Booru (Plasma Ball Technique) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Defensive Handseals: 8 Chakra Consumption: x2 Mid
A highly strategic raiton jutsu, the Plasma Ball allows the user to create a thick sphere of Raiton around their body, able to shock anyone that comes in contact with it immediately. Though no other jutsu can be cast while sustaining the shield, it makes up for it by becoming an ‘ultimate’ shield of sorts from regular, simple techniques and attacks.
Mekurumeku (Blind Flash) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 5 Chakra Consumption:
A basic yet effective Raiton technique, the user focuses a bit of chakra all over their body, letting the lightning gather and then quickly exploding, effectively providing a blinding light that leaves all within the range blind. Useful for disorientation and quick get-aways.
Danpen Inazuma (Shooting Thunder) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Mid
Meant more as a reactionary technique than a main avenue of offense, this jutsu allows the user to essentially shoot out small lightning bolts from a free hand to anyone within a small range. This requires no seals to conjure, and can be shot out from one’s appendage during the most heated of combat. The damage is light and the bolts shoot off in a relatively straight line, at rapid speeds.
Eshaku Raikou (Lightning Bow) Rank: C Range: Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Offensive Handseals: 4 Chakra Consumption: Mid to cast, low per arrow afterwards
After performing the needed handseals, the user will wave both arms through the air, leaving Raiton chakra behind in the shape of bow and arrow. The lightning arrow can then be shot at an opponent and stun them from afar. By taking extra time to focus their energy, the arrow can be re-shaped for distance, rather than power.
Kaminari Shibari (Thunder Binding) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 9 Chakra Consumption: High
Raiton • Kaminari Shibari is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Lightning Element. The use will call down three bolts of lightning that will then implant into the ground in a triangular shape around their opponent. These Raiton infused pieces will then create electrified fields between themselves to form a triangular shaped prison. The field can be penetrated by a more powerful Wind Element infused weapon or a jutsu of stronger force.
Ichiren Inazuma (Chain Lightning) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Offensive Handseals: 12 Chakra Consumption: High
An advanced version of ‘Shooting Thunder,' the Chain of Lightning allows the user to pass strong currents of lightning from victim to victim, up to three, within a thirty meter radius. The user outstretches their hands, so that the energy focusing within is displaced rapidly towards their target. Once they are hit, the victims are paralyzed and helpless, and the bolt then proceeds to jump and hit anyone else within range. Excellent when outnumbered, though one must use it with care, for it takes a great toll on the user’s chakra pool.
Karasuhebi no Jutsu (Shocking Snake Technique) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 8 Chakra Consumption: High
Through their talents in the Raiton release, the user is allowed to use their chakra to manifest a snake that will do their bidding. This snake is made comprised of pure lightning, and has advanced intellect of its own. It can communicate with the user mentally and follow orders well. This snake is useful for quick gashing and shocking attacks, and if one can manage to coil around the user, the equivalent of a strong shock courses through their body whole, constricting and shocking.
Note: Upon latching onto the victim, the snake can deliver shocks rendering the captured area numb for the entire time the snake is caught on. The duration this snake is "usable" is two post.
Kaminari Ookami (Thunder Wolf) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 10 Chakra Consumption: High
Utilizing the Lighting Element the user will charge an electrical current into their hand. Using this charged and condensed amount of lightning, the user will send out a wolf made of lighting to attack their target. Unfortunately the wolf pulls lightning from the user’s palm limiting the techniques range.
Note: If wolf is able to bite into an opponent, the electricity can paralyze the foe either in just the limb itself or spreading through the body depending on the length of contact.
Raigeki no Yoroi (Lightning Strike Armor) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Defensive; Supplementary Handseals: 6 Chakra Consumption: High to cast, mid to sustain
A defensive technique, the Yoroi technique is as its name implies – a set of lightning based armor, which shocks anything that comes in contact with it. After a series of handseals, lightning from the sky showers upon the user, coating them in a bright blue coating. As they glow, all forms of conductors will make victim’s more susceptible to damage, and any taijutsu upon the armor will leave the user’s appendages feeling paralyzed. Excellent when outnumbered, or simply facing an opponent that favors taijutsu.
Note: Under the effects of Raiton no Yoroi the user has an increased speed as well as strength made even stronger by the piercing capabilities of the lightning itself surrounding the user.
Raiton Bunshin no Jutsu (Lightning Clone Technique) Rank: A Range: - Type: Supplementary Handseals: 3 Chakra Consumption: 3x High
With this technique, the Raiton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of lightning, this clone retains the user's movement speed and strength. While easily capable of being use for offensive means, the Raiton Bunshin also makes for an equally solid defense due to its ability to harness Raiton-based techniques.
Note: As strong and durable as a normal Kage Bunshin while also able to move freely, cast Raiton jutsu as well as paralyze upon contact and/or destruction.
Myaku (Static Pulse) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Offensive Handseals: 13 Chakra Consumption: x2 High to cast, High to maintain
As its name implies, the ‘Static Pulse’ allows the user to deliver several quick pulses of shocking Raiton chakra, intended to latch onto any living chakra networks, invade them, and shock away until nothing is left. This is allowed because the caster coats the region of the technique, thirty meters, in a thin layer of his refined Raiton chakra. It spreads perfectly along the ground at fast speeds unless one has special eyes to pierce through such movement. Although brief, several can be shot at once, repeatedly, keeping the enemy at bay in a last minute ditch effort. Excellent when outnumbered.
Shishikyu Funzen (Shocking Tiger’s Wrath) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 10 Chakra Consumption: x2 High
The Shishikyu technique allows the user to use their prowess in the Raiton arts in order to create several tigers consisting purely of Raiton energy. Once birthed, they can move at decent speeds, and can defend the user form attacks, as well as attack others. Creates a single large, 1 meter tiger comprised of pure Raiton essence. The maximum duration this tiger can be sustained is two posts. Dark blue and constantly shining, these tigers move fast to strike their target, and can swipe quickly as an attack. Only attacks that can disrupt their essence can hurt them, and they carry an ultimate attack which involves the user holding a particular handseal so that they can all converge on a particular enemy, hurting it greatly. An indirect strike from these tigers (a slash of its claws, a bite) renders the victim's body numb for a half a second, and receiving a full blast from a kamikaze strike leaves the victim paralyzed for a half a turn.
Orochi Daija (Zeus’ Leviathan) Rank: S Range: Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Offensive Handseals: 25 Chakra Consumption: Massive
This technique brings both onto the battlefield an awesomely large serpent like entity comprised of pure lightning. This colossal creature moves fast and can climb onto all forms of surfaces. The trick is that it is comprised of Raiton energy, so it doesn’t actually slither – it hovers ever so softly over anything it chooses to cross, temporarily changing the surface’s charge in order for it to be compatible with the beast. However, as large as it is, size of a large summon, it’s rather dumb, and follows only the most basic of the user’s mental commands. Serpent lasts until destroyed, and can withstand up to one 'S' ranked strike. When destroyed, serpent explodes in a brilliant blinding flash and many small yet strong thunder bolts that shooting randomly, affecting ALL except the user with a range equivalent to the serpent's total size.
MEDIC -- 1100 EXP
Tier One – Intuitive Chakra Control: Dedicating their lives to the medical arts, the user has refined the method of chakra control. Because of this, the cost of all chakra related techniques (Souin included) have been reduced by a single tier. This also grants the user the ability to access the Souin tier 1 mastery.
Shousen no Jutsu (Mystical Hand Technique) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Mid
Shousen Jutsu is one of the most fundamental yet vital Medical Ninjutsu techniques utilized by medical ninja. This technique allows the ninja to heal wounds by focusing their own chakra to their hands, creating a special chakra designed to speed up the body's natural healing process exponentially. The chakra is represented by a faint glow around each of the user's hands, a perfect circle formed around the appendage, with the glow itself letting off a faint, blue hue.
Note: This technique is capable of healing a small or moderate amount quickly, such as a single injured appendage, (in the time of one post) after damage has been received. However, larger scales of damage require more extensive periods of time (for a maximum of three posts). The level of “damage” sustained should be judged to the best of your capabilities, and if needed, confirmed by a Moderator.
It should also be noted that the healing effect of this technique can only be facilitated through the hands.
Horisageru no Karada (To Delve Into the Body) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 15 Chakra Consumption: Mid
A highly precise Medical ninjutsu, the user channels chakra into their hands and then places them both on the patient's solar plexus. The chakra pulses through the body in several waves, taking all important information about the condition of the body and relaying it to the user. In this way a Medical ninja is capable of instantly understanding what is wrong with the body, although not necessarily what is needed to fix the problem.
Chakra no Mesu (Chakra Scalpel) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 3 Chakra Consumption: Mid to cast, Low to sustain
Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed handseals, the medic will focus chakra to their hands, creating a distinct, colored hue of chakra. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle. Developed for surgery, it has since taken a unique aspect in battle.
Note: The damage inflicted by this technique is enough to severely injure internal organs and slice muscles for 50% reduction in functionality. Internal bleeding is somewhat steep near the more primary organs, and will result in the death of the victim in ten posts if no treated.
Chakra Ijou (Chakra Transfer) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 5 Chakra Consumption: Low - Massive
Chakra Exhaustion is a dangerous thing for shinobi to have to face. Medical Ninja developed a way to fix that problem. By touching the center of the patient's chest with both hands, the user is capable of sending chakra directly into the patient's chakra circulatory system, allowing the system to process the chakra and receive it as if the chakra were the person's own. While the user maintains their touch on the patient's body, the amount of chakra per turn varies on the user’s will.
Saikan Chuushutsu no Jutsu (Fine Affliction Extraction) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Mid
Saikan Chuushutsu no Jutsu is a skill used by medical ninja to remove harmful poisons from a patient's body. The ninja will infuse their chakra into liquid bubble, which they will insert into the patient transdermally. Targeting the liver and kidneys, the medic can filter the patient’s blood rapidly, filling the bubble with the dangerous toxins which can be discarded once the procedure is complete.
Naite no Jutsu (Dead Hands Technique) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: 2x Mid; 2x High (optional)
Although most Medical Shinobi utilize this technique for combat, Naite no Jutsu may also be used to help the user combat things like cancerous growths by simply killing the cancerous cells. While active, the user is capable of causing massive cellular destruction of an area of one inch per second per rank of the technique. The chakra is represented by a faint glow around each of the user's hands, a perfect circle formed around the appendage, with the glow itself letting off a faint, black hue.
Note: This technique works in the opposite manner as Shousen no Jutsu. Immediately touching an area can result in “killing” the appendage and thusly making it unable to be used. However, charging this ability (for a maximum of three posts and offering 2x High) can provide the user will a one-hit kill, regardless of where they touch the victim.
Doku Kiri (Poison Mist Technique) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 5 Chakra Consumption: High
Ninpou: Doku Kiri is an advanced Medical Ninjutsu technique utilized by skilled medics. After the needed handseals, the medic inhales briefly before expelling a dense cloud of purple poisonous gas from their mouth at high speeds (in a 10x10 meter area in front of them). This poison serves as a very potent paralytic (capable of stunning a victim for two posts). This can serve as cover to escape and as an offensive technique against their opponent, or as a trap when luring opponents your way.
Note: The user is affected by this mist.
Sosei no Jutsu (Resuscitation Technique) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 10 Chakra Consumption: High
A tricky Medical Ninjutsu that has, nonetheless, saved many lives, Sosei no Jutsu works by channeling chakra directly to the heart of the patient, causing it to beat. This chakra disregards numbing effects, since the chakra causes the heart to beat against its' own will. Aside from that, when a person dies, their brain stays active from one to ten minutes before perishing. If the heart can be restarted, then the patient can be saved. With a two-person medical team, one Ninja may perform this technique while the other focuses upon treating the symptoms of death. If worked correctly, a patient who would otherwise be dead may be saved and, potentially, be brought back to life. If the brain has already ceased activity, then this technique will not work.
Note: This technique must be used within three posts of the user’s heart ceasing to beat.
Ranshinshou (Chaotic Mental Collison) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 2 Chakra Consumption: High
Ranshinshou is an advanced Medical Ninjutsu technique that allows for the severe disruption of the medic's victims. Changing the chakra in their hand into an odd electric-like pulse, the medic successfully mimics and creates an electric field to disrupt their targets nervous system. Because the brain and body communicate using electrical impulses, the medic uses the field to disrupt their targets ability to move. What results in commands to move one body part being relayed to another, making it near impossible for them to move.
Note: This technique essentially renders the victim incapable of properly moving (you’re essentially just a flailing ball of limbs whenever you try to move) for a total of three posts.
In’yu Shoumetsu (Yin Healing Wound Destruction) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Defensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Low – Massive
By anticipating damage, the user is capable of filling an area with healing chakra before taking a hit; in other words, they can begin the healing process for a wound before actually receiving it. When the wound finally does occur, the advanced healing process rapidly regenerates the flesh of the wounded area, healing it before the eyes of the user and the opponent; this results in an almost instant-healing of wounds. The larger and more complex the wound is, however, the more chakra is needed to heal it.
Note: The chakra cost is equivalent to the technique being countered. The user must be able to see the attack coming and have enough time to prepare in order for this technique to be effective. Techniques with high-impact capabilities will still cause a severe amount of internal injury.
Nai Ningen (Dead Human) Rank: A Range: - Type: Supplementary Handseals: 15 Chakra Consumption: 3x High to cast, Low to sustain
A powerful Medical Ninjutsu that forces the target into a deep sleep. While within this sleep, their bodily functions are reduced to the bare minimum necessarily to keep an individual alive. The smallest sliver of a heartbeat, the shortest intake of breath, all are reduced to the point that it is nearly impossible to tell that the one suffering from the technique is actually alive at all. Such is the case that, when the technique is performed, only those who have a mastery over the Medical Arts will be capable of telling if the afflicted target is alive.
Note: In order to bring a patient out of this state, a medic (any medic will do) will need to perform this same technique.
Shikon no Jutsu (Dead Soul Technique) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 10 Chakra Consumption: 2x High
Shikon no Jutsu is an advanced Medical Ninjutsu technique that uses a dead body to create the illusion of another living person. The medic can either animate a normal dead person, or alter the appearance of the dead person to resemble another. To do the second version, the ninja first changes the appearance of the dead body to resemble the person to be portrayed. Then using this jutsu they make the heart beat again, allowing them to control the actions of the dead body.
Note: This reanimated body can only move a maximum of fifty meters away from the user.
UNIVERSAL -- 375 EXP
Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique) Rank: D Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Low
Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must to combine it with a distraction.
Note: Despite popular belief, this is not an ability that allows an individual to teleport, or even move incomprehensibly fast. It simply combines high mobility with some disruption of visibility to conceal those movements. That in mind, if you can conceal your movement, it is common for this technique to allow very long-distance dashes before enemies may notice you.
Fuubaku Houjin (Exploding Seal Method Formation) Rank: D Range: - Type: Supplementary Handseals: 1 Chakra Consumption: Low
Fuubaku Houjin is a Ninjutsu technique used by shinobi in conjunction with common explosive devices such as exploding notes. With this, the user can choose when their explosives detonate, opposed to being at the mercy of a countdown.
Note: This ability allows the user detonate his or her explosive notes, opposed to allowing them to be "timed" explosives. Without this technique, the user cannot automatically detonate their tags.
Kai (Release) Rank: D Range: - Type: Supplementary Handseals: 1 Chakra Consumption: Low
Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.
Kagura Shingan (Kagura Mind’s Eye) Rank: S Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10), Far (10m+) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 1 Chakra Consumption: Low – 2x Mid; Low to sustain
Kagura Shingan is an advanced Sensory Ninjutsu technique used by all sensors, and serves as the root to the entire sensory tree. After performing the necessary handseal, the sensor closes their eyes and uses their innate ability to detect chakra in order to determine the location of their opponent by the faintest of chakra trails, as well as discerning the size of an approaching unseen force, and even their chakra capacity.
This sensory technique can also discern whether or not a person is under the effects of a Genjutsu; which elements they have at their command (even advanced releases), and likewise mask their own chakra signature (user’s) from other sensory ninja. The focus required to do the latter (masking their signature) prohibits their other sensing abilities, however.
Note: For a Low increment of chakra, the user can detect all chakra signatures within twenty meters of their person. For a mid worth of chakra, they can sense all chakra signatures within thirty meters; for 2x Mid, they can extend their range up to a maximum of fifty meters. It should be noted that no other jutsu can be used while this technique is active.
This technique requires Administrative approval before being able to purchase.
FUUINJUTSU -- 1000 EXP
Bakuryuugeki (Exploding Dragon Strike) Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Mid
Bringing out a scroll and revealing the inscription written on its center, the user then summons a large flaming dragon that will explode whenever it comes into physical contact with an object.
Note: The dragon in question is roughly three meters long and one meter wide, and its explosive power is equivalent to a pair of explosive notes.
Beast Sealing Technique Rank: C Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 4 Chakra Consumption: Mid per chain
After performing the necessary handseals, the user will crouch and place a hand upon the ground. The seal will form around them, illuminate, and send chains of chakra racing toward the target in an attempt ensnare them. Being comprised of chakra, these chains are incredibly difficult to break free from. The only true downside is their length.
Note: The user’s hand must remain touching the ground for the chains to remain in play.
Rigouaku Fuuin (Strength Thef Seal) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 6 Chakra Consumption: High
After performing the necessary handseals, the user then places their hand upon their target. A black ‘+’ shape will appear on the opponent’s body where contact was made. Immediately after, short black lines will spread out from the initial mark, covering the victim’s limbs. The opponents body will be frozen in mid-motion as them muscles are forcibly locked into position by the seal’s chakra, leaving them totally paralyzed until the seal wears off.
Note: This seal paralyzes a single target for one post.
Fuuka Houin (Elemental Sealing Method) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 5 Chakra Consumption: Same as sealed technique (to place), Low (to activate)
The user unravels a scroll and writes the needed sealing incantation upon it, leaving a space in the center blank. After performing the needed handseals, vapor appears from the scroll and envelops the element that the user is trying to seal, sucking it inside. The kanji for seal (封) appears in the center, certifying the technique's completion. To activate the scroll at a later time, the user imbibes the scroll with a Low amount of chakra and breaks the seal. The sealed element is then released, perfect for circumventing damage from a dangerous enemy.
Note: It should be noted that the “sealing” portion of this technique takes a considerable amount of time, and thusly is entirely impractical for use in battle. The unsealing, however, is instant and thusly much more commonly seen being used.
Gokumen Fuuin (Frozen Slave Seal) Rank: B Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 3 Chakra Consumption: High; 2x High (optional)
Gokumen Fuuin is an enslavement type Fuuinjutsu, and is usually given to members of certain secretive shinobi organizations in order to secure confidential information. After being placed, if the wearer of this seal speaks about anything incriminating related to whatever parameters the sealist establishes prior to placing it on the victim, their entire body will be completely paralyzed. It takes the shape of three solid lines with two broken lines beneath, and can be implied anywhere on the body, even during combat, though is most commonly applied to the tongue. Only the person who placed the seal, or a sufficient burst of chakra (such as the gates, a bijuu, or the activation of Susano’o), can end the paralysis once activated.
Note: The 2x High version of this ability allows this paralysis seal to be employed during battle. Meaning, that the victim need not speak or break the parameters; the user can simply activate the seal whenever they wish. This paralysis lasts for a total of one post.
It should be noted that the placing of this seal is permanent, lasting until either forcibly broken or the user’s death.
Chakra Draining Seal Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 9 Chakra Consumption: 2x High to cast, Low to sustain
This Fuuinjutsu is used to keep a target comatose, all the while siphoning large segments of chakra from their body. After performing the necessary handseal, the user will place their hands upon the ground to create the seal. They will then place an unconscious person at the center, which will keep the person in an unshakable slumber all the while draining them of their chakra. This technique can be used to harness specific strains of chakra, or simply keep the user in a weak and docile state (should they ever wake up).
Note: A practical use would be removing implanted chakra from another person’s body, similar to how Kabuto did Orochimaru’s chakra from Anko Mitarashi’s cursed seal. Otherwise, this seal will simply keep a victim at 1 Low worth of chakra so long as the user maintain the seal.
The user must be within five meters of the seal at all times, or it will break and 25% of the victim’s chakra will be immediately returned to them (the victim).
Gogyou Kaiin (Five Elements Unseal) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 5 Chakra Consumption: 2x High
After performing the necessary handseals, the user focuses chakra into their hand. The tips of their fingers are encased in ethereal flames the color of their dominant chakra type. When these fingers are pressed against a seal on the target's body, the chakra melds with the old seal and breaks it, effectively removing it and stopping its effects. While this counter-seal can be used to help someone, it can also be used against seals that may have aided an opponent.
Note: This is the only method of which one can remove Gogyou Fuuin.
Gogyou Fuuin (Five Elements Seal) Rank: S Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 2 Chakra Consumption: 2x high
After performing a set of handseals, the user grasps their wrist and focuses chakra into the hand attached to it. The tips of their fingers are encased in ethereal flames the color of their dominant chakra type. If these fingers are pressed against an opponent, even through clothing, the seal will be placed. Gogyou Fuuin causes the target to lose control of any unnatural chakra within their body, becoming unable to tap into it and use it until the seal is removed. Gogyou Fuuin appears on the target's body as five finger-sized swirls that form a circle, because of the positioning of the user's hand.
Note: This technique heavily disrupts a target’s chakra flow, severely limiting their ability to mold chakra and perform jutsu. Those who have become a victim of this technique will be limited solely to c-rank techniques and below, and only able to sustain feats such as walking on water and up unnatural surfaces for a total of five posts before them must “refresh” it (i.e stop, and then start again).
Furthermore, those who possess a bijuu and are affected by this technique will be unable to harness their bijuu’s chakra in any shape or form. This means that the bonus chakra granted by being the bijuu’s host is temporarily gone, reducing the user’s chakra pool to its baseline reserve.
Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique) Rank: E Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 0 Chakra Consumption: Low
Kawarimi no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the user will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object - generally a block of wood, but sometimes even another person - the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosvie tags can be attached to the placement for an added surprise!
Note: Switch is near-instantaneous. The technique can only be used once per turn.
Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique) Rank: E Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 3 Chakra: Low, Low (upkeep)
Henge no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. After performing a set of handseals, the user takes on the form of another object, whether it be an animal, plant, or inanime object. This transformation is exactly like the genuine article, so it is impossible to tell the two apart without special methods.
Note: The user can transform themself into an object of average, small, or miniature size. This means that one cannot Henge into a bijuu, summon, or other gigantic object.
Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique) Rank: E Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: 3 Chakra: Low (per clone)
Bunshin no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. After performing a set of handseals, the user creates an intangible copy of themself. This clone has no substance, so it is not able to attack, and thus can only be used to confuse the enemy. It is mainly used in combination with other ninjutsu. These clones can be easily distinguished by opponents with doujutsu, but even opponents with normals eyes can tell tell it apart from the original if they are observant, as the clone does not have a shadow and will not disrupt the area aroun themself with their movement. As soon as this clone comes in contact with an opponent or gets attacked, it will dispurse.
Note: The clone's movement speed is equal to the user's. Bunshin cannot mold chakra to perform jutsu, nor can they physically harm an opponent.
Kakuremino no Jutsu (Cloak of Invisibility Technique) Rank: E Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra: Low, Low (upkeep)
Kakuremino no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique that allows the user to take a cloak or a piece of cloth and infuse it with their chakra, allowing them to blend into the background. This creates an optical illusion where the user is basically invisible to the naked eye.
Note: No other techniques can be used while disguised.
Nawanuke no Jutsu (Rope Escape Technique) Rank: E Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra: Low
Nawanuke no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. Should the user be tied up by normal ropes, they can exert a small amount of chakra to frey their bindings and effectively escape.
Note: Ineffective against complex, electrionic, or unique binds.
Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing) Rank: E Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra: Low, Low (upkeep)
Kinobori no Waza is an Academy Ninjtusu technique. By focusing a small amount of chakra to the bottom of their feet, the user can climb a tree (or other vertical wall) without utilizing their hands. This technique has a dual purpose, since it is the perfect way to increase skills with chakra control - if the stream of chakra is too weak, the user will loose their footing; if the stream is too strong, the user will be pushed away from the surface.
Suimen Hokou no Waza (Act of Water Surface Walking) Rank: E Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra: Low, Low (upkeep)
Suimen Hokou no Waza is an Academy Ninjutsu technique, and is a variant of Kinobori no Waza. By emitting a constant stream of chakra from the bottom of their feet and using this repllent force, the user is able to walk across the water's surface. This technique is vastly more difficult than its counterpart because the amount of chakra that needs to be focused changes constantly, but it helps to build chakra control in the user. After much practice, it is even possivle to 'skate' across the water's surface instead of just walking or running.
Note: The user must know Kinobori no Waza in order to use this technique.
