• Note: Requires the Katon release, as well as previous knowledge of Goukakyuu no Jutsu. Speed of fireball matches rank of technique. Sustain costs kicks in whenever the user wants to launch the ball past ten meters; 'low' if shooting the fireball straight, and 'mid' if attempting to control it. Make sure the handseal is held when attempting to control the fireball, or else it will explode once the seal is broken.

We are really trying to get rid of the idea of entirely progressive jutsu that in-substantiate the previous versions (as this one I kind of feel does).

That being said I don't think they are all bad. I think you could literally condense the two ideas into one solid new jutsu that has an entire new function rather than hammering out it's just a better version of the indexed version. Keep the sustain. Keep the fireball notion. Keep the napalm effect. Keep the Curving. Nix the whole mastery thing.

Do all that and its solid.
